Hi Got a windchime from my son for my birthday March 20th. Troy Mo. Was where it was purchased. Not very happy. My husband returned it yest. Tags were still on it. wasn't going to work as it was too long and no place to hang it. We normally shop at Orshelein in Bowling Green. She gave my my husband the third degree about returning. Never offered a credit gift card or anything. He has to call my son to get card number and it was credited back to his account. Thanks for thcustomer service. We will go out of our way to shop anywhere but with you

I visited tractor supply in Kaufman Texas today I bought several hundred dollars of goods. I saw three 200 cc mini bikes out front and asked to speak to the manager, to possibly get a discounted price if I bought two, I spoke to shift manager Thomas. He said he could not discount if if two were purchased, I asked to speak to the store manager and he said he was.
We left and I called the Terrell store and spoke to Jackie and she said they were being discontinued and that she would call Kaufman store for me. She talked to Thomas and with her on the phone agreed to sell them to me at 700 dollars each, I told both of them I would return to the store in Kaufman and buy both. When we got back to store I spoke to Thomas again and said I wanted all three he told me he would only drop price 75.00 even if I bought all three that were there. Just wanted to let you know with the items I bought and the thee mini bikes it would be around twenty five hundred dollars to the store not to mention money we have spent already

Employees huddled in the back of the store talking badly about other employees seen on one occasion and another time seen one employee speaking to another employee in a manor that seemed uncalled for could have been handled better and less hostile.

High price dog food. I'm feeding hi protein Dimond witch is 39.00 at your stores and I'm paying 31.00 at my feed store .Why are you so high? I'm strongly considering selling dog food out of my shop.

Went to the Franklin, KY store and was hoping to get some info on the chick's they had for sell and possibly buy some! Was helped by a nice older lady who when she couldn't answer she called on the manager on duty, Candy. Candy looked as if she was disheveled and so stressed she didn't know her right from her left. She spoke so quickly my husband and i had to guess at what she was saying majority of the time. When she asked asked to answer simple questions she would beat around the bush and say one thing then five mins later say the complete opposite thing. Made absolute no since. Then as my husband was talking to her she rudely interrupted him to answer the walkie talkie. Then turned to answer another customers question before ever even acknowledging my husband again. ? we went ahead and bought the chick's having 5+knowledge of chick care we felt confident in buying them. However once we got home we noticed some of the chick's were not as active. Over the course of 2 days 6 of the chick's had passed... 6 put of 12. I called the store just to ask if they had any other issues or if there was anything they could do... Candy answered the phone and again just seemed to busy to be bothered. She didn't let me finish not one single sentence before she was telling me I was wrong and I didn't know what I was talking about. Then said, "oh I remember you... yeah sorry can't help you." Then decided to tell me that I was being rude and yelling and she gladly hung up on me... to which I called the store back and again she answered and told me that she was with other customers and there wasn't another employee that I could talk to... she refused to let me speak with anyone else and then said if I had a problem I could call corporate offices or her manager Doug the next day. So I took her advice, tried calling a corporate office and that lead me here... I will be calling Doug first thing in the morning to let him know how unpleasant our visit was and how rude his manager treated her customers not once, or twice, but three times. VERY VERY VERY unprofessional and just very annoying to go into a place of business and look to the manager on duty for help just to be treated as a burden. This Candy lady was so rude and so annoyed by just having to do her job it made me question why she even worked there in the first place. Really dropped the ball on making that one employee any type of authority figure!!!! So unpleasant.

Danville Virginia. I went there today around 3:15 pm to get some green supreme premium wood pellets. There was a employee name Bill he told me that they were put up for the season,and wouldn't help me. Another employee did and the pellets were outside and not up for the season. This employee Bill needs to be trained in products and where they can be found.

Visited your Onconto location and was disgusted. That mgr Mike doesn't belong in customer service. He was talking on his cell phone dropping F bombs loudly. Highly unprofessional

I go to the tractor supply in Indianapolis on Atlantis drive. Although the cost of things is fair I use the dog wash and it is filthy every single time I go in there. Dog hair wet towels and smells bad. It is close to my house but I will find somewhere else because it is so nasty.

After years of being a Tractor Supply customer, I have just been made aware of how awful their customer care solutions group is. No wonder the ratings are so low. Time to renew the contract with a better customer support company.

I have been a loyal customer to the Roswell NM store for over 10 years now but after the rudeness I received by the manager I will no longer be shopping there. I am not usually one to complain but when I ask to speak with the manager and she is downright rude and has no idea what she is doing it is aggravating. And to top it off she had another lady with her that was, I'm sure, a higher up who was also very rude. This is the reason customers do not like that store anymore.

