They say they close at eight. My wife and I got there at 7:45 . They said they were closed and had just cleaned everything up. My wife asked asked if there was anyway they could make up two sandwiches. They would rather not and mess up everything. They were outside smoking and wanted didn't want to make up two sandwiches. The store is in Biddeford and they complained that they were low in staff and too busy smoking. I feel that if you are open till 8 then don't start cleaning up till 8.

Ok so I pre ordered a sandwhich for me to pick up before work. I paid at 2 something pick up 715pm. Why did I walk in this firehouse no hello.are you here for pick up nothing. I sit and wait kuz I got there at 7 obviously pick up at 715. No I get an ice cold sandwhich. No thank you nothing. Never going there again and I would like my money back for terrible service.

Airport location in American C Terminal needs help. Cajun chicken sub was not hot, they had no turkey and sandwich was dripping. I threw most of it away. They wiped th bread cutting knife with a paper sandwich wrap between cutting sandp. Sub roll was not set on clean paper. While making the sub the top was resting on bare counter next to

I Went To One Of Your Locations For A Great Sub Heard Great Reviews By Friends And Relatives. The Location Was 8191 Brook Rd Richmond Va. Very Disappointed No One There Had On Any Hair Nets. Hats And I Found A Hair In My Sub. Very Disgusted And Appalled By That Very Mad Also. The Floors In The Establishment Nasty And Dirty. Will Not Be Returning At All And Will Not Put A Good Word Out. When You Work With Food You Musy Wear A Hair Net So Situations Like This Will Not Happen. I Hope The Food Inspectors Go To Location And See How It Is Operating

I ordered 2 large smokehouse brisket subs..I took a bite and realized it was not hot at all..I asked the person to re-heat it..she said we cannot re-heat it because of hygiene purposes..no other options..how about making me another one then...???..she provided me with no other options...this was quite disappointing...I ate a cold Sub..not really enjoying it at all..

Just left firehouse subs on hacks cross and Goodman rd in North Miss, order my food and 40 mins later still no food asked twice about it then made them refund me. Manager said he'd give me my food after my refund but was on lunch break and didn't have time to eat. Manager told me to come back soon. Will never go back again!!! Thanks firehouse dissatisfied customer!!!!

On January 5, 2024 I placed a repeat online order for two sandwiches. A large Steak and Cheese and a medium Turkey, Bacon Ranch sandwich. Both sandwiches were not made correctly. The Steak and Cheese did not have pepperjack cheese on it and the Turkey, bacon Ranch did not have neither bacon or Ranch dressing on it. When I called about, they first put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and told them what happened. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to fix the issue if went back to the store. I told them that I was not driving back. They said that they could help me. This is at the LaGrange, GA. Location.

The location at 12316 Dorsett Rd, St. Louis, MO. Is run by a bunch of rude, inconsiderate kids would either weren't trained well or raised correctly. We have tried this location twice, the first time, we called several times and no answer. Today we called at 10AM for a 12:00 meeting. We were told food would be here by 11:45, no show, mix up. Then we were told that the delivery would be at 12:10, no show. Called this location, girl said they never go the order. I hope your new president has money, the reviews I've read and experienced, he's going to go broke.

Mike Hancock and the entire corporate team should be ashamed of how they handle their customers. Mike Hancock is more interested in stealing from their customers and giving false inaccurate reasons why they can't perform their services.
5 months later and the firehouse sub team can not transfer my points from one account to another along with not responding to emails. A total embarrassment to the team along with his customer service teams.
If you can add points to the account you can certainly add my points that you haven't transferred.

I went there Wednesday to buy one get one free . I spent $18.00 and when I got home it was two little small half sandwiches. I was very dissatisfied. I felt like I been Rob. So it's no such thing as free. I didn't get anything free. I was still hungry. I don't advise anyone to buy one get one free by the names.

Ate at Derby Firehouse today. Employee taking order very unfriendly and could care less that you were there. Ate meatball sub and they had no forks. Men's bathroom door would lock. Just very cold and unfriendly place to eat.

