Very disappointed in the customer service at enterprise in Haverhill. I picked up the cart half tank returned at half tank and they refusing to reimburse me my money that I had to put down for prepaid gas. That's very disloyal and I feel like I'm being jerked all over the place. I'm never ever going there again. Very bad customer service, very sneaky and lies.

My insurance company made a reservation for me on January 26,2024, and provided me with a reservation number. I called to confirm and stated I needed the car on Monday , January 29,3024. My reservation was confirmed. Monday morning I called to confirm location, pick up time, etc. everything was good and I was scheduled to pick car up at 4:00pm. I was in dropped off at a store walking distance from business location at 3:00 . At 3:10 I received a call from Enterorise saying there would not be a car for me today and would not have one until Wednesday. This left me stranded for 2 hrs before I could get a ride home. The manager at the Saraland location was more than rude and did nothing to try to help me secure a car and basically told me @it wasn't his responsibility to get me a ride home. I so understand mistakes and I didn't really expect total treatment but I did expect some courtesy and professionalism which this manager lack both. I call Tuesday morning and tried to obtain a car due to the fact I had a reservation. I was told cars went out first come first serve based. I called the 800 number than I used to confirm my reservation to see if I could possible get a car. I was given the run a around there as well, waiting on someone to call me. Still waiting.... Finally got someone who was professional and was very nice. She had a car available but it was too late for me to arrive at her location and they could not bring the car bc I lived 22 miles away. So needless to say it Tuesday night and I have no car , no call backs, from upper management and no plans to secure a car for me . This is the most unprofessional situation that I've dealt with for a long time. It appears the word reservation should not be used in booking a car, I definitely would look at the management that is running my stores and to rate customer service .... Big Zero! Enterprise Rent Car did not honor my reservation , their lack of professionals caused me a 2 hr. Wait in the cold for someone to pick me up , cost me $100 cancellation fee to my dr spot for not giving a 24?hr notice, ,I've waited 3mibths for this appointment and had to cancel ... Bottom line is this : Reservations are not Honored , Do nothing to help when there is a problem and they Warby was treated by their staff .... Terrible . However , I do have to give Enterprise RentACar a bug thumbs up ?, for their employees ability to "pass the buck" in the most efficient way. All they had to do was tell me they are not able to honor my reservation and they do not plan to do anything to honor it. It amazes me how a company can stay in business treating their customers the way I was treated , bc I know I'm not the only one that's had this experience .

Think someone from Emterorusevwill follow through with this review????

TERRIBLE......TERRIBLE.
Reservations are made and taken when they have NO CARS.......
Calling a local office is an exercise in futility since no one answers the phone and the customer is left hanging listening to stupid recorded messages that are all lies........
Calling to complain and getting connected to ESCALLATION is another exercise in futility.......left me hanging for 30 minutes before system disconnected my call.........

Absolutely nightmare. Their company should go out of business. They should be removed from the rental car business.

Houston Hobby Airport. First starts off they have no system to get customers to vehicle once they have checked you in. They just randomly call names until someone answers. After waiting for fir 2 other customers to be placed in rental car that were behind me I finally have the same girl that checked me in help. She starts out by let me see what we have available and walks outside. She then proceeds to talk to another employee and passes me on to them. He takes us out to the car and we get loaded up about to sign the paperwork when the same girl comes out and calls him over and has another conversation with him. He then proceeds to come over to us and suddenly tells us that he can't place us in this vehicle because it needs an oil change. Do now we are standing old side in the cold with no coats on waiting for him to go find us a car. What becomes more troubling is when we are waiting for him to get the car another employee comes out and places another customer in the vehicle we originally started to get that needs an oil change. While the same girl that stopped me from getting it seen it and the guy that finally got us another vehicle seen it as well. So it didn't need an oil change she just wanted to give it to another customer who happened to be African American the same as her and the employees she spoke with.

So I will call it what it is now because if I was African American and this happened it would be considered racial discrimination. So yes I obviously was discriminated against when they turned around and put an African American in the car that I was about to drive off with.

I'm addition , the car obviously has a bad catalytic converter is bad because the car stinks inside while driving and the wipers are not good and it just happened to be raining. Not a very good experience at all.

