I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with my recent visit to Burger King, and quite frankly I'm mad about it, I went into the location on Yosemite Ave in Modesto to buy a soda and was charged literally almost $4.00 for just the value size cup, which was mainly all ice and maybe just 2-3 sips of actual soda, I was absolutely shocked, I have been going to Burger King for 10+ years but now after this they will no longer have my buissness I will go to diamond gas station and give them buissness because at least I know there I can buy a whole damn meal and much more for a better price!! Burger King can't even get orders right at the drive thru.. Burger King is ripping customers off left and right.

Saturday January 27th, just ate a whopper meal at the poplar store in Collierville Tn. No tea sitting out, ketchup machine not working and no paper towels in restroom. Complained up front about these things, 3 young ladies behind counter were not concerned. Whoever is the manager should be fired! Will go to Boya's just down the street next time and eat a real burger for the same price. So long Burger King!

Hello, I was a your Burger King in Brandon FL today 1/22/24 at 4:45 PM.I came in and waited patiently over 10 minutes to order, when finally a manager approached and told me to wait?, at that moment a young women came in to pick up buns (assuming another establishment?) The Manger again told me to wait.... i then told her i was going to file a complaint and walked out., she stated ok what ever? The Manager in question lacks inter personal communication skills, and was in desperate need of new clean uniform.

Your store in salem missouri, I waited in line 15 minutes no one ever came to take my order so I went inside. Waited another 15 minutes never got my order taken. I used to go to Burger King 3 to 4 times a month now and the last six months I went five times and it's the same every time they need to hire help or shut it down. You can't go to lunch if you're working there it sucks. Have a good day.

Tried locate Delaware Corp. Yesterday I was in drive thru Georgetown. There were 2 safety violations.Back door propped open, the window cover over light where employee was working light cover hanging off I asked for manager don't think she understood me. I told her better for.me to see than an OSHA person.I didn't even go inside!!!!!

I went to get lunch, with family. I ordered #9 it had very little mayonnaise a few pieces of lettuce the chicken itself was dry, I asked for onion rings and got mixed. I will not be going back.

Ordered through the app a double whipper with cheese got a single whopper with cheese large onion ring and large fries both ice cold took 15+ min just to get my order after arriving
2 managers in duty and they both messed up my order there was no communication or anything there. Horrible Burger King.

Tuesday, October 24, 2023 I arrived at Burger King on 15 mile and Mound Road in Sterling Heights Michigan, during lunch time between 12:30 p.m.& 1 p.m. I was very hungry and undecided of what I wanted, however I proceded to place my order in the drive thru. When I reached the 1st drive thru window to pay for my order, I tried to change my order. The young lady that originally took my order (Caucasian heavy set with glasses) called to the cook to inform him of the change, She "stated" that he said that I couldn't place an order". To my suprise, before I could finish asking why? The individual (Caucasian male) rudely interupted the young lady saying "LOOK YOU CAN'T PLACE A ORDER! YOU CHANGED YOUR ORDER OVER THREE TIMES! WE AIN'T GONNA KEEP MAKING YOUR ORDER. I asked him if he had an attitude and you stated YEAH I GOT A ATTITUDE. At that point I asked who who thought he was talking to like that, because I am a customer and I can change my order. Then, and I quote Pointed his arm out the drive thru window in my direction and yelled out a racial slur "YOU! YOU UGLY BLACK B!TCH". I was truly taken aback. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I thought that it couldn't get any worse. There was a Caucasian female with reddish blond curly med/long hair that started yelling out of the pick up window " PULL THE F%CK UP...PULL THE F%CK UP B!TCH. When I got to the window, she assulted me by throwing some sweet & sour dipping sauces at me, which hit me on the left side of my face and splashed in my car and on my jacket. Yes, by this time, I was livid. I called the Sterling Heights police and waited in my car for about 30 minutes for them to arrive before I went inside. As I waited the male employee started asking me to leave and I said no, I am waiting on the police. He began ranting and raving about recording me and the cameras will tell it all. I responded by saying, he should've started recording when he started all of this drama. The police finally arrived (4 officers). The asked ech one to give their version of what happened and they all stuck together. They even went as far as to lie about female who assulted my, by saying she wasn't at work. When the police asked to see the camera footage. Every employee in unison said that the cameras didn't work or they weren't turned on. I asked how are they not working when you just threatened me with showing the footage. He couldn't say a thing. I also asked the police to check the schedule and they refused to show it, because it would've proved that they weren't being truthful about the female not being there. The police and I asked for corporates number, and they refused to give that to us as well. I stated' lying about what happened only proves that you know you were in the wrong. I would not have wasted my time calling the authorities had there not been a legitimate reason.