Visiting in Wasilla from.Oregon to see.my kids. Was told how awesome Firehouse subs are here. Came in, placed an order that took longer than what I expected. Another customer who called ahead by 15 min and ordered, had to wait a while as well, in addition to not getting a correct order.
The most disconcerting thing was a manager coming put from the back to tell the young lady running the front end taking orders about things she was doing wrong or had done wrong. To me that was inappropriate as those conversations should never happen in front of customers. There is a time and place for Mgmt/Employee issue conversations to occur. Not cool at all.

I need to contact the district manager of the firehouse store located in S. University blvd highlands ranch, due to a bad behavior of her manager towards a neighboring store, she did not want to provide me with the information of her district manager, she went to intimidate and yell at one of my managers on duty, in front of customers who ate in our store which is unacceptable

I was at firehouse sub in maryland last night at 7pm the place was empty and I seceded to try anyway my cheese steaksub and Mac and Mac and cheese was cold the employees were no where to be found after they served us and were in the back being loud so couldn't tell them I paid $25. For cold food . There was chick filet food in a booth on a table. Very disappointed.

I bought a veggie sub from firehouse subs on December 2, 2023 in Warner Robins Georgia. The order was to go. When I got home and open the box, the sandwich was in edible. It was heaped with cold fried onions and the bread was soggy. In addition the young man who waited on me, was superficially polite, but I couldn't help but sense some hostility. I am 69 years old and very polite and have never had a negative interaction at a restaurant.

Placed an online order that was to be ready at 1:45. Sandwiches were not ready until 2:05 and they failed to get one of the orders correct (extra pickle ordered and NO pickle with the sandwich). PLEASE, PLEASE improve the Customer Experience at the Firehouse Subs on Sapwood, Myrtle Beach or else you will be loosing customers at an alarming rate!

A manger named Noah handled my situation extremely well, was very polite, patient, and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back and telling friends since my first visit in a FireHouse subs was WONDERFUL!

My family and I go to Firehouse Sub in Hickory North Carolina we are regulars there we go sometimes twice a week if not more and we always order the same thing the gentleman that works there knows me by name I wish I knew his name but I do not he is always so polite so consistent when he makes the food he always has a smile on his face and you can tell that he cares about the customers not only me but I have watched him be so kind and go out of his way for other customers this young man is one of the most sweetest people I have ever met overall Hickory is a good establishment when you're in there he really makes you feel appreciated and important but overall all of their employees are great but he stands out to me because every time we are in there he is the same way smiling and so eager to help and to please the customers that are coming in and out of there I hope this comment at least reaches him because he is truly that good not only is his attitude great but when he makes the food it's so consistent it's the same each time he truly is a geam at the firehouse sub in Hickory North Carolina

I submitted a comment on my last visit at Dunn Ave , Jacksonville, Fl. I was told to come back in and they would make it right. I went today and the sandwich was great! Plus they gave me a free drink and chips! A great experience!!!

We went to the Show Low, AZ Firehouse Subs this evening. The lady who helped us was so helpful and sweet. She told us we would get 2 pickles because we split a large sub, but we didn't get any. We were bummed because we were really looking forward to the pickle. The pepperoni meatball sub was delicious and we will order it again soon.

I had a layover at the Jacksonville Airport with my 2 grandchildren. One of them suffers from ADHD and allergies. He was having a meltdown because he was hungry and the line was long. All he wanted was bacon and pepperoni on a roll. When it was finally our turn and I gave my request, the clerk apologized and said they do not do special orders.She then realized what we were going through and made it happen. She went above and beyond and even delivered the sandwich to our table. I wish I got her name so she can be recognized for her superior service. It was on Sat 03/18 at approximately 1230pm. I don't know what I would have done it she didn't do what she did.

Why are you so expensive? My wife and I had two medium sized subs, drink and chips for lunch. The price was $29!!! Two people for lunch getting medium subs nearly $30 is outrageous!!! Probably not going to be eating there again.

We stopped in the Macon, Georgia location just off of Hwy 75, on Feb, 29 @ 12:30 pm. It was awful! We are from Michigan & have locations near us that we love. This location did not meet our standards, compared to the Michigan locations. The bathroons were unkept. We waited 25 mins for a carry out! My sub was missing the Sauce & my husbands was oozing with sauce that it was impossible to eat while driving. Both of these subs, we have had before with great results. The people behind the counter moved like snails which didn't concern them at all. There were no facial expressions or hellos or even, sorry about your wait! They showed no signs that they were a tad bit happy to be employed by Firehouse Subs. There was a great lack of customer service. If we had eaten in at this location, we would have requested our money back & went elsewhere. My husband is in law enforcement & we support the cause Firehouse stands by. We will never stop at this location or another location in Georgia again.