If all you all's brains was gas you wouldn't have enough fuel to power a piss ants moped around a cheerio! What the heck good is a confirmation number good for? You don't honor them you cancelled 3 times now. This time you called 20 minutes after you were closed. Bellefontaine Ohio you need a real manager. How do I get my relatives from the airport tomorrow? Oh that's right you only care about you. I plan on making you famous all over Facebook, you dropped the ball in my court for the last time, didn't offer any further competition!

There was an issue with my rental even though it was set up over a previous to the rental time. When I rented upon completion of the rental and return the vehicle was still listed in the previous renter's name. Mr. Gabriel and Ms. Savanagh stated that it was not known that I had this vehicle even though I had checked out through their system. They told me I did not owe it was on them. I requested to pay. A week later I was turned over to a collection department and received the bill through the mail.
Twice I attempted to resolve this process by sending a request through customer service channels to contact the managers at Enterprise Atlanta. Mr. Avant and the field supervisor at Atlanta Airport did not return calls. Twice... The humiliation of being turned over without being given the opportunity to be treated like a human being. I have a great credit score and this is an insult!
I have had good service previously however this tops it all. Absolutely a zero for Atalanta Airport location! To include Mr Avant and the field supervisor.

Picked up a rental car Friday July 22 at Queen St office in York PA. Was told no smoking in car. Someone definitely smoked in the car. Tried calling the office Sat morning and was on hold for over an hour. I finally drove to the office. I get headaches from cigarette smoke. Of course there was no other car available and I understand that. But to be on hold for over an hour is very poor Customer Service. I would requested some kind of refund and was told I can only get a $50 credit. I think $150.00 would be more acceptable. I will have a headache in that car for a week and being on hold that long is worth something. Thank you and looking forward to your response.

Recently! I rented a car from Enterprise rental car at 6770 S. Dawson Circle 80112. Very racist woman EK not only told me I couldn't afford an upgrade to a BMW but asked me for an insurance card. She never asked the white ones for their insurance card. She rented me a car that I found a nail in it (returned) the car then got a car that wasn't clean ac smelled like underarm pits. Had to keep the car due to 4th of July holiday. Horrible experience. Complained to customer service - Waiting to hear back

We had a rental for a month through Enterprise Rental Car in Oak Ridge Tennessee. We received a call on June 12, that our lease for the 30 days expired the next day. Reached out to our insurance company a few days later and the said they had extended the lease, we returned to enterprise to pick the car back up and we're met with chaos. Told that unfortunately they didn't have that car anymore... which was fine, we told them we didn't have to have the same car, to which we were told that our lease was contracted for that car only... and they couldn't rent us a different car. His words were "oh well, your lease is up tomorrow anyway" naturally my husband was VERY MAD, none of it made any sense.... They called the police and had us put on a do not rent list... after some investigation we found that the car WAS in my husbands name and insurance under our contract, but obviously couldn't provide the car because they had illegally allowed someone else to drive the car!! I am seeking legal action, thankfully we caught this and brought it to light before whoever was driving around under his name got into an accident, or worse! SHAME ON ENTERPRISE for trying to defend in order to cover up instead of take the correct legal action against their employees. I believe it was a split second desicoon made out of desperation in attempt to cover up.... But this won't go away anytime soon!! Steer clear of this company, if they'll cover it up for Oak Ridge Tn.... You might not be so lucky, whoever they let drive a vehicle in your name may seriously hurt someone or be involved in things that will cost A LOT more than rental fees to clear your name from, after all why didn't they rent a car in their own name. What's really going on Enterprise.

It is with great disappointment that I must bring to your attention the unacceptable experience my wife and I encountered at the Enterprise Branch located at 5860 Wiles Rd Coral Springs, FL, US, 33067 on April 27th, 2023.

After driving home the Sonata rental from the branch, we were alarmed to find that the car's oil was only at 2%. The following day the car display that the oil needed changing so we returned the vehicle after contacting the branch for an exchange per Chad's suggestion. We were offered a choice of four vehicles as a replacement. However, much to our dismay, the 2 were in a filthy condition - a far cry from the expected cleanliness of a rental car.

