I was shopping in your Kaufman Texas store today. Walking through your laydown yard, sliced my arm open on some wire, sticking out from all the panels that are held together. I mentioned it to one person that he needed to bend them back. He just said oh wow and walked off. I mentioned it to the cashier that was checking me out. He was too busy on the phone even notice and said that he was sorry about that and I was mentioned to him they need to get someone out there to cut them off or at least bending backs or someone doesn't really cut their arm plum off.

Please respond to this email. I am a loyal customer and would like to see this issue resolved quickly.

We bought a mini Jeep on Tuesday, it ran for 10-15 minutes and wouldn't start again, my husband went to return it and was asked if he wanted a check or a store gift card, we paid cash and expected a cash refund. It's now Friday and still no refund has been given after being told by the store manager everyday this week to come back the next day after their cash drop. Finally, my husband was able to contact corporate and was told the store doesn't do enough business for that kind of refund and a check request would have to be sent in by the store for corporate to approve, then it would be 7-10 business days to receive it. When you pay over $2,000 cash for an item that is nothing but junk, you at least expect a refund in a timely manner and not to be lied to. We buy thousands of dollars in items for our farm from Tractor Supply, but that ended this week after our horrible experience.

Young lady with dark brown hair in a ponytail did not greet me as I walked inside the store. She greated the customer behind me instead. I did nothing wrong to be treated by her rude behavior and unfriendly demeanor. Every associate should have good customer skills if they are going to work with the public. If you want people to come back to your store the the employees should be trained better and value its customers. Thank you

I visited this location and as soon as i walked in it smelt like Marijuana so badly i was gagging. I am doing my shopping and go look in the outside area and see a worker named Ali smoking the marijuana on the company property!!! Unbelievable that this is allowed! Will never be back!

Good morning on 08/26/2023 around 10:00 AM I rented a trailer from you guys in the Carthage TN store returned it on 08/27/2023 at 9:30AM parked it walk in to the store and I was Sean the manager I said I have a trailer return real rude SAID YOU WERE Supposed To Have THE TRAILER BACK AT 2:00 Pm THAT Was 8 hours I said no I got around 10:00 THEN IT Should HAVE BEEN BACK BY 6:00 I SAiD yes YOU Going To have TO Pay For A NOTHER Day Ok i think you need to pull video see how Rude I though i had later then6:00 PM my I don't want to stop at 8:52pm i was thing i might have to pay more $$ i was ok with it part but being a b**** wroght off the bat. Wow didn't ask if had any problems nothing like that & yes I know I should have thought about it but no one ever said make sure you have it back before 6:00 or you get charged a nother day when you are moving stuff time gets away that's what happens to me & I new I would have to pay extra no big deal but that lady she is pice of work now Candice was really Nice and pleasant to work with i give her hi remakes that for taking the time to read this.

I park in handicap area because I'm handicapped. Anyways walked up the area marked for handicapped use, but there were cables running across that opening which I caught my foot on and fell. I scrapped my leg, but other than feeling banged up was OK. I asked to speak with manager, because that's a safety Hazzard. I guess no manager was available, cashier took my name and number but she told me "she was too busy to deal with this" great customer service tractor supply!

Sign says we sell propane. But they can't fill propane tank in Stillwater Oklahoma because "No one is qualified and we're all new". The store has been there for years.

In Grove, Oklahoma TSC, you have to order a heavy duty chain for ag use because it's not kept in stock.

Inept Management as I see it.
I don't think I'm ever going there again.

Sioux Falls SD. [ North Cliff ) ocation has terrible rude customer Service . I bought dog Kennel. (4) panel brackets were missing and returned to the store witj recript in hsnd asking for.4 brackets and was told to call Retriever for the missing bracketsx which was totally unacceptable . The young lady told me i cant pull it out of my ass ! I am pissed tge hell off for that disrespect being a retired veteran of 24 years for this ftreaking country and ti hear this from sokeome under 24 years old !!! Fire her !!! 605 320 2785. WILL bugg. I wanted to purchase a tool box for my truck. Upon entering the store I requested a flat cart to load the tool box and employee didn't ask if I needed assistance. After I found one in the price range I took it to the register then found that this box was more than the price tag on the shelf indicated. I asked the lady employee to double check the price again. The price was for a tool box that I wasn't interested in purchasing. The employee never apologized for the store mistake in placing the box in the wrong place. As matter of fact she acted though it was an inconvenience. She was rude and not helpful at all. I had the tool box removed from my purchase. I will never enter this store again.

After going through a nightmare with TSC I received an email asking me to review a product which I had not received and was trying hard to get information about. This is what I sent them and what I received back.

