Yes this is Felipe Rodriguez and are here to complain about the installation of the wire and pole that is here on 1712ave x Levelland tx. I not to be to smart about it but I do believe it is not passing regulation and would like for someone to please come and look right behind the trailer wire and pole is sticking up out of ground about 2 1/2 feet out of ground and if anything would be called a temporary pole but do need to be inspected and some other things between the trailer house's wire touching the poles to over hang of trailer not to safe looking but once here can be shown more by water heater.not looking to safe and are worried about it.so please take into consideration.thank you.or (shout down).

Service was disconnected as I was unable to pay the bill. I got money from family and paid it. They cut the power at 2:15pm. The bill was paid by 2:30. I was told a reconnection order was placed and I should have power by 5pm. Now it's 7pm. No power and I have electric based heat. Customer Service was absolutely worthless and don't care if people freeze out here.

Xcel is terrible about customer service by a real person. All you give out is your auto line where you insult folks by making them listen to a tutorial about how to save money on their gas bill. Totally unprofessional as you make folks listen to your silly, childish message when all they're wanting to do is pay their EVER increasing bill. You need professionals to run your company.

We had a tech at our complex today and as I pulled up he parked in front of my parking spot. I waved to get his attention and tried to let him know he was in the way. He just stood where he was and acted as though he didn't know what I was saying so I pulled up past gis truck, rolled down my window and said "can you move out of the way of my parking spot?" He then moved histruck barely enough to make room and held back from what he was doing to stop and comment to me saying "are you always rude?" I then asked him if he always started off while he's on the job. He replied to me that it doesn't matter at his work as I went to take a photo of his truck. He then said "go ahead and take your little photo". I took a pic of his plate and went around the dri ers side to take a pic of his DOT# and his vehicle ID and he rushed at me with threatening body language saying "get the f*ck away from that truck". I asked him for his name which he would not give and I went inside my home.

What The Hell Is Going On??? I Just Got My Bill For Nov. And It's Almost $40.00 Higher Than Oct. Weather Has Been The Same (summer Like Conditions). Whats Going To Happen It Changes To Winter Conditions?? I'm A Senior Citizen And Have Taken All Your Suggestions To Save Energy And Money And Xcel Just Keeps Raising The Price. I Keep My Thermostat At 68 Degrees And On Really Cold Days Have To Put A Jacket On. I Hear You Need The Extra Cash For Improvements (what Improvements) Certainly Not For Our Benefit. In The Mean Time Every Other Company Is Doing The Same Thing ( All Are Killing Us To Death ). Maybe Seniors Should Have A Different Billing System. We Don't Get Raises Like Everyone Else. This Country Is Not About The People, It's All About Greed And It's Getting Out Of Hand. Too Bad There's No Competition (for Now).

One of your drivers (CO PLATE #BTJ-865) just stopped in the middle of the road downtown Denver at the intersection of Kalamath and Alameda. I almost rear ended him and almost was rear ended as well, along with the guy behind me almost getting hit. Not sure if this is how you train your drivers but from reading the comments, it seems to be the norm with this company.

I'm a disable veteran that couldn't pay her July 2021 bill.
I called Xcel energy to try to make arrangements to pay July 2021 in a couple of payments, and avoid being charged $30.00 for not having the funds in my account if Xcel attempts to withdraw payment. During my first phone call with them, I was told payment plans aren't an option for me as Xcel only has that option for individuals who owe several months. I asked if removing auto-pay will avoid the transactions, representative said yes. Call ended, I went ahead an cancelled autopay on Xcele energy's website. 2 days later payment from Xcel was attempted to withdraw from my bank account twice, that leaves me wirh a $-60 balance. I called Xcel Energy again, I explained what was discussed on my forst call to them, and mentioned I show autopay status as "not enrolled" on the website, yet payment was attempted to be withdrawn twice. Representative said, you are still enrolled on autopay, I cannot do anything to avoid payment to keep being withdrawn, you need to call your bank to ask them to block transactions from Xcel Energy. After around 10min of back and forth asking representative to work with me so I can pay my bill and not keep acquiring negative balances since. Representative stated the only thing she will do is cancel autopay and I should get an email about it. I mentioned this was supposed to have been done on my last call 2 days ago, however, could you stay on the line with me until I get my confirmation email. Representative said she can't she has to hang up. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, she said she can try to ask them to call back but she has to go. I mentioned I'd prefer to wait on the line until a supervisor is available and I can be transfer. Representative stated I need to call back.
At that point, I unfortunately lost it and started giving the representative a piece of my mind, in the middle of it, call got disconnected by representative.

I called my bank. They were super helpful, I was refunded the $90 for not having funds, but I was also adviced because Xcel energy transactions go thru treasury that even if they block the company ID, I will still be charged $30 everytime they keep trying to draft from my account.

So, here I am. Trying to beg Xcel energy to help me pay them for 1 month, because I don't want to owe months and months before they will agree to work with me.

I get there's only so much you can do as a customer service representative. What I don't get, is why would you be reluctant to provide any help at all?

Custom service is so unbelievably horrible! They don't know what they are talking about. Wait times are over 30min, Every person you talk to tells you a different policy/rule. A waste of my time! I wish there was a different energy company than Xcell to accommodate me. Fire your people! They are rude, unintelligent, slow, and NASTY if you question them!!!

I have birthday trying to have a couple of tree limbs trimmed so the city can remove the tree it's been over 3 months not done yet I called last Monday 8/2/21 I was told it would be done in a couple days, tree company came out left a
Permit to sign i emailed a copy back and I'm still waiting

Advice to Xcel customers - record your phone calls with customer support.

