Last night 03/20/3024 my wife and I went to bonefish grill in Stuart fl for the march madness special upon arrival we were seated at a group table of which was specified in my reservation the food that we were served was nowhere up to par the bread that they serve was given to us and 2 other people that we didn't know obviously nobody ate the bread because you don't share food especially from the same plate also it seemed like we got the bums rush we asked our server several times to slow it down her response was
The kitchen is turning out the food too quickly and there was nothing she could do all in all of this is how your business is run it's a shame and we will never repeat totally second rate for a so called upper scaled restaurant

I feel compelled to write you a some comments on my families dinner last night at the Huntsville Bonefish restaurant. We thought that for a Thursday night the restaurant had very few customers based on past experiences. Granted there are some new restaurant chains in Huntsville. I think the old standby at Bonefish was the Bang Bang Shrimp which maybe has become less of a draw. My particular gripe was with the shared dinner that my wife and I shared. I looked forward to that dinner on the menu from previous experiences. The highlight for me was the cake desert which was no longer on the shared menu. They even did not have mashed potatoes on the menu. The veggies did have a version of potatoes but were not that great. My wife and I wound up leaving most of the asparagus and potatoes uneaten. Our salads were only half eaten when our entrees arrived.. Needless to say when you gets less than expected quality meal you tend to forget going there for awhile.

Very slow service. No one ever checked by to see if we needed anything. Had to stop someone to get water refills. Food was good.
Lots of staff working but no one checks on customers. Customer service is not priority here. Greensboro location.

I had dinner at Brick n j on. Friday. We have a group of 8 who visit local restaurants on Friday nights. Often we choose Brick location and. We have noticed Porto
Portions smaller and pricing much higher. This past Friday I ordered partners special which was
New linguine & clams, worst linguine & clams I have ever had. Hard shell tiny white clams the the clam was s
So tiny had no taste whatsoever and there were only 7 of them. When I believe the manager came over and asked if everything was okay and I told him what my complaint was he said clams were chopped up. I PROCEEDED To pick up a piece of something with my fork that looked like a speck of something that looked like a tiny bit of left over lobster claw that you could hardly see and asked him if this was chopped clams and he said yes. YOU SHOULD BE HIRING
EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW THAT. WAS NOT CHOPPED CLAMS. NEEDLES TO SAY I NOR MY FRIENDS WIL. NOT BE DINNING AT THIS FACILITY

My friend and I visited bonefish Grill last week and this week. We were so disappointed in the lunch items provided which were both tasteless and dry. We have always loved the bonefish Grill for dinner and we eager to try it as a lunch spot. But based on these two visits, we will not be attending again.

The food was ok but the piece of key lime cake I took him was stale and could not eat it. Dry as a desert.

We are Bone Fish lovers

We dined at your Stuart location this evening

Our server Sarah was wonderful!

I ordered Cod Imperial. - Unfortunately, it was Cod MEH...

Smaller portion of cod and a tiny cup of sauce with 4 capers.

You are saving money in the wrong places.

You lost me.

We had lunch at Bonefish in Sarasota today & was very disappointed in the food.
The bread had mold on it, the Salmon was very dry, the lettuce did not taste fresh, & the Key Lime Cake was dry.
This was the first bad meal we had after many previous great meals.

I went to a Bonefish grill in Tallahassee when the bill come there was an option for tipping 18/20/22 % I choose the 18% $38.66... I realized afterword that this tipping included approx $3.00 for on the taxes...Does Bonefish Grill turn tipping to the government for assessing taxes on food?

Frequented Bonefish Grill quite often until the pandemic hit.
Went back recently Winter Garden, FL
Food is only fair and it became very expensive!
Bartender was "extremely" rude and we decided to leave as it was upsetting. I decided to complain to the head manager and he talked us into staying and said he was sorry and he will take care of us personally. He did not and came back to the table only one time. We had dinner and left and I called the manager who also became rude a complete 360 because he got us to stay and we spent over $100 on dinner. When we sat down he said what are you drinking I will get it for you and I mistakingly thought oh how nice he was buying us a glass of wine which he indicated at the table. Well he did not, it's a long story after that and so hard to explain on this review. Bottom line is, manager is rude, help is rude and you wonder how thinking you started out trying to have a pleasant night out turns so bad. We will never go back again and maybe they don't care but I hope corporate does.Winter Garden Florida

This is unrelated comment in regards to a dining experience, but I still feel that it reflects on the establishment at large.