I would love to give a review for this product but doubt I will ever receive it. Ordered on 6/18/23. Shipping label created 6/20/23 and that is where it stands as of todays date, 7/5/23. I have dealt with wrong tracking number being provided until I was finally provided the proper one, having the order cancelled after I called to find out status of delivery and being told that is just what has to be done to ensure that I receive it and left wondering if I will ever receive what has already been billed to my account. Real nice business model TSC. Actions such as these should guarantee repeat business. Keep up the great work!

Associate Peggy: I do not make it a habit of even returning items to a store. However, after purchasing a tree at the garden center that died extremely quickly. I attempted to exchange it from my local tractor supply location. Peggy from the garden center was called into assist. She accuse me of not having watered and the tree and then followed that up by telling me that I didn't know how to water a tree properly, that I clearly wasn't doing it correctly. This was extremely offensive and also quite unacceptable. I do not make extraneous returns. I have never made any exchange or return at this location. As someone who worked as a supervisor at a previous tractor supply location I am keenly aware of the type of customer service that your locations can have. I am so disappointed in the way that I was treated and I don't know if I can even continue to stop at any location anymore.

7 months ago, I waited in line for over 20 minutes. The lady (Sylva I think) was having a conversation with a customer while a line was forming. She called someone to come help, but then said that these buckets and lids were charged separately and called a manager. I was next and so I stayed but she said to go to the other line, right after everyone behind me already had. I moved over like she said, but by the time I got there she was already done with that person AND served someone WHO CAME AFTER ME WHEN I MOVED LINES. When I came over and slammed my back she smirked and said "A little mad?". She tried to get me to sign up for discounts. I didn't care.

I ended up being so mad that I just left the bag (it's a big bag of dog food like maybe 30lbs?) on the counter because I didn't have enough to pay for it and she made me so mad that I figured she could take the bag off for what seemed, like purposely wasting my time.

AGAIN, I AM MADE AT HOW I WAS TREATED AND LAUGHED AT ABOUT WAITING, I WAS WAITING PATIENTLY AND QUIETLY UNTIL Sylva (or Sylvia whatever) made fun of me in the line.

Now, I encounter her outside of the store. She was extremely rude and was berating me, telling me how I was bad at my job because she was interrupting me while I was with a line of customers. She told me I was bad at my job and I need to learn it better. She said because she works at tractor supply and that she can do it, I can. I have a mental disability that makes it hard to talk to multiple people at once. If Tractor Supplies just hires bullies, in AND out of the store, then they will not be receiving my service.

Was accused of stealing by owner / manager Timothy at brownsville tn location then when I tried to defend myself , well I was a liar ..then when I was right ..manager said it was a misunderstanding ..but did not want to resolve said issue..then I called corp was told there is nothing they can do ..but if the problem is management who do you talk to ..no one that's who..they condone the actions of the owner Timothy..who defamated my charcter in the store in front of witteness and God..and not one person gives a care or concern ..horriable business practice. About to be right up there with Budwieser..

The assistant manager at the Ashland, va location has been feeling my 30 lbs propane tank for 2 yrs now.However,today the so called assistant Manger said he couldn't do it cause it's been out of date for yrs.now.And then I said so your employees have been putting mine and my family's life at danger feeling this tank for yrs.He then had a really nasty attitude. Will never spend money there again until action is taking on this Manger Barry.How many other family's life are at risk now for him not training his employees right.BBB has done been contacted, and I'll will take further action if nessarry, cause I got proff they've been feeling this out of date tank for yrs.now.

I purchased this wooden dog for Memorial Day. Was not outside in rain etc. with in 7 days it fell apart. Very disappointed as it was sold as indoor/outdoor decoration. My tractor supply told me to send in complaint. I would have like to receive the same dog as one purchased but they no longer had them. I hope some one can help on this matter

I purchased a chicken coop 2 months ago. It was already assembled. When I got it home I realized the wire was torn and bent. The roof ha a hole in it a d was patched from the inside with 2 by 4 and silicone. Also the hinges were broken on the laying box...lesson learned..I should have checked it..I bought a smaller 200$ coop for my mother for mothers day.i did a walk around and found 3 broken items on it. I bought it and requested it be fixed. I was accused of damaging it myself, and then I formed of a $200 assembky fee, for a 200$ chicken coop that was damaged..I went down the road and bought way nicer coop, for a $23 assembly fee. The part I left out, is NY sin works at this store ,and is now being targeted by the manager , who is 24 years old..these city boys don't understand the mentality of 50 year old men. I now collect every receipt , from friends and strangers, and leave a shifty review I dicating the foul play about the 200$ cash fee for assembling their crappy Chinese junk. Get ready boys..I have alot of time on my hands to leave reviews

I know what I ordered. I check my order very carefully and what was confirmed is not what I ordered. Same thing I order everytime. Funny....I only got 2 items correct that I ordered. I ordered 2 bags dry dogfood and 2-12 packs of wet dogfood. I got a chopped can food which I never order cause I hate the chopped. I also got a bag of bites and bones which I don't order.

