Wendy's Customer Service Complaints - page 2

I am extremely disappointed by Wendy's. The overall quality of food is lacking, not to mention the flaws in service. Honestly, McDonalds is better any day. Today, I tried to feed three people with the Wendy's 5 dollar Biggie Bag. I had to repeat myself several times in order to get a side of large fries, which they repeatedly forgot. Then, when I looked into the bags, all three were missing chicken nuggets. The chicken sandwich was dry and obviously had been frozen. I'm disappointed in the quality of food and service, to repeat myself, and I'm never eating here again.

Your hamburgers suck. Period.

The management team at wendys in Ozark is horrible there is this one manager that gives this place a bad name her name is Jada she's rude, won't replace food that they rung up wrong. Has a bad potty mouth and very vulgar language. No manager should have this kind of mouth for there cuztomers/employees to hear but she does not care about the words that comes out of her mouth. The big heads need to pull their heads out of there asses and stop firing people for trumped up charges that by the way never went anywhere. This place needs to be shut down for how nasty it is inside and out. Food is gross always cold never fresh especially late night when coming through they've been known to serve fries that has been siting there for hours cold soft, soggy, and salty fries there should never be that much salt on fries .

Wendy's restaraunt in trinidad Colorado. Went for breakfast on the run, and it was disgusting. The quality of the food has greatly depreciated.

Ladies Island Wendy's South carolina. 9:25 p.m. on wednesday. The only thing they have that you can order is chicken, fries, and pumpkins spice frosty. Nothing else on the menu is available. That's ridiculous.

I visited the Wendys in Greensburg PA today across from Home Depot (6258) and the drive thru guy couldn't have been more rude! I also work in customer service and mo matter what kind of day you're having it's your job to always remain polite. Why people like this are hired is beyond me. I didn't get a hello or goodbye or thank you for choosing Wendy's, nothing. He also spoke so low into the mic I could barely hear him. He sounded like he definitely hates his job or he's employed there against his will or something. Ridiculous. Great job hiring that one, Wendy's!

This place had a half eaten nugget and one missing nugget I'm mad

This is very rare. But today my father 94 went to buy chicken nuggets with hambers. When he got home was surprised the chicken nuggets were dried up. Could not eat. The hamburgers were so cold.

Kanona NY , horrible customer service . Waited in drive through line for over 20 min and order always wrong. This location has never had a decent manager. Needs to do better

I just went to Wendy's and ordered a son of the baconator meal nugget meal and a Jr bacon cheese burger and the only thing that was correct was the nuggest. I got the wrong sauce, a chicken sandwich and a burger I did not order. Very disappointed

Your store at 5740 Hwy 98 North Lakeland, Florida has turned us away twice now at 11pm on a Sunday night. Once saying they were out of fries and the other time saying they were already cleaning the frosty machine. Your hours are posted at that site till 2am. We drive all the way to another Wendy's that closes at midnight and we were able to get our frosty's. I give you a ONE star and will never go there again. Your employees there are costing you money.

I purchased a Wendy parmesan salad. I have purchased before about a Month ago and it was the best. I thknk they may have changed some thing, the Chicken jn this time was terrible salty and dry were is before it was breaded. What ever they did to this I am rating it a 0. It was awful.

I'm totally disgusted with Wendy's. You think we are stupid and you only want to charge people more than your set prices. I ordered the Ghost pepper ranch fries. What I got was a small fry in a tray with a single Ghost pepper dipping sauce dumped in the middle. How this adds up to a $2 increase over the cost of the fries, I don't know. Fries and a dipping sauce are a whole lot cheaper and I still have to mix it up myself. I find this pathetic, greedy, and insulting. Y'all should be ashamed!

I ordered 2 chicken SANDWICH meals, chicken kids meal, and extra chicken tenders. They got my order wrong. They gave me ALL chicken tenders my drinks and the kids meal. I went back and talked to the manager. She refused to give me my money back because I wanted to cancel my order it was wrong and I had to wait a long time to get it. Manager also told me that corporate wasn't gonna do anything when I called them. She was extremely rude.

Your new frosticino with the vanilla syrup tastes terrible. You need to leave things alone.

