The Bojangles in Smyrna TN store number 000375. No customers at all when I walked in to give my order. I ordered 12 family meal and 3 side and a Fish sandwich. Diane I guess can not count to 6. They shorted me 2 biscuits. The 4 biscuits we received were nearly white on top not browned at all and doughy. The Cole Slaw was half full and I paid a total of 46.62 for this garbage. Never again. Called and called and no one would answer the phone. You know the way you don't answer the phone. I want a refund. How the hell do you mess up such a simple order. They didn't have a single customer at drive thru or inside. Popeyes here we come. Bojangles chased us to you!
I was at the Bojangles location in Chapin South Carolina this morning. I had a verbal altercation with the manager that almost turned physical because of him. I walked outside and called the police. They were unable to view. The cameras said that I needed to call corporate. I would like to speak with someone about this immediately, I have a police report with a case number that is opened. I have been trespassed from the property by the on site manager, which is the person that I have the problem with. He is the one that was the aggressor and followed me outside, trying to fight my 16-year-old son. It is all on camera where your other employees had to pull him back into the building , please call me back as soon as possible. 803-944-2388. Thank you. Have a great day.
This is a complete and utter disappointment and disrespect the minorities are not getting treated like everyone else I've noticed a Caucasian female managing and treating the younger minorities with straight disrespect and when my son came through she was so disrespectful about his order the disrespect is amusing especially one is to a minority I will be making a newsletter report about this y'all have a blessed day and I think the manager's name was Rebecca she didn't want to tell me her name
1/28/24. 11:47 am. Used the Bo Jangles app. Glitch in my credit card entry on the app form. I Ordered 2 items with a total $14.56. While waiting in the pickup spot, I discovered by my credit card that I had 3 duplicate charges of $14.56. I brought it to attention of young lady who delivered to our window. She just said she didn't
Know about it. I asked her if she could help me. She just said no.
I guess on Monday I will have to call the manager.
Visited the Bojangles in Asheboro NC and pulled in to the parking lot at 8:45 pm to order two supreme meals for me and my son after a ballgame. The lady at the window said they only had 4 supremes left and because it was almost 9:00 pm they could not cook anymore because they were cleaning everything up to close down. Two weeks later I send my two older kids to the Bojangles in Lexington Nc to order food to bring back home. They pull through the drive thru at 7:10 and with no one else online or in the restaurant they have tomiukknover to the side and wait 20 minutes before they. A get food brought out to them. Used to love this place but the service is absolutely terrible now. These are not the only two places we have visited that we have had problems with service or either getting orders wrong.
Calhoun bojangles is very bad they were really rude and don't want to do there job I was so upset I didn't get the black guys name but he's working the window right now there at calhoun and they didn't have anything available then wants to charge me extra for some sauce I need to speak to corporate
We did a mobile order and waited over an hour. The employees were in the parking lot smoking and goofing off. They did not wash their hands upon returning to work. They also had nasty attitudes towards my daughters that went in to get our food. Every time we go there it's the same thing...attitudes and just lazy folks! We will not be going back there. At least wash your hands after you're done smoking for gods sake!
WE visit the Bojangles on exit 113 Valdese, NC every Wednesday night. We've received the wrong order on several occasions but have just let it go. Last week we received the wrong order again. We went through the drive thru so we just didn't turn around.Last night we went through the drive thru and ordered the same thing as last week. I let them know that the order was wrong last week so it would be right this time. The manager got on the mic and was very rude by telling me when I order the supreme meal and then order a 3 piece meal dinner that I need to specify chicken on the bone. I thanked her and drove on through. As we were pulling off my husband opened his box. It was wrong again. I went back and drove through the drive through. I was handed the staff at the window the box and let her know the order was wrong. My husband got very upset. The manager came to the window and was very rude again. I tried handing her the box and she turned and walked away. WE drive a large truck and I counld'nt reach the counter so I leaned as far as i could out the window and had to toss the box onto the counter. The manager turned around and smarted off that I was very disrespectful. She brought the meal back and it was wrong again. My husband was very upset and told her to just forget it and we would never be back. The other staff was very nice but the manager had a bad attitude and you could see it upset her staff as well as my husband. He has health issues along with being stages of Alzheimers. She really messed him up and then I had to deal with him. I never complain about food or the service of food. I'm grateful for people who actually work these days. But, this was a very bad experience for all who were there. He called the corporate office as well as the store. He asked for the manager not knowing she was the one that was so rude. She yelled at him on the phone and accused me of throwing the box at her. Not true. I've never dealt with a staff member especially a manager that was so rude and hateful.
