I had a $200 overdraft some how Bank America let someone come in my account withdraw $1,400 no matter how much I disputed the charge. They paid it anyway, yet quarterly they owe EVERY member 250K minimum that the draw from their TRUST ACCOUNT which is your SS# and signature. They NEVER gave me probably you either your unearned interest. No bank can close account without our permission check into it...

Never bank with BofA. It is impossible to talk to a human without first talking to a robot that doesnt understand anything you say. This company has by far the worst customer service of any company in america.

Horrible service!!! called the branch on multiple occasions and throughout the day, they never answer the phone so i went in the branch 1 hour before closing time rep refuse to help and told me to make appointment. I'm transferring my money to another bank. Why bother to have all these branch locations when they can't even help you in person 1/year???

How in the world in Bank of America able to operate? The way they treat their customers. The service they give. It's infuriating they get away with it. You can't speak to an actual person. You can't navigate the app. Told us due date was the 15th then when we pay on the 15th, they say the payment is late and charged a late fee. Not worth the headache. Do not recommend to anyone. Don't know any positive things they offer.

I transfered money from my Chase account to BofA. It was my mistake, that account was not verified, but Bofa took my money,rejected all requests from Chase and avoid communicating with customers. The bot cannot settle such a problem. So they just stolen my money.

I've been banking at Bank of America for over 30 years. I have always received my checks for free. I was informed because I was not at the same tear I would have to pay for the checks, I don't order that many, fyi. I told the woman that the tear changed over a year ago, she told me that it would have been in the last few months. I explained that was incorrect. She again argued that my tear had change, in front of other customers. I was told I could pay my bills on line, with condescension. I informed her I would look for a bank that doesn't have check charges. I was told I could do whatever I needed to do. My mood was polite and I continued to laugh in amazement at the indifference. I now have started my quest for another bank. Bank of America is the bank that doesn't care if you are there...or not.

Paid off my mortgage. Bank of America in it's grand wisdom decided it would be a grand idea to send the lien release to the wrong county. I called them up and asked them to send it to the correct county. So they sent a copy of the one they sent to the wrong county to my county. The problem is the copy has the wrong county's book number, page number and instrument number on it. My county has no record of my property with the incorrect book/page and instrument number. Several phone calls about the issue has yielded the wrong result. If they don't get it right next week I will be getting an attorney to force them to do the job right.

I applied for a credit card online and was notified to call a phone number to verify my identity. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes twice they weren't able to verify my identity and I was told to go into a branch to show my ID.

I went into the branch and the relationship banker gladly assisted me. However, she had to call the normal customer service line and was transferred to 5 different departments and non of them could help us. After waiting for an hour we decided to leave and start looking for other credit cards.

I was shocked at the terrible system they had for something as routine as a credit card application.

Automated systems block someone from talking to an associate. I called several CS lines, 12 calls in all, and no live person. They do not want to talk to customers, just take-in money.

This bank will make mistakes and give you your money back in a check and not back in your account then take forever to deposit into the account. They will make you late on payments by holding your money from you horrible place and horrible employees.

Bank of America is at it again, made pmt on September and they waited to post it a month later just to charge a late fee and interest!!!!

Over a month ago I attempted to close my checking account at Bank of America. You must call a special number to cancel, It took 3 calls to get by a recording selling some service by the bank. When I finally reached a service rep, after one disconnect I was told a certified check would be issued in 5-10days for the substantial amount in the account. On a Wednesday after 10 days I called and was told I should have the check by the end of the week. Now after 27 working days of the bank holding my money hostage I still don't have the check. If I had known it would take this long I would have written a check to myself for all but $100 in the account and then cancelled. Service reps should be better informed on how long it takes to cash out a checking account.

I am a senior citizen that went into Bank of America on Baldhill Road to cash a rather large check drawn on Bank of America. I requested two bank checks and was told unless I have an account they cannot issue bank checks or cash the check even though it was drawn on Bank of America. I worked in banking for years and if a check was drawn on that particular bank and you had identification the check would be cashed. No compassion no smile no I'm sorry. Just we can't do it. Terrible experience left there in tears

The staff doesn't know what he is doing and did wire transfer without customer signature and review. Manager (Anna Vega) is even worse, won't reply email and take the resposibilities.

The service at Bank of America is terrible. You cannot get a live person and they keep asking you questions over and over that do not apply to your specific needs. Looking for another bank!!!!!!!!!

I Explained To Her The Issue. She Didn't Consider Waiving The Odf. They Pulled The Money Out After I Paid The Bill. I've Had This Account For Almost 5 Years No Odf. I Know Waiving The Fee Was At Her Decression. She Pretended To See If She Could Waive The Fee, Came Back And Said No. She Gave No Explanation Why!!! I Will Be Giving A Google Review!!!!!!!

I am a business banking customer at the branch on Bowman in Little Rock, Arkansas. A wire transfer of $10,000,000 USD was sent by my business partner in Seoul, South Korea to my Sun Construction and Ready Mix Concrete LLC account in Little Rock. Bank of America never credited my account and refused to trace or investigate the wire transfer after I emailed the transmittal receipt that was sent to me. Donna Austin, Branch Manager was put on notice in December 2021 to be expecting the wire transfer. Luis Cantu is the Regional manager. I emailed him and called him several times and got voicemail. He never returned my phone calls nor answered my email.
Finally, I decided to contact a responsible person in charge to investigate this serious matter.

Seriously, avoid Bank of America! I've used them for a very long time (15 years), but every time I have an issue.. it's a nightmare. Terrible customer service. Poor support from local branches depending on where you live. Poorly built digital experiences with terrible UX that makes doing simple things a nightmare. And that's ignoring all the holds and fees and other nonsense! They're a scummy company and I implore you not to give them your money!

The worst bank! They don't reimburse for fees because it was "done correctly" even if you switch accounts. Never in my life had I had a bank deny a fee reversal. I will switch banks immediately.

Trying to verify funds, called both Springfield, MO locations, it was 15 minutes until they close and no one answered the phone at either locations.

Not even to put me on hold !!!!
