McDonalds Customer Service Complaints - page 2

Good morning what I just experience at the McDonald's on 17 in Savannah Georgia was utterly ridiculous. No customer service skills over talk to me at the drive-through not listening telling me they're not even familiar with rewards points or the app because they didn't have it on their phone telling me to drive around, pull up.

Don't care like you don't right got my money

You people were very nasty to me and my whife

Customer service is terrible. They don't care if order is wrong or missing items. They never try to go above and beyond to make it right either. Almost every time something is wrong with our order.
Forget apple slices every single time
Order unsweetened tea get sweet tea
Tried to use expired free meal (was given from
Corporate for order they messed up on)
Expired last month and they would
Not take it. I told them I was given that free meal for an order you messed up on. Other places will take expired especially if it was their mistake in the 1st place.

On April 9,2023 at the place got issue with curbside order and my daughter press to order 2 time. It's didn't let my daughter enter the curbside # and I thought it's not go through McDonalds system. By the way it's gone through and charged to my credit card between. On 4/17/2023 I check with my statement it's show McDonalds charged me between in the same time and date. 4/17/2023 Me and my daughter when to the and talk with manager and explained the situation that place charged on my card beweet on that day. The manager refused not to give me credit that they're took my money of from my card. I believe the McDonalds from the place I list above very disrespected and bad customer service. I believe I'm not the only have and issue with this place. I will rating this place is 0.

Yes, I like to leave my comment on my on the service I received at the McDonald's on belt line. I'll ordered online and waited 15 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and I told them and the answer they gave me was your ticket didn't print out oh, we have a problem with our tickets printing out I told them it's unacceptable and show them where I ordered but everyone else that was outside waiting for their orders got their orders. This is not the first time it's happened to me but this manager at the belt line did not even say I'm sorry or nothing she just walked away. They placed my order and had to wait another 15 minutes for it so that's a total of 30 minutes.

Banning Ca McDonald's should be shut down until this place can get it together. Very expensive for horrible food time after time. The only reason we even eat there is because my kids like it but spending $40 per order is ridiculous for horrible food that half the time isn't even correct. They may seem like they get cars out quickly but it's because they park every car no matter what the order is. I got parked and only purchased 2 happy meals. Such bs. Someone needs to contact higher up and get this place on track. I definitely give them a 0 out of 10. I don't know how people aren't ashamed of working there, not the job but how they operate and how they're okay giving out bad food, wrong orders and poor service! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Couldn't even eat my food. And not worth complaining they never do anything to make the moment right

The McDonald's in Banning Ca is by far the worst, they are so focused on their drive thru times they lack any customer service skills and are very rushy to park you where you usually wait another 5-10 minutes for your order. Food is usually cold, fries are soggy and overall bad experience. I ordered a McChicken with extra lettuce which they charge for and there was no extra lettuce but a lot of mayo, tasted horrible. Someone really needs to do something about this location. It may show they get a lot of cars out but that's only because they park just about EVERY SINGLE CAR! $30-45 per order is not worth this kind of food or crappy service!

I DoorDashed my order from the 2212 McDonald's in Morristown, TN, and they gave me the wrong order the bag was not even in a DoorDash delivery bag nor was it sealed. When I called about it they wanted me to bring the food back the next day like it was not a health code violation to take food back, and knowing how poorly ran this McDonald's is they probably would've reserved it. I feel like I was being called a liar because of the poor management there. The only proof I have of ordering the food is on the app as there is no receipt, and I was ended up throwing the food away before I found out that I had to take it back. I don't understand why I can't just get what i ordered the first time because I paid for it honestly this place is do disgusting it needs to be shut down

This is absolutely disgusting, found bits of black bacon in my chicken nuggets and in my kids happy meal 1. I got the wrong toy 2. I got 2 burgers and 3 I got a toe nail in my kids burger... this is beyond disgusting as it shows a lack of responsibility

I have seen how many enployees get taken advantage. Not only to mention all the bad things i have to say about the mc. Donalds jn norwalk.. Norwalk and imperial.. But how dirty this restaraunt more could be.i mean dirty.and to see how the inside looks i cant even imagen how dirtt that place is.

