I had a really great experience with a manager at Toshiba. She couldn't give me her last name, but her employee number is 351581. I received the wrong battery for my laptop and was transferred to the female manager for help and she did her job. What I liked about her is that she was professional. I hate when you call a company and the representative thinks it's okay to call you by your first name. She did not and that goes a long way with me. She did not assume that it was okay to use my first name and I say thank you #351581. Keep up the good work and remind employees that it is not ok to call a customer by his first name. Oh, and I look forward to getting the right battery and doing business with Toshiba in the future.

I called in when the audio on my TV started acting funny Tech support was friendly and tried a few things that didnt solve my issue. They setuo to have a Service man come out to my home to look at the problem at no cost to me overall they were very friendly and helpful with my issue.

My Toshiba Remote control CT-90302 is not working. All of the buttons are not working. I just called to Customer care it was resolved in less than 2 minutes. Appreciated.

I posted yesterday about an issue I had with purchasing recovery media on the advise of the technician and it turned out that I did not need it. The customer service dept. manager was absolutely no help and told me there was no one else to who I could speak when I tried to cancell/return the order. She said that I was only charged for shipping and handeling ($24.95) and the fee was not refundable. Doing research on Toshiba I found a place on the world headquarters website where I could send an email. I received a very nice phone call in response and was given refund. It pays to take your complaint to the higher ups....do not stop with the customer service dept here in the USA.

I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep and she was quite possibly the most helpful customer service rep I've ever had. She was courteous, communicated well and succinctly, talked me through the process and options and delivered exactly the solution I needed. Thank you!!! It's a rarity these days to have someone provide such great customer service. Kudos to Toshiba for a great process.

The pin inside my Toshiba Satellite's power adaptor broke and I called Toshiba to enquire about shipping it to the Depot for a warranty repair. The friendly agent was very pleasant and helpful. I chose the option of paying $14.99 to go to a UPS store to have it packaged and shipped rather than waiting for Toshiba to send me a pre-paid box. I was pleasantly surprised when my repaired laptop was delivered to my home in only two weeks. After such a positive experience with Toshiba, I would happily purchase from them again.

I just called Toshiba's tech support and was very pleased with great service. The first tech knew soon he did not know how to help and within one hour another called me back and got both problems resolved quickly and efficiently as well as giving me more information about how some of the software works so I could better operate my Toshiba laptop.
