I was told by TGI Fridays to join this ask question attorney site that cost me $25 to submit a complaint. So I feel maybe I have to report them to better business bureau and the attorney generals office. My sister and I both purchase coupons from promotions and we went for dinner asked for separate checks. Told were not allowed to each use our own coupons. The manager of that store could have made good on the $10 credit but she told us she couldn't! That's crap they comp meals all the time. I often go there in Methuen mass and spend above $50 each visit and now because of the manager ANGELA I will not be back and I'm stuck with the remaining coupons from the play by play booklet! Even the waitress ( who was EXCEPTIONAL named Rachel told her it was not right!!

I'm here at the bar trying to place an order. The bartender, gave me a menu and never came back. I had to ask her, who can take my order? She said mmmm the manager can. I shook my head and got up and asked if he could take my order? He said yes. I explained to him what I had just experienced. He was like sorry and I'm like that's it. I'll never eat at the 7200 W 191st Tinley Park, Illinois again. Horrible customer service, management and the bartender samone

The food was not served despite the lapse of an hour because the kitchen was not notified. When i complained about it, the staff acted as if it was no big deal and just smiled. is he then asked if i can wait for few more minutes because they are already preparing the food. wow!

My wife and I was at your Cross-lanes WV restaurant on 5/2/23. We was seated by the Bar Tender , he ask what we wanted to drink and was provided. We then waited awhile and noticed some noticed something was going on. I seen 2 employees grab their belongings and leave. We waited awhile longer and no one came to ask what we wanted to order. While in time the Tuesday music bingo was getting ready to start and in the crowd was 3 former employees was to play music bingo which one had asked if we had been waited on, I replied no and was going to ask for a manager which was told 2 had quit the day before, she talked to the other former employees and all 3 started taking orders and drinks. And I must say did an excellent job. I don't understand what's going on with your company but I think the Cross Lanes facility needs your attention very bad before you lose it, which would be sad because there are some that really like it but aren't going to be put in that situation much longer. In the end we did eat are dinners thanks to "former" employees. And found out that that had 4 employees quit in 24 hrs.

I went to enjoy a nice meal yesterday evening, unfortunately, it took me at least 30 minutes utes to get seated, There was no one to greet us, We had to go look for a worker, it t[k a while for waiter to come, He was undecided where to sit me, My food took forever to come, The chicken was not done and the fries were cold, The waiter never came to check on me, I wanted my glass refreshed, but I was never asked, I finally got the waiters attention and requested the bill, What poor service, The waiter didn't allow me time to tell him I was unhappy with the food, What a waste of money,

I took my son and his wife out for dinner at your establishment on Oak street in Conway Ar. It took 30 minutes to get our food. My steak was overdone with the cheese and sauce burned to the server. The ladies restroom was messy and dirty, the paper towel dispensers were broken, there were messages carved in the stall doors. Our finished plates sat on the table for 20 minutes. Very diappointing

Fridays in sams town I called them 2 times left on hold for 23 minutes. The first time I was transferred neither associate could answer a question I had to verify a special time of the order cut off. Very sad if you are that busy and the customer is treated like this. 1 question everyone who answered the phone should no that question. Steak and lobster special really go on to 10pm to 1pm. I new the 3to 6pm not sure of the late time.

The bartender Kristen at the quakertown town store is the worst and rudest bartender I have ever met my wife and I have been regulars at this store for years and never have seen such a rude bartender in my life and I am 57 years old so that is saying something she cares more about her friends and taking care of them then the regulars that spend between 300 to 500 a week there I won't be going back

I was at the location in Greece Ridge mall. I am a regular customer (or used to be) and I decided to go straight to the bar because I had a previous bad experience with food wait times and poor customer service. I went and sat at the bar for about 15min without anyone acknowledging me being there. There was barely any customers in the restaurant at the time. Finally after 15 minutes of being ignored, the bartender came and asked what I wanted to drink and didn't even apologize for the wait time. I asked for my favorite beer and they didn't even have it. Then I asked if I could have the draft....then again, didn't have it. Again....no apologies whatsoever. The bartender acted like she was super busy but again....not even 4 customers in the restaurant. I'm sick of this place. Not going back

TGI Fridays Quito, Quicentro has a misleading information about opening time, they say on the Internet that they open 8:00 am for breakfast.

When you get there and ask, the administration is rude and not welcoming at all. They insist in us leaving and treat us very badly.

I came to the Friday's location in Waldorf,MD. The manager was the serving as the bartenders the serving. He was very unattendtive,nor the he acknowledge to say anything but ran to the back and was eating. I had to ask for utensils several time as well as additional dishes. The dishes were dirty. As paying customer, I feel that the service was very unacceptable and unsatisfactory.