At the Morganton store #000866 on Burkemont Ave, Gabby the store manager did not take my order correctly and then after I paid I told her that I ordered water and she said you didn't pay for it. I told her again that I ordered bottle water and she refused and said you need to come back to the register and pay for water and I told her what about that you charged me full amount for the meal and she said not my problem and started screaming at me and I am Deaf and could hear her still screaming at me after I told her I want her supervisor number and she copped an attitude and called someone and no one answered and she started telling the other employee that she wasn't giving out her bosses number and started screaming at me and I told her she being rude and I was walking out and she continued screaming at me remind you I am deaf and I could hear her going out the door.
I wanted her to correct my order and not charge me for a full price meal and plus a bottle of water, typical I pay 8 dollars and some change but the way Gabby was doing it it would have been over 10 dollars for a pork chop biscuit combo with water.
No wonder no one wants to come here. Even the bathroom was dirty and I cleaned it up and picked it up. It's was and only 7:50am and it should have been a clean bathroom

The Burkemont Ave., Bojangles in Morganton, North Carolina, had one of the rudest and unprofessional managers known to man. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but she lied about the other manager that I asked to speak to. Answered the drive-through by saying what do you want and being very smart mouth then when I called told me she wasn't giving me her damn name and had another employee pretend to be the manager.
Went to this Bojangles in Lexington North Carolina full of Halloween decorations said that they were decorating for fall I think I know the difference between fall decorations and Halloween decorations they don't do that much for Christmas Easter Thanksgiving or any other holiday store full of Halloween decorations

Was out of biscuits, Bo rounds and by the time we left 30 minute wait in chicken. And 10 minute waiting on pumpkin pies. But no icing for the other desserts
There was no substitute or discount due to inconvenience

I am a weekly customer and have never experienced the inadequacy that you had today
Went to Bojangles and Walnut Cove North Carolina last night and they seem to have ran out of chicken me expecting to spend $5.99 for a two-piece meal ended up spending over $14 for a meal with your chicken Supreme's which were very hard then they decided not to give me all of the sides that I ordered so I ended up having to go back the sauce that they gave me was also wrong I believe that if you're a chicken restaurant you shouldn't run out of chicken
I advise no one to shop with bojangles on North main Street of high point nc they are rude also the manager and general manager they have attitude treat like you no one all the customers was in the lobby talking about how they was carrying on it wasjust offer I'm assuming they been getting away a lot of times there's nothing been done about it they need to rewind cameras and see how bad they service are.
My husband and I visited the Bojangles in Clinton, TN. 9/6/23. We waited 5 or more minutes, as 2 employees were filling several orders before ours. The serving station was very messy with all the food coverings scattered over the station and dried up food on the containers. One young man used the cash register and handled money, then served food without changing his gloves. The other server wore no gloves and continuously wiped his hands on his dirty apron while filling an order. One of them spilled food containers on the floor and the other one spilled the lids. There was litter on the kitchen floor. It seemed that they were short staffed. We really like the food at Bojangles, but we will never be stopping at that location again.
