On 3/30/2024 I ordered pick up at the Popeyes located at 2710 Lee Blvd in Lehigh acres FL online. After arriving around 4:30 pm I was told to wait in the 2nd spot. I patiently waited for 30 minutes before asking for a manager. A total of five cars had came and gone. The manager never came but a young man, Jamal came with a bag. I asked why it took so long and his response was "yep". I said excuse me and repeated the question. He then responded "you got your food right" as he continued walking away. Shortly after I left i realized that my order was incomplete. I returned the entire order and requested a refund online when I got home. That experience was the worse I've ever experienced at a restaurant. That establishment is known for their bad customer service. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the one young female that provided great customer service throughout the ordeal. She needs to train her manager and coworkers.

Currently at Popeyes on at 1 Washington Blvd, in Beaumont, TX 77701. Sat at in drive through for 20 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. Drive thru attendant finally comes to the window and acknowledges my presence after sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Ask to speak to manager who was polite and apologetic. Window never apologize after manager told her to. Instead she claimed I didn't place my order at the speaker. Manager took my order and clerk walked off still acting disrespectful. This is an issue every time I come to this location. Totally ridiculous.

Good evening to whom it may concern. I am an elderly woman living on a limited income and have to value my money. But I went to get some chicken and fries yesterday evening. I received the chicken and cold slaw but no fries. Didn't realize it until I got home and I called back and reported i didn't get my whole order . Then me and my grands started to eat the chicken, it was so nasty. No flavor just crunchy and batter was half done. Done on one side and uncooked on the other side. This is the second time I've had a problem with you guys. I don't think I will be back to Popeyes.

Was looking forward to having lunch in the newly opened location on the Farmington/New Britain line in Connecticut. I was second in line and the cashier sneezed into his hand as he was about to take the customer's payment. He paused as if to see if there would be a reaction, then completed the transaction. When he asked what I wanted, I asked him nicely to wash his hands. He asked why and I reminded him about the sneeze into his hand. He asked when and I said a minute ago with the last customer. After another pause he said, "We wash our hands every twenty minutes." I asked if he would be touching the food in my order. "I'll use paper," he said. I said good-bye and he told me to have a good day. Judging from the other comments, it appears that Popeye's suffers a serious deficit in standards, training, and management. Accordingly I will not return.

I love popeyes. So does my whole family. But give me what I pay for. The sided are terrible. Got mashed potatoes with shrimp as side literally 3 bites gone. For what you charge at least fill the container. Shrimp is supposed to be 1/4 lb. What scale r u using? Not even close. Love popeyes but a rip off. Kfc has better coupons and u get what u pay for. Popeyes should be ashamed.

popeyes suck i wen in there yesterday and i tried to buy 3 wings they told me you can no longer buy 3 wings you have to get mixed chicken . my thing is if i'm spending my own hard own money i should be able to get whatever my money can afford .. they shouldn't tell you that you have to get something you don't want . just because of that I will never eat from any popeyes again ..
they could of at least did what KFC did and that was charging more for wings

first time and last time i will ever go to popeyes,i am a vegetarian so i ordered the fish sandwich. when i got home and started eating it it tasted like and was chicken which tastes bad with the soggy fries. i just hope i dont get sick .very unprofessional place of bussiness

It's a beautiful day. And I had my thoughts on some good chicken and redbeans and rice. But to my dismayed at 10:30 am their not opened. So I blew my horn to get some one to the window. Management came to the window and replied we're not opened.I can see this. But he said come back later.He made no apologies what so ever. I said your hours said 10am. It's 10:28 sir. Next thing I see he closed the window and walked away. What!!!!!!
Mr.Jesus you need professional service skills. You can't be a leader if you don't shop your employees how to carry themselves. The word says you're the head. Then show some leadership.

Store number (7206) please shut it down. This has been the second time that I ordered the popcorn shrimp and it taste like dehydrated shrimp. It was like the shrimp was non-existent. The shrimp taste like hard balls of seasoned dough. I ignored it the last time I made a purchase here but this time was worse than the last purchase.

Post Falls Idaho argued on the phone with me that my order didn't have mash potatoes when I payed extra for large mash potatoes on my 50$ delivery order. Placed order on the actual Popeyes app and called before before placing order to ensure I get mash potatos. I didn't receive mash potatos. All the actual delivery services do not show mash potatos as an option to order reason for ordering through the actual restruant website. Finally the employee told me to come back tomorrow with my recipt. There was a reason I paid for delivery not to have to drive to their location.

