I was excited about having a vet in the store and was happy with prices for shots and such but today it just blew my mind that the charge was 30 dollars for a dog nail trim that is twice the price at my local vet office this is crazy but I was already there so I paid it but never again

Anton, an employee at Tractor Supply in Spooner, WI helped me today to find heavy duty outdoor mats. He took the time to help me choose one that was not too heavy and he pointed out the benefit of getting one with holes in it AND tod me if I got another one it connected to the first one. He was very helpful and I appreciated it. So, a big pat on the back to Anton.

The store in Hamilton Alabama. 1500 Military Street STE 1 35570. The workers here we're super helpful and very sweet; Not just with customer satisfaction but also with customer service. I really wanna give credit to 3 of the top workers there. First is Machalea she was really nice and made sure that my shopping experience was her top priority. Next would be Allie she checked me out at the register she was so quick and efficient.

And lastly the best for last would be the male worker I do believe his name was Jason.
He was the BOMB! Oh boy! Was he helpful and super sweet. Really great customer service at this store. Probably the most I've seen in about 5 years to a decade. Of shopping here.

I would like to leave a positive comment about one of your employees at the Farmington, AR store (371). His name is Alex. I am 69 years old and a Neighbor's Club loyalty member. I needed help lifting two bags of horse feed. He was in the front of the store just finishing up with another customer. I motioned to him that I needed help and he immediately jogged to where I was and loaded the bags onto my cart. He was so polite and I would like you to know what a kind young man he is! Our world needs more young people like Alex!
PS The ticket number on my receipt is 625070.

I called customer service and got Terry McCray # ims0729819 to help me. It was the best customer service ever. He covered all the bases for what I needed and give him a 5 star service. He was calling from Tennessee. Very pleased with results!

Jacksonville Texas store. Called before I left but no manager or next in line available to take my question at the time. Instead of making me wait for a call that might or might not come, WHICH WOULD HAVE WASTED MY MORNING, KELLY, unlike most who answer the phones, offered to help. She checked for the product I needed, pulled the 2 they had from the shelf and had it waiting at checkout. She SHOULD be a manager altho I suspect she is happy where she is because she made me feel valued where most in that spot DO NOT. KELLY is a special employee who needs extra recognition

My male cashier having problems with the register as he's trying to check my items . He asked the female worker a question ❓. Next thing I knew she's all over my case.very disgusted voice .like a grownup with a child. When he's done something wrong . Her words to me. You have to have a phone number and a address or we can't sell them to you. She kept going on verbally to me . Finally my male cashier spoke up when he realized she was attacking me . And if she wasn't it sure felt like it . No apology to me on her part. I noticed alot of that has been happening. Since COVID. In Aransas pass Texas.the store .

Iv been going to Tractor Supply in Canton Mississippi for over 2 years now. I have to say when this young lady Destiny started working there some time back it seemed customer service had stepped up its game. She is such a delight, very friendly, willing to help, 98% of the time smiling. My only regret for this young lady is how her work ethic is over looked my her management. You would think when you get such a good dependable hard worker it would pay off. I wish there was more people like Destiny in the work place.

Samuel, (at the Buena Vista, Colorado store) has the best customer service. Every time I have seen him in the store, he is so helpful and friendly. He even shoveled a path to my vehicle when it was snowing. This guy deserves a raise!

Customer service from Darby and the assistance from David at the wheeling WV location. They both went above and beyond. Answered all my questions. Dealt with me 3 different times and made me feel so welcome. This is 2021. Customer service has taken a hit horribly across the country. When we have situations that are positive they need to be addressed just as much as the negative times. That Darby deserves all the responsibilities you can give her. Thank you tractor supply and especially Darby from wheeling WV store for our experience. It was my first time purchasing something from your store and I plan to repeat my business now. Thank you again.

I recently visited Franklin TSC. I lost a wheel of of a Gorilla cart, and needed washer etc... to reattach.
Ian was just walking from the stockroom noticed me looking at hardware, and offered to help. I needed a lynch pin and washers. He took me to that area , we searched for the right ones, not sure of the sizes, he went to a cart outside to make sure of the size.
Although, they were out, and some gate parts too, he went out of his way to make sure he tried his best to provide knowledgeable service! Thx Ian

I really like the new manager, Boots, at my Tractor Supply in Hancock County, Mississippi. She is the best manager they ever had. Several old employees did not like that I liked her. I was asked to give her bad reviews and call hotline and say bad things about her. I can attest that she is an excellent manager and most employees are worthless at this store. Hoping she gets rid of the trash be and keeps good employees. Only 2 or 3 good helpful employees here.

Store #292 i think it is.. Topeka Blv. Store. Is so clean in comparison to the others I have visited. The managers knowledge is a breath of fresh air! Never had a problem at that store. Than you all!