Ugh! I'm so frustrated! When because of my order being wrong, I try to stay at the window to check it before I drive off, I'm told to move along because the attendant said you got what you ordered! Well, once again, I didn't! Got home and it was NOT what I wanted or what I could eat! Once, I didn't receive my Bo Rounds, and that's ok, mistakes are made but when I said to the attendant (when I stayed at the window when they told me to drive on), I didn't get my Bo Rounds, she brought me a single Bo Round in the container and said, "here satisfied?". With for the most part you offer a good product, why can't you employ respectable people???? Ugh!!!!! Don't get me wrong, I always give praise for good service, even average service.
The Bojangles on Hwy 72 in Athens Alabama served the best chicken I've ever had. Perfectly spiced and cooked. The staff was super kind and the restaurant was very clean. I wish the bojangles in our hometown was that good. Those people deserve cudos for a job well done.
Hello my name starts s Lisa over all my food is pretty good from the Bo jangle's in hickory nc in Mt.View my only complaint is with the Bo berry biscuits, I'm allergic to them, and I really would wish that I would bring the cinnamon biscuit back. And it taste way better then the Bo berry
Tried your children in Elizabeth City,OMG you will make money in Delaware! We are chicken raising, chicken eating people and your chicken will be LOVED here! I believe you will close the doors of any KFC or Popeyes near you here in Delaware. Please come to Delaware.. You won't be sorry ?
Want to acknowledge Manager Thor and one of his employees named Erica at the BoJangles store #000804 Halltown Road Jacksonville NC 28546 for Exceptional Customer Service today. Went out of their way to care for my requests during ordering of my family evening meal. Service with a smile and courtesy. That's what customer service is about and I wanted to have them recognized for their efforts. Beautiful and much Appreciated!

After a long flight a kind person with a smile serving you a delicious meal is welcome. Great food served fresh and fast. What more can a traveler ask? My husband and I stopped at the Bojangles on Hugh street in North Augusta approximately a month ago after a long day at the hospital. We were treated so well, we were told the chicken was in the process of being cooked and we could wait if we liked, which we did! So glad we did...not only was the food wonderful but the staff were so nice.
This facility is so clean we decided this would be our new BO,s! We have one nearer to us but there is no comparison! Tonight we went back for fish sandwiches and we were not disappointed! Janice, the MGR and the entire staff were a delight. So nice to feel welcomed at a fast food restaurant. These employees deserve a great big ATTABOY!
I visit Bojangles in Martinsville almost 5 to 6 times a week during the evening time on my way home and I have to safe the manager on night shift is so nice and respectful and he always working to make sure the consumers food is correct, he truly one of a kind keep him and your business will continue to grow for sure
Returning back to Texas with my 12 year old granddaughter, my best friend and her pregnant daughter when the tornadoes hit around Mobile. We pulled into your Irvington location. You're people were Awesome to us. What a blessing to feel like we were ok there. The manager and the man behind the register said we were going in the cooler with them if needed. Well done on hiring excellent people!

I wanted you to know what a very pleasant experience it was for me .
The young man " Marcus " working the drive thru was awesome ! polite . professional . customer friendly .
My order was correct !
My food was fresh !
And he added the salt that I had requested !!
I came back around and thanked him for being an amazing employee and told him I would be writing to management about the great job he did. Marcus said he normally works at store # 1300 but they had needed help at this location today.
Wish everyone had employees that were this positive and friendly.

The bojangles on lexington rd. in Athens Georgia has their air-conditioning way to low. There are days when they have it so cold in there that the windows are all fogged up and the ductwork was sweating real bad.bojangles had to replace the ceiling tiles because it caused them to mold.It's also causing water to build up in the light fixtures!!! They should not be allowed to make it so cold that it's making it dangerous!!!
This was our first visit to bojangles. We were out of town at our granddaughters soccer tourney. We arrived at 6:25, on a Saturday evening, went inside to order and eat in the cool dining room after a sweltering 2 hours in the heat. The food took quite along time, but eventually came out hot and fresh. The manager seemed to be working hard to keep everything flowing and the drive thru crew seemed to have it all together and kept the drive thru moving fast. The dining room and bathroom were both clean. Even though there were a few hiccups with our order, it was still a pleasurable experience. If I lived here I would definitely go back to this location. kudos to the manager and staff that evening, through all their struggles on service and speed they were all very kind and super NICE!