As if the disappointing state of these vehicles wasn't enough, we were met with an increasingly hostile and unprofessional attitude from branch manager Mr. Corace when I went back inside to get clorox wipes to clean the second vehicle ourselves. Instead of addressing our concerns for a clean vehicle, Chad became defensive and his interactions with us only escalated the situation. My efforts to involve another employee, Mr. Hernandez, were fruitless as he refused to intervene and offered no support or resolution.

In the end, Chad informed us he could no longer provide us with a rental vehicle and suggested taking an Uber. Even when my wife made a new reservation through the dealership as suggested by the dealership, the following Monday Chad refused to rent a vehicle to my wife. We were extremely disappointed with Chad's behavior and lack of professionalism.

Attempts to contact higher management, including Area Manager and Regional VP, have been unsuccessful so far. We have sent several emails, but have not received any response. We are hoping to discuss this experiences of your branch and require their immediate attention. We will continue submitting our experience through all and any necessary means and until we receive a response and satisfactory outcome.

*This is just a summary of what happened and suggest Enterprise Rent-A-Car to get the full scope of the incident.

I rented a car from the downtown Topeks, KS, Enterprise Rental Car on 1/16/23. It was arranged through my insurance while my car was in the body shop for repairs. It was originally from 1/16-2-/23, but repairs took longer. So the arrangement was extended. I returned the car on 1/27/23. The agent said that I did not owe anything further. He said he would send me an electronic final statement/paper work. He never did. After several unsuccessful e-mails, I went in to the office. I was given a hard copy final statement/paper work. It said: "Total Estimated Amount Due $0.00". When I got my next bank statement on 3/2/23, I saw that Enterprise had withdrawn $108.02 from my bank account using my debit card. They never contacted first, though they had my cell phone number and e-mail address. The withdrawal was without my knowledge or authorization, even after being told twice that I did not owe anything further. They broke my trust and acted very unethically. I e-mailed the regional account manager and called his cell phone number and received no response. I Told him I planned to call my bank to report what had happened and to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

We will be taking this complaint to it's highest level Enterprise car rentals employees screwed with the wrong guy this time. The problem is there's not enough people taking these scam games ( Damages ) to a justice department for wrongful damage claims. I would not of went there if I'd known there track record for fraudulent claims. They'll never stop until someone does something about it it's a big moneymaker ripping off customers they should be shut down and a lesson to other rental businesses the same thing can happen to them. This happened in the Enterprise branch off 100 st in Grande Prairie Alberta Feb 9 2023 there will be more to follow as this is still ongoing.

This was the worst experience with a Rental car company in my life.

I had a confirmed reservation for 12pm yesterday. They said they called bc they had no cars but couldn't get through and they did no such thing. They didn't have a car for me all day even though I kept calling back. I was promised a car this morning and was told someone would come pick me up. It was a no call no show. No one contacted me all day. I called this afternoon to complain and a nice lady told me she would let the district manager know and they would find a car for me. Again no one called.

To top it all off the person taking my complaint just dropped off the line when I was telling him what happened. I reported it to the store manager who said sorry. This is way more than a sorry situation

This entire situation made me miss my meeting and made me have to cancel my plans because it was too late to rent elsewhere. It is completely unacceptable.

I wanted to recognize the efforts of 2 Enterprise employees at Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). I booked a rental through Alamo for Fri., 10/7/22. No one was at the Alamo counter when I arrived about 1:00pm and a young man named Andrew at Enterprise said he would assist me. He promptly found me a vehicle after we both learned, much to my dismay, that Alamo had cancelled my reservation even though I had confirmed it 3 days earlier! His efforts went above and beyond in customer service. Then, as I was trying to locate my vehicle another Enterprise employee named "Candy" asked me if she could help and walked me around the parking deck until she found a very nice SUV that meet my needs for my stay. These two young people did an exceptional job and I want tio recognize their efforts.

