Many McDonald's restaurants are not honoring survey validation codes if their promo was printed at a different location. The workers are fine but the bosses are making them do it.

The store in New Richmond Ohio is so lost.. Its a 50/50 chance your order is right.. Today they took so long that the car in front of me left before paying. I checked my account and some how another $9 was charged on my card.. RIDICULOUS

THE WORST! Went to my local McDonald's today after having put in a curbside order, which I do on a semi regular basis. I pulled into the curbside space, checked in and continue to wait. After having sat there for over 20 minutes, I went inside to see where my order was. Nobody knew anything about it. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and didn't even apologize. He wanted to know what I ordered and I showed him the order on my phone and the fact that I checked in. It took another 10 minutes. No apologies. No compensation. Nothing. I was so angry I just took the order and left. I should've checked the bag because the order was completely wrong. My drink was the only thing that was right.

Dining room is not always open during regular hours. They post on the front door all the time, dining room not open with no notice. Nothing is dependable.

Is it just me or is it that over the past few years. The quality of food has been going down hill. The prices going way up compared to amount of food and way smaller sandwiches. Can go to a family restaurant and get Better food and more then you can eat for same prices you spend here.

location: 3611 Crater Lake Hwy - Medford, OR 97504

The service at this location really sucks!! I've gone to this location for years, and it has gotten really bad!!! I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a hash brown... after waiting about 5 mins behind only 2 cars and get to the window, they ask me if I want a drink carrier. WTF... I didn't order any drinks. Then they tell me to pull around and wait for my order. It's taken so long to get to the window, they could have already made a dozen of them. This is NOT the 1st time I've had to wait for a small order. I then told them to cancel my order and return my money... she still told me to pull around the front and wait. HELL NO... I want my money back now. She said she needed a manager, I said go get one, I want a refund. She argued with me, and I stood firm and said after I waited this long, I wasn't going to wait any longer. She started to hand me a dollar and some change, and I asked what was this? She said that's my refund. I paid $5 for my order, and you need to get it right, and refund the correct amount. I finally get my money back, and some other girl inside said I should be more patient. I told her to watch her mouth and don't smart off to paying customers. They seem to have scraped the bottom of the barrel to get these employees, as they have NO customer service skills. I feel sorry for the owners of that store, with the rude people they have working for them. This was my last time at that location.

5150 sheradon rd newyork is a rude no helping mcdonalds. people working there are not nice...the make you use the kiosk..... but don't sanitize it she said we don't have sanitizer for that... anoyher guy could not get it to work....same lady would not show him what to do just yelled at him instructions... he could not get it to work so he left. my kiosk did not give a reciept...so i could not tell if it worked....stay away from these rude, lazy people///worst mcdonalds ever....

I had the worst restaurant experience today and was treated with awful rudeness. I ordered a meal that was told was a special offer. When I went to pay they said I had to pay full price. I requested to change my order. He looked at me with such disgust while making noises under his breath. While ringing up my order he kept staring back at me with the look of disgust. Nearly throwing my change at me at the end and not saying a word. He followed me away with the same angry disgusting stare, as if I had just ruined his life. Never have I been treated this way after ordering food. Given the mistake was on the person that said you were offering a 2 for six when you actually weren't there was no reason to treat me as the bad guy. I sware the worste mcdonalds of all time is in Midwest city on east reno and midwest Blvd. Don't go unless you plan on waiting for an hour ,rude customer service,wrong orders,and much much more.

It seems nobody wants to tell it like it is. Fact: It's the employees! McDonalds hires very low quality people (most of them), especially in the Southeastern United States.
They very unorganized (unlike Chick-Fi-La employees who are of a much higher quality). McDonalds employees can't even manage to pull their pants up. They talk like they are on the street, Supervisors do not know how to talk to customers OR employees. Most McDonalds I have been too are like either being in the ghetto or a trailer park. McDonalds can make excuses like: COVID, short-staffed, supply chain issues, etc. But the real problem is the hiring of employees who are just sorry excuses for an employee. McDonalds has been around a long time, so they have had plenty of time to work out any bugs in their infrastructure they like to point the blame on because it is politically incorrect to complain about the demographics of their employees. They don't even have the necessary organization skills to set up a nice flowing and quick line like Chick-Fi-La does. People file complaints and take surveys for McDonalds and nothing changes.