I then, went to a different Burger King franchise and spoke with the manager of that location to see if I could get some cooperation. I asked if the store were affiliated, a he said "yes". I proceeded to explain to him what took place and he was appalled. He assured me that he would look into this unfortunate situation and talk it over with managment. He asked me to give him 48 hours to look into the matter. So, I agreed, gave him my information and left.

This is very unacceptable. I really need someone to contact me regarding this matter. I am a customer that was insultated and assulted, and I truly want something done about it. I am a paying customer and it is my right to change my mind. I should be treated with the same respect that O give. I was very respectful and polite and I didn't deserve the treatment that I received. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

The burger king by 242 en Vancorlant has the most lousy worker not only they don't honor the deal. They act like they don't what you are talking about that one. The last time I was there's my order was sloppy the Fry were cold and saggy super salty, the burger the onion were humongous the lettuces were also big that get off the sandwich and the Soda was flat and fully sugar

I ordered some food from the app and never got it. I tried to contact the driver and they marked it as delivered. So I went back to the app to make a complaint or try and get a refund or some kind of credit and the automated text support is infuriating. It acknowledged that my order was "delivered " but when I try to say the order is missing it says my order hasn't been delivered. I hate how useless this service is at times like why even have it. Another time I couldn't even repot anything bc the text support was turned off like you could click it but it wouldn't respond.

Good afternoon! I went to your store in five points West Birmingham Alabama, there was one person there. When I arrive the drive-through window was closed. The back cooking area was dark. The one guy was doing the money and the food I was so appalled at the service. The place was despicable. One lady and a man came out from the back, The man and the woman appear to have been taking a nap they weren't alert no smiles very unprofessional. I will advise all of my friends and others on my Facebook not to patronize this Burger King it needs to be closed down. Are you concerned Consumer

The Lewiston Idaho Burger King on Thain St. store #has just lost, a household , ( we are very good customers)& every one I can reach out to, & I told them that, just before, she rudely hung up, on me. I had spoken earlier, with the woman identified as the manager. I explained to her. I was going to have a hard time, because I had a large order. & I was using their delivery system " door dash. I asked her, if I , called back with the name or order # if she could please change my toppings, she told me to do it on the website, which, I think she knew. When I told her, I could not; do this on her website.. she then rudely told me to call door dash. Hun... I was reluctant to order a very large order, but, thought, they would understand, I, had told her I couldn't have mustard I called back, and nicely, explained that I couldn't have mustard & pickles. The woman, did tell me that she is not able to make any changes. I begged, explo, again we couldn't have mustards & pickles. She again rudely asserted that this was something she would not do, I begged some more(I couldn't understand mc Donald's has no problem doing this. ,please I told her, I'm, the one who talked my family into oordering from Burger King and we're not going to be able to eat anything because your website (unlike mc Donald,) does not allow you to customize , she rudely hung up on me. I was astonished, the food was delivered, take a guess, everything was smothered in mustard. We couldn't eat anything. This is the worst service, I have ever had. Burger King: Lewiston, Id. Please do not eat there. I will tell my 4 ppl, who will each tell their 16 ppl , who will tell there 250 ppl. This is the worst customer service, and to actually hang up on a customer. I've wanted to, but that's not how you keep happy customers. This is only starting

