I was just at the Olive Garden in Hollywood Florida on the 2/24/2024 and two ladies where sat next to us with a bull dog that had no service tags and no tags what's so ever and they where feeding the dog from the table I asked how they allowed this to happened I was told it was a gray area what is the policy on this I don't think I will ever eat their again

Had unlimited soup and salad for lunch and was told by my waiter that they were putting too much soup in my bowl. It was unlimited soup. I was going to Olive Garden once a week for years. Will never go back there again.

I have frequent the Olive Garden in Janesville, Wisconsin a few times had some really good waitresses and then every time I go back they're gone. I was wondering why there is so much turnover there with help. And then I had a counter with one of the managers. She was very unfriendly. She didn't seem to know her job well, and she definitely did not back up her staff. Very unprofessional makes me not want to go back there.

Visited Elizabethtown location on 7/14/23 was seated and waited 15 minutes to get drink order. Waitress was very unfriendly and only came back to table at 10 to 15 min intervals. Daughter got salad with your dressing.I wanted ranch she came back with one salad covered in your dressing and a small cup of ranch. When she finally came back with food I told her I didn't want to put ranch on top of their dressing. Meal was half eaten when she brought salad. It was wilted and brown. Drink ran out,no waitress , manager came by ask if I wanted a refill I said yes never saw him again. Restaurant was not busy and they had a lot of help. Great grandson's order was wrong wait again for waitress to come by. Finally got his order after we were done eating. Never got asked if we wanted more bread or refills. Bill had both kids meals on it went and got manager. I showed him my salad and ask if he would serve that to his family. He took both kids meals off bill , that's all he did. This is the 2nd time I have written this review. Got no response the 1st time. This is the third time we have eaten there and 2 times it has been awful. Probably won't go back.

Our service was awful. What I mean by awful is that we were not assigned a waiter. We had to serve our self our own water after wait 15 mins after seating. Had to bring our own plates after being served appetizers because no plates to eat from. Soup and salad orders were wrong. Had to go find waitress to ask for cheese each time meals weee delivered. Food came out at all different times for party of 8. One of the meals was cold and did not have extra Alfredo sauce that was requested. We also end up bussing our own Table because staff was not removing plate. General manager ended up bring us our water herself to illustrate how poorly managed it was. I'm 49 and have eat out many times. This was in top 5 poorest dining experience. We also at at 2:30 on a Sunday so not so busy as to explain the lack of service. This was lack of magement and training.

The food was okay. Went there early July with friends. Prices are steep for pasta and salad. The tip I left was 20%,but I left it based on sub total .not including tax. It was switched on my receipt to 20% on total...it is illegal to do this and I do not have to tip on tax. They refused to do anything about it.I will not be eating here again.

We used to love Olive Garden. The Olive Garden closest to us is Leesburg in the last two times. It is not been a pleasant experience. However, last night was one of the most disappointing trips to the Olive Garden. I've ever had the server was pleasant, but two of our four meals was wrong. The other two meals had so much oil and grease. My husband and son could not eat them. The two orders that was wrong was angel hair Alfredo that should've had shrimp and chicken. We didn't have shrimp and chicken by the time we got our shrimp and chicken. It was so cold we couldn't eat it now I've looked on my credit card and they've billed me wrong. He gave me the wrong wine, but that was easily corrected but we had to ask for multiple items multiple times. We won't be back for a while.

My husband and I went to the Olive Garden location Tunnel Road Asheville, NC. We had our infant daughter, in her stroller. The person seating customers stated we could not have the baby in middle of the floor. We ask that she re-seat us but she continued to tell us that we could not have the baby in the middle of the floor. We left and I want everyone to know not to take your infants into this location. They are rude and refuse to assist you in relocating the child and us to another area of the restaurant

The food was great! The server wasn't. We got charged for meatballs we did not order. She wanted to fight over what one of us ordered. It was quite unbelievable actually. She was MIA most of the time we had to track her down.. not good.

We were just made aware that you are now adding sesame flour to your breadsticks. We have had a hard time finding restaurants safe for my son with a severe sesame allergy. Thanks for making this another restaurant we can NO LONGER eat at.
Why did you have to change the recipe????

I was there 2 days ago had the spaghetti and meat sauce with 2 meatballs, ate half had to run to the bathroom with diarrhea,at home continued vomiting and and pooping, really bad. Food poisoning. Never again. I could still see the greasy meal. ??????