I love bojangles ... BUT the biscuits fall apart ,crumble up. I go a lot, my dad loves the egg biscuit and I always get a ham biscuit. And I love that we can get it all day. Of course we love all the food... please change your biscuit recipe... thanks a bunch..

I had the pleasure of visiting the Bojangles at 2023 Dayton Blvd. in Red Bank, Tennessee twice over the last 2 days. (I made the 2nd visit because I really loved the french fries!)
I wanted to mentioned that I interacted with 4 different team members & everyone of them was polite, pleasant & eager to please. What a delightful experience! I didn't get their names but here's a shout out to the management for some great hiring choices. Give those employees something special for their great attitudes & hard work!
At our bojangles where I'm working it's always customers feel like they can talk to us any kind of way and feel like they always right but they not .....I feel like the customers should treat us the way they wanted to be treated if not then I'm not giving you any services I'll let another cashier/manager give you service... and also I feel like the customers should not always be right just because we are employees and they customers, we are all humans and everybody always be right / wrong but they customers should not always feel like they right /victim. Cause at the end of the day we all humans and this a free world . Just imagine if they see us out side of work , would they treat us like they do us at work or would they act like they got some sense . BUT EVERYBODY IS HUMAN AND HAVE BLOOD & BREATHING THE SAME AIR .
SO TO ANYBODY THATS AN EMPLOYEE DON'T LET THESE CUSTOMERS GET TO YOU ,CAUSE ALL THEY WANT YOU TO DO IS LOSE YOUR JOB AND ITS NOT RIGHT .BUT IN MY WORDS KARMA IS A BAD THING .
Bojangles doesn't treat their employees right!! When you're 17 trying to get your diploma online while working for Bojangles and have a diagnosis of anxiety and depression but trying to work but the manager of the Bojangles makes a smart remark about all kids have problems and said nothing can be done until AFTER the 17 of December you have to wonder if this is ALL Bojangles or just the one I'm talking about!! Maybe you need to speak with your managers about how they treat people because I know she can't keep anyone working at her store and I can understand why!! I will not tell you what store I'm talking about because I don't want any retaliation on the person being abused by the manger!! Bojangles check your managers and make sure they treat their employees right and fair!!!
I worked at Bojangles in Sylva NC for about 2 weeks before I started getting bullied by my other coworkers. I am extremely disappointed on how unprofessional everything was. Theodora the shift manager threatened to punch me in the face if I flirted with her boyfriend which was our coworker when she had just introduced me to him so he could train me on grill. She would yell at elderly people or regulars in the drive thru for taking longer because she wanted her times on the screen lower. My last day working there she started calling me a liar to other people when I explained to them that she threatened to punch me in the face after we had resolved it on the phone. There was so much drama there it wasn't even funny and I had only worked there for 2 weeks. She would put down her coworkers infront of the customers just because there was a miscommunication. There was no teamwork there at all between everyone. There was drama & rivalry between shift managers because only 1 person could become assistant. Most of the shift managers was the problem because of the passive aggressiveness. Theodora is 21 years old and I am 17. I was just learning everything & she was incredibly rude to everyone when she felt like it even to our general manager. I had came by bojangles today to collect my last paycheck & Theodora started saying stuff to another coworker infront of the customers as soon as I walked in. As soon as Hailey one of my coworkers had told me when it was & I walked outside Theodora swung the door back open to tell me it was the next day & it was weird how they acted so I called up there when I got home to try to get confirmation on everything from another manager & the girl who picked up the phone treated me like I was stupid & made smart comments & then hung up. I lost my cool the second time around when I called because no person should be treated like that reguardless of who they are and I was officially a customer & they were still hateful. I have never felt so bad about myself when I came home from work because of how stupid they made me feel. This used to be my favorite restraunt growing up with my dad & we would have good memories and now I never want to buy another thing there again. There is no excuse for this. I didn't go to work the next day, and no I did not call in. I spoke with the corporate guy the last day & he said he would resolve it, clearly when I went in for my last check nothing changed. I do not feel bad for not calling in or not going back to work. I will not be bullied when I walk into my shift & be in tears when I come home. I also have a couple mental health disorders. The way they represented themselves and this company is embarrassing.
