Hope somebody sees this comment that is high up who makes your frozen food??? apparently it was frozen thaw out frozen because I don't know what it taste like it wasn't fit for a dog!!! I started gagging after the first bite. The taste was awful. I've been buying these for years at the grocery store the frozen ones I don't know if this is white castle fault the grocery store, but I'm gonna get down to it i'm gonna have the stuff analyze at a lab... so it would be nice if somebody could call me back or email me because it may get down to Lawyer here pretty soon I took pictures of the White Castle, the date... next, I'll send it to the health department of nobody contacts me!!!
California is the toughest on health department...

The manager Mr Finn is a very rude manger and talks to his co workers very disrespectful I was eating there and Finn calling his co workers slow is very wrong and disrespectful I would like that manger removed asap 38th Street 8th avenue New York NY I cant eat in a place with rude workers please remove him and he talk perverted words to his employees

Went through drive thru this morning. Waited at least 20 minutes from order time to getting food.
Drove home and we are missing 2 fish sandwiches.
I called the store. Left a message with my phone #. I knew I wouldn't get a call back. Store # 010082.
I understand they were short handed. I don't like getting ripped off.

Currently White Castle has a sale. Advertised price on 10 sliders 7.99. Menu price at drive through window is 30 sliders for 27.99. So I ordered 30 for myself and family, today the day before thanksgiving. When I got to the window the cashier told me 37.99. She said I could not purchase three ten box sliders and that the menu price on the drive through was wrong and would not be honored. So I decided to leave, because when someone is preparing you food and there's a disagreement it's best to eat somewhere else. My New Year's resolution will be to eat healthier anyway, so I'm crossing White Castle off my list sooner than expected.

I was in Chicago and decided to stop on 79th and Stony Island. The service was too long. It took almost an hour to get my order in the drive-thru. The sliders did not have onions or pickles and my onion rings were under cooked. I will not be visited any White Castles in the future.

I went to white castle on sept 10 2023 i order 6 castle no onions when i got home you could only eat the middle part because edges was hard i have not never got castle like that before. It was late so i did not go back.

I just left White Castle on Lindbergh in St Louis, Mo very upset. Two customers orders were taken before mine. I went home hungry and angry. It wasn't fair I was very hungry. Poor customer service!!!

store in bayside queens n.y. drive thru was the worst I ever have encountered. Waited about 10 minutes to be speak to an employee then another 10 to receive my food. Then they get my order wrong charge me an extra drink and forgot my double cheese I had ordered.

I'm from Louisville, ky.probably the best white castles.ive lived from New York to California. It's like they train thier employees to be as slow as possible,in EVERY SINGLE LOCATION!
I will probably never eat here again.im almost 50yrs old.the only thing that changed since I was a kid...is prices!

I get the crave about once a week, but the store 080034 Blaine Mn. 55434, needs help, over the last six months the drive thru service has taken so long there are times I have waited at LEAST 10 minutes to place an order, there was no one in line ahead of me, I have seen the frustration of other customers after so long they just drive away as I have also in the past, today was no exemption, the car in front of me was waiting for sure 15 to 20 minutes he even kept backing up and driving up again to try and get someone's attention, when a person gets the crave for something and needs to experience things like this you lose the crave, I totally get we live in a different world trying to hire people but I just wanted to let you know the frustration your customers are feeling at this store,

Waited 20 min in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us to get cold, soggy, chewy gross burgers for way too much money. Horrible customer service and gross food. Get it together!

My worst experience at WC ever. Store 060030 2711 Fern valley Rd 40213
Upon arrival the lot was almost empty and only one car already at drive thru, not busy for a Friday evening.
I ordered online through the App and prepaid.
Went to drive thru to pickup, (should have gone inside probably) the paper bag was inside a sealed plastic bag. All seemed well except for the usual slow drive thru. Got home and two items were missing. Tried to call store several time and left two messages, no call back. I figured on refunding my card would be sufficient since it was a long way back to the store for in person resolution. Next day I called an 800 number and a ticket was opened for my complaint, waiting to see results.
Lesson: Don't waste time on app with special instructions.
Do go into store and place order face to face.
Still realize WC has the slowest drive thru in town even after years of experience.
Last, why does this location have some of the worst reviews??
Yes I will go to a different location next time.

I've been going to White Castle all my life I'm 67 I bought some White Castle on 79th and Stony Island in Chicago Illinois the onion rings were bad you can see through the onion they would not take the food back so I'm just supposed to lose money White Castle is horrible and I'll never go back again I'm just supposed to spend my money on bad food and not be able to replace it who does that

I was just at your tests on ferry Road and Lindbergh location St. Louis, MO 63128 I believe. I was waiting for my food watching through the window and this kid took out his phone it was on his phone doing stuff with his phone with his gloves on then put his gloves away and proceeded to take onion rings from the basket with his gloves that he had just been handling the phone with Eiler was a palled. I got the attention of the cashier and told him to tell that kid to take those dirty nasty gloves off that he just touched the phone with and now is handling food! Phones are so horribly dirty and full of germs I'm surprised someone hasn't gotten sick by now and maybe they have it just didn't know why! The four that were in there we're looking at at me like there were something wrong with me for telling them to change the gloves because they were contaminated from touching a phone. your employees need to know that they may not handle phones touch door knobs go to the bathroom and not change the gloves it's disgusting! You need to have cameras so it every kitchen that use have so you can monitor who's doing what and how they're handling food I don't know then I'll come back again ever!
I have worked in the food industry for 35 years and when I see someone miss handling food without the proper guidelines I'll tell them! He's a young kid someone needs to educate your employees on this matter!!