Time To Get Ownership Involved Other Wise It's Bye Bye Olive Garden (it's Like Chef Henry Told Me Once If Customer Not Being Regarded With The Best Then You Are Like The Rest) When He Told Me That My Eyes Lighted Up.because To Stay In Business You Have To Be On Top Of Everything,so If You Are Reading This Executive's Start Paying Attention To Customer Or Your Business Is Going Out Of Business

This was the worst ever. Food was cold. Server was rude. No silverware. Salad and bread was brought and we had nothing to eat with. Drinks were brought last. We were not checked on. We had to grab anyone we could. Pasta plate was disgusting.

Just had dinner at my local Olive Garden ( 10 people ). It was a complete train wreck will probably not recommend to anyone I like. Started with a 15 minute wait for drinks and got cold coffee and they were out of Chardonnay? Next was another 15 minute wait to order, then soup with NO broth, minestrone stew. Entrees arrived some cold and all were dry. Put some sauce on your food, it's ITALIAN!! Most of us took togo boxes because we were just exhausted and wanted to leave. Paid over $200 for a nightmare.

Worst service experience I've had, they refuse all debit cards, hold food in kitchen(servers are very inattentive) Virtually impossible to order or call in an order. AVOID THIS CHAIN!!!

I was not prepared for the shrimp scampi . It had hard asparagus and no flavor. I had one bite of it and I pushed it to the side. Our server had brought us a bowl of soup with 4 bread sticks, then stopped to ask if we would like more soup, so we said sure, then our food came out with the soup, and then we did not see him until my husband asked him for a container and we paid our bill and I did say to my husband that I would not come back . Shrimp scampi should have a garlic flavor ,my opinion it was awful, it will more than likely end up in the garbage. That was ten dollars wasted. Oh well, first time at Olive Garden and the last

Terrible, rude service. Will never eat there again.

We were having in dinner but arrived a bit early so went into the bar for a drink at 5:00 pm 3:00 pm pm 3/6/20 - my husband ordered a wine I ordered a mojito - my husband received his wife immediately - after 15 mutes I ask the server about my drink = in the meantime we watched the bartender take drink and take foods plus serve them then I requested the manager who took another 15 minutes to come over - at that same time my called our name (we were a party of 9 - did not mind the wait) the manager finally came over to our table with my drink (it is now almost 45 minutes) when I suggested he say something to the bartender he said he did not want to blame anyone - he did buy me a desert - I felt he should have said something to the bartender I felt sorry for the young server in the bar as he was completely ignored by the bartender - this does look good for your bartender - it seems then can do what ever they want -

Very unprofessional as we walked in very unprofessional server I ordered shrimp scampi with vegetables I received six little shrimps on my plate for the price of $17 I could have went out and bought a damn pound of shrimp for that but the server was the the reason for this comment he was so rude

I've been going to Olive Garden for the longest time, your dishes are delicious! Your introduction of the meal not my favorite!,why? That iceberg lettuce salad that Olive Garden has been using for the longest time is a very low grade lettuce! The majority of the time that I have gone to Olive Garden and the salad is the first thing to come out, for some reason it's always so wilted and looks so old it's never crisp.. my suggestion would be to upgrade your lattice might make the salad look & taste better!!! Love the salad dressing love the breadsticks!! Iceberg lettuce must go!!!'n sorry!

I have to be honest I only go to Olive Garden for my wife and I don't like going because your draft beer is crazy and price everywhere else 250 draft three on the high side and that your organization you want close to 6 bucks it's ridiculous

We had a party of 16, including out of town guests . The staff went out of their way to set up an arrangement in a quiet area of the restaurant to accommodate everyone. This was in State College Pennsylvania near Penn State University. The service was excellent as well as the food. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this Olive Garden restaurant.

Had our monthly 1963 high school luncheon today. Our waitress Autumn was wonderful. Best waitress we've had in a while. Thank you for your perfect service. Food was good though pricey. Don't like that they don't take reservations for large groups anymore.