On Aug 22, 2022 @ 9:00pm, I arrived at the San Antonio Airport to pick up a rental car. When arriving at the Enterprise front desk, we went over and signed the contracts with Eiliesha,(without seeing the actual vehicle) she then directed me downstairs to pick up my vehicle. I was greeted by a gentleman that directed us to 'pick any car' due to low inventory. After I chose my vehicle, the gentleman walked away, and I asked him "aren't we supposed to do an inspection?" He stated, "no you're good to go". He never came close to the car. I then proceeded to take a walk around video of the vehicles condition where we saw the front bumper was scratched. After exiting the airport, we noticed a "scraping" noise. With it being late at night and raining I proceeded home. The morning of Aug 23rd, I walked out to my car and confirmed that the undercarriage was ripped and scraping on the ground. I called the branch and asked if I could exchange the vehicle and I was granted permission. I made my way to the airport to exchange the vehicle. After talking with the gentleman about the exchange, he deferred me to his Assistant Branch Manager Mariela. Mariela then informed me that since I signed for the vehicle in a damaged state, I am responsible for the damages and will be charged. When asking if the damage was previously notated in the system she said "no" implying someone did not to their job correctly and that the damaged was caused by someone else (not me). During this interaction in trying to explain that the damage was already present when picking up the car, Mariela carried herself in an extremely unprofessional, short tempered, rude, and condescending manner. Mariela then claimed we "signed and accepted a damaged vehicle" which is categorically false. Cameras will prove that contracts were signed at the front desk and associate did not perform an inspection prior to us departing. She even went on to say that she didn't care about the scrape on the bumper it was going to charge us for the damage for the plastic undercarriage that was damaged. It is extremely unacceptable for a vehicle in that condition to even be allowed to be rented and even more unacceptable for an employee to carry themselves in that manner. She is an embarrassment to your organization to say the least. Other Enterprise employees commented about her rude behavior being typical of her. One employee named Gregory really tried his best to help us and make us feel better about the situation, but ultimately, had no say because Mariela is the assistant branch manager. The narcissistic behavior demonstrated by Mariela' has led us to make a more formal complaint to the corporate office because she immediately charged us for the damage incurred by another party or an Enterprise employee my credit card company and insurance company will be conducting a thorough investigation into the fraudulent charge. The San Antonio airport will be providing camera footage to the police department as well because I am finally charges. The camera footage will prove, without a doubt, that I was falsely accused, and Mariela had no grounds to treat me the way she did or charge my credit card for damages.

Rented a car at Kalispell, MT and it was the dirtiest car I have ever rented. example, the car had BEER CANS underneath the seats car was not washed inside or out, sunflower seeds everywhere, windows had to be clean before driving what makes this situation really bad rent a cars are in height demand and being EXSPLODED in this area of Glazier National Park we payed $900.00 dollars for six days mid size And if you want a SUV break out the savings they go for $2000.00 and everything at the time of our stay was gone yes gone almost every rental place was empty and what I got from enterprise was a peace of &$@#

I've made 3 different reservations here in St Petersburg, FL & when I got there each said they had no cars. I think I should been notified so I wasn't Ubering to 3 different locations & still not getting a car!!

My vehicle (BMW) was in an accident and my Insurance company arranged for a rental car through the Cordova TN. Enterprise. When I got to Enterprise they put me in a Chevy Tahoe that wasn't cleaned from the previous renter and had a terrible smell inside? The agent didn't explain anything about the rental as far as how to use the GPS. Bluetooth or what to do in the case of an emergency.
Now.. yesterday afternoon March 17 2021 I received a call from agent at the Cordova TN. Office telling me I needed to have the rental back by today. I tried explaining that my vehicle wasn't ready yet that I had spoken with Roadshow BMW service advisor and Insurance company and was told they found additional damages that had been approved through a supplement and she "Summer" was the agents name could call my Insurance company or BMW.that I would be needing the rental until my car was ready. And that I also lived 98 miles away and couldn't return the rental until I had a way back to Pontotoc MS She refused to try and resolve this situation by making a phone call and told me that I needed to have them call her. Then today again, Summer called me telling me I needed to return the.car by tomorrow!?Being Rude, talking over the customer, not listening or being helpful and telling me I would be responsible for the rental charges if I didn't return the car by tomorrow March 19th 2021...
is Not customer service. I am surprised that a Company like Enterprise would think so either. I am aware that this Enterprise works closely with Roadshow BMW on a regular basis and surely I'm not the first customer that needed an extension on a rental Either Miss Summer needs a refresher course in Customer service or find employment where her attitude might be acceptable. Just thought you might like to know how customers are being treated at your Cordova Tennessee branch office.