I am a employee at Bojangles and I must say our GM is not professional with things we have a manager in there that cusses us like a dog Bonita that's her name she has had a fist fight up there with an employee she's cussed another manager and she still works there the environment of there is so toxic I'm getting ready to quit it's very toxic it's not under control in there people do what they want to do they're not serving the customers right with the food they will serve them anything it needs to be cleaned in there real bad I go to my gym I'll be want to talk to her about things but she's never around to talk to her so unprofessional I have x things about my benefits and everything she doesn't know anything so she say I have learned that certain people up there has they weigh with her as far as they scheduled and everything I'm a hard worker I have never called that unless I was sick and that was one time I asked for extra hours I couldn't get it and I understand that the labor be high sometimes and we cannot get it and I understand that but every week but I have learned that certain people that have their set schedules my main problem is that the manager that's up there Bonita how she talks to us how she cusses us like we're just pure dogs the manner she doesn't support us at all all she does is cuss us and the environment is too toxic for me and I'm going to take myself out of that environment I love working up there but the environment I cannot handle cuz it's making me come out of my character and I have said this to my GM plenty of times and nothing has changed I will do things the right way put my two weeks notice in but I cannot handle the environment there and I hope it gets better it really hurts me makes me sad I have never ever worked nowhere like that that's so toxic and so unprofessional and it's not even the employees mainly it's a manager and the GM they're not doing their job I have never worked nowhere where a manager cusses her employees like they're nothing instead of supporting them she puts them down I never worked anywhere where an employee excuse me a manager has a fist fight and still works there and then after that has four more incidents with employees and has caused the employees to quit there because of the way she talks to them I didn't want to come to this to make this report but I see things are getting worse and that's why I'm taking myself out of me I hope it gets better but right now it's bad up there it's nasty and some people employees try to keep it clean they try their best you can't talk to your GM she doesn't want to hear it she only want to hear certain people she will talk to certain people only to who she want to talk to we never have meetings about the place we barely see her anyway I have asked for her boss number but I can never get it because I know they don't want to tell things that's going on up there the truth I'm very upset I never work nowhere like that in my life and I'm 42 years old I never work nowhere like that in my life that's so unprofessional and how manager puts down her employees I never work nowhere like that I'm very disgusted disappointed
As an employee of bojangles for about 1 year now . I am completely disappointed at how the store is running now . The chicken cook dropped chicken on the floor and still continue to flour and dropped the chicken and the unit director still let the chicken be sold knowing it had been on the floor . I feel like I'm working in a hostile environment and it's starting to get outrages. I don't think no one in HR will do anything about it because the supervisor definitely doesn't . We have a shift leader who does anything but be a manager she yells at the employee and customers and stay in the biscuit area when we seem to get very busy . The water bugs are starting to become more frequent in the store .
I work at the Bojangles in Alabama, Trussville. My crew and I have just received information about a night shift worker having COVID-19 and none of stuff was informed. I am very upset about this because no precautions was never made in the store and no one knew until weeks later.
My child works for Bogangles in NC and repeatedly have a schedule given to us then I have to go right back after two hours and pick up my child because it's slow. Then after asking about it and scheduling outside of the available times on the initial application the managers retaliated by doing two write ups and less hours. Then just today my child worked 10 hours straight without a break. This Bogangles is a let down for myself and my child to be a first job.
My daughter worked at the Bojangles in Cherryville. The owner needs to be removed from this location. He doesn't pay the staff on time. people complain their hours are changed either by him or the mangement.this is not the way to run any business.People in the community told us this would happen.