South Nevada Colorado Springs is extremely slow and full of homeless. I appreciate you trying to help them but I waited 45 minutes and a lot of door dash customers just cancelled their orders and went to Wendy's.
It's awful but don't give out free drinks to homeless.
They got rude and that's why you can't keep good employees at that location

I ordered 2 meals Mcplant and one deal of Mcplant and fries (4.20).
Lady who took my order was polite and good.
She asked me to wait in yellow box for order.
When I received the order one Mcplant was missing. I requested delivery staff that 1 Mcplant is missing.
Instead the Manager John H came out very aggressively (either drunk or drugged)and started arguing with me waving the receipt that I paid for 2 means only why I am making an issue.
I requested that I ordered different as mentioned money I paid is more than 2 meals alone.i requested that may we kindly ask the order taking lady . John H said that he is not interested and he doesn't know how much is one meal so he cannot tell me anything other than I should take my receipt and go.
I went inside and spoke to the lady who was at counter for order and she affirmed that I order as I mentions ...John H came and said that I should not stay here as I am harassing the staff and I should leave the restaurant.
He wanted me to complain if I want.
There was a newly promoted manager in there who approached me kindly and wanted to listen to me but John didn't want any staff to talk to me.
This is Racism. Rudeness.Intoxicated behavior with intimidation threats to a customer.
I went on drive way again and ordered Mcplant and paid.i also asked the lady that when I ordered previously they gave me a fries but not Mcplant so jnstead of myself claiming for Mcplant and making an issue..since I was given fries so its only fair that I should be charged for that and she without saying or asking anything charged 2.60e.
I received my order next window but it was very apparent that all staff was in shock or at their toes at that time
That's an experience which will have me disconnect from McDonalds forever so goodbye McDonalds and kindly have sane and non drugged people as your staff.

It's unbelievable to me that McDonalds rates so low in customer satisfaction. How do they stay in business? My local McDonalds and Palatka Florida. There's only one and over and over again. We ask for our doctor ordered salt free food and yet we get salty fries salty everything we ask for everything to be made fresh and we get definitely not made fresh old nasty dried out crap that came out of that warming tray and call and complain and nothing happens. Told will get a district manager regional manager. Nobody ever calls back. Can't get your money back. What happened to McDonalds? How do they stay in business?

Your house customer service are getting from bad to worse , most of your staffs in most outlets are not customers oriented.

You Forgot My Happy Meal

The Mcdonald's in Texas is the worst. Me and my family walk in and there is no one at the register and we have to wait for 20 mins until we can acctually order. We go sit down to wait for out food and after a 45 mins I go up to the counter and ask for our food. The person at the counter starts yelling at me because I was "rushing them". Then she told me that if I couldn't wait then I should go back there and cook my own food. I calmly looked at her and told her she was the worst employee ever. She then proceeds to walk over to my DAUGHTER and grabs her by the arm and starts yelling at her. I walked over there and grabbed the employees hair and dragged her away from my daughter. I threw her behind the counter and told her to go make my food and to hurry up. She rolled her eyes and got up. She opened the cash register and threw my money at me and told me to get out. I took the napkin container and threw it at her forehead and told her to respect other people. Then we left and I still got my money. I would 9,999,999,999% not reccomend going here. Worst Customer Service I could ever experience for me, my wife, and my daughter.

McDonald's on Flat Rock Rd., Columbus, GA is the worst McDonald's in the world. I've tried to give them a chance over and over. They need to fire the entire staff and start over. Never have I ever had a fresh batch of fries or fast service. And come to think of it never have I ever had a hot burger from this McDonald's

I tried using the kiosk because the workers were all yelling "Use the Kiosk"..But I couldn't get the $8.99 chicken nuggets & basket of fries to come up on the kiosk. So the manager came over to ring me up. I plainly said I would like the $8.99 special of 20 piece nuggets & basket of fries, with sweet & sour sauce. Then my bill came up to $12.57. Then another girl came over & tried to straighten out the whole thing. Which they did give me my money back. When I got home there was no sauce in the bag. The manager that rang me up the first time was the one that gave me my bag...If she is going to be a manager she should do her job a lot better

They Need To Come Back With The Fun Playground For Kids And The Springy Things You Ride On. The Old Character Is What Drive The Parents To Take Kids To Mcdonald's Not Even As An Adult Do I Hardly Want To Visit Mcdonald's Anymore. No Ronald Around ...isnt Cool At All! The McDonalds Located at 6300 s Ashland is rude, slow, lazy and under staffed

I have not had a burger from McDonald's in at least 10 years but found my self in Spencer Indiana and hungry so I thought I would try a big Mac. WOW what a mistake. It was small for a start,way to sloppy and had a nasty bitter taste. Don't know if it was the pickles or sauce but yuk. The fries were so salty I couldn't stand them and coffee was bitter as well. I know now why I have not been there in so long for a burger. I have had sausage Mc muffins on occasion and I do like them. Never again I promise.

Sanitation? Was the nastiest resturant I have ever been in. And I am 60 years old. I wish I could upload some photos. The cleanest looking area in the whole resturant was in front of the urinal in the men's room and it didn't look as if it had been cleaned in a few weeks.

Your store located on 143rd Puritas Cleve Ohio is a joke along with managers and employees. Visit this location today, stood in line for over 10 minutes and when I question about it the employee snap back can't I see she is doing 2screens? I walk out! Never again will I visit this location.

This is the worst place ever three times they give me someone else's order bunch of dummies work there