I had a scheduled job interview for a front of house position at 1:15pm. The online job posting said to allocate 15 minutes for the in-person interview as these would just be an introduction. I took an unpaid half-day at my 9-5 in order to accommodate for at least a 40 minute interview just to be safe, in addition to my 50 minute round-trip commute. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly by the hostess, a good initial sign. There were only 3 tables seated in the dining room, and the bar had zero guests. The hostess informed me that the hiring manager was currently in an interview and it would be a few minutes before she would be with me. I had arrived 10 minutes early, so I was not concerned. However, 20 minutes had gone by, and there was still another interviewee ahead of me. The hiring manager, who was the kitchen manager, informs us that she needed to head to the back for 10 minutes before resuming interviews. An additional 10 minutes turns to 15, and by 1:50pm, I could not wait any longer. In the job description, being on-time for shifts is an integral point that is stressed. That was a tough "lead by example" if I ever saw one. Showing up for this interview was nothing short of a disappointment and a complete lack of consideration of my time. I went into this interview with a positive and hopeful attitude and I left, not caring to ever visit this location. If you are going to be 40+ minutes behind on scheduled interviews, then you should consider informing involved parties and leave an option to reschedule. If you cannot allocate time management, then perhaps a more suited manager should be delegating such interviews.

Had made reservations for 5:30 at DEPTFORD NJ location. Didn't get seated until 6:10pm. Then waited 1hr and 45 min. For food to come out cold. Drinks wasn't made right. Spoke to 2 waiters and manager. Manager never bought my 2nd drink back to me. I no it was Mothersday holiday and it gets pretty busy but the customer service and staff was awful!

Call my Dr said it was bad shellfish that I ate very disappointed in your restaurant would serve or not know how to handle shellfish the right way.
The friend I went with also had to take off of work and is ill. We eat dinner and sometime just we do drinks mussels and shimp. We always enjoyed the food there. I'm wounding if this is the place to go now or if we should fine another.

Me and my family went to a N in us Bonefish Grill location in New Jersey. Last night was totally discriminated against. I am very unhappy with the way my meal turned out and the service. When I talked to the manager, he was very dismissive. Not really trying to believe what I was saying. I would like to speak with someone higher than him on this matter. My family is now sick and so am I. We did not eat all of our meal I could not eat my meal at all because of how upset I was. The food came out 45-50 mins later & the place was not crowded. Even people that came in after me of a different race received their appetizers and entrées before my table. When my food came, it was cold, and by that point, I was very upset and couldn't eat anything. My husband begged me to come myself down to eat a little something I still was hardly able to eat anything.

I use UberEats often and order Bonefish Grill frequently. This morning I sent a $138 order to the Savannah location at 11:00 am for noon delivery. I wanted to beat the church rush. My order was canceled because the store couldn't handle the order and the team suggested I order from a competitor because of the plethora of seafood restaurants in Savannah. So of course that's what I did, I really enjoy the quality but I guess you don't my business, and this is the 2nd time it's happened. I've eaten at the restaurant many times, most times only a few tables full. Anyway good luck.

We loved the bonefish grill in camp hill Pa
So when we moved to Florida last December- we ate a few times at Bonefish on 466A in Lady Lake. It was really good also. Today we ate at the bonefish in winter garden fl.
I ordered an expresso martini which I always get and waitress said it would have chocolate and sugar on the rim.
It received it with only sugar. The manager said they were out of chocolate and took the martini off the bill.
We then got our salads without heart of palm. The manager then stated they can't get heart of palm. They then brought the Lily Chicken without artichokes which makes the whole dish. The key lime cake was dry. They gave the 5 of us - 1 piece of cheese cake to share for all of the things they could not get. We just ate at Lady Lake 2 weeks ago and ordered the same meal and they were not out of anything. This Bonefish was horrible and I took my friends there to eat and get the special 2 meals for 45.00. Very disappointed
Someone at headquarters should check into this restaurant!

