I want to comment your hiring of an exceptional customer conscious hostess in the Hallie, WI site... She is always cheerful, welcoming to all customers and had a contagious smile.
Every time we go back to Wusconsin to see family we stop in Hallie just to say hi....out new friend!!

I just wanted to say,I just downloaded the McDonald's App, and I'M LOVIN' IT! I'M 61 years old and as a kid I never dreamed I would one day walk into a McDonalds, and using a CELL PHONE, take advantage of promotional offers by SCANNING THE APP ON MY CELL PHONE! I think that's pretty cool!

I wish I had known about this App sooner, because you would've owed me about 10 free coffe's by now! I still don't know everything about the App, like if you have to scan once for the coffee and once for another offer. I guess I'll find out later today, because I only scanned for the free breakfast sandwich.

Anyway, I just wanted to compliment you on having a great APP. McDonald's and I now have something in common, because I have a great APPetite!

I visit this mcdonalds often because of the wonderful staff the location has hired. The two young lady managers that I see at night most often are both spunky and sassy but sweet. They treat the customers as well as their employees with respect and kindness. They are fine examples of what it means to be a leader. The crew makes an effort to make sure my order is correct and my food is made hot. They rely on one another and help where help is needed. I never just see someone standing around while another is running around. This is a fabulous location and I believe if you have a complaint it is strictly because you are just visiting at the wrong time of day :)

I went to Jensen beach at mc donnald 8/15/15 I was inside and I saw a young lady her name is Marie I had my food wrong I was mad after I talk to her she make me smile because of the way she answer me she said im very sorry because your food was wrong I would help you with your order and correct everything for you and she make everything fresh I will give her a a plus a great job I will contacted the store and tell her she doing a good job and I recommend her on the store she was doig her job with her big smile

I was in McDonald's in fernwood n I experience a customer really treating a manager real bad I don't feel as if she was wrong I work with the public n policy is customers are right but this guy was MOST definitely WRONG

I was at McDonald's in Miami 11301 de 40 st at the drive up window ordering a lovin cheeseburger meal the girl kept saying number eleven I repeated myself lovin meal she then told me to speak English Ian an American and speak perfect English she should respect her customers and the way they speak

Great, fast, friendly and efficient service every time. The only McDonalds I ever gi to.

Very slow and behind with only one person working the cashier line, with other able body not helping!!

I Had my first create a burger at Orange (NORTH). Great Burger, great service , great helpfulness by assistant at the front counter ( my first time didn't order meat patty qand young lady had picked it up and corrected or me), chips were fresh and believ it or not it was delishious and worth the extra money. Pity Lithgow doesn't take a leaf out of there book, they need to.

I was eating at the McDonald in Mounds view MN on hwy 10. I have never been in such a clean McDonald. Cleanest one i have ever seen, and I mean that. the two people that caught my attention the most was a man named Dan and a lobby person named Judy . Very nice to talk to . Would go back there any time. very clean

Was at the restaurant in Wal-Mart. The number is 32992. In Mobile, Al. I commented to the guy about how clean and neat it was. It has not really been clean for a while. I work at the Wal-Mart, and we notice a lot because we eat there. I asked the name of the one that was cleaning and working. His name is Eric. Don't know his last, but he was doing an outstanding job. Wanted to let you know. He is an asset to your company.

I want to say that the McDonald's at 9400 S. Hampden. They are very friendly and courteous. I like most of the managers there except one. His name is Joseph, but don't know his last name. He is rude and very unfriendly. Please don't use my name on anything except that i like going to that McDonald's

I was at the McDonald on 83rd Euclid the back drive thru female is very friendly and has great customer service skills I go there everyday for lunch and she makes my visit every time if love when she says peachy

I visited the Mc Donald's I ORDERED A NUMBER 2 MEAL. AT THE Counter A guy name Curtis (what I heard another employee call him) he was very friendly , nice smile made sure my order was correct . I would love him to assist me more. The other guy that brought the order was named Calvin, he was outstanding with nice customer service skills. Thanks McDonald's keep up the good work

I would love to thank Tshepo Matlala 82 from Mac Donalds Silverlakes for the excellent service. It was really awesome being served by him. We need more people like him in the service delivery industry, because when it comes to providing an excellent he knows what he is doing.

My husband and I go regularly to the Reno, NV store # 7343. We enjoy seeing Marlene who is often there to greet us. She is a happy person and we enjoy seeing her. She is a credit to your restaurant.

I recently visited McDonalds south in Marion Indiana store 4304 I just whant to say that the employees were very curdious and very helpful in assisting me in helping me find somthing to eat very nice and clean res. teraunt I needed assistance getting my wheelchair out the door and an employee named Brian was very nice and curdious and helped me get out of the store just wanted to say thanks to all the staff looking forward to coming back

Hi! I know so many times people comment and complain about the service and things. so I thought I would comment about a positive experience was one of your employees! :)
I went into McDonalds today and a nice young lady named Teresa was AMAZING! Great customer service skills! it was at the McDonalds in Mentone, ca. Lugonia and Wabash.

I have been a McDonalds customer since I was a kid. I order a medium coffee every morning with 10 creams or lighter sometimes. Sometimes I have to return it because it is too dark. This makes some of the employees upset and they roll their eyes at me or look at me as if I were from another planet. Of course, I tell them what's on my mind and remind them that they are not drinking the coffee. Also there is one female employee that is so obnoxious and very rude. She is down right nasty and talks down to the customers. Why is this allowed? We are the customers! We have to deal with the every day hustle and bustle of work and family problems and the last thing we need is an employee that snaps at you every time she takes your order.

MCDONALDS DURHAM IMPERIAL ctr.I recently came in there.The ladyGail at front counter was pleasant in her deameanor and very professional.I noticed her clean appearance and quick customer service prompt considering other stores she was very couteous to all she waited on..I will go there as long as shes there..I m glad they replaced those others bad attutude mgrs with her friendly face. Pies were burned and she was very apolizied .