I needed ur phone number cuz I have a complaint about the workers there went to go get Burger King burgers plus I used the app then I had two separate order the associate in the window drive through said had to paid for one Order then pay for the other one so I gave her cash 20.00 dollars to pay for one n in return she didn't give me my change so she gives me the total for the other order n I said u haven't given me my change so she goes n gets the manager I went through the whole thing again so she said pull around so I can research it there was 3 girls n the manager working waited for one hour plus saw the manger walking back n forth while the other girls do nothing just pasten back n forth it's no wonder why hardly anyone goes their plus u don't get a receipt so how do u all except for customers to show if something goes wrong cuz my understanding from manager n associates can't never fine the problem to go back cuz the computer there never work properly always something wrong with them the reason I no that is cuz I go about three time a week n it was the same associates plus same problem this happen on 9/18/23 that's one date

Saturday August 26th I had a strong desire for a Burger at Burger King. So I drove to the 3580 Centerville Highway, Snellville, GA 30039 location. I arrived at 4:23p.m. and got on the drive-thru line. There were 3 cars in front of me waiting to order. At 4:45p.m. I finally reached the 'ordering' kiosk (or whatever you call it) where I sat for yet another 3 minutes before I could get anyone to ask what I wanted to order. The person finally asking me what I wanted was rude. In any event I sat there, with cars piling up behind me (couldn't even see how many because by this point they wrapped around the building) and was watching the car at the window where he paid and was waiting for his food to be handed to him, for about 6 minutes. I finally got out of the car and the people in back of me rolled down their windows and asked if I knew what was happening. (Oh I forgot to mention, the temperature humidity index Saturday afternoon was 104 degrees so sitting waiting to place an order necessitated keeping my window rolled down or I would not have ever heard the rude voice as what I wanted to order). I walked up to the car in front of me and asked what was happening. He said he didn't know he was just waiting for them to give him his order. I looked into the window of the restaurant and saw no one. I yelled in and asked if anyone was there. A few moments later a young person asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to know why I was on line for more than 24 minutes and still no movement or info as to when I would receive my order. The young person shrugged. I asked to see the manager. It took a moment or two and a woman came to the window and basically, with no expression whatsoever, said 'yes'? I explained the situation. Instead of some apology or reasonable explanation, she merely asked two things: Did I already pay and did I want my food hot or cold!!!! It was mind boggling to me that a manager, with clearly major issues going on inside the restaurant, wouldn't even be somewhat apologetic/sincere but rather had an attitude. I am also in the food industry and while I know there are always issues, never have treated or been treated with such disrespect as this manager displayed. I managed to pull off the line and went to McDonalds and was in and out of there within 5 minutes. What a shame.

There are obvious management problems at both Burger King restaurants in Bristol CT.
Went to the Federal St. restaurant today. Tried the drive thru and waited 10:00 minutes with 6 cars in front of me who hadn't ordered. Decided to go inside and waited another 10:00 minutes and left. Four people were ahead of me there.
Drove to the Farmington Ave. Burger King drive thru and waited 8 minutes without moving and decided to go inside. Seven prr we poke were ahead of me and therefor waited another 10;00 minutes there. What is going on??!

My husband I attempted to visit the Burger King in Fultondale Al and the employees would not answer the call or window. We looked inside and there were 2 employees in the store but would not take orders or work the drive thru. This happen around 2:44 on today which is Sunday, August 20. 3023.

I was at the Burger King in Monroe nc 2100 west Roosevelt Blvd on 7/27/2023 at 4:21:44pm and I ordered the coupon meal number 4865 my order number was 433. I ordered 2 jr whopper's & 2 medium fries with cheese no pickles on both. I got a medium fries and a chicken finger box didn't realize til I got home and went to give my mom her food and that was in the bag called back asked to speak to a manager the lady stated she was the manager so I explained what the problem was and that I would like to come back for my food but deserve a refund as well. She got an attitude said I was screaming at her and said I could bring the food back with my receipt for a refund but wouldn't give me my order! I feel that I was entitled to this because I was on E spent my last til Friday on our food I could have made it back there but wouldn't be able to make it to the gas station the next morning!

Why can't i speak someone about a refund. Sunday I place a order using the app. The was to a burger king 50 miles from where i live. I therefore was charged for food I did not receive. I cannot speak to actual person about getting my money back. The robot email are not help and neither is a $5 credit for a $16.51 order. I need to speak to someone about a refund. Date is Sunday July 23 order number 996 order time 9:00pm location 3930 Dixie Highway Louisville KY 40216 total $16.51. I don't live in Louisville I had place another order for the same night in my home town. Has it come down to Burger King stilling my money & refusing to give it back? I would like to speak to a person if possible.