My husband and I are at Bonefish in North Myrtle Beach, SC tonight. A ROACH CRAWLED ACROSS OUR TABLE!!!! They moved us to another table and SAID they would comp our meal.

They didn't get the order delivered to our table correctly, salads were NOT delivered with our meal as we asked., AND they only comped HALF of the meal!

UNBELIEVABLE! I will NEVER GO BACK AND WILL BE SHARING MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE!

We came down to Virginia from Florida. In Florida, Bonefish Grill is always amazing, so we decided to get it here in Florida as well. Once we arrived home from picking up our online order, we noticed our kids meals were incomplete. The only item in the bag was the kids French fries. Additionally, there was a styrofoam to-go meal in the bag which contained half eaten fish and a few French fries. After calling Bonefish grill on Midlothian Turnpike, we spoke with manager Brett, who refused to fix the issue. We requested to return the incorrect meal which we just picked up and get a refund but he did not comply. This place was not willing to accommodate nor compromise for their mistake made! Finally, I've never had an issue with Bonefish grill back home in Florida. Midlothian Turnpike Virginia, thanks for ruining my families dinner tonight.

Bonefish Grill 34474 zip last Friday like 5:30-ish take out. I ordered ahead 2 crab cake sides. I use a gift card to pay for it, like $30.00. I'm just pulling into my home's driveway and my phone rings and it's Bonefish Grill telling me they charged for only 1 crab cake order I need to return and pay for the other one. Using a gift card I really hadn't noticed. I return to the pick up lane and the same server comes out takes the gift card and returns it a few minutes later no receipt, no sorry, no thank you, no nothing, no manager offering apology no NOTHING!! I'm a rewards card member and going there for 20 years.

This is my second time I purchase foods when the food was in small portions. The potion of the food was close to a kids meal instead of an adult meal. Prices go up but food portions go down. The first time I had the small portion I. did not complain. Today I had to because this is ridicoulus. I wish I took a picture of my food before I ate it so u can see for yourself. That was my birthday gift card that I used today on a meal that I was not satisfied with

I took my 85-year old mother to your Bonefish Grill restaurant on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN Sunday evening, April 24th. It was 8:15 and she just wanted to get some Bang Bang shrimp and dessert. No problem. We had a pleasant time remembering other meals there with family and friends, one who had passed away, but used to love their Bang Bang shrimp and cosmo. I ordered that myself in her honor.
We had ordered dessert and were waiting for it when all the bright lights came on and the music stopped. It was 9:00. Our waitress Gracie brought us the dessert and ticket, but said " no rush." A minute later, she came back to get the payment. We had not gotten out our card yet. She left. Then the manager Nicole came over and said she needed to collect our payment. Her staff had been there all day and needed to go home. We were stunned at her abruptness. Poor Mom got flustered... all she was trying to do was eat her dessert that had just been delivered to the table. I quietly told the manager that she was being rude. I asked her for her name. She loudly said, "Nicole" and started spelling it out for me. I suggested to her that she should probably start locking the doors at 8:00 so customers could have time to finish eating and they could get out by 9:00. She told me to " tell that to corporate." I told her she was being very rude. Then she informed us that our waitress said we had been rude "all night!" We were flabbergasted! The only thing that we did was ask for another spoon... Mom's spoon was dirty, but I had asked politely, and thanked Gracie when she brought it. I even waited a few minutes until Gracie came back in from clearing a table outside. We said "please" and "thank you" the entire 45 minutes since we had arrived! I told her our waitress was lying to her, that all we did was ask for a clean spoon. She said she believed her staff. I said, again, that she was lying and she, herself, was very rude. At that time, I wadded up the ticket where my mother had left Gracie a nice tip and gave her the other copy so we could just pay for our food and get out of there. As we were leaving, Nicole, the manager said, "Good night. Have a nice evening." I told her she had ruined ours. I will never step foot in that Bonefish Grill or any other "corporate" Bonefish restaurant. Very sad.