10:23pm, I went to and arrived at WHITE CASTLE #010022, Located on N.Mannheim Rd at Grand Avenue... SALE#172270757... TM#610... Anyway, I ordered a 10 sack of Jalapeno Cheeseburgers with everything on them;Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle, and ONIONS and a small ONION RINGS, TO GO... Anyhow, I patiently waited for my order to be made... After receiving my ordér, I kindly let the restaurant and headed home, to enjoy my Jalepeno Cheeseburgers I just purchased... I get home 15 minutes later, with my mouth drooling over the Mouth-Watering aroma coming from the bags of food I had just bought... I reach into one of the two White Castle bags, take a bite... Then another... Then another... And, another... Poof!!! The 1st Jalepeno Cheeseburger is gone... NO PICKLES!!! NOT EVEN ONE!!! PICKLES ARE A MAIN CONDIMENT TO HAVE ON A WHITE CASTLE JALEPEÑO SLIDER... Why there weren't any is puzzling... Did White Castle run out of Pickles??? IDK... I usually get 2 double cheeseburgers without onions and pickles. The order is correct on the screen and receipt. It seems like a 50/50 chance that the order is correct. I normally use the drive-thru. By the time I realize the mistake, it's not worth the gas to go back and have it remade. Thank you.

Went to the white castle, Shelby Street and Eastern Parkway at 9:30 PM. From the time we gave her order to the time we drove drove away was 25 minutes. The cashier took four minutes to come to the window and take our money. The entire time we could see her leaning against the counter on her phone. We ordered a 10 sack extra pickle with ketchup and mustard and a number two. The 10 sack was cold no ketchup no mustard no extra pickle. The number two fries were old and cold. Worst white castle, food, and customer service. I've seen in a long time. I understand you're not being paid top wages. I understand you may not be treated the best way possible. But you should take pride in your work and in yourself. Based on my experience, you should be ashamed.

I recently was fired from white castle because, I was missing days due the hospitlization of my father and made the manager aware what was going on and how serious it was, and sometimes i would have to leave early because it wasnt getting anybetter but once he started to get better i returned to work and one day i was late due to it flooding around my home and i was rushing and my phone was just getting turned back on cause i had paid the bill, and i came in got myself together and she started yelling at me like "who do you think you are, your attendance is poor and i told her i was with my father last night and she responded with "i dont care about your personal life. and for me going into that job working their i was already having anxiety because it was a hostile work place for me because every second i did something wrong or i made a mistake or i was moving fast enough for them i was being yelled at. even when i was their at work i was being gossiped and talked about and it would always get back to me. i even would cry everyday before going to work because i was so nervous about going and one of the managers even changed my hours and i wasnt informed i had came into the job spent money on a uber and i was told by one of the other managers that " did the manager call you she gave you off these days" and for me that upset me because why wasnt i informed ahead of time. this manager would only come in on fridays and i had the weekends off because im currently in school and one time she talked to me about what was going on with my dad and she said " i dont like to hire females", and she even ran off this other girl that worked their because she didnt know how things worked at the job because she just started, and she was yelling at her and the girl went on her break and never came back, and she fired her. now for me i feel like she really didnt want me to work for her because i was a female and i tried to explain to her i didnt expect all of this to happen with my father. she even had other managers say rude comments to me like " oh you better find another job and fast" like why would you say that to an employee. I've even witnessed her yelling at one of the other employees and majority of the employees are male , she rather work with them becasue they are going to tolerate her disrepecting them and talking to them without any respect. I'm just saying that im not a perfect person but you have to treat people with respect and kindness, we dont know what goes on with a person when they leave the job. At this white castle they dont care if you are having serious family issues they rather you come in despite that and everyone isnt that strong and can handle all of that. I just think people in the higher ups just need to reevaluate this manager because she shouldnt be gossiping about an employee to others and treating the unfairly and only trying to hire males because she wants to be able to talk then any kind of way and their just going to accept it. i just hope they get better managers who are kind and respectful and understanding. and this all happened at the White Castle in Dunellen NJ Us-22 Highway

I need to leave a comment because on multiple occasions at the White Castle on Franklin in Michigan city I have had team member 260 Kathie Billens. This is someone who totally knows what exceptional customer service is. I probably visit this drive thru once a month and on any occasion that I get her it's great service. She definitely needs to be the trainer for anyone handling drive thrum's. She is friendly and always says hello and thank you. She enjoys her job and displays that. This is something you don't get at establishments lately and she really should be thanked by management.