I was reating ratings for TSC and i was shocked! I have never had a bad expeience at any TSC. I have visited many in Kansas and Michigan. Never have i even heard anything bad from the farming community's. Fair times nothing but praise... Maybe the pleased families should leave comments too!

Tractor Supply Company, Bay St Louis, MS 39520. I am a retired business consultant and retail outlet troubleshooter, turned farmer. My professional and personal review of your store since it's opening. Myself and my fellow farmers quickly realized this store was plagued with product availability and value employees and management several years ago. Most of us found other outlets for our needs including a Tractor Supply a further drive away and small local feed stores. The main complaints we had were products were either not in the store or stored at the tip top of the displays which required an extended wait for employee assistance sometimes over 30 minutes. I started a slogan that you had to have very long arms to shop this store. Items such as fencing, gates, hay, propane and feeds were always a problematic purchase. Nobody ever seemed capable or willing to wait on you or show up. Employees had extremely rude attitudes and had the same answer, "I dunno" when asked for specific information. One management employee named Joey once made me wait for him for 30 minutes while he conducted a personal phone call. When he hung up his phone, he rudely asked what is your problem. I asked him about a feed for specialty pigs and he rudely commented "I don't shop for customers, go read the bags. That was my last visit until about four months ago when a neighboring farmer told me "it's safe to go back in the water (Tractor Supply, bay St Louis, MS). He said to ask for Lori Lights, she was an awesome person to do deal with. Mark, my neighbor explained how she had helped him with a feed program and offered delivery service. I was in the area about 4 months ago and stopped in. I did not have to look for Lori, she greeted me at the front door like I was a prize customer. We walked down the aisles and she gave me valuable information, product knowledge and as I started to load up several 50 pound bags of feeds, she jumped over and loaded my purchases for me. She was very strong for such a small woman. She pushed my heavy cart to the register line. After waiting over 15 minutes for the cashier to ring up my products, she called for assistance. Lori popped up and rang me up in less than a minute. She apologized for the delay and then pushed my cart to my truck and loaded my purchases into my truck. I was impressed. I wanted to pay a compliment to the store manager but he was nowhere to be found. I was told over and over he was there but nobody knew where. I left without giving my compliment for Lori. For the past 4 months, I have been shopping the store and when Lori is not working it is a disaster. The employees are so rude and refuse to assist me. I wanted to place an online order and an employee, Kim, told me I had to go out to my vehicle and do it on my phone. I waited until my next visit and asked Lori about the online order and what I had been told, and she apologized. She quickly assisted me at the service desk and my order was placed. Fortunately Lori seems to always be working when I go there. When she is the cashier, you get rang up quickly but most other times when another employee is on the register, there is always a wait and inability to operate the register. What I have witnessed is one shining star, extremely valued performance employee in your entire store, Lori Lights. She should be the example you set for your other employees and so called managers. There are two household names in our farm community, Katy at Dixie Land Farm and Feed and Lori at Tractor Supply in Bay St Louis, MS. FYI, I have noticed over the last several weeks a new manager has tried to really turn things around but I don not know her name. I heard someone refer to her as "Boots", but not sure about that. On a personal note, I am the type who asks questions, and when I asked Lori one day if she had an interest in college, I surprised to learn that she has 2 degrees in Education and was working on a third. When I asked what she was doing at Tractor Supply, her answer was confusing but priceless. She said she was also a farmer and it was the love of her life. She loved caring for her fur babies and as well as everyone else's. She said her initial goal was to be a veterinarian but she could not afford vet school and switched to Education and teaching. She said she started working at Tractor Supply because she had shopped with them for years and loved their stores. I asked her what the difference was with her and the annoying useless employees at the store and she said I love coming to work and am excited in this environment. She excused her fellow employees with they just don't have any farm experience and don't know the products and that frustrates them not being able to help customers. I revealed that I had once commanded some big box retailers and she was what we called a "Diamond". I told her she should go very far in retail and your bubbly enthusiasm and desire to help customers is a quality that retailers spend time and resources to recruit and retain. I have voiced complaints in the past and very rarely take my valuable time to post a compliment such as this. My professional advice for your upper management is to do a mystery shop or undercover examination for this store because it has serious problems with only one employee keeping it together. As the saying goes, "when she goes, we go also".

I have a very favorable comment. I purchased a pressure washer from Tractor Supply on line. I had it shipped to my home. When it arrived via UPS, a part was damaged in shipping. I called your customer solutions and spoke to Tyler. I told Tyler what was damaged..
Tyler contacted the vendor and got the part on its way to me. I appreciated the effort he went thru to track down the part, and get it shipped. . He was courteous and very professional. And it was quick to get thru to your customer care department and a live person. Thanks Tyler, and thanks TSC. I will be shopping your business more frequently.
