I don't understand why in the world would Humana outsource their customer service department to foreigners. These Spanish speaking people are impossible to understand. And considering most of your clients are elderly why would you do that. I'm considering choosing another provider for that reason.

My dad had his leg amputated, and Humana denied his rehab. Can you believe that ?!!

Humana gets a -0 customer service rating! I am in enormous pain and have been waiting on them to authorize my surgery, but they will not give me an update. Each person I am transferred to gives me a different story. They have told me twice they do not have a request for my surgery and my surgeon has confirmed multiple times that it has been sent to them and they have been corresponding with Humana's team. HUMANA IS DISHONEST and the worst company I have ever dealt with. Beyond frustrated.

Humana is the most frustrating company to get issues resolved. Every time I call, despite my selections, I always get transferred the wrong department and wait on hold for extensive amounts of times. Each time I'm transferred I have to repeat the same verification questions and sometimes additional ones. Half the time, the person I speak with isn't sure how to resolve my issues, so calls take nearly an hour as they research and consult peers and supervisors. I DREAD contacting Humana; I've NEVER had a good/simple experience.

I had insurance with Humana day terminated me saying that I had moved well they didn't really terminate me but for one day but they left me without my medications for about 2 weeks because I thought I didn't have insurance so I paid cash like $120 for my medicines only to find out the next time I went that I had had insurance they only took it away from me for one day and I guess they realized they were wrong but I would like to be reimbursed for my $120 that I paid towards my medicine my address now is PO box 25 Hamilton Mississippi 39746 my fiance also Whitney got eyeglasses not even the eyeglasses just went to an eye doctor well he paid the $500 because they told him he didn't have insurance well he did so he needs to be reimbursed also at the same address Larry Beasley is his name and his address is PO box 25 Hamilton Mississippi 39746 you can see where he went to an eye doctor here in Hamilton no in Columbus excuse me Mississippi and he paid cash so if you will we really need the money and you do owe it to us my phone number is 662-848-9368 and Larry's is 662-661-0902 and I sure would appreciate it thank you Julie Miller last of my social is 9359

My mother refuses to handle any business with Humana, and I definitely understand why. Humana is very frustrating to work with as a younger person. They expect older people to have a working knowledge of technology and most of them do not. Humana always contacts with automated calls instead of a real person and my mother never can respond as they need her too. She does not have a debit card and there was always an issue with her paying for her medication. I have been placed as a person who can speak on her behalf, they never seem to have that information. They also never have information about them calling her. I have so many return phone numbers from them and one provided doesn't even work. This company is so frustrating, creates inconvenience, and is time consuming.

This is an addendum to my last post. I was on hold for over 40 minutes and the entire phone call lasted 59 minutes. The rep never got back to me and we were somehow disconnected. I am unable to get in touch with anyone at Humana's corporate office in Kentucky. I have searched for phone numbers as well as email addresses. The people in the Humana corporate office appear to make it very hard for providers to contact them directly. I wish I could dump Humana altogether and would in a heartbeat if it were not for my patients who are insured by them.

Humana has outsourced their customer service to other countries. I either wind up speaking to someone in the Philippines or the Caribbean. I have been on with someone for over 30 minutes. My question was when did Humana stop waiving co-pays. The representative came back with answer of February 2020. The pandemic had not even hit the US at this time. I asked her to check and she told me it would only take 2 to 3 minutes. I have been waiting 15 minutes. Every time I have to call Humans I dread it. I need to make sure I have at least an hour on hand to take care of my questions. Overall, Humana customer service is one of the worst for me to deal with. They need to make changes. I am currently still on hold. My rating is a zero.

This is terrible I wish I could get away from you Humana Insurance today they do everything they can to get you to sign up for Medicare but then they can't fulfill their obligations

I signed up with Humana and July when I turn 65 I was supposed to get a over the counter card for $25 a month they gave me the car but the car does not work I've been spending hours on the phone talking to your Humana Insurance at and over-the-counter people if father knew would have been this type of problem I hadn't went with another Medicare program

This is by far the worst computer generated assist! It is unfriendly and grades on my nerves! I do not use the online pharmacy because I hate this so much. Son in law of the president must have sold the company this trash.....