Wendy's got my order wrong a month ago, call to see if they would fix the order remediately they refused, said they would only send coupons in the mail even after sending a copy of the receipt to the Home Office and the district manager after waiting and entire month. I finally get the coupons and there's only half of what was on my order. That I got coupons for? In dealing with these managers and district managers, everyone has been very rude. The only people that were nice to me throughout this process was the customer complaint department. Once they hook me up with actual area managers. It was like pulling I teeth to get this national company. That makes lots of money to replace one poor family's meal Not to mention, I bought my children and I a dinner all at once. The coupons they sent are one free item with 1 order. So I can't even go down and get my kids meal replaced absolutely ridiculous. I have been a loyal Wendy's customer for years. Because I don't like fast food. I will never eat there or spin my money with them, Again And I will forever tell everyone about this. And not to eat it, Wendy's. My next step is to post this publicly. Which I am going to do shortly.

They've at this point stolen my money. I put in a order on 7/28/23 online 45min before they closed. Went to pick it up 20 to 30min before closing. They were closed. Im still today 8/24/23 attempting to get my refund of $60! Fxxkin theives.

I stopped in the Wendy's on Mckinney to get a meal for my granddaughter and ordered the $6 biggie meal. When we opened the bag we found 3 nuggets and there were a total of 24 bits of potatoes I guess were supposed to be French fries and the smallest piece of lettuce I have ever seen. This is the last time that I will eat at Wendy's [email protected].

It's is bad bad and the worst service what I have in my life , they so really rude and not sorry or apologize for they mistake, THIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVECE

i been trying to get ahold of someone to file a complaint about a store i just left but no luck yet

I would suggest not eating at the Wendy's on Dorothy Lane across from Delco Park. I ordered their chicken nuggets fries and a Coke and I asked that they could do the French fries make them crisp. I heard her holler back dunk the french fries again so when I got my order I went down the street for a stoplight I ate one of their chicken nuggets they tasted like Grease nothing like a chicken nugget. I turned around went back and handed him the bag and asked him if for a refund was not nasty I just said the nuggets taste like Grease so they refused to refund and I asked to speak to the manager the manager would not come to the window eventually they gave me $4 back for the nuggets so I asked I honked until they came to the window and I told them I wanted the full 955 that I paid she slammed the window I had no idea if she was ignoring me or coming back so she was on the phone to see if she could give me a refund I guess. I kept walking in the young girl it was her last day she didn't care what happened as she stated said they gave me money back for the nuggets and I said well your French fries taste like grease also you put them in twice and so she closed the window and would not come back I saw the manager she has no teeth she wouldn't give me her name so I can only say it's the employee with no teeth and she was on the phone call in the police the police came and told me they try to settle this well there was no settling it they trespassed me so I had to leave and she gave me the number of who I could call which of course is Saturday and they're not open. When I pulled up in the first place I saw how dirty their glass was and how dirty the borderline of the whole window was and I thought God they should at least clean that so it looks clean I just pictured the whole inside of the store filthy just like that window so I should have known. I used to eat at Wendy's all the time but it got to the point where their hamburgers were hard and crispy at the ends and they weren't fresh so I stopped for over a year and I will stop now forever

On 8/8/2023 part of my order contained chilly beans. I received two orders for Wendy's chilly with 90% water 2 tiny Pebbles of what looked to be ground beef scraped off of the floor. The container had one bean and a teaspoon of sauce with the rest water. I don't know where the droplets of grease came from. There wasn't enough of anything in the container that would produce grease. I would not recommend ordering anything else from the Wendy's in South Hill Virginia because of this experience. I no longer feel safe consuming what is being given to the public as a substitute for food.

You have a big poster in the window that says buy one get the other 1 for a dollar when I ask for that special they turn around and try to add fries to it and I Mentioned it to them Instead he charged me the regular price for both And that was the manager. I guess they think you're stupid well I'm a business owner and I know numbers it's not the price. it's the idea how your company is represented
Not to mention how it insults the customer.

Wendy's #6817 employee's don't know the app offers didn't read what I gave her scanned and add points and charged me full price saying she thought I wanted what was on the window not what I asked for . My food was cold after she said they just came up ,I really have to not go back to Wendy's keept trying to give the benefit of the doubt so angry today.