I WANTED TO SHARE A POSITICE EXPERIENCE.On Saturday March 3,2018 my wife and I took my 2 sons and my mother out for dinner at the Janesville WI location. It was a very busy time at the OG. Our servers name was Emily. Everything started out fine with ordering. We received our salads and bread sticks in a timely manner. We even received a visit from Manager Tina Dare as she introduced herself and asked how our salads and breadsticks were. It was refreshing to see a manager stop by all the tables and make sure all was up to our liking. The guests seemed very receptive to Manager Tina. We soon ordered our 5 entr©es from server Emily. Approximately 45 to 50 mins. had passed since we had received our salads. I had to be to work in 45 minutes and we had a 15 minute ride back home. Our concern was that we were not going to have enough time to eat. We informed our server of our time concern and why it was taking so long. She showed genuine concern and said she would be right back. She immediately returned with Manger Tina and they apologetically explained that Emily had a computer issue when ordering our food. We said we understood but we won't have time to enjoy our meal. Tina asked us with honest concern if we wanted our meal "to go". We stated that it was probably our only option at this time. Tina apologized again and surprisingly stated that there would be NO CHARGE for the entire meal and would be back shortly with our food packaged to go. Tina and Emily returned shortly with 2 bags filled with our entr©es, numerous bread sticks and 3 large salads. Tina even gave us a $25 gift card for our inconvenience towards our next visit. Although it was not an optimal situation we were very surprised and impressed at the efforts made to make this situation right by Manager Tina Dare. My famiky and I will definitely be back. KUTOS TO TINA AND HER STAFF AT THE JANESVILLE WIS O.G.!!!

On Sunday January 8, I had lunch at the Lynchburg, Virginia location with a friend. Service was friendly and prompt. Later that day, I realized that I was missing an earring. After calling the location and speaking with the hostess, the store manager offered to mail it to me. This exemplifies a commitment to service that goes beyond the average establishment. I will make an effort to frequent your establishment more based on this incident.

We just now ate at the Olive Garden restaurant in Lee Summit Missouri. We ordered an appetizer, five meals, and two desserts. As I was finishing my meal, I found a small piece of glass in my last bite. I contacted the manager and he handled this very professionally. He comped my meal and both desserts. I think he did a really nice job of handling this difficult situation. I'm still curious what broke in the kitchen Thanks for a great meal!!

I am on business and ate at your D'lberville, MS location. We ate at the bar and Ms Courtney L served us. She greeted us warmly and enthusiastically. A delight! It had been yrs since I visited your chain (was a regular taking my children) Your menu choices were abundant. Chicken Piccata was so good. Courtney backed my choice 100% and I chose the Lemon cake for dessert. Once again Courtney agreed. When I get back home, I will be dining at my local Olive Garden in Hoover, AL. Too bad Courtney won't be there to greet me. Shannon C.

Tonight my husband and I Had the pleasure of dining in your fine establishment. We had traveled to Bloomingon, Indiana for an appt. and wanted a bite to eat after. We actually stopped at O'Charleys where we encountered live roaches crawling on our plate of food that they had delivered to our table. Of course, we left there. We were quite sickened by the whole thing, but as my husband is diabetic, he had to eat, so we made our way to your Olive Garden. It took me a while to get over being sickened by the whole incident, but he is quicker. We had a short wait, so that helped. Everyone was friendly. Our server Beth was exceptional too. (I hear that they can earn a trip to Italy, so I would give her our vote.) Anyway, we were very impressed with the look of this restaurant. Not only was it decorated nicely, but very clean! I enjoyed looking at the decor, but the cleanliness was very appreciated after our horrible experience a the other restaurant. I just want to thank the staff and the professionalism that has trickled down to this restaurant. Thank-you! I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving!

We had 59th high school reunion at the Crain Highway Olive Garden in Waldorf, Md. The manager was so helpful and pleasant along with a magnificent friendly staff. The food was delicious and there was not one complaint out of the 90 people who attended. You should be proud to have these great people working for you.

For the past two years every six months between 25 to 35 people get together to share the joy of each others company and keep us updated on what is new with their families. On May 22, 2015 we again met at Olive Garden at 6700 Hwy 19 Pinellas Park Florida 33781 for our gathering of people that have worked with Patricia Davey retired Principal of John M Sexton Elementary School and Cheryl Maggio Principal of Blanton Elementary in St. Petersburg.

Fun was had by all with exceptional help from Matthew Fox, General Manager and servers Dylan Shytle and Joey Pataco. Everyone was helpful, prompt, efficient & a joy!