I made an appointment a week early. I was ready 40 minutes in advance. I called to confirm my appointment an hour early. I was informed that all was on schedule. After a no-show, I walked to the Enterprise on Weber Road in Corpus Christi and they were still not ready for me.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at their Ontario Airport in California. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the check-in procedure was and how quickly I was led onto the lot to pick up the vehicle. I did the usual walk-around of the vehicle with an employee, and other than some very minor scratches, the car was undamaged. .

When I brought the vehicle back, a nice young man received it. There was no mention of any damage to the vehicle (because there was none) and after exchanging a few pleasantries with the employee, I left the rental yard.

Shortly afterwards, I received two emails from Enterprise thanking me for my business and encouraging me to write a social review on Google and/or Facebook. There was no mention in these emails of any damage done to the car.

Two weeks later, I received a letter in the mail from the Damage Recovery Unit of Enterprise claiming the car suffered damage to it during the time I had rented it. There was absolutely no specific information given as to what the damage was, but the letter requested I submit my insurance information to Enterprise to take care of the claim. I was very upset at getting the letter, as I knew with certainty that there was no damage done to the car while it was in my control.

My experience with Enterprise went from great to disgusting. I responded to the email address given in their letter, in which I vehemently denied that I had done any damage to their vehicle. I asked for specific information from them as to what the alleged damage is, and how claim amount.
I have not heard back from Enterprise with answers to these questions, but I did get another letter from them with the same statement that damage was done to their vehicle and requesting my insurance information.

I think it's very sad that Enterprise's business tactics reflects poorly on the employees. They were all very nice, but now I just have a bad feeling about the whole company.

I plan on fighting this claim any way I can. If anyone else had a similar experience or can offer any advice on how to proceed, I would welcome your help.

I recently rented a car from enterprise located 10249 Two Notch Rd a couple of weeks ago. The first person I had to deal with was a young lady probably one of the worst employee that works there. However I got help from the Manager Darius who made everything easy like I thought it should have been, and that's the only reason I wrote this review. Thank you Darius for your professionalism, it's good to see there is still some good customers service left. God Bless you man.

I recently rented an SUV with Enterprize at your 198 Rt 73 Belin NJ location and received such wonderful service I had to drop a line and ensure that Sarah DiPhillipo was recognized for her above and beyond care and customer service. She is a gem and I can not say enough to thank her for all her help.

The Enterprise location in Virginia failed to put windshield cleaner that wouldn't freeze in our vehicle that was headed to New York's North Country. We encountered snow in PA and the cleaning fluid froze. Fortunately we stopped for the night in Binghamton, but the problem persisted the following morning. We called the Enterprise location in Cortland, and they offered to help, even though we did not rent the car in their region. The management trainee, Keefe Garrett, directed us to the service area where Kevin and Dale addressed the problem with success and excellent customer service. The attention we received at Enterprise-Cortland, NY is a credit to the company. When we returned home and reported the issue to the office that rented the vehicle, our fee was adjusted to compensate for the inconvenience and danger resulting from this issue.

It's a Tuesday and I called Enterprise. I had made a reservation, but no econo cars were available. dang. Per suggestion, I called Gladstone, MO, and YAY! they could set me up. His name was Eli. And he was very polite and did All the good things. I was pleased. When I returned the car, Eli took me home. Easy to talk with, friendly, professional (but, aren't they all) and he picked me up and returned me home. My assessment of Gladstone's Enterprise changed, as I wasn't that happy with Gladstone > from two years earlier. Eli was efficient, personable, which is very nice in this fast pace business. I'll be back. But, it's because of Eli. Thank you, Eli, you made the day better and I was not the nicest person > but didn't let you know, it was just me. Well done!

My family and I recently rented cars in Maui, Hilo, Kona and Lihue within a one-week Norwegian CL tour. A couple of long waits to pick up our vehicle notwithstanding, your staff at these locations were knowledgable and very customer-oriented.

I usually rent from Enterprise and this experience again confirmed my choice in car rental companies.

Thank you.