Store 5063 in Council Bluffs Iowa has the nicest most accommodating staff. Paul, Rachel, Hayley, Becky and all the staff make my visit every day most enjoyable and trouble free! They're the greatest!

Friendly when I come there Sunday morning I ain't have to wait on no food and it's was very fresh, clean and very helpful from the two young ladies I came from outta town and stop by for breakfast..

Hi I'm a regular customer I always come here to get my 85 cent ice cream cone which is a great price and their ice cream is hands down the best ice cream in Albuquerque New Mexico and all of the united states and countries even though I've never been to everywhere did to me or supervisor Antoinette Garcia is normally always here. She works at the lomas and first location she's always
very positive and professional. she maintains the respectful attitude regardless of the current situation whether it may be positive or negative
she is definitely a leader and leads very much by example. I've seen her pick up the slack. I very much think that she deserves recognition and I think that she deserves to be moved up into a higher position as maybe assistant manager she could possibly run her own store.amen and God bless her and all y'all

This is not a complaint, I want to know if the buns that you make your larger sanwhiche's, can you possibly find those same size buns seedless. I love burger king but cannot eat a lot of the sandwhice's because they have seeds on them and this is due to me having diverticulitis. I found out I had this condition in 2018 and over years of having it unknowingly it ruptured the large intestines in my stomach and I almost died from it, I was wondering if you all could find those buns without seeds, so I can start enjoying burger king again.

I'd like to bring attention to the EXCELLENT customer service that is consistently provided by "Lenda" at the Swansea, Illinois Burger King. She is a bright spot in my day 3-4 days a week. She is ALWAYS positive and kind while going through the drive thru line. Please recognize her for her great attitude and wonderful customer service. She is the reason I go to this restaurant for breakfast so frequently. Thank you Lenda!

This isn't a complaint, just the opposite. I just had lunch at your store at 11th and Harvard. I don't see very well, and was having a tough time seeing the menu, but the guy working the register walked me through ordering. My food was ready quickly, and I could tell the place had good management. The fries were hot and fresh, and everything was made perfectly. I kept watching that guy work the counter. He was friendly and attentive, and he was getting it done. I asked him his name on my way out, because I was going to tell him he looked like a natural born manager to me. His name is Isaiah, and he kind of smiled sheepishly, and said they'd just promoted him to a management position. That's a good store, and Isaiah is an impressive young man. You guys need to keep an eye on him, he's a credit to your company.

The girl that to my order was very active, accurate and helpful as was the girl who took my money. That is where my enjoyment of Burger King ended. I ordered a BK stacker with no sauce with extra onions. There were no onions on my sandwich after three bites I got a bite of the sauce and almost lost my dinner! They need to pay closer attention when the ticket says no stacker sauce and heavy onion, that they follow those instructions! I do not think I'll be eating there for a while

I just wanted to say there is an employee named Mike I believe that was his name hard to see from front counter but was very quick on making my burgers and took really good control and stayed focused when there was alot of people coming in recommend anyone when he is working

I love this location 1615 Wilson Avenue Burger King. The costumer service is no one to compare with. Very nice people. I always order at Drive thru, and this little girl named Cris is always nice, she is approachable, and always smiling. I love her. She is the reason I keep coming back, and of course the food is always made fresh. But overall experienced, I love the staff, the food is amazing, and great location.

First we were greeted and waited on with respect and knowledge of availability. Our food was good and was received in an appropriate time. However, we were waiting for a meeting and so we sat there for probably 50 minutes and not one person came out to clean tables, clean floors, wipe down the soda/condiment area. I would not complain if it had been clean but it definitely could have used some attention. This is not a complaint but I want our businesses to thrive in Woodward, Ok and this is a new facility. It's a lot easier to keep clean if you stay on top of it. We were the only people there for at least 20 minutes. That place should shine! No judgement but wanting to encourage to be the best!