This Is The Worst Popeyes(9044) I Have Been To Ever. Placed An Order At The Window And The Rep Stated It Was Hot And Fresh And My $40 Dollar Family Box Was All Wrong And Cold And Hard. We just visited our local Popeyes in Waynesville, NC.
We have eaten there before, and have had mixed results. Today was absolutely terrible. We were going to take advantage of the 6.99 big box, which is constantly advertised. The girl said she had no idea what we talking about..
Not understanding, but being flexible, we changed our order to, two classic chicken sandwiches .
She took the order, and we waited several minutes for our food . We brought our sandwiches home. When we opened the bag, we had two cold buns, wet with mayonnaise, with two cold chicken tenders and two wet pickles on them.
Terrible experience. We will not go back.

This is a fairly new store. I have read other bad reviews. This store is doomed if someone doesn't step up and figure this out. What a shame.

I placed a order at 410pm at popeyes and they told me 12 minutes for chicken. I have been waiting on 4 thighs and 3 chicken sandwiches large potatoe and small Coleslaw it is now 455pm still no chicken still nothing. I asked for a refund now they can't give me a refund.
The lady at the front was very rude and said she don't know to say. This is Bloomington il location on empire

I purchased 3 pc. wing w/biscuit on 01/19/2024; the wings were tiny, hard and cold. The biscuit was cold, flat and dry. I paid $5.29 for this order. The location was Store 12524, 34275 Ford Rd., Westland, MI. I mispaced my receipt. On 01/29/2024, I attempted once again to place an order. I ordered a chicken breast w/biscuit. The breast was tiny, the biscuit was flat,cold and dry. I love Popeye's menu and never had an issue with food until now. I tried to go on the computer to enter the Popeye Survey. For some reason, the info I enter comes up as "error". I have tried several times to enter the info on my receipt and it does not work. I called the Popeyes' restaurant and spoke to the manager bit she could give me no information. I have enjoyed Popeye's menu for years and I hate to stop patronizing the restaurant. These two incidents were at the same restaurant.

I visited a location today and they forgot my extra wing I paid for, I live on the other side of town and I keep calling the store and nobody is answering at the store . This isn't the first time this has happened

Ewing NJ's Popeyes has extremely unprofessional and incompetent managers. I went into the restaurant to retrieve items they neglected back in order that place through the drive-thru. They had given me such a hard time over items that cost under $5 that they neglected to please and the bag. I spoke to a previous manager from one of the other stores who also works in that location and she stated that she would replace the items and also add an item for the discouragement we experienced well by the time we arrived to the Ewing location the two incompetent managers said that the phone did not work but yet they had cell phones and neglected to verify the story or correct the story. Beaning customer service for the past 30 years of my life showed me how much of an insult this area has become having a body in a position instead of someone that is educated call and knowledgeable in the restaurant business or any business setting. There may I've been a language barrier because they had no skill sets to diffuse a situation and to listen to the customer one manager was so concerned about losing products where I believe he's eating most of the profits of the company.

Your store on banks crossing ?. The chicken was super salty and the biscuit was loaded with oil. The mash potato equally salty. Store# 10524. Customer service fair. Had to discard my food. Will not return to that location please cut the salt by half

My son was an employee and was burned. He went to urgent care and provided his insurance. His insurance wont cover the bill due to it was a work injury. He went back to his job and they never paid the bill and now we are in collections. I would like help to get this bill paid due to it was a work injury.

The Popeyes on Verdot School Road in Lafayette, Louisiana needs to reiterate to their employees to check and double check that orders are correct before handing the bag to the customer. I was at this particular Popeye's this evening(1/22/24) in the drive thru and there were quite a few cars. To my surprise when I got home I had a fork in my bag but not the Cajun rice I ordered. Also ordered a 2 piece, white meat, spicy; one piece was spicy the other wasn't. Extremely disappointed!

Ordered wings at the Blairs Ferry Rd location in Cedar Rapids IA. Drove there and was informed that the chicken restaurant was out of chicken wings. I guess it's my fault for trying to order wings from a chicken restaurant during NFL playoff weekend. I won't make that mistake again

That popeyes was a nightmare! No one spoke English except one employee. And she could only say words. I knew more Spanish than her. She was handling the drive thru and the front counter, because the ither employees didnt speak English. The wait was long. The food was cold by the time you got it. Also, they wanted to charge me $101 for 25 thighs.

Went to Popeyes near my home yesterday and got the chicken sandwich. It was sooooo much better than the dry, non tasty sandwich from Chick Filet. I LOVE this sandwich so much! Yummy ?