Tractor supply Northfield for years I've been purchasing dog food rip dog food for five dollars a bag. I am a dog breeder. New management (Zach) stopped my discount continue to give it to other people, except me continue to discount broken items on the floor, including a broken grill that was marked down for $10 was supposed to be sold to another customer, but was sold to an associate. Instead, I used to love going to the store. I would go sometimes twice a day since I was up the street they have gone downhill they fired the whole staff and the general manager they were accused of drinking on the job. They also allowed a minor to drink while working made the person so uncomfortable that they had a goal. Pursue another career, they recommend they speak to the district manager I did she was the most unprofessional person I cannot believe that they would have somebody like her representing the company did not let me speak as soon as I would speak with say that I was getting aggravated and would say lies. I had a witness with me hearing everything. People stay away go to blue seal you're better off.

I have been to the Horn Lake, Mississippi twice now. Goodness, I was so thrilled with the AMAZING customer service from a friendly Stephen that warmly greeted me and helped me pickup a 10 gallon fence paint order I had placed online. I placed another 10 gallon paint online order the next day and it was ready (THANKS Jason) by the time I got to the store.

It was like going back in time to find such help when you really need it. I would rate your team 5 star and I have already recommended this store to my neighbor.

I will absolutely come to this store for my supply needs. By the way, the card selection is worth the trip! Good job on hiring such professional and welcoming employees.

I visited yourTractor Supply Horatio St., Utica, N.Y. 13502 store on 10-10-23 Tuesday. I asked Breonna who at the time was assisting another customer if she knew of someone to me reach a product that was high up. I went up front and this wonderful person came to find me and help me. She was wonderfully friendly. I can't praise her enough. She cashed me out and carried my purchase to my truck. I was so happy to find someone with her cheerfullness and sweetness. I can't say enough about her. People like Bre are certainly an access to your store. She impressed me so much. Thank you, Bre. I hope she is given some recognition for her outstanding customer service.

Hello, well this a mixed coment / complaint.
As per your data with the complaint issues , the manager I belive is to be relocaed, is the best person ever in this store in my opinion.
My experience is Carl representes the core values and principles the Tractor Supply was founded on.
This location hard hit by the pandemic inflation truly need the best coustetmer service there. Be farmers trying to survive or just local people.
You don't have gold you got a brilliant diamond. Please keep Carl there, without the the sparkle will be lost.

We buy your Producer's PRIDE 16% layer feed, mini pellets(40#)! Like the store & people! We stop & buy the feed at different stores when we go out to different towns close to us. I really like the one with a covered area outside!
Now: I dislike some prices!
Your pride feed, I buy the pellets NOT ALL THEGROUND UP PELLET "dust"!!

We are recurrent customers at the Tractor supply in Winchester. And in general, the service is typically really good, employees are always friendly and helpful. But I want to especially recognize one staff member who always goes above and beyond. He is very nice, polite, and happy in every interaction that we have with him. He seems knowledgeable and always willing to help at the drop of a hat. His name is Jack and most recently helped us with a trailer rental. He is just overall a great guy!

I was in the walterboro South Carolina tractor supply today an awesome young man helped me. His name is John he told me that he loved working at tractor supply and that he is a nurse full time and does his fun job as he puts it at tractor supply. Not only did he get all the feed I needed, loaded it in the cart, he waited for me at the cash register to pay for my feed then he walked with me out to the truck pushing my car and loaded it in my truck. This I appreciate as my husband works at the Summerville SC tractor supply and it's the same type of employee. Boy so many people could learn a lot from this young man. Thank you John you made my day.

I would like to acknowledge two individuals for outstanding customer service. My need was to obtain an invoice for tax related materials from 2022. I called our Bastrop, Tx store and talked to Sonia. She gave me two customer service related numbers. I contacted the Customer Solutions Center and was connected to Tina Lee Norrick. Tina found the order and had to re-generate an invoice of my purchase. Exactly what I needed. Both of these women were friendly, courteous, and very customer service orientated. They are deserving of a raise, bonus or some type of reward for doing an excellent job, something unusual for this day and age.

