Terry rose the store manager of 518 Clayton is a very disrespectful manager . Everytime I come into the store he seems to want to do anything except help customers . When he sees me he walks the other way . I also hate having to go to the back for most things I need cUse they can never get the freight out on time .

We are a 501c3 non profit animal rescue group. We had a need to fundraise for a cat in our care who requires very expensive medicine to overcome an illness. We contacted the Tractor Supply store in Lexington, SC and spoke to two different managers at two different times. It was confirmed that we could do the fundraiser outside the store and that we'd receive any support they could provide that we needed. We spent an enormous amount of time preparing for this which was a Christmas gift purchase opportunity. We advertised on our Facebook. This fundraiser was to be held on Saturday December 3rd. We arrived at the store at 8:30 am and we went immediately into the store to ask where we should setup. The manager showed us where outside we should be. We unloaded two SUV vehicles which were completely full. We were almost finished setting up everything. All the tables and merchandise and signs. We had followers of our rescue arrive and begin to make purchases when the managers named Teresa came out and said there was a slight problem. We asked what that was and she said we had to shutdown and leave immediately because the corporate office didn't want us there. She tried to tell us that we had said it was to be one table and we were going to ask for monetary donations. That was absolutely untrue as we were very clear what the fundraiser would be. We had to shutdown and load up a tremendous amount of supplies and merchandise. She actually had the audacity to come back out and say we weren't moving fast enough. This was a critical event we had planned for weeks. Apparently Tractor Supply has no regard for animal advocacy or support of patrons of their stores. We've had huge response from our adopters, supporters and foster homes that they will never ever shop at Tractor supply again. Certainly Tractor Supply does not care.

Longmont store very poor service. They put the product in the wrong place and won't honor the price tag that is above the product. Manager is Logan and he does not know how to help customers I would not shop here.

Hello. I was in your Bluffton SC store today before lunch today and for the 2nd time in a month. I heard a female manager yelling at an employee. I saw the employee leave the backroom he was a older man that helps me when I am in the store. But I could her in the back cussing and discussing the situation with someone else.Does she know she can be heard thru the wall in the back. This behavior is unprofessional and gives the store a bad look. This is the 2nd time I have been in within the month
and her complaining or fussing. I ask my cashier they young ladies name and they said Shelby. Please I love this store but I do not want to take by business somewhere else. I see now why this store has a hard time keeping good staff. Lynn Robinson

After your recent debacle with the filthy display, that was supposed to be family friendly, of disgusting transgender actions, I am totally shocked and offended! What has your company come to...?! I come from a farming family and have shopped at your stores for many years. No more! I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Farming families have always been concerned with their families and children and for them to be subjected to this display you feel is alright, is totally intolerable! Shame on you and your company!

I was at the Jasper location around 635 pm and I could not shop for employees pushing sweep brooms up and down the aisle ! I waited for the cashier because she taking out the trash as she was scanning my merchandise she threw my horse treats from the counter to my buggy instead of putting them in a bag ! She did it ask me my phone number for my rewards ! Very rude and all very young people only interested in getting closing done !

Would of had a good experience if for not what I saw while waiting in line. Ur manager Chad yelled at an employee Tiffany on the floor very loud and rudely. Very disrespect and it was to the point of the female young employee crying. I would not allow my wife or young adult children work under him.

Char Tinsley from the Walnut Ridge Ar store is a very rude person. She very unfriendly and never smiles and acts like your interrupting her when you ask her to help with something.

I'm done with tsc in montrose, PA. Every single trip there, they're out of what I need or a complete unnecessary backup at checkout.

Went to the local tractor supply to get a bag of 4-health hip and joint biscuits for my dog, and all thy carry is the the jerky. When I told the manager it's pretty bad when tractor supply carries ths brand of dog biscuits, but I have to order it from Amazon. Especially, annoying when my sister, who lives in Wisconsin, can get the biscuits at their local tractor supply. He went on to say corporate decides what to send, and that Wisconsin had a different distributor. I said well if Amazon has can get it, Wisconsin can get it then you should be able to get it! As he was walking away he said under his breath, and I'm sure he didn't realize it, but he said "than order it from Amazon!" Those are the people that work for you! I believe the object is for tractor supply to help the customer, not make some snide remark when he thinks his customer isn't paying attention!