We had a fabulous visit at the Popeye's Chicken Store #7007 last night 2/17/2024 at 7:12 PM EST
Yvonne and Camron and another employee were fantastic keeping up with the orders. They communicated with each other with professionalism and had that restaurant running like a well oiled machine. It was a pleasure to eat there. We've been to other Popeye's Chicken restaurants in Pompano Beach, FL and Riviera Beach, FL besides this one we were at last night and all of them were very professional, and made you feel welcome. Very competent and professional crew. So happy to have stopped in at Popeye's. Keep up the great work!!!

I am 62 years old and am being treated for Stage 4 Esophageal cancer. This cancer started with a large tumor blocking my Esophagus so I couldn't eat or drink. I have a feeding tube that gets me nourishment. After a few sessions of Radiation, the tumor shrunk enough to where I could eat soft foods and liquids.
The reason I am writing is that for two months, you saved my life! Popeye's mashed potatoes and gravy was the only thing could take orally to get flavor, protein and carbs. I bought a large Mash and Gravy and another small gravy every day for 2 months. The product was always on point with flavor and delishishment 100%. I want to commend store #19587 and employee Aaliyah Jackson for the courtesy, care and the over and above to make sure I as a customer had everything correct and always with a Smile, Warm Greeting and Wholesome, caring salutation.

The Millbrook, Alabama location needs better night time illumination of driveway entrance from roadway. The turn is very difficult to see at night with the black road top surface. If you're not careful, you can almost strike the fire hydrant making a left turn onto the property.

Service is great, food is delicious!

Best fast food experience at Popeyes Louisville ky Preston hwy location around 3:10 pm hadn't ate was rushing to work ,on a Wednesday the guys had my food fresh hot packaged and prepared right can tell they take their job serious never had my fries taste like that he didn't put fries in the box with shrimp to get all soggy like normal I love it here and just want to give Thanks to hard working men at that location

I live in Albuquerque NM. I have been to a few Popeyes. The best service I find is on Coors and Corrales. The food is worry the wait. This restaurant is very clean. There is an employee, Karen. She is very helpful, accommodating and funny and entertaining. She gives us all excellent customer service. Hold on to Karen.

I would like to give a great thanks to the new young lady manager at the Popeye's store # 12128 Buisnessloop in Columbia, Missouri. This young lady has cleaned up the riffraff of employees and has brought in new and improved employees that want to work and who looks presentable. This young lady has taken this restuarant and turned it around for the better. It is the only location I will go to because the other stores are not up to part in my opinion. I wish I knew this young ladies name but you don't see this kind of work ethics from young people these days so it is wonderful to see. Thank you young lady for making this location a more pleasant experience and the food is more preventable as well as better tasting. The whole restuarant is just cleaner. God bless.

I don't know who the girl was that was manager at popeye's tonight,But I just want to take a minute and let her know how great she was with me and my family. We eat at Popeye's often And let me tell you I command her and the other managers that work there because dealing with teen age kids is not easy. Tonight was most definitely 1of them nights for her. My family and I had win in to sit down and eat. She greeted us as we come in the door and she was very respectful. She had our food out in no time Everything was correct she made sure that we had all the condiments.. She even come to check on us at our table and asked us if everything was okay And if we needed anything. And one more thing. I would like to say the young girl that was on front counter. You treated her with such kindness and respect and that goes a long way and I commend you for that. Young lady I don't know your name but being a management is hard enough but job well done. Fast food can be very stressful but I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for Showing us great hospitality and treating us with respect I look forward to seeing you again!

Store #2366 I received excellent service today. Store was being stocked and cleaned. Ms Taylor was friendly and so was the other staff.

Popeye's #12686 Carrie doing a fine job. We ate there yesterday. Clean, Chicken sandwich hot. Fries were lukewarm though.

We have gone to the one in Surprise, AZ on Bell Rd. closer to where we live several times. Will never go there again. Service is terrible, the restaurant and bathrooms are always dirty.

I went to Popeyes on hwy 7 in Erie, CO today. What a pleasant surprise!! The service was wonderful and the chicken very good. I'm guessing they are under new management. I'll definitely go back

We placed an online order but when we showed up several items were out of stock. The lady working the front who I assumed was the manager (she wore glasses and had a long braid) offered to replace the items with others and was very accommodating.
I work in food service and I know how hard it is to hold down the fort, especially when you are running out of food, having to deal with Uber and doordash orders being cancelled, repeating what's available to drive thru, all while answering the phone with angry customers. This lady and co worker held it down. I was impressed. Although I didn't get what I ordered I had one of the best experiences tonight, my food was so fresh and good and I received excellent customer service. She even said when we left that we were the nicest people she ever had there, which makes me sad because I wish more people were understanding and compassionate and nicer to her and staff.