I went to BK the other night. I ordered the #10 the original chicken sandwich and another original chicken sandwich and a chicken fry. When I arrived home and opened the paper of my sandwich I seem it was on a hamburger but not the original chicken sandwich bun it should have been on. I'm not sure if maybe you changed to the hamburger bun but I will never order that again if so. I paid almost $6.00 for a sandwich I could eat but only the middle due to the chicken was sticking way out of thebun. If I just wanted chicken I would went to KFC

My experience at BK #9100 this morning was extremely pleasant. My order was accurate, I was greeted in friendly fashion and I received my food fast.

The Burger King on Northern Blvd. in Bayside is unbelievably well run! The food is prepared quickly and served in record time. The people who work there are friendly, efficient and always wear a smile. What a plesant place for either dining in or drive-thru takeout. Perfect!

And I left something and several hours later I call and Jade Warren had found it and I talk with her she put it up and Chad Bolen took care of me when I return after a five hour trip back. This is the most honest employees you have to be honest for your customers

I just happened to stop at Burger King in Anderson, IN tonight 1148p.m. Not only was the food really good, the customer service was outstanding! The gentleman that was working drive thru definitely deserves a raise. We need more people like him these days. Thnx buddy, see ya all soon.

I was at Alex city AL Burger King the cashier Jackie was wonderful and very nice and she helped me with taking my food to the table for me cause a was using a walker and no other cashier check on me but the Jackie if y'all had enough people like her she even help me with taking my food to the table for me.she definitely needs to be receiving awarded for this. thanks for the hard work Jackie Thanks Mr.Davis see you again soon

Store 2662 same managment over the past few years ,have degraded their workers at breakfast and lunch it must Stop!We eat there on a constant basis due to our job location.When it is busy this is observed ,frequently in front of customers.The workers become embarresed,but still smile,overall it is a good store ,but this issue needs to be Addressed!And this will be a King of your stores.It is shameful,please tell them ,train them to Stop,and think of the customer.We have become disapointed at the treatment of their faithful good workers

I have once worked at bk 4years or more and left on bad terms. I feel horrible or about it and was asked to not come on the premises. Since then I have gone threw the drive threw and have not had any problems. I have had to call in maybe 4 times in 4 years about a problem with my order. The last problem I had was on Feb 27 when my burgers were made wrong. Deepak manager from the office in prince george answered at that time and said no problem that I could have it replaced. I kept my receipt just in case. I came in today and had him telling me I still wasn't allowed on the premmises. I was then asked to come in by Deepak to retrieve my burgers,So I did to have him belittle me in front of other customers and staff. He made me feel like a thief when I have never in my life have stolen anything. I would like to know why after 4 years it can't be dropped I have even apologized in person the first year to Deepak. It's like he chooses to serve me when I come through the drive through to spend my hard earned money but I'd something goes wrong then I'm not allowed on premmises. I am very confused, is this the way people should be treated by bk management? I have never felt so little In my home town and all my friends and family are very hurt that i have been treated this way. I would realy like to know what goes on from this if anything. My family and friends will not support bk because of this.

Store 3400 has no compassion for their employees my supervisor Denise Montoya and Georgia Castillo have not corporated with my requests for my check stubs verification of employment. My name is Mark Reed and I was recently employed as an RGM with the Burger King franchise that is owned by the EYM Group based out of Texas. I have NEVER had an employer treat me the way that they did me. First of all, my DM told another manager that i was HIV positive after promising me that it was between she and I when i informed her of my status for health and safety reasons. After that I found out that she had told the manager, the treatment i received shortly after up to my unlawful termination was extremely rude and unethical. I began having suspicions that I was going to be fired after I found out what my DM had done when she stopped communicating with me and put my # on call block for an entire weekend. Not only did she do this but my OP did the same thing to me to avoid me talking to them about it. Two days later my DM came into my store and told me to "get the f*CK out or she would be calling the police." I had not done anything wrong or could not even imagine why she would do this. I have reached to her, the OP and the Vice President but they have all refused to talk to me. I will never be going to any Burger King again if this is the type of people that you let carry your name. Thank you for such a horrible experience.