My husband and I had rented a premium SUV for our aon's wedding in Dallas in early July. I would like to commend Cameron Glass and Shannon Alexander of Enterprise Leasing at the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport. Even though Cameron was not our representative, he picked up that we were not being shown the car we thought we had reserved and came over to help. The representative we did have just didn't seem to care and Cameron did. He and Shannon found a SUV that was more what we were expecting and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Excellent service by those two!!!!!

Great experience renting from Federal Road, Danbury, CT, location. George was extremely accommodating with my request to pick up the vehicle a day earlier than the original reservation date.
Vehicle was very clean and George even took the time to show me how everything in the vehicle worked (stereo, wipers, parking brake etc.)
Thank you.

I would highly recommend people to rent car at Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I would like to thank you Darrel and the whole team who work at night shift. They have the best customer service and outstanding support. I never have any good car rental as with enterprise. Fast customers service and friendly accommodation.

I don't usually offer business reviews, but felt I should this time. I rented from Enterprise on a recent trip to San Diego. Every aspect of the rental was better than I have had with any (many) other car rental experiences. The shuttle to the facility, the counter service, the facility itself, the attitudes, the friendliness, the professional attire, the vehicle, the drop off, and more. All parts of the experience a 5 out of 5! Thank you.

I rented a vehicle in Southern California and dropped it off in Emeryville CA

I ran into very bad East Bay traffic and had a real possibility of NOT getting my vehicle back in time (before closing). This would have been a real problem as I was leaving very early the next day.

I contacted the office and Christine Waller was very helpful, friendly and cooperative. She understood the situation and was willing to stay late in order to assist me in my situation.

She helped in putting a positive bookend to my California trip

Pleasant experience - Good job Christine

On 1/11/2016 I had to rent a car as my car was in for repairs. My car has a remote starter and I mentioned that I would miss it. The enterprise rep heard me and took the car back that he had for me and brought back one with a remote starter. It was so thoughtful of him His name is Alex. He deserves something special for going out of his way.

I would greatly recommend this person at the The Manager at that store I believe his name was Bob. I was told the reservations dept to be there at this location between 12:00pm and 1;00pm, upon the arrival the doors were closed I walked the back and here the manager told me they were closed and he could not stay any longer due to overtime , but he did recommend me to a place in Weston FL and even callIed the office and they said they will have a car waiting for me, took this comment very nicely then when I got to that place I told them Bob had sent me from the Pembroke office and they said we got you covered, they gave me the car and the folks wee very nice at that store and the attendant made the comment if bob sent it is all reight, I thought Wow what a nice suggestion and reputation he must have, I thought to myself this is awesome. I returned the car to the Pembroke office and he seen me come in says how was the car and I gave him the best complement I could, the fact that he remembered me. Entereprise should be very thankful to have such an awesome person like him. Lantana Florida Office. Steve Belford, Vilane and Ralph Bolden were the most professional and pleasant people I have ever dealt with renting a car. I rented twice in one week from Ralph. As Soon as he started speaking to you, you felt like he would do anything to make the rental as pleasant as possible. I watched Ralph deal with an irate customer. She was wrong but Ralph treated her kindly and resolved her problem Keeping his professionalism during the encounter was something to see.
Everyone at that location was pleasant and friendly. I believe that location could be used by Enterprise to show how to do it right.
I come to Florida often in the Winter from the northeast. I would not use any other rental company. You are correct when you say your people are your business. These people prove it.

I have been renting from Enterprise for years. I had an emergency come up and had to rent a car with very short notice. Michael Donaway at the Pullman Wa. branch went way beyond what I have experienced over the years. He listened and it was the best rental car experience ever. Thank you Michael!

Hi Enterprise - I would like to comment on the excellent service I received on September 11, 2015 at your Jungermann Road location in St. Charles, MO. The entire staff treated me in the most professional manner and made me feel as if I was their only customer. I gained a great deal of interest in future services at your site from dealing with this local branch. THANK YOU!