Hello my name is Francisco and I'm falling I complain trying to reach out to the boss of the GM in corsicana our current was working for them she told me I was getting paid $11.50 and now she says that I'm getting paid $11 and I was working for free this whole time she barely put in my hours not supposed to get paid this Friday coming up she lied to me about my pay and I don't think that's right I got a family to feed I wish you could understand how stressful I am right now can somebody please reach out to me cuz I don't want to take I really don't want to sue the company I just want to get paid what she told me I was getting pai

**EMPLOYEE REVIEW** I started working at Popeyes in the middle of July And it has been the worst work experience ever. Upon being hired district manager XAVIER Promised that my pay would be higher than 10.75 (which was what I told him I was Receiving at Popeyes on Sardis). & A Position As A Shift. I received a few nights of training on the computer system & recognition as a shift lead in training by My manager. Shortly after starting at this location there was a bit of drama resulting in the firing of an assistant manager and a good majority of the team was no longer employed. During this time my Gm had to step away from the store due to family related emergencies. While The stores Gm was away S.blvd received no valuable help or attention from anyone in a higher ranking. Employees sent to "help" at s.blvd has done nothing but Bully, Antagonize, And Steal From The Store. Not a single employee that came to help had anything good to say and made it their priority to let S.blvd know how much they hated the staff, the store, and distance they were forced to travel. TRAINED MANAGERS walked out without a care and still kept their jobs. S.blvd was ran by three dedicated employees a night for weeeekssss with NO HELP. After enough was enough and I reached out to Xavier IN A VERY FRUSTRATED MANNER his only response was that s.blvd was nasty and the "click" that was created was the reason behind him abandoning the store. Before xavier was demoted as DM of s.blvd I was promised promised multiple sit downs, calls, and meeting that's has never happened. Around late august early September my Gm was demoted from a position that she dedicated her time and hard work to EVERYDAY on the clock. She hasn't had anyone of a higher ranking to stand behind her and assist her with the proper help needed at S.blvd. Upon demoting her Yolanda became the DM And GM of Sblvd. Since she has gained "authority" of sblvd she has done nothing but steal customers money by having employees charge false prices. Yolanda has refused to post a schedule ON TIME and has taken it upon herself multiple times to just do what she wants with scheduling employees without any question or concern of an employees time. Yolanda has also refused to put any accurate truck orders resulting in s.blvd running out of product or not having any at all for weeks. Yolanda has been a bully to many employees and the way she speaks is beyond degrading. When her behavior is told to be offensive she shrugs it off and moves along. Yolanda sent an employee from her store to be bullied by employees at s.blvd because she didn't like her work ethic....or rather she didn't like the employee she was "dating". Either way that is wrong. The way that Yolanda treats and speaks to her employees is unacceptable in any job field and BEYOND DEMEANING. SOMEONE HELP!!! .....a few weeks ago I fired because me and another employee that is my Boyfriend got into an altercation where I proceeded to throw grease in his direction. Yolanda was made aware that majority of the altercation happened off property and was started by the other employee. Yolanda knowing the truth tried to change the narrative to seem like the employee was drenched in grease and only fired Me. Although I understand why I was fired I do not understand why I stood alone with punishment. Yolanda did not sit down and talk about the situation with me in fact she called me outside to talk but because the greeting (which was a hi) didn't meet her standards she never talked with me. I as the employee had to ask if I was fired. Early last week while speaking to an employee I asked if I could come in and help her out for the day, On this Day Yolanda proceeded to offer me my job back, I went to work that day and during the closing hour Yolanda called to make sure I would be at work the next day. The next day around 4:30 Yolanda called to make sure I was coming in with my boyfriend who is still employed. Yolanda told numerous employee she wouldn't be able to convince anyone to hire me back out of spite of me not speaking to her. Not once has she spoke to me

Yes I put in an application at one of tour locations in Lubbock.Tx and I was hired but only I didn't show up my wife was in a bad wreck and I came in a to tell the manager that I wouldn't b able to Come in due to that.So she said come in tommorw.I said ok only to know. That my wife got worse I couldn't think so I didn't. Go back I was wondering. If I can go back to work mow that she's ok,I didn't have anyone to watch my children during her stay there at the hospital.
