My elderly mother lost her purse at the McDonalds on Maple St in Lebanon, Pa. Your store manager Louis was very polite and took it upon himself to secure her purse and keep it safe until the next day when my mother finally realized she left it at your store. Louis is an asset for you. Much impressed. Thank you.

I love the Peter Peras treated us at McDonalds today located at 4750 & Warner March 29th 2014. He has a beautiful smile to approach customers his atitude makes a difference thank you for having employees like him. I approached him and told him this in person, thank you!

I want to acknowledge a very helpful Mc Donald store manager, Shannon. She is a shift mgr. at a Greensboro, NC. Restaurant on New. Garden Rd.. I was having lunch there, on leaving I found I had locked my keys in my car. I have Triple A, but no cell phone to call them. She was so kind to make the call for me, and in 20 min. Triple A was there, and I was on my way. An act of kindness so appreciated by a senior citizen. Just wanted to know what a special person she is. I will make that my favorite Mc D's!! Grandma in NC

at the store #5418, Charlette (lobby lady) does a GREAT job!!!!!!!!! there has NEVER been a time that I've been in there that the lobby is not SPOTLESS. when ther appears not to be any needed to be done, she will find something to do. Her work ethics speak LOUDLY for her. I told her so and would like you to know, that in my opinion any and everything that is an incentive to think careerwise she deserves! She's earning it! would love to see her not only as crewperson, management, with her work and life skills would be an asset for the company!!!1! Thank you Charlette in ALL you do to make my experience a GREAT start to my day!!!!!

To Whom It Concern's Recently My Wife &i Went To The The Indian Trail Mcdonalds Store # 32261.when We Were In The Store Was Clean ,the Employees Were Pleasant & Service Was Good!!!.we Stopped Going In Because There Was Nasty Employees Dirty Store & Terrible Service We Have Lived Here 4 Years & Decided To Give This Mc Donald's Another Try,& Glad We Did!!!.we Stayed Away For A Few Years Because Of The Atmosphere,but With The Improvements And The Cleanliness We Will No Longer Have To Drive To A Further Location!!! We A Very Happy With All The Improvements !!!!

My experience in your Omak Washington restaurant was pleasant. I especially would like to give a pat on the back to the lobby lady that was on that day. She was pleasant to us, helpful to us and everyone that entered or left the restaurant. I work in the service industry myself, and it is nice when a customer gives a positive feed back instead of always negative. I sincerely hope that this lady gets some form of recognition because she made our experience a great one!!When I return to Omak Washington I will definitely return to that store. I am not sure if you have more then one store in Omak, but it was the one across from Walmart.

I would like to express my appreciate for the exceptional job Manager Erica does to keep store #3195 properly and officially running everyday. I'm in the store 5 times a week she is always hustling and keeping the workers moving. Erica makes my experience McDonalds quick fast and enjoyable.

McDonalds on St. Joe Road in Fortwayne, IN 46815 Alady named Marcia works hard and keeps the tables and store spotless. Everytime someone would get up from eating she was right there cleaning the table. She is a excellent employee and deserves a raise

My work takes me to cities around the metro area. Visited many Macs. Best store in every respect is at the corner Fairmont and Preston in Pasadena, Texas.

In Galati, Romania the McDonalds is absolutely great. The workers are work very hard and are very efficient in what they do. The bosses/managers are the right amount of stern with their employees, helping the jobs be fully completed. Always clean, very friendly workers, and just great service overall. I've been going to this McDonald's for the last 10 years! Never had a bad experience, and hopefully won't any time soon!

I live by a McDonalds on Clarkson Road in Chesterfield,MO and they are very friendly and efficient

McDonald's here Las Piñas,Philippines is really great!! All employees and managers are so accomodating. I hope I am not just the only one giving this positive feedback them. I will tell this to my friends.

I just wanted to comment that the service I received at the McDonalds at the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia was outstanding. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and they were very busy as well. Despite the high order load, I still received my order very quickly. I will continue to eat there!

I also received friendly service at the McDonalds located next to Glendale City College. The employees were very courteous and professional. I cannot stress how much this means to me. I noticed that the employee working at the register was highly efficient. There was a long line, and he worked at a breathtaking, almost machine like pace. The quality of McDonalds employees is truly remarkable.

I live in American Samoa, there are only two branches of McDonalds in our territory and I am a frequent customer. McDonalds has given me the best customer service in the 16 years I've been here. They always show signs of friendliness and respect. My change is never wrong and I never have to wait long for my order. Thank you McDonald for the excellency in your customer service and the awesomeness of your burgers!!!

People seem to only rate when they have a bad experience. Pathetic in my opinion. The McDonalds in Highlands Ranch, Colorado has wonderful customer service. The night manager was very friendly and helpful and even gave us a free coffee and two pies for having to wait a few extra minutes. They tried to do a good job, and did.

My wife and I recently visited store # 11683, Brandermill location. This store is located in Chesterfield County, VA. We received excellent customer service. Our initial greeting came from a lovely young lady named Brianna. She was enthusiastic, outgoing and handled our request very professionally. I noticed another employee of the same store also very involved in his attempt to serve other customers as our order was being taken by Brianna. He was also energetic and appeared to be very engaged in his attempt to provide a high level of service to the customers he was assisting.

I was so very impressed with Brianna I requested that she allow me to speak with her manager to compliment her service and attitude. Not to my surprise, I was greeted by her manager, Marcus, the same man I had observed who had been so focused on his desire to provide excellent customer service. It was obvious that Marcus was leading by example at this store.

I am hopeful that the owner of the franchise will reward the outstanding customer service provided by Marcus and Brianna.

After less than 2 hours, it came to their attention the complaint I have logged and what's good about it they responded to it and exchanged the green coca cola glass with the 'right' purple one and added a box of 6 nuggets. However the delivery man did not say sorry or was not even feeling sorry for the flaws; instead he showed the receipt that, written there its a green coca cola glass not a purple one which we have purchased.they shouldn't put customers into fault since its very clear that they verified the correct orders by talking over the phone before they delivered them to us.anyhow, thanks for the compensation McDonald's Eastwood Libis

Went to mcDonalds in Ft Wayne on Jefferson and they got my order wrong, the girl asked me to pull up while they cooked more chicken bites, I asked that they keep my fries hot and got a responce of I'll make sure your fricken fries are cold as I pulled up to the waiting spot, then the 3 managers got pissy with me as I went in the store cause they would not answer phone!! How Pleasant

I visited the branch in Garretts Green Lane today, and was greeted by the lady who works on the restaurant side. She was really friendly and had a lovely smile, and she was very helpful. Plus, the restaraunt was spotless, which makes a change to some I have visited.