I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for about a year. I travel about once a month and use the car two to four days per rental. I just rented another car today and the service was excellent. I booked ahead and the car was ready, clean, and more than satisfactory. A little forethought, cooperation, and patience goes a long way to improving your rental experience. I can recommend the manager, Taft. He tries to work with you. If you are reasonable, he will do his best to meet your needs.

when renting a car. I only have a debit(@ this time). had my mother use her credit card. because a 400.00 security deposit is needed on a debit. since we used moms credit card (although she would not be driving the car) I had to be added as a second driver. @ 20.00 a day, I rent a car three days @ a time. Its not worth it. So now a customer of 16 yrs. now has to stop renting from Enterprise. I will be sure to let my friends know how you feel about customer loyalty. You know customer loyalty works both ways. goodbye it was nice knowing you.

Hello,
My name is Hena Anwaya Okada. Let me begin by saying that working with the public is a challenging job and can often seem unthankful. I am sure most of the letters you receive deal with complaints instead of compliments and appreciation. I feel that if an individual does an exceptional job that individual should be recognized and this is one of those times.
I had an emergency and needed to rent a car to go to Warren, Michigan during the last week in March to visit my dying grandmother. I received the news while I was out of town, on the West Coast and had to make all arrangements over the phone. I asked around if anyone knew or could recommend a good car rental place. My brother-in-law recommended Enterprise on Cicero South of Belmont Avenue. On Saturday morning, I called Enterprise, someone by the name of Noe Chavez answered, and I requested a 4-door car or a minivan because there were five of us going at the time. He was very professional and courteous. Mr. Chavez answered all my questions and provided me with different options that would be available to me. I told him I would need to discuss this with my family and would call him back. Mr. Chavez gave me his cell phone number to call or text, because he knew it would be difficult to get hold of him because I was coordinating things with my family while I was still out of town. I texted Mr. Chavez multiple times because my family kept changing the count of people, which required us to change vehicle rentals. I apologized every time I texted him, he always said it is not a problem and there is no need to apologize. I returned from my trip on Monday and went to Enterprise on Tuesday, and Mr. Chavez had the car ready for me to pick. He even asked how my grandmother was doing, which it was very sweet of him. This is when I discovered that Mr. Chavez was the location's Manager. Upon returning the car on Thursday, Mr. Chavez was so kind to ask how my grandmother was doing.
I apologize for the long descriptive account but I was so appreciative of the above and beyond service that Mr. Chavez provided, that I felt the company and his bosses should know how professional, courteous and valuable of an employee they have. Because of Mr. Chavez's work ethic to put the customer first, you have gained a new loyal customer who will be back for future business and will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

Sincerely,
Hena Anwaya Okada

Enterprise is a great service provider. Dont get wrong, yeah sometimes a car doesnt have much fuel or may not be absolutely mint when you receive but you show me a business that runs flawlessly 100% of the time. remember, the fulltime employees cannot possibly inspect every single vehicle that some underpaid car prep is washing or needing to refuel so cut us a break.

for those people that say we trick them into buying coverage...our policies...which are STRICTLY enforced require us to tell everyone they are optional. The fact that you as a renter do not know what your auto coverage covers or what your credit card covers is not our fault.
And i bet you when you do have that accident and you can come in to our office and walk out 5 minutes later not being responsible you wont say we tricked you into buying stuff you didnt need.

have you ever heard anyone ask state farm for a refund because they didnt have a car crash all year long? NO! but ud be amazed how many people think its ok to ask us for one....this is why a lot of them think they have been conned.

ive worked for erac for 3 years now. i had a tough time with the company for a long time but it was because of its policies to employees....essentially ERAC will always take the word of the customer over their employee...trust me on that one. customers lie and will say anything just to get refunds or not pay for what they chose to get and we as employees dont have a say. thats how focused the company is on service.

also, you cannot get promoted unless you meet certain service criteria so providing great service is super important to all managers.

there are a few unhappy customers with enterprise that were genuinely treated bad...however most complaints come from people that are flat out lying to get a refund...or from people that didnt like our policies...were givin you a 20 to 30k car and you get mad at us when i ask you for a credit card or i say i need to take 250+ on the deposit. people just need to be more reasonable.

the fact that so many full time employees can still provide great service at 7pm after having gotten to work at 6:45am (NYC - 12 hrs workday not including commute) is amazing....but most people will probably get mad at us because we closed our doors at 7:20pm and they were late for the 7pm reservation.
