McDonald's at the corner of Cleary and Veterand Blvd. in Metairie, Louisiana NEVER has ice cream! Plus, if you try to phone before going, the phone is never answered. This is really pitiful.
You advertise ice cream, it's on your menu, yet they never have it. I think they are simply too lazy to prepare the ice cream in the machine!

3 a.m just went to mcdonalds in desert Hot Springs, Ca. On the phone not paying attention but the 2 guys have no masks on, no gloves , and serve me my meal; and cleaning up. Just threw it on the trash and decided to complain

Mcdonalds manager with a high ego complex didnt like I complained on his lazy employee and because of that without warning issued me a refund. I didnt want to accept the refund so he reached into my car and chucked it at me hitting my arm (thats assault). It was all recorded. I contacted the restaurant owner and he was siding with the manager and didnt care about customer relation. Cant believe this!

Why is McDonalds serving COLD food. I asked that my order for 2 mcchickens and a large fry be served FRESH! They told me no problem and I got my order the sandwiches were on the bottom with a hot fresh fry on top. I assumed everything was FRESH, NOOOOOOOOO, the sandwiches were dried out, hard and super cold and the cheese was not melted...of course not on a cold sandwich. McDonalds is not too big to go under if other fast food places are serving fresh hot foods and they are NOT. Do better please.

After placing your order at the drive thru,paying and confirming what you have ordered then going to the pickup window check your order before moving your vehicle. I repeat NEVER MOVE FROM THE WINDOW UNTIL CHECKING YOUR ORDER. Here is an example. I ordered pancakes with hashbrowns, sausage & chocolate milk for my granddaughter. I ordered 2 egg mackmuffins & 2 hashbrowns for myself and wife. I said what cha got in the bag for us. Reply, what you ordered. I pulled into a parking place as something told me check it. My granddaughters hashbrowns were missing. I drove back thru showed my receipt and was told I would have to pay $1.27 cents if I wanted another. Rather sit there and argue with them I paid and left. They kept my receipt after I showed it to them.I don't care about the money it's the way these employees spoke and treated me. This happened at the McDonald's in Dallas Georgia January 3rd. 2020. Too many fast food restaurants near us to tolerate this type of behavior. Don't think we will be returning there any time soon. Sorry this has been so long explaining this situation.

I am so tired of going into McDonald's and being told I have to order on the self service machine, instead of at the register. And then, after I order, I still have to go over to the cashier to have her read out my order and take my money. I don't want to use the machine. Why have staff if I can't order with them face to face? And how is it possibly efficient to basically order twice?

I just called the McDonald at 5020 city ave , 7:00pm a rude lady answered! trying to tell her Im trying to get thru the McDonald at 7500 city ave,and haverford bc bringing a large group of students tomorrow. Need to know when to place order and the number of 7500 city bc they are not picking up. This lady said; i can't help you, I said you dont understand let me explain she said you have to call tm nothing we can do and click hung up the phone while still talking. So unprofessional!!!

I have no clue what's going on with McDonald's but the last six times I've gotten a happy meal with a new toy as a parent I'd much rather you guys forget the fries or the main meal how do you put a happy meal together with new toy I also asked for barbecue sauce when I ordered nuggets didn't receive any when the girl handed me my bag close the window and I was still there rolled her eyes at me and asked me what I needed I said barbecue sauce and catch up please send me the barbecue sauce and One solo pack and catch up it makes perfect sense why all the people in McDonald's can be easily replaced by a robot

So I went to the McDonald's on 80th and Wadsworth in Arvada Colorado, the sign said three dollar bundle choose one then had the option to either pick A McDouble or a sausage mcmuffin. The manager refused to honor the price listed on the board. So, I went somewhere else. I only go to McDonald's about once a year, now it'll be two years. Thanks for the reminder.

I am always very disappointed with the service at 700 west 4th street McDonald's in Wilmington Delaware. I always use the drive through and when I get home something from my order is missing. Normally I will just let it go, but not today. They forgot my nuggets so I went back. The manager was not overly friendly and just handed me my nuggets. No apology, no refund, no upgrade, no nothing. I go to McDonald's way to much for them to keep all my money and not even get my food. Just to mention this is not the first time this has happened. McDonald has at least gotten $10 of my hard earned dollars for free. Not fair and I am very angry. I want my money back please🤬🤬

My boyfriend and I have went to the McDonald's on 8164 N Tamiami Tr in Sarasota drive thru and we have ordered a sweet tea, a quarter pounder, a McGriddle, a large fry, and Gatorade. It took 15 minutes to pay and took 10 minutes just to get our order which turned out to be incorrect and as we looked we went back through the drive thru for our money back and our order fixed. When we complained the manager didn't care of the service they provided and we couldn't get both. They said either money back, correct food, or neither. This was the poorest McDonald's that I have ever been to. Poor service, poor food.