I called my local Burger King and asked to speak to the hiring manager, who had called me two weeks prior and said she would call back to set up an interview. I explained to her that she said she would call back but never did, and she asked me over and over again if she had said she would call me back, to which I responded "Yes ma'am" at least six times. Then I explained that since it had been so long I just wanted to check in, and she said that she wasn't hiring anyone at the moment. I was shocked at how rude she was, especially since I was being so polite (of course I would be polite, I was interested in the job she called me about)! All I know is that her name is Katrina and she works and the Burger King in Many, LA as a hiring manager, but to be so rude and condescending for no reason was uncalled for and I hope BK values their customers, employees, and potential employees more than she does.

I've work at Hartsfield Atlanta airport 6 years, Burger King on ground transportation has been wiping down shake machine tool mixer with the same cloth they use to clean up spills , wiping down register and also the food table. Today right sfter the young lady cleaned around the shake machine sides and top she used the same rag to clean the spin tool that goes in the cup to spin shakes and other drinks , I've complained to the staff before and now I'm complaining to you please give the crew proper cleaning procedures for that blending tool I do not want to get sick from all the germs the workers are wiping the whole kitchen with and then wipe the spinning tool for the shakes ? I will record and send to health department it's very aggravating when you want a shake and can't get it because the spinning blended tool is contaminated with germs

I'm not here to over exaggerate my issue. I have always been fond of BK; I even worked for one of your store when I was younger, so I know how customer service should be conducted. Once I came across a location (#06676) in jackson,ms. I continually buy from this location due to convenience but I started noticing how the timeframe to get just order and receive your order is really ridiculous and I'm pretty patient person but to wait 20 minutes for items is beyond ludicrous. This is even if I'm the only customer or if there are other customers in front of me. This is when I order in the lobby. Then if I go through the drive thru and only order 1 item which is oatmeal; they will make me pay at the 1st window where there is no register and make me wait 5 minutes then ask me to pull to the 2nd window just to get my change and order. I never get a receipt and it's always the same 3 individuals in the morning and the manager is always on his/her phone (not sure if it's a man or a woman - hard to distinguish) and that's very unprofessional and rude to customers. I only receive a receipt if I request for one. I know that one customer may not mean much but one voice can transform into hundreds and so on and so forth. This location puts a damper on your sterling reputation but I will not ever return that location and will test out another location and if there are similarities I will discontinue any purchases from any of your restaurants.

A couple days ago i was working 07881[front line. I was hungry amd broke. The fries were fixing to timeout. So I figured since the other employees do lt all the time { and for ogbut the difference between them and me is I didn't try to be sneaky. I was walking to the guru room when brittany the GM confronted me and asked what the hell do you think you're doing. I replied that i had no money and that everyone else does it. Brittany told me no so i threw them in trash. She proceeded to jump down my throat in front of everyone. She's notorious for doing that. I asked why are you yelling at me in front of everyone. By her doing that it made Montrece laughing i asked him to stop laughing. Then i told him that nevermind i got you meaning i know how how you are. He charged into the office I stood up and got in my face and said what are you going to do about it I Felt Threatened but he turned around and told Brittany that I'm the one that threatened him!!!! In the office I said I can't wait to call my husband. She said if i called anyone she would fire me it was a straight up threat. I got wrote up the next day and i added my comments and reluctantly signed it. There's so much more that you all need to know. So please give me a call thank you steph bell