My wife and I shop at Tractor supply all th time. We were in Tupelo today and stopped by that one. There are LOTS of products in this store without prices. I asked a lady if she could get me th price and she did BUT she acted like I was taking her away from something else. If they had prices already on th stuff I wouldn't have had to ask !

Charley at the Smithfield Virginia store has to be one of the accommodating and professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Definitely wish tractor supply in Morrisville Vermont was Set up like the Saint Albans store in the clothing department so much easier to maneuver and everything Always in order.And also seems like they have a wider variety in clothing design.And always has a variety of sizes more than just a couple. Tractor Supply in Beaufort, SC was very clean and organized. Joshua the technician/ attendant for propane refill for our RV was superior in many ways. He was cheerful, gracious, focused on safety of our tank and us. In inspected the propane tank even though he had to get down on wet ground and crawl under the RV. He was friendly to us and the next customer who was a nice African American. Gave me hope for our country! And we will continue to purchase propane at Tractor Supply as much as possible as we drive around the U.S.A. Cheers, Michael Fleming

Tom is one of the most considerate, knowledgeable, personable, and professional persons that I have ever encountered with Tractor Supply. I have in the past had horrible experiences with your website. I have even spoken with corporate executives regarding same. However today I made a simple phone call about an item and Tom Downing changed my mind about shopping your store. Without going into much further detail he asked me a very very compassionate question. I feel he should be rewarded for that question in addition to the above comments. I'm saying to you as you a corporate entity that he changed my mind. I was never EVER going to shop again at Tractor Supply until I spoke with this man today. I was a corporate administrator for 30 years in the construction industry. Employees such as he need to be thanked AND rewarded. Today he may have only saved one customer, however employees such as he have probably saved many many more.

I was running the front register and a particular employee that has always tried acting as if she a friend one minute & the next talking crap about you! She blatantly said, out loud, in front of customer & out store manager something that was EXTREMELY offensive & rude!! I'm always the bigger person but I've had it PAST my baking point with her!! I just keep smiling and act like she doesn't bother me bc it's obvious that I'm doing something right!! I DO however WANT TO JUST SHOW HER WHO I REALLY AM!! If I did though I'd be out of a job :(

I was fired February 16,2023 from the Lexington store 1184. I dedicated 9 yrs to the company. So much has changed within those years. Each year the company gets worse. The managers worry about metrics alot more than they do the employees. I was fired cause of a random customer got my employee # and used it to get my discount. They accused me of giving the # to this customer and I didn't do it. Instead of giving me another employee #, they fired me. Lots of drama goes on in this store. I hope the other stores are better to work at.

I work at store 1775 in Show Low AZ for 2 years and most of our heaters quit working almost 3 months ago. The excuse is that they have a problem finding parts to fix them. This is ridiculous. If they can't find parts to fix them, then you need to replace them. Everyone wears jackets everyday because it's so cold. The high in the store was 58 degrees today. And we are expecting 2 different storms in the next 3 days with about 16 inches of snow. Please try to get this situation fixed for us.

I'm a former employee of tractor supply in hurricane I only got along with my main manager and one coworker the rest always yelled at me well today was the last straw I was threatened over some dumb stuff the new assistant manager the receiver and another manager got in my face blamed me for alot crap in front of my cousin who was my customer him and his wife saw everything Maybe tractor supply should see who they hire and put as a manager the 1 that started the whole fight is lazy and didn't ever do anything always complained and whined saying i hate customers and my job she refused to do propane and load outs I called her out on it I got wrote up and called names and told to mind my own dang business but in other words I was just one day away from finishing out my 2 weeks prior to getting a new job but after I was threatened I bounced and I was told I was in the wrong by all 3 people but hey ur lucky I didn't press charges so good luck to the next person