I went to White Castle on 4-4-23 @ 8:57 pm. I young man name Jeremy took my order. He was so patient and nice and spoke in a nice voice. I was so pleased that I told him to keep the change. Now on the other hand my food was horrible. I got 4 fish with cheese and the fish looked and tasted like old grease. The fries had enough salt to raise anyone's blood pressure. I was so disappointed. I wanted to bring the food back but the food would have been the same the next order.

Hello I was at store 010035 in Aurora IL. @ 11:00am 12/11/22. There was a young African American Male who wanted on me and brought me my food. I wished I had his name. He was a big guy. He was the sweetest nicest young Man I've talked to in a long time!! I really wish I knew his name! He was just friendly and nice. He definitely deserves a shout out!! We were discussing my dog who I had with me. My dog doesn't like Men and barks at all of them. He stared at my dog and my dog never barked once. Anyhow great job young Man!! Thank you!!! Visited store020036 in springdale ohio. I ordered 17 white castle with cheese, 2 fries and 2 doubles. After I got home which is 30 miles away,I was missing an additional 3 cheese castle.
Yes I realized it to be my fault for not checking but was hurrying home with hopes they would still be at least warm.

Hello my name is Trejina, I had a complaint on my food @ white castle on 10099 E Washington street. I spoke with the manager Cameron he was pleasant said come back we will replace your order.Well life happens and I totally forgotten, well when I remembered I called back at the same location, spoke with the manager Cameron a second time.I explained my situation he asked why did I not come back up there, I gave him my answer and he hung the phone up.I kept calling back and no one would answer the phone.So see I taught the Manager Cameron a lesson, I reported him to corporate and spoke with them and I also emailed corporate a complaint.The next day I received a voicemail call from Leticia, to remedy the situation.I returned the phone call spoke with the GM Sherry, I would like to thank Sherry for her professionalism,being courteous,and did not hesitate to rectify the problem.I love white castle and I will still be back as a customer. We need more people like Sherry in the fast food experience, she is WONDERFUL!

I only have a small complaint about the onions used in the White Castle in Orlando. I remember and it's backed up by the frozen WC,the onions were little diced squares. In Orlando they're using small slivers of onions. It does alter the flavor a bit but not too much.
Otherwise great job here in the newest castle.

Hello. I'm originally from the Bronx and I grew up in Yonkers. I have been a white castle fan all of my life. I have lived in the Hudson Valley for 30 years. Why can't we get a white castle in the Dutchess County or orange county area? There are tons of people from the Bronx in Yonkers that live in the Hudson Valley area who crave white castle and we want the real thing not the frozen burgers in the box. We have more than enough McDonald's, Burger Kings, and Wendy's. But no white castle. This is very frustrating! Thank you for letting me vent. It is very frustrating to have to drive more than an hour for my favorite burger.

Recently, the absolute BEST fish sandwich ever was the Panko Breaded fish sandwich. I returned on another occasion to purchase several to share with friends after I had touted it's taste and quality so highly to find out it was no longer available. The return to the traditional fish sandwich was a mistake in my opinion. I would like to see the Panko Breaded fish sandwich at the least made available as an option. It was EXCELLENT. I frequently visit the location on Route 36/37 in Sunbury, Ohio. I certainly hope that a decision to bring back the Panko Breaded fish sandwich will be considered.

I would like to comment on the excellent service you have at you're location in Joliet I'll. The service is fast and accurate. Orders are correct and the employees are extremely polite. There is a McDonalds down the street that is absolutely horrible as far as wait time for orders I will Never go to the McDonald's and will always stay true to White Castle simply because the customer comes first. Thank you.

We made our annual Valentine/ Anniversary visit to the Castle. Once again, we were greeted with smiling faces and hugs. Our server, Kaylay treated us like VIP's. She was so gracious and attentive. We also meet Anna, the district manager, who was very warm and kind. The place was decorated beautifully. You can tell every detail was done with love. All the staff and the kitchen angels, who prepared our food were so welcoming. It is truly like a family there. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and making us feel so special. I like white castle alot but the Hopkins MN store surprised me I got hurt on November 10,2016 and one of the women there took 4 pictures of my leg gave me gauge and tape and a also aspirin and some kind of wipes to clean it and took down my information and said that I'd be called up and today is December 2nd and I still haven't been called and my leg still isn't healed all the way and what happened under the pop machine that board fell on my left leg and my right big toe and thank you for your time

I went in yesterday at the one on Hebert and north Florissant.The young lady name was tiara who took my order,she was working front and drive thru as well.Ms.Tiara was really sweet and even thanked me for coming to white castle.Best customer service there in years.

Love the cheese sliders. The fries leave a lot to be desired. Salt on them would go a long way to making them palatable as opposed to the salt less fries you serve.