I came to the Firehouse in Oxford AL, and one of the workers by the name Brandon was so rude and rolled his eyes at me. He used some vulgar words under his breath like I wouldn't hear it I just don't appreciate it. I love coming to Firehouse but it will be awhile before I come back to the restaurant.

Firehouse Subs has great subs! I have never had a bad sub or service. Our family just had a birthday/going away party with 32 in attendance at one location and Firehouse Subs was very accommodating. Additionally they purposefully and publicly give back to emergency services within the community. I will admit that they are a little pricy, but the quality is equivalent. When I want cheaper I go somewhere else, but when I want a great sub I will go to Firehouse and get my usual #10

This has to be the absolute worst company to work for. The store I'm working in has nothing but problems especially with the employees and management. I have never encountered any situation like this. The store is understaffed and the the employees and management do nothing but chase away the new hire employees. I'm about ready to quit because who wants to work in a situation like this. I don't get it,they need help and the due nothing but cause problems for the new hires so they leave.

Hi my daughter worked at fire house subs in august 2017. She worked at the store in guelph on clair rd.
She only had 3-4 days shift. There was a guy josh that told my daughter to f..ken do ur job right! He also said he can fire her on the spot but she doesnt know if he was a supervisor. Wesley is
The manager he never put her name on the schedule or had a name tag.and also she only worked 2-3 hours a day. I think she could of had a week or more as it was her first job!!!!

I was walking by a firehouse subs when I saw a sign for "now hiring sign holder" I went inside and compliance application.i was called the next day by a manager named "chop"..I was hired for 6 days a week..the next day I went in and chop told me sorry that they hired someone else. I asked if it is because I am disabled and in a wheelchair (I have osteoporosis,brittle bone disease)... she said no,it is due to me having tattoos..(wich I can cover and none are offensive)... so I was lied to, manipulated,and just plain disrespected..The other sign holder "chop" has working for her is a two time convicted child molester and ex doctor that lost his doctor license for sex w kids and illegally prescribing strong drugs... so I can't work at firehouse bc my tats..but a 2 time convicted child molester can hold the sign???!!!!

It's unbelievable that I've worked for firehousesubs over a year and Friday the 19th of February was my last day after hearing the owner John york ofPlant City Florida talk hateful an disrespectful things about me,(employee)when I was on break an to his shocking look when I stood up an then he realized I was only 2 feet away on the other side of the wall by the hot sauces.I told the DM,an she knows an heard him and when I confronted her about what he said about me an I told her he is a disrespectful ass!,she replied I know,but I can't say anything.I am not gona let this go..this is harassment.

Firehouse should be ashamed of their treatment of their employees. Their store in Col. Hgts, Va schedules employees for 2&3 hr. shifts at $7.25 an hr. A,waste of gas! Often when employees show up atvtheir scheduled time they are told labor is too high to punch in so take a seat in he fining area and wait to be told they can punch in. These employees can't leave even though not being paid! Raises they are promised never come through or are delayed. This week all employees were forced to sign an agreement stating if they called out for inclement weather they could be fired. We all know how people tush out for a sub when we have ice and snow...really firehouse! Shame on you for caring so little about ypur employes!! Yes'lets risk life and limb for you, for a mere $7.25 per hr. Better yep employees are yold not to come in sick, but if you don't you have to provide a doctor's note. Yes, firehouse lets drive the cost of benefits up which you DO NOT provide. If you actually treated your hard working employees better your training costs would come down. Let's hope you learn some good business sense. As for my business, you lost it. I was a big fan of firehouse but you meed to treat people with respect and not skip so much on the meat you put on these sandwiches. Yep trimming that mere 1 oz sames you money while it losses your customers.

Ms.Gloria is so unfair to her employee, she very inconcerate toward her hard working employees. She is all about herself. I know it takes a hard and a determing person to keep a company running but the way she act towards her worker does make any sense at all like she's not human, like she doesn't have feelings, like she don't hurt like any other human being. MS.Gloria should treat me employees the way she would like to be treat.
