You should allow customers bring their pets inside , I was in one of your stores in Houston at memorial park and I was ask to take my dog outside in a 98o degrees , the employee refused to serve me and ask me to leave.

The most unprofessional and rude employee I've encountered. The manager was no better. Waited on hold for 45 minutes for curbside pickup. If you are not going to honor it curbside pickup, you should remove all the signs and train your employees to disclose that to callers. I have never been told " we are always busy and corporate will not do anything because they know". I do normally do buy any of your products but son and his teammates love your products but I will NEVER purchase anything else from you again. I will also be sharing my experience with the other team parents not to patronize your establishment. We will find another place for our team and fundraiser events.

9605 N Tryon St Charlotte NC . Ordered 3 smoothies online. Receipt showed 12:23 pickup instead of 3:30. App said to call the store directly. I called from 12:10 until 2:25 with no answer. Only voice mail but couldn't leave a message. Picked up at 3:30 and got home and had to throw all 3 smoothies away. They were warm and nasty. Won't be ordering from the app anymore because you can't reach anyone at the store to correct something....

I visited the smoothie king in Covington ga. On hwy 278 I enter a young white cashier is just staring at me I say hello how are you she doesn't speak I repeat myself how are you today she just stands their by thud time its 2 white young girls I say you dont greet your customers neither one of them open their mouths I said have a blessed day and left this is ridiculous poor customer service I will NEVER support smoothie king this is the 2nd time this happened

Just returned from Smoothie King, it is Sunday April 25th and never have I been so rudely taken care of. first they did not make my order correctly, then when I brought it to their attention I was dismissed so rudely I could not believe it. The girl at the drive thru was rude, never once did I get a thank you or your welcome.

I placed an order online on sunday 4/11/31 at 10am to be picked up at 10:29 at the location 18355 NW 57th ave Hialeah, fl 33018 when I get to the location at 10:35 am the location is closed and I waited an employee gets to the location saying that crew that was supposed to start at 10 didn't open and it would take 30 mins to set up. What kind of business are you running where is a manager??

The location on east 70st has the most rudest employees! I was recently their on Tuesday. I ordered my smoothie online and went to pick it up . When I arrived there the truck was there unloading. I sat in line a couple of times then I drove around. The employee came to the window and the next time I ask you what's your order you tell me before coming to the window. No good morning or anything and close the window in my face before I could say I ordered online. I've called 3 times to talk with the manager but as usual there's no manager on duty. Sicking and I want be returning

This is the 2nd time, I've went to Smoothie King and has been disappointed. The first time, the price I paid for my smoothie were higher then the price listed on the board. I mentioned it to the workers that were there at the time and nothing was said, not even an apology. The 2nd time (this morning) 04/01/2021 I went they weren't opened yet and the time says they open at 9:00 a.m. I was pissed because I walked to the location in the cold. ughhhh The location is 3001 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27607. This location must do better.

This was the worst experience I've encountered in awhile. Smoothie King at 27735 Hsrper in St. Clair Shores. OMG the wait on the inside was worst than the drive thru. We felt totally ignored. The remark we gotta get the drive thru first was made. I thought all customers should be valued!!!.

So I go to smoothie king one day a week at 6:30 am and today I went and this is I would say 3 or 4 times now that they are not open - so when that happens I don't have anything for breakfast getting a little irating the location is the one out near grand prairie don't want to get anyone in trouble

I went to your location at 9100 McHugh Dr Suite 550 Landover, MD 20706 at 2:30pm in afternoon. No one was in line nor in the store and I was refused service and was told only receiving online orders. How are you going to refuse a paying customer when I am sure your losing revenue due to Covid. There was no one in the store except the employee cleaning up. Everyone is not interested in putting a order online. Not only that the sign clearly states 3 at a time in the store. In this case the store was empty. You don't have to worry about me patronizing at all.

Today I had gone to get a quick smoothie at location in Athens al. and the manager reeked of pot and could not get my order right. When I ask to speak to her manager she stated that she was the manager. I was appalled. I asked for her name she stated it was none of my business but forgot to cover name tag her name was Ganon. So if you go to this location make sure she doesn't take your order because 26 min waiting on a medium smoothie. While she argued with another staff member about being 2 hours late... wonder why?

I went to a smoothie king in Clayton, MO yesterday and today no one was wearing a mask. The manager was there and didn't have a mask on either! In fact, A customer came in behind me without a mask because he forgot his mask and the manager told him not to worry about it and I quote, "I don't think we should have to wear those things anyway."
There is a MASK mandate in St. Louis county!
Please let the manager know that masks are required!

Your location at 1270 West Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30324 has had your workers not wearing masks and not been my there to make orders. Twice in the last week I have arrived to find no one there to take an order. Both times are nd 1:00 in the afternoon. When they have been available they have had no mask on. Wi will stop going if this continues.