I'm reaching out for an order placed on 8/28/22 from Uber Eats. I ordered a Medium temperature steak and received am well done ( dry steak). I've reached out to Fridays and is being given the run around on a replacement or refund. I have pictures of the steak and communication emails back and forward from both companies blaming each other and nothing is being done. This is frustrating as I feel the restaurant should have offered me another meal or gift card. I can attached pictures and receipts if someone contacts me. I'm tired of going back and forward over a $20 steak. It should never got to this point of me reaching out to corporate. This is the Oak Park, IL Fridays.

The TGI Fridays on biscayne blvd north Miami is absolutely terrible at the restaurant for 3 hours with 8 people never had the same server twice, tried to charge me for 6 beers when I only received two and asked for a 3rd took 45 minutes to pay started my stopwatch after about 5 minutes of waiting TERRIBLE service all around delivered one meal at a time 4/8 were wrong or given to the wrong person

Love the food but something isn't right. My Nephew and his family gave me a gift card for birthday August 2021. I never used it and called to see how much I had and was told it was used in February 2021 how is that if he purchased in august. Someone is scamming people. Of course no one will get back with me and they don't answer the 1-888 #

My husband and I stopped at the one in Pigeon Forge on parkway, we sat in the bar area. The person behind the bar, looked at us at least 3 times. She didn't even acknowledge us. She went over and took an order. The went back to enter it. Somebody she needs walked in and sat at the bar and low and behold, she took her order. WE LEFT.

Visited TGI Fridays last evening in Appleton WI.Not many people eating yet our fish was overcooked and rubbery. Wings were overcooked and dry. Will never go there again.

I visited TGIF in Appleton, WI today. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Bacon was so overcooked it was unedible. Barely got any fries and when food was brought out to the bar where I was sitting the bartender asked "is there anything else that I can get you?" I had to ask for ketchup for a bacon cheeseburger and fries. TGIF needs to improve or just give up and close for good. Who trains the people that run these restaurants?

THIF VILLAGIO- Very disappointing experience yesterday evening. We were asked why we were not eating at Asha's presumably because we are iIndians. The sizzler fajita I ordered was not sizzling - when asked later why others sizzlers were sizzling and mine wasn't I just got a snort from the waiter. Unbelievable !!

On 5/8/22 I ordered through uber eats..I ordered the bucket of bones and that is exactly what I got literally!! The ribs were so burnt and hard and the chicken was even harder!! I spent 34.00 for just that a bucket of burnt bones!! I will never ever order from TGI FRIDAYS AGAIN!!

I was really going to offer hints to make our meal better, then I saw this site. I guess I got off easy. We just ordered the least priced burger x 3 (total about $40!). One with fries and two with salad. Could not believe appearance when arrived. The one with fries was on one plate. Bun looked like melted butter spread all over, no other presentation, very few fries. The others just had burger on like a 12" plate, bare, same oily finish and salad in separate bowl. Good thing we only drank water.
Boy, do they need help, and not like the more employee type.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at this =restaurant. O
It was nasty,, the food was awful,the wings were burnt and the steak I got was like chewing on leather. My shoe would have been better. The waitress was rude and to top it off, I was not leaving a tip she said she would charge my card for 15percent of the $120 bill. My husband not wanting to argue with them decided to pay. Basically , she robbed us. I am mortified.. I want to speak to someone immediately, I'm tired of getting the runaround. Mrs. Sherrie Minor. I feel a lawsuit coming on.

We were in Fridays at Aberdeen beach and I simply had to leave a review on our waitress. Hannah was amazing took time to talk to our little boy, in fact he still talks about how nice she was. The food was good but Hannah made the evening for us and will also be the reason we come back. She is a credit to your restaurant and others should learn from her.

I visit the Bridgewater N.J. TGIF at least three times a week and I am very pleased with the friendliness and cleanliness of it. However I hear you are going to remove the Turkey Avacado Club Sandwitch from the menu, PLEASE DON'T its a great sandwitch and I order it frequently.

It's our 4th visit within a span of 10 days as we are tourists in Malaysia and we love TGI Friday's (Menara Hap Seng)... The food is deliously fantastic and a value for money... The staff members are very welcoming and friendly especially the Shift leader Akash... A very big thank you to him for taking care of us...The other staff were also friendly and my small daughter Aroush 5yrs was very fond of Roami and Nuwan... She enjoyed their company and wants to visit everyday. We were living just behind TGI Friday's in E&O.

This is a former employee from TGI Fridays White plains NY the general manager Patricia Clearly is very rude to her employees. She talks to them reckless and isn't respectful what so ever. She does not give any one a chance to do better or shine she'll just give you less days on the schedule not even caring about your situation and that's not manager material. To my knowledge she's been a manager for years but she does need to treat her employees better.