Used to love eating at Bonefish. Everything changed. They eliminated my favorite the tuna grilled fish. No more Tuesday menu. Smaller portions. Higher prices and in addition you pay for every side you order . To top it all waitress didn't know what prosciutto was. She thought it was mushroom. Not going there anymore.

I visited the Bonefish grill at Cary. The food was to expesive for what it is worth. But, the customer service was superb. I was there with my husband for a belated mother's day dinner on may 21st. We were fortunate to have Kate Rodgers as our waitress and Nolan as manager. They even celebrated our 25th anniversary that day by giving us a complementary sliced cheese cake.
Kate contantly checked on us to ensure that our needs were met. We cannot ask for a better waitress. She was polite, friendly, and efficient in handling all that she did that evening.
We enjoyed all of it.

We visited the BFG located in Mauldin, SC on October 21, 2022 and while seated at the bar,we were served by Kimberly D service clerk #11. The service was in general terrific. Our orders came quickly and were delicious, and Kimberly did an excellent job of attending to our needs as the evening progressed in spite of having a very busy bar.

Thank you,
Bonnie P

Can you say the word LOVE. Yep that is correct. Love Bonefish Grill. we had a great visit with Server Cyarah C and welcoming staff Alexander and Ramel. Service is always great and so is the food, except for Rice, it's too dry. I told Cyarah C she is terrific.

We had a family dinner here last night. I was very disappointed in the food this time. I ordered the Mahi Mahi and jumbo shrimp. The shrimp was delicious but the fish was so tough I could hardly chew it. I should have sent it back. The mashed potatoes were so dry I didn't even eat them. In addition, the portions were so small for the money spent. The pluses were the excellent customer service and the fact that we were seated immediately.

Used online ordering. Everything worked well and was easy - only issue was that we requested the complimentary bread, but didn't get it with the order.

Monday 04/05/2021 We visited Bonefish Grill 7401 N King HWY, Myrtle Beach for a BDAY
dinner celebration. The food was excellent. The service few bumps along the way, the bartender was our server and received poor service (must show some patience), failed to mention up charge for side dish, presented the bill did not ask us for our desert choice. We did order THE brownie. Fortunately The manager Chris Carpenter save the evening, he was very helpful and was aware of the conditions, Mr Carpenter was very active in helping the servers. We do understand how difficult it is to manage a restaurant during today conditions but please do not down grade the customer service.Again thanks to Mr Carpenter for his help and genuine concern. "Two thumbs up for the Manager"

I was just in Bonefish Bel Air Md. Our bar tender was amazing, but we had to listen to an awful disrespectful man yell at the bar tender. I felt so bad for her, but she handled it with grace.

I was just had a bone fish grill and it was a hostess named chayane in Lakeland Florida
Just want to give a shout out for her very professional mannerism
Usually these things are to complain about people I thought it was only right to give a shout out to a very very pleasant experience
Thank you

We visited the Pok NY restaurant(#9351), and had a great experience. The server Diane R is fantastic! and the manager (dont know his name ) is always very pleasant. We are regulars there , and most appreciate the dinner experience. One comment is that there should be a sign on the highway indicating the entrance. It is poorly lit and w/o nany sign, and is easy to miss.

We went to the Ft Lauderdale Bonefish Grill on Wednesday evening, November 23, 2016. The food was excellent, and even though they were crowded, the service, (our servers name was Alex) was fantastic. he was very neat as he sered us (4) and asked many times if there was anything we needed. Prompt and politeness does count. Out of a possible 5 I would give him a 10. Please see that he gets some reward for being a gentleman. TY

On August 9th my partner and I were married after being together 18 years. Finally "love won" and we were able to celebrate! When planning the small intimate dinner we immediately thought of Bonefish Grill at the Polaris Location in Westerville Ohio. We planned out the meal with the Manager Jeremy Gross before the event. Jeremy's excitement and enthusiasm made us feel very special and honored. We send out a 'big Thank You and Bravo" to Jeremy as he and his staff helped us to celebrate a very special occasion. Thank you Jeremy Gross....Bonefish should be very proud to call you as one of their own!! Sincerely, Matthew Ring & Gregory Woods - Westerville Ohio