On 11-28-2019 went to the mcDonalds on 12394 to get something to eat.my order was 21.15 . But had to get my order redone twice so all other food was cold cold. Asked for a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only. Well after messing up order twice I said never mind. The cashier number KS=13 he said just what are you wanting. I replied just like it says mustard and pickles only he replied we don't do special request. He was rude to me and another customer that asked for a pie. He told her we have it but can not sell it to you until we sale all the apple pies. Really so I was out 21.15 because it was so cold. What kind of customer service is this.

I used the mobile pay app and picked my order. Not only was I missing items, I was missing 5 sandwiches! I had to go back into the store to fix the error. Then when I got home, three of the hamburgers had no meat! This is not acceptable. When I complained I was not given anything for my inconvenience!

I'm a Registered Nurse by profession and will occasionally or more often go by pick up food on my home after being Oncall. I'm always in a hurry or want to give the restaurant the benefit of doubt. Truly would say that 85% of the time 1 or several items that I purchased is not included in the bag! I purchased whether they are there or not! Then calling the restaurant to tell them AGAIN what items are missing. Never have I had the receipt to turn around, stop by or while I'm here, take care of what your franchise restaurant should have. Matter of fact your Corporation is so big I know that this email will most likely not go to whom would give a f!

SO JUST KNOW THIS,F YOU MCD'S. WHEN YOU START TO WAIVER, ME AND THOUSANDS LIKE ME WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU OR CARE AT ALL BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY DID NOT BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE TO!

I was in a Mcdonald's last evening and had to wait 45 minutes to get my order! I had already paid , so I waited. There was only one person in the front and there were many cars lined up in drive thru not getting their food. Short staffed and wait of 45 minutes is not "fast food"! Location is in Norman on 12th st. I am very disappointed in service and wasted time. I should have gotten my money back when I finally received my order., or at least an apology and a free drink or something indicating that I am a paying and patient customer.

I love McDonald's! But I'm a little confused because last week I got just a quarter pounder with cheese and with tax it came to $4.79. The receipt gave me a website to go on so that I could get a code to get a buy one get one free quarter pounder with cheese. So today my friend and I went to get those two burgers and the charge was $5.29 for the quarter pounder. Did the price Go up that much in less than a week? I asked the cashier and she said I don't know maybe they change the prices?

I visited your store on 63rd street in Westmont IL. As we arrived a young African American girl in uniform was climbing out of the drive thru window. She re entered the store thru the same doors I did and went back to her position near the drive thru. We ordered our food and received our order missing one order of fries and the Big Mac was supposed to have no pickle.. but it did. The drink machine was a mess. The counter near the machine had a drink spilled on it and the floors had wrappers and garbage left on it. The garbage cans were full. The young girl I spoke about earlier was in her phone texting and giggling playing with the other employees pony tail. As we were leaving she had put her personal belongings on the ordering counter and told the other young girl at the counter to "take my order Ho!" It seems this young crew needs some supervision on the evening shift and a lesson in what a clean place of business looks like.

I've been waiting almost a month for my "free Big Mac and large fries" from my complaint. I've called on this about three times. The first time saying it takes up to 10 days the second time apologizing and giving me free McCafé beverages, which I don't use, and I'm still here waiting for my freebie. Please give me two if you realize the fault Is your own as I've wasted over 2 hours of my time complaining on this.

Saturday 19th Oct
Called into Newcastle-under-Lyme store , didn't look to busy .
Walked in at 1145 served at the till at 1152
My food was finally given to me at 12.14
I was taking away as I was on my way work ( of which I ended up being late )
And to top things off my order was not complete 1 burger missing !!!!!!
Tried phoning the store ) times yesterday and this evening and can not get any answer
This is not the 1st time I have been kept waiting for such a long time ,I
Why do you do table service when the restaurant is so busy , I do not know ( that member of staff could of put up another order instead )

Stopped at McDonald's outside of Virginia-Pocahontas trail maybe-absolutely horrible-out of the five customers-4 of the orders were wrong -this is after 1.30 pm--1/4 beef was not done

Ordered a sausage, egg McMuffin, got a sausage, cheese burnt McMuffin. They never get your order right. I will never go there again.