Im a former employee of Honesdale, Pa Tractor Supply store 1712. New manager came in last year and all went to hell. Ive been there 7 tears, never had a write up or a problem with any of the managers in those 7 years. Mr.Marrow comes in and almost every one leaves. This past year I had medical issues and a sister who was dying and died of liver failure which made me miss more time than I wanted or expected. I handed in all the paper work i needed to and always let my asst store manager and team lead know what was going on with my conditions,cancer biopsies, procedures i needed done, testing and emergency room visits and my sisters decline in her health and death. Bob wrote me up because of the time I had off and said I was a no call no show twice. In 7 years I never did that. I am a single mom with 2 children home and I would not jeopardize my job like that.once for a meeting and i let my asst store manager the day before that i wouldn't be there. Bob has been reported 5 different times by 5 different female employees from inappropriate touching, ignorance, trying to embarrass team members, insulting, making team members cry and very uncomfortable to be around and lies and miraculously he is still store manager there takes home his pay each 2nd week while I do not and right before the holidays. I have emailed the district manager and HR both of which were no help and did not email me back. Bob has had a problem with me from the start, I will not let him insult and disrespect me and have been on the phone with his boss before because of his childish ways. 7 years there,no problems then all of a sudden in a little less than a year I'm fired! Bob made no attempt to find out what was going on with my medical issues or sister, never asked a single thing about any of it and the day i got back from my sisters death he wrote me up again for missing time. Im shocked that nothing is done about this manager and that Tractor supply continues to employ him and lose good employees who didn't want to stay and quit or transferred. I feel everyone should know what type of person he is and what is going on there. Customers are always complaining about the turn over of employees in the last year and how the new people don't know things and they get frustrated not to mention Bob is always in the back room or outside and never floating the store floor to help customers does everything to avoid being at the registers and goes as far as giving team members his password and numbers over the ear piece to do over rides so he does not have to come up. Im disgusted at the dismissal of his actions and that TSC would rather ignore these issues and keep him on and lose good employees. At this time I am trying to decide if i should bring my dismissal and medical records and everything else to a lawyer to go over or not. I work at the Watertown SD location. New Manager is not capeable of being a manager and shouldnt be one. Assistant manager walks around with her hand on her hip and her nose up in the air like she is a queen. They say we are empowered to make decisions, but not really, if we do, whether right or wrong, we are wrong. No
tahnk you's, No your welcome's, they are both just there for a paycheck. TSC your wasting your money!!!

I have been continually harassed by a manager at the Yankton,SD TSC store. Everyone in the store is aware of the conversation since the loud rude manager can be heard throughout the store. His name is Eric Kolda. I worked with him many years before he was rightfully terminated. I maintained speaking to him even though no one else in the department will cause that's how I am , people make mistakes but for him it's everyone else's fault for his misdoings and I am criticized each time I'm in the store. Not to mention he treats other employees terrible. One employee in particular I don't know his name has longer hair so Eric makes fun of his girly hair in front of the store. He also flurts with the other manager Jamie like he's quite the catch? I buy all my animal supplies at the store cause they carry everything I need and order in things as needed so I never run out. I run two animal organizations and assist with others so I have large orders to fill. I also do animal promotions for the store.
I plan to take my business elsewhere unless he is terminated as I will not be criticized or humiliated by such a abnoxious manager. You have already lost many customers because of him. I will not recommend anyone going to the Yankton store ever again unless Eric Kolda is terminated.

I had my last strow tonite I did work at the hagerstown dc, I ran the yard truck they have lights out you have to work in the dark all night, the lines to the doors you can nearly see, if it rains then you can't see at all its all by luck you get in the door right, you move trailers from one building to another that's about 3 miles away , sometimes you pull hazmat loads from one building to another in traffic if something happens you don't have placards on the trailers, not even the right paperwork. Trucks don't get worked on , that's new trucks they can keep up on the maintance.all you hear they email the people to get work done, or its not in the budgets to get things fixed. Will they bail you out if something happens If your pulling trailers that has hazmat in it. No they properly have send a email before you get bailed means your done. They say they give you the tools to work but look at the truck write ups the answer is no. The DOT that's the ones that check trucks out fine out there have big fines . calls going in to the as soon they are opening in the morning. They don't care of there employees much less the community with hazmat

Tunkhannock pa store. Manger ...my friends girlfriend works there and she says that the Manger does not care one bit about the workers only his self.. he comes in when he suspota be off and works anyway... he does not listen to the employees At all they ask for something he makes huge deal over it and complains... puts his self over them all the time... she just came home in tears because of the snow storm she could not go to work so she told him to put in a vacation day.. he said maybe.. he never put it in for her so she lost a day of work and now does not have enough money for her bills ... if up to my I would fire the guy.. the company does alot for there employees for sure but does not watch there mangers... I shop there alot and I also just have not hurd from her about him. But have hurd alot of other things about the guy bad things.... rude won't help people.. the one kid that works there was not doing anything one day I was told and one of the workers told the Manger and he said just deal with it.... there is something very wrong...

My wife was a loyal employee to TSC for 15 years and in that time period had at least a dozen managers. Not once was she ever written up for anything until the latest manager came here, 2 months ago.. Since his arrival here he has written my wife up on about 4 different store policy violations.He even went back into her file for the last 15 years to try and get her fired.. It has been very obvious of his plans to get rid of her , and finally he got his chance to fire her and he did.If this is the way TSC treats their loyal employees then I will find another place to spend my money , and I spend about $7,500.00 a year there.NOT ANYMORE!!!!!