I am a very seasoned professional provider for psychotherapy with a highly successful practice. I have over 35 years experience in my profession. I am disabled Navy, prior federal officer, and retired Fl Dept of Corrections. All with outstanding service. I have serious complaints just with the ridiculous lack of support and completely incorrect information given to me for my support, particularly training. THE WRONG INFO HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ME WITH MISSING DOCUMENTS FOR TRAINING. I HAVE ATTEMPTED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONNECT TO MY SUPPORT. ALL INFO AND NUMBERS ARE WRONG. ONE OF THE AGENTS STAYED ON PHONE AS I WAS TRANSFERRED FROM ONE WRONG NUMBER TO ANOTHER WRONG NUMBER. SHE STATED HER FRUSTRATIONS ATTEMPTING TO HELP ME WITH NO SUCCESS. FINALLY AGAIN I WAS DISCONNECTED. FROM MY EXPERIENCE EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID THIS TERRIBLY RUN COMPANY. BTW I have yet to receive any call back or email about my request for assistance. Humana sucks.

I have Humana medical and Dental insurance or so I thought.discovered today my dental insurance was not active and hasn't been since Nov. After being on the phone today for 2 hours and being transferred 5 times no one would help me..DISSAPOINTED.

Humana has one of the worst websites I've ever encountered. I have had issues trying to create an account to access my policy and find dentists for MONTHS and every time there is a problem. I get messages saying I'm already signed up, but then I send a reset password link to myself and NOTHING. If I try re-registering, nope! Already exists. And they're closed on weekends so getting help is out of the question. I am considering cancelling my insurance and going back to Delta Dental.

Humana customer service has gotten HORRIBLE in the last year. Their sales agents lied about the policy and to boot assigned me a pediatric nurse practioner as a primary care. I'm in my late 50's for crying out loud! It took 2 days to get it resolved. Finally had to go to grievance dept. If you talk to more than one customer rep you will get as many different answers which tells me they don't adequately train them in Humana's product. This was confirmed when I spoke to a former employee when they said "I tried to get an answer to a customer before giving them some information and the customer service supervisor stated it doesn't matter of you give right or wrong information, just act confident."

As a current policy holder I have been trying to execute a very simple task Notify Humana of a change of address Not so simple Over the past 2 days I have been on the phone with Humana Representatives 8 in all trying to get address change Incompetence of agents is an understatement. I still haven't been able to verify if i need a new plan because of change in residence. I do not have another 3 hours to spend on this project. Suggest that the process be simplified to a one stop shop

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!!! They are scams!! Don't let them fool you. Stand up for the members/patients because some of them have no idea how bad Humana really is. I work for a providers office and it is so hard to deal with them with every issue. Especially the provider payment integrity "specialist" all they do is read off of a script and they are not based in the US so they have no idea what they are even doing. I'm surprised Humana is still in business. (wait..it's probably from scamming members)Almost every person/office/review has nothing good to say about Humana!!

In trying to ensure that my Humana plan was automatically enrolled for the new year, I never received a letter to confirm that. I called Member Services who couldn't help and they sent me to customer service and the lady couldn't give me exact answer. She gave me an "assume it will be enrolled" kind of answer without confirming. I try to call again and get 30 minute call hold times, I get someone on live chat and spent 30 minutes and she couldn't give me an exact answer. I was told to call their Sales Department and this lady (LaTonya Hoover) was so condescending and rude to me from the moment that she got on the phone. She had no sympathy for my frustrating to get an answer from anyone. She aggravated the problem by not answering my questions about my benefits nicely but with aggression. She caused my frustration to get even worse. She started to get sarcastic and asking me sarcastic condescending questions speaking down to me. I will find the proper sources to file a complaint because as a consumer of their services, I did not deserve to be treated in such a poor manner. Humana, as far as enrollment these days, is very POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything about the Humana Advantage plan was a problem, starting with the prescription medication department. They said they could not fill the prescriptions then they showed up in the mail 8 weeks later. Access to specialists in our area very limited or non existant. Denied service out of network after consulting the receptionist, not a doctor, not a nurse, not a technician at the local office who "thought" they might do the procedure there. Denied testing, hospital rooms, recovery rooms, Worst advantage plan I have ever used.

Aetna has a lot to teach Humana on customer service, After trying to get out of pocket expenses reimburse, being called a liar, laughed at, little on hold, 3 months in to this, still deny paying, teach your employees not to be rude. I called to follow up on a complaint I waged. It was brought to my attention that my complaint registered by customers relations was not on file. According to customer advocate Jacorey. When I expressed by disbelief. Requesting a supervisor Jacorey proceeded to terminate call. There was no returned call. I am overwhelmed and I'm in desperate need of a physician.

I have been trying to get my premium refund since 6/1/2016. Every time I call they tell me it was sent. When I call back I find out they lied over and over.

I still have not received my refund and they are still telling me the same things over and over again.

I don't know what to do
I am at wits and patience end.