I am a current employee for the burger king in gray TN. Im not positive of the store number at the moment. But, I have some things I would love to get out in the open about this restaurant. I have been working for this store for a while now mentioning exact dates but close to a year. I couldn't tell you why. I have read through all these comments and the store im at has all these problems and more. I'll start with health code violations.. First off I read a comment about being trained to change the time stickers on the food instead of throwing it out like we are supposed to. I and all the other kitchen workers are trained to do this as well. Along with leaving the burgers and chicken products in the heat shoots for hours and not throwing them away just resetting the timers. We have had many complaints on our store for serving old cold food. I wonder why... But seriously its bad. I do not eat from the store unless I have prepared the food myself or have watched it being prepared. But the list goes on and on.. Lets see speaking of health code violations, I was told just a couple of days ago that it is a health code violation to prop open the drive thru window which is fine but I was never told this before and instead of doing what any professional would do in that situation my manager decides to yell at me as she does on a daily basis. My question is isn't it your job to make sure your employees are trained on all health code regulations? But it's awful for me to open a window and okay for you to serve 6hr old food to our customers? Which brings me to so many other problems. First one being known drug use by the two main managers one of which actually comes in smelling of an illegal substance on a daily basis. But the biggest problem for this particular store is DISCRIMINATION at its worst. What is supposed to be an equal opportunity employer is about as far from it as they come. Most of the discrimination is directed forward gays and lesbians and mostly from the main manager of the store whose name I won't say. But there have been several cases I've personally witnessed of this issue. Such as, there are several straight couples working in this store on the same shifts as well as several family members working on the same shifts as well. But only one gay couple worked there I say worked there because one of the girls quit due to the mistreatment. But the reason. I bring up the families and couples is because they do all work together everyday. They all talk and carry on through their entire shifts to the point where they aren't doing their jobs just standing around talking. Now the gay couple were on different shifts that sometimes would over lap but they were told by the main manager that they were not allowed to speak to each other and even threatened their jobs just for looking at each other! But nothing has ever been said to anyone else that is family or dating in the store. The gay couple would be the only ones that were talking and doing their jobs but were always told they're not allowed to speak. This was an everyday thing. There was also a situation with the girl in the couple that has quit now where another employee a male employee was making very dirty comments to her when her gf wasn't around. And the main manager knew it was happening I witnessed her standing beside him in the kitchen while the guy yelled up to the front saying the comments to the girl and the manager said and done nothing about it. So the next day when the girls girlfriend came into work she in the nicest way possible asked the guy to not talk to the girl that way because it made her uncomfortable he said nothing back just walked away. Well when the one that asked him not to do that got off work he went to the main manager and told on the girl for asking him not to say that stuff but instead of being mad at him for saying it in the first place she gets the girl that he had said it to and takes her in her office and starts screaming very loudly at the girl. When the girl came out she was crying. He was never punished in anyway for sexually harassing the girl but she gets screamed at for not wanting him to? Really? He still to this day is, has been, and always will be the managers favorite and its not hard to figure out her favorites. Well shortly after that situation the girl that got yelled at quit and moved to another job but her gf stills works here and that same manager still treats her like crap every single day. She gets yelled at over everything! And everything she gets yelled at over everyone else doesn't when they do it. You cant tell me that isn't discrimination! The sad thing is I could keep going. But im not going to. I just wanted to put it out there that there is a lot being done by that manager that she shouldn't be doing. And it needs to be acknowledged. Thank you for listening.

I work at the burger king on old national in college park, Ga and it needs to have a thorough investigation. The cooks are slow, one of the managers act as if he doesn't need any employees. He is very rude and nasty and he talks to us as if we are not human beings. Also, it has come to my attention that he has been fondling with the drawers to get people fired. Hello my name is Ratayion Mills and I have been trying to get a job at the Burger King in Mooresville #4944 and the manager always say they are not hiring but when I ask all of the employees and other managers they say that they are hiring. I called today and asked carlos the hiring manager were they hiring he said yes so I went and filled out an application and he looked at me and said we are not hiring. He was very rude his name is Carlos. I will be contacting an attorney because I feel out I am being discriminated against. I watched him throw my application in the trash. When I asked him why when I was told over the phone that they are hiring did he tell me that they are not hiring he said it don't matter what anybody else say I am the one who decide who get hired and who don't and why.

My name is Nicoscia Robinson, I was hired to work at Burger King on 1470 Canton Mart Rd Jackson Ms 39211. After about 1 1/2 weeks later, I was still not put on schedule to work. I had stopped working at my other job by now due to seasonal closing. So I left Jackson Ms to come back home to the Delta (Shaw MS) because my children was getting out of school and I needed to be there in the day time. My living arrangement was not fit for them to come to Jackson so at that time I had to come back to them (the children).



My caseworker, from the Mississippi Department of Human Services, out of Bolivar County sent a termination verification letter, by mail, to Corporate on July 31, 2014. I do not know what address it was sent to. I wanted to know if I could get some information about this letter and where it may be. I need it signed and returned as soon as possible before my case is closed due to no response.