I have been shopping the Durango Tractor Supply for over a year. I buy very expensive horse and dog supplements among other things.
I have tried on numerous occasions to straighten out my points. I've never received any coupons or discounts, until recently when, upon being very upset, a representative (Brianna) finally sent me a $50.00 gift card for my troubles. Even with that, they STILL have NOT fixed my points problem. Many phone calls and hours spent trying to get this done. Most recently, Joseph (877.718.6750) at ext 10875, Reverence #TSC0316991. Signed up for the new Neighbors Club and now everything shows NO POINTS!!!! I'm enraged about this and feel ripped off. Were they lost? Did they just disappear? What?!?!?! I have spent a fortune in your store and this upset me terribly. Whereas they were supposed to fix things to reflect my points, they were lost. A $50 gift card doesn't nearly cover the amount I've spent in that store for rewards. I appreciate that card, but it's only a buffer.
Recently your company lost over $100 in ONE sale. The TWO items I purchased on a regular basis I just had delivered to my front door by Amazon. Within a couple of dollars difference (fuel and time). AND received my points on Amazon!!
With the amount of time I have spent trying to resolve this situation, I find shopping Amazon prime far less expensive and certainly less time consuming than trying to get your representatives to fix my points with Tractor Supply.
I would appreciate a response back from a corporate representative regarding this.
As I said, if it can't be resolved, Amazon works for me!

I have had a TS credit card for many years and pay in full on time. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over those years . I just received a nasty letter that if I don't update my account they may disrupt my services as they are a bank. I have tried to log in but they have made that impossible. I have a better idea my wife & I will tear up our credit card and no longer shop at TS I have found this letter insulting ,

I purchased a Grand Teton large pellet stove. Two put that in my home. I also needed to purchase the installation kit which the Washington Pennsylvania store did not have. I was told I was getting a rain check but it would be in in 3 days. I went to the store because I didn't have a phone call and they have no idea what I'm talking about. So then they say they're going to get one from another store which would be waynesburg Pennsylvania, well that was 3 weeks ago. Every time I call the manager. Glenn pushes it off to the girl that put in the rain check. I actually drove to the waynesburg Pennsylvania store and purchase one myself. We spent a lot of money at tractor supply but I can tell you right now we won't ever do it again and it's a good thing. The weather's been nice and we didn't really need to use this pellet stove yet.

Tractor Supply is a terrible place to shop and/or work.

Today I purchased some merchandise from your store in Santa Fe NM. I was driving a 1-ton 8ft bed crew cab pickup with a 16ft flatbed trailer. To exit the store and parking lot I had to go around the back of the store. However the exit was blocked by a parked forklift. Some time later the driver (who I assume was a TSC employee} told me I could not exit there and had to turn around. The limited space in a congested area was very impractical The forklift operator still insisted I could not go through. He took the keys from the forklift and went into hiding inside the back of the store. I had to jackknife my trailer to get turned around. It was obvious to me there was no reason why the driver could not move the forklift to permit myself and others from exiting.

If TSC wants to demonstrate customer service this is the opposite. The performance of the driver was unacceptable. "words" were exchanged.

I would hope this incident gets reported to the Santa Fe store and action taken. I would expect some follow up communication with me how this incident happened.

Now when I have a choice of vendors for my livestock needs I will look to alternative stores.

I recently purchased a 40 lb bag of black oil sunflower seed from a local TSC. I have purchased this product for years. This bag is half sunflower seed and half filler millet seed that the birds don't eat. I'm furious that I paid over $30 for what used to cost me $18. I realize prices are up all over and I wouldn't mind paying it if it was worth it. But if TSC is going to offer this poor quality I will have to look elsewhere. I sure hate to see a good reliable company like TSC reduce the quality of their product.

As a truck driver signs make a big difference but since someone is either too stupid or too lazy to put signs up at the tractor supply store in Canyon Country California store number #2264, signs would have helped me going in the right direction instead of going in the wrong way. And before you say i should have known, it was my first time there and with no signs up to say which way to go i would have never known to go the other way.