What happened to the scrambled eggs on the breakfast plate ? It look like a yellow square hockey puck (but square). Your company need to go back the scrambled eggs and look like eggs on the breakfast plate, that's sad.

Rudest Mc d's I've ever been in. Food is lousy except breakfast. Wait staff is 99% black and go out of their way way to be short and rude to whites while making you wait to chat with black customers.

mcdonalds sucks they never get my order right and they overcharge me and never explain things about the specials and when I complain about the overcharges they are super rude hate their nasty food I am ready to go somewhere else to eat they no longer have the dollar meal anyway food makes me want to throw up

My son order 20 nuggets only received 15 pieces I called to let them know. Asked to speak to the manager but before I could tell her what was going on she hung up the phone. I called back and they unhooked the phone abs was busy then try again and again she hung up on me. What kind of service are they giving all I wanted is my money back or get the product I payed for.

Stopped at the McDonalds in Meridian, MS while on a trip to Dollywood. Would not give them a one star out of five. Food was cold, meat tasted hours old, took over 30 minutes to get food. All the while employees were on their phones and standing around.

stopped in Iron River Michigan mcdonalds on Friday the 17th of December, always order french frys either well done or fresh, usually get limp warmish to cool frys, Friday ordered specifically fresh frys, large. Waited awhile with nobody else in line and figured they were cooking them, got barely warm limp fries, told the guy these are not fresh, he said they just came up about a minute ago, that was a lie, said oh o.k. Never get fresh frys there anymore and do not enjoy barely warm limp fries. Next time will request my money back and they can put the fries back under the lamp light. What do you have to do to get fresh fries? Worst Mcdonalds Ive ever been at. about a year ago would get fresh frys once in awhile but no more. So disapointed, if not starving would not have accepted them, maybe if they were free but still wouldnt like them, this was about 8:30 p.m

I spend lots of money at your store in Purley way Croydon uk I've been there 4 times this week 5 adult meals 2 kids happy meals they have never got any milkshakes that's what the family like dissatisfied every time we go branch on our doorstep this has been happening for weeks

As a customer and now an essential worker. I have to say, the work ain't easy. For those who complain about the services these ppl give need to stop and have patience. Fast food d is not an easy job. You have to deal with management, team members, and customers. That takes a lot to ride on. And then just the duties of working at these establishments. I'm telling you firsthand it is not easy. And yeah we may get an order wrong, but all we can do is replace it. Stop complaining about the customer care service, we are only human.

I called thrice at around 8:30pm to place an order as the website was a bit slow and had the worst experience with the gentleman that picked the call. I needed to make several orders but he kept rushing me to make drinks order. I didn't quite get his name but he sounded like a Filipina. I asked him to transfer me to someone else only for him to put me on hold and later hang up the call. That was extremely rude! Remember I needed burgers for my young ones who adore McDonald's!! Very disappointing!!

I just visited the McDonalds at 5600 W 5400 S in West Valley City, Utah. Ordered 6 B-Breakfast w/hotcakes at the drive-thru (cant call them restaurants anymore, just drive-thru's). I was asked to wait for the hash browns, so I waited over 10 minutes, and was going to drive back thru the drive thru to see what was up when my order was finally brought to me. I drove the 7 miles to work, and handed out the food to my co-workers, only to find no napkins, condiments OR HASH BROWNS! Called the McDonalds and talked to someone I couldnt understand, but finally figured out I just needed to go back. So another 7 miles back to talk with a surly manager in the drive thru where I eventually got the rest of the food I paid for, so I could drive another 7 miles back to work. My fault I guess, as I forgot the cardinal rule of visiting a McDonalds.. "take EVERYTHING out of the bag and check before you leave the window, as the NEVER get the order right".. I haven't been to a McDonalds in a while, so I just forgot. Probably best I just forget McDonalds altogether..

Your McDonald's restaurant in Tehachipi CA has issues, not only do the employees not know the menu but they are only accepting cash, the lines are around the building and out the doors, your going to be losing customers..

AGAIN.... the McDonalds at 71st and elm in Broken Arrow overcharged, did not give receipt and refused coupon that was not expired!!!!!