I just left the Thibodaux location pretty dissatisfied. The worker was rude,my 2 large and 2 kiddie cups were all disgusting,and the worker told me that they didn't have the smoothie I asked for when I am certain of my order. I wasted almost $40 because none of us are drinking this horrible concoction! VERY POOR SERVICE AND THE ATTITUDE WAS AS IF WE HAD BOTHERED HER WITH OUR PRESENCE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND I EVEN BELIEVE SHE PUT WEIGHT GAIN IN OUR SMOOTHIES.

I visited the Kennesaw Georgia location on 4/7/20 and asked the female staff behind the counter to check my gift card for the balance.She asked me to place my card on the counter and step away behind the red tape line on the floor while she check. She then picked up my card with gloves on and a paper towel as though I had said I had COVID-19. After informing me of my card balance i decided that i didn't want to patronize any business that treats me like i was less than a customer. This use to be one of my favorite locations until this occurrence and I have since shared this incident with my fellow nurses not to patronize Smoothie King.

This happened at the Smoothie King location on 3rd St in Oklahoma City.

I preordered and prepaid for my smoothie; when I arrived the drive-thru was backed up so I drove to the front and parked. Beautiful day. Someone was parked in a brand new, black Mustang with orange detail right in front of the door, windows wide open. I thought good on them for enjoying the day!
Went inside to get my smoothie, but when I came out all I smelled was cigar smoke. Mr Mustang was smoking a cigar with the windows open where no one going in could avoid it. Got in my car and it smelled like a cigar in my car (it was probably just on me because I left my windows closed).
I looked over at him, and an employee came out to him with a bank bag and was speaking with him. I called the store, and they blew me off.
If he is the owner or manager, Joe rude and irresponsible to smoke right in front of the store and expose his customers to it! If it's the employee's boyfriend she should tell him to refrain until he leaves. Another option is to park across the small parking lot so at least customers have a fighting chance they won't breathe if in or smell like a dirty ashtray all day. It stinks (literally) to be trying to make good choices, and have this happen.

At the store location 1053 in Colorado Springs, my girlfriend arrived to pick up my order just after 4pm. They had no recollection of my order at all.

They didnt believe that I even paid for it over the phone. Now, I come to this particular location at least 3 times a week. So I just let it slide on that 1. I would have let it all go had that been the worst part about The Visit.

In order to locate my missing receipt.

A store employee dug through the trash can, with BARE HANDS , and then proceeded to make my drink! I need to be contacted by tomorrow or I will be this companies worst nightmare.

I went to your store in Greenville Tx. today. Two guys were working counter while a girl worked in the back. Both guys were slow and they looked lost. We had 3 drinks that took 20 min. to make and then we only got 2 drinks we had to tell them and then they asked to see our receipt in case they rang it up wrong and then they said we were right. I asked which one they handed me what kind it was and they didnt know so they took a spoon to taste it before they knew which one it was. It is very clear they need training and to pick up their pace. That girl in the back didnt come out to help until the last minute. The other girl that come in half way through this process never came out to help. This was a bad experience.

Hi, I have been turned away twice for this Smoothie King not having the having the necessary ingredients and cups needed to fix my smoothie. I am a regular customer here and I expect to be served properly when I ask for a smoothie. I have had to visit other Smoothie Kings to get my smoothie. Sincerely, an unhappy customer.

The customer service at Smoothie King, located at 14473 South Dixie Highway, Miami 33176, is a terrible place to go and purchase a smoothie. I have been a Smoothie King customer for numerous years. This Smoothie King is the worst. The men doesn't say thank you. They are not clean. They handle money and then go and prepare a smoothie. They don't wear gloves. I just purchased a smoothie today (January 10, 2020) at 130pm. I waited 40 minutes just for the guys to make the smoothie. Apparently, the mixer wasn't working or the contents were too much to mix. I was with a friend, who also ordered a smoothie. We had to remind them that we didn't get our smoothies. There were six people behind us and the guys started taking their orders without any regards to us getting our smoothies. A man came in after us, was served and left. The guys didn't apologize at all. This poor service has happened numerous of times. Finally, poor customer service and this is definitely the worst place for any service . I will think twice about a re-visit or recommending this place. Thanks for your attention in this matter.

Long time Smoothy King fan. Horrible experience at 5549 E Indian School Phoenix AZ an hour ago. Music BLASTING guy behind the counter keeps yelling at me that he cant hear me. Finally I tell him what I want and he offers no suggestions..." You have to pick something on the board". I eventually lost my kewl and let fly with an f bomb and walked out. Not like me but... Guy witg spikes coming out of his neck leash shoukdnt be employed by SK.

The store in Helotes off of Bandera rd in San Antonio, Texas smells terrible (stinks), like rotten fruit. The servers shorts were so short I could see her butt cheeks and she was not bending over!?!? She was washing out one of the blenders, dropped the top on the floor and did not wash it off!?!?! I cancelled my order. And drove to a different smoothie king at another location.