Last month they threatened to cut off my power, a bill I had paid (cheque had cleared the bank.) it turned out the payment had gone to the gas bill, not the electric. Customer support didn't know how it had been misdirected, but they couldn't shift that payment to electrical, so I had to pay it twice.

Now this month they have done the same thing. Summertime heat wave with three freezers to power, but I have a huge credit on my gas bill, so my pipes are safe from freezing.

I messaged Xcel energy and ask them to wait two days before automatically withdrawing my bill. I explained their website does not allow me to change my payment or remove any payment and actually does not even show me any of the information they are holding for my finances.
they did not respond at all and with drawled the payment anyway. I am a single mom and all I wanted was them to wait two days until I get paid but instead I ended up with overdraft.
I messaged them again asking them to remove any of my information because I cannot trust them to hold onto my debit or bank information. to me when I tell them not to take payment it's considered an authorized transaction. I don't give them my bank account or debit card information for them to hide it from me and not allow me to change it.
I still have not heard from Xcel energy regarding this issue.

I just got off the phone with a woman named Sue in the assistance department .. she was very very rude to me, talked down to me and belittled me. She refused to let me spesk to a supervisor and hung up on me

Every customer service representative lady put me on a "brief hold" which lasted longer 25 min. Unacceptable. When they did answer, they kept transferring me back and forth from departments and then proceeded to put me on a brief hold. They gave my information to tell the previous lady which ended up being the wrong information which resulted in a 1 hour and 45 min phone call or what they call it "brief hold" into absolutely no help. So unprofessional on their part. Wasted all morning waiting on them trying to figure they're $h*% out. So much miscommunication and not knowing which department to transfer me to get the help I needed. If you don't know how to help a customer with the basic needs at your job you shouldn't be working there and or go back through training. Don't call the customer service line unless you want to waste your time.

Do not buy from Xcel Energy Store. Scam. I purchased wrong thermostat & yried return process & none of the buttons worked. Called customer service & they just referred me back to process that doesn't work. I tried refusing delivery and they dropoed it at my neighbors house a day later. I tried returning it unopened & put indispute with my credit card co. They closed complaint unresolved. No one to call. I am out $70 and no where to turn and I don't have the product.

It use to be so easy to pay my Xcel Energy bill. Now I'm hold foe a half hour then transferred to a prerecorded like. I finally gave up and just now tried to pay online-but the 'payment method' button doesn't word. Unbelievable. Maybe they should pay ME the service fee. Horrible way to do business.

I have five days without electricity. I'm waiting for the reconection. My brother send twice the documents required by fax. So they said in 48 hrs.it will be reconected But still waiting. Do something weather os hot. I need air c.

My last months bill was estimated.Making my bill about 40.00 higher than my normal bill. Being a stay at home mom on a budget, 40.00 is a lot of money.
I paid my bill anyway and simply asked the girl if she could have my meter reread. I call back to check on it and the girl tells me my new bill is 27.00... HUGE difference from the 203.00 I just paid. I ask her about some kind of credit to my account.She tells me it is not possible.I then request to speak with a supervisor.A supervisor calls me back and tells me the same thing, That they are unable to credit my account but if I would like to avoid this in the future I could read the meter myself and call it in.I told her that a side from not being my job this was to complicated to keep track of my meter usage.frustrated with her attitude and refusal to further assist me with the situation I told her I could see we were not going anywhere with the conversation,thanked her, and hung up.

I had insulation work done and had solar panels installed. Since I qualified for a rebate on the insulation work I submitted a rebate form. 8 months later (!) I received a note from Xcel that my rebate application had been rejected because they weren't supplying gas to my premises. The confusion arose because Xcel had issued me a new account # after the solar panel installation. Myself or my contractor put that account # on the rebate application form. I/we were unaware that I had kept the other account # which should have been specified. Ok, our mistake. BUT, why couldn't Xcel call me to clarify that? When I inquired they knew immediately what the problem was with my rebate and told me that I have to lodge another application form (with the old account#) and wait for another 8 months.... Totally sucks!

Our electricity was shut off due to non-payment. I called & set up a payment arrangement on Thursday & was told our electricity would be turned back on. It is now Monday, and still no power and all of our food had to be thrown out. I've called customer service numerous times and asked to speak to a manager, but they would not put me through to one. I just keep getting told "It should be turned on today". VERY unhappy.

Irs been 24 hours since I paid my bill and my power is still off.Service was not good. However my niggest complaint is my brother had a house fire and they had service people in his area. His fire was due to people stealing the wire. They were replacing the wire when his house caught fire. The fire marshall could not find anything wrong with my brothers house thst caused the fire and said that it was caused by Xcel energy and they have done noyhing for him or his repairs.

I was pretty much called a lier, Jodi, the customer service girl, would not give me any answers as to why an account I called to have cancelled in 2014, continued to accumulate over a year of NOT living at the residence, but yet they were still allowing service with no disconnect. Telling me she saw no where that I called in to disconnect, hence being called a lier. I asked how service continued for over a year with NO Payments, she could not answer me on that. She would not let me speak with any other individual. Was rude and hateful about it all.

Xcel Energy lied to me on how much it would cost to heat my home. I based putting in electric heat based on their suggestions. My bill last month was $244 and I only use a small space heater. I keep my home at 50 degrees and I'm not sure what to do. I called customer service and the rep was condescending to me and his supervisor told me tough luck. The CEO Ben Fowke makes 7.1 million a year and Xcel had a net income of $426,000,000 last quarter and I'm told tough luck on my energy charges. Xcel energy is a prime example of corporate greed.