I have been a loyal customer for several years now with price and avilability. Over the past several months I have had to go elsewhere due to your rising prices. I understand prices are up everywhere but when your feed for example, I will use 12 % sweet feed is going for 14.99 a bag and i can purchase it from several other stores,4 to be exact, within a 30 mile radius for 10.25 for 12 % and your hay is 13.99 a square bale, and within that 30 mile radius i can purchase quality heavy bales for under 11, or from a farmer for under 8 bucks. One of your sales clerk yesterday advised even with her discount it isnt enough to cover such a large price difference, she purchsed 100 bales from a local lady for 6 a bale. That is a huge markup. Loyality in this case is out weighed by price especially in these times. I hope here in the near future you look at your loyal ustomers and realize your marksups are extreme. Hopefully i can continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you

Was at your store in Rockdale, TX on Friday Feb. 3,2023 to pick up some bar and chain oil. Upon entering front door to store I was approached by a female employee stating everything was good to go today. As I continued to walk thru second door an older male employee was walking beside me he then reached out with his arm in front of me to stop me from entering store. That was pretty hostile and aggressive on his part. He then told me sir you need to go back and let the lady finish telling me what she was telling me. I was really angry at this point. I then turned around walked back out of store replying f_ _ _ this. I walked to my truck got in and drove off. As I was driving off this male employee was sarcastically staring at me I then shot the finger at him and his sarcastic stare turned into a sarcastic smile and wave. Why was I not greeted with a smile when I walked up to the door to enter the store? Where was the friendly attitude then? This man whos name I've heard is Jim or Jack Bastow has worked at this store for awhile. Never friendly or helpful always with a pathetic look on his face. I was sharing this story later that evening when a lady in the conversation asked what this guy looked like and I told her. She then stated the same man was aggressive and hostile towards her husband earlier that morning. Wow! Also after leaving the store after that incident I still needed bar oil so I went to Napa and shared with them my experience at TSC. The Mgr at Napa then stated he heard it was getting pretty hairy at TSC that morning. He's was wondering what was going on at TSC. Does TSC really condone this type of behavior from their employees. Their employees not cops or security guards. This man acted like he was really some authority. He isn't! I'd say he really lucked out by me deciding to leave the store. I could see that situation with his attitude really getting ugly. I'm glad I left. I've wondered several years now about this store. They have a big sign out in front of store at the end of parking lot by the highway. This sign has never been lit up at night. They seem to not care. Atleast their actions point to that. Well after this incident I wonder no more. I will not ever step foot in that store again. I also will share this story with numerous people and I hope they choose to boycott this store as well

I was there to purchase dog food. I was excited to find our dog food on sale so we grabbed two bags. We went to check out and the price was $54+ instead of the price posted ($29.99) so I asked for assistance. Switching registers the food again scanned $54+ so I told the associate the sale price. After several attempts for assistance, I took a picture & showed her. Finally a person reported back to her saying it was the higher price so I walked back to the dog food area where the manager stated the price was for the food in front of the sign but I pointed the sign stated "4-Health" NOT "Retriever" which was on the sign in front of the said food as was all the rest of the dog foods on display. I asked to speak to the manager and she stated she was the manager as she quickly stated switching signs around. I stated this was false advertising or was this this just a trick to get unexpecting customers to purchase for a more expensive cost? She said the people working must have put the signs up wrong and she would not honor it. So I stated this was clearly false advertising so rudely she threw up her hands and told the cashier to sell it to me at the price advertised. Upon checking out the lady was nice until I thanked Her for her help and she remarked this was no thanks to her so I left feeling like I had done something wrong. I definitely will not be returning to this store.

In 2016, we purchased a farm that we recently just sold totaling approximately six years. At the get go we had a flock of chickens that we fed with tractor supply chicken scratch and crack corn. For the first couple of years, we didn't have any trouble with the chickens laying eggs. However, the last couple of years we started, noticing that the flock stopped laying eggs altogether. Thinking something was wrong with the flock, we gave them away to people to be processed. We started with a new flock that consisted of chicks and pullets that were in age to start laying. We again fed them tractor supply, chicken scratch and cracked corn. None of these new chickens laid any eggs. We are again thought something was wrong with the flock, and gave them away. I recently heard about reviews regarding tractor supply, chicken feed, and chickens not laying eggs. I want to express my experience with that feed and say that there may be something wrong with your chicken feed.

We tried to buy pellets for our pellet stove for heating. It is January. They told us they wont have them anymore because it is now spring season. Again, it is January and it is cold. They laughed and said we are only buying spring supplies. What are they thinking? We wont be doing business with Tractor supply anymore nor will our friends and family. This is not a good business action.

My family shopped at Tractor Supply Vo in Myrtle Beach #2560 store tonight 1/20/23 at 6:30pm. We are part of the neighborhood program and enjoy shopping at a Tractor Supply store, until tonight.

The assistant manager "Lisa" was personally rude in away you would never expect a manager to be. My motive of reporting the issue is so this never happens to my family or no other family.

The response I am looking for is to be able to share what all happened and no the assistant manager has been spoken and we can be assured there will be no issues going shopping there again.

I got there at 7:58 and asked could I grab one thing for a horse that is sick and the employee asked me if I could read the sign they were closed! Talk about sorry customer service I will be taking my business else where. I spend way money in that place but I won't be going back there Austin.

I bought some bibs for my husband but list the receipt. All the tags were there. He exchanged for the correct size, same price on new bibs, but you charged him 8.00 more $. That makes me made. Just stole 8.00 from a honest person. I'll skip going back to your store . Said cause not much in Leitchfield, Ky.

If you order something online and tgey send it fedex don't get your hopes up. They've already changed my delivery day 3 times . They had it on the truck to deliver 3 days ago and I'm still waiting. I could have walked to Kentucky and got it

I placed a curbside order with tsc for reteiver 22 oz can dog food, due to testing positive for covid i used curbside in lieu of going in, when I got home the size cans were wrong size.i asked the manager to credit my purchase difference since it was on line and their mistake , they want me to bring it in knowing that i told them I tested positive for covid and live 20 miles away and being the coldest day of the year and having hungry dogs to feed. Why should I have to wasre my gas and time and probably exposing their employees to covid for their mistake.
