I ordered a fruit bowl online; my friend ordered a smoothie at the same time online. It said my bowl would be ready at 11:17. My friend's smoothie was ready at 11:10. I waited and waited, and the lady never made my bowl, at 11:47 I went up there and asked her how much longer it would be for my bowl. She said I'm by myself and I have all these smoothies coming in and bowls take too much time so you will just have to wait for it. I said so you are going to make all the smoothies that keep coming in before my bowl. She said the bowls take too much time. I said I just want a refund; she said you can do it on your app. I then told her it does not give me an option she said I'm by myself and can't stop to get you a refund. I stood there and said so are you going to make my bowl. She then started talking on her air pods. About 6 minutes later she said you will get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I asked for a confirmation number for the refund she said it will come to your email. I then told her I haven't gotten an email she said well its not going to come with you just standing there it takes time. She was extremely rude. I understand she was working by herself; however you should make the orders as they come in. I do not recommend smoothie king and will never go back. I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. She was very short

My daughter was terminated without any write-ups or prior warnings because of hearsay. The original person who complained was a shift leader who clearly has issues. This particular shift leader gave my daughter a hard time since the day she started. She would tell her she was not allowed to wear particular bottoms or that her bottoms were too short and come in the following day wearing something shorter or similar to what my daughter previously had on. She would take her off of her drive thru time every time it was her allotted time and make her do something else. Her claim which led to my daughters termination changed 3 times by the time my daughter was called into the office. Then to make the situation worse, when her father went to speak with the manager about this serious allegation, the GM called the police claiming her father committed the same act as my daughter. I do not recommend any NON white teens/ young adults working at this location. Also, they fired another non-white employee days before and tried to unlawfully search another forcing him to quit over his cellphone. This location is out of control.

Hello today I went to the Fleming island, FL location and asked if the had ashwaganda which they do at most locations I've noticed and numerous times I was laughed at by the staff in the drive thru and told "haha we can't hear you or"whaaat" in a condescending attitude when I called and asked for a manager I was met with "I am the manager we couldnt hear you so that's why we laughed we have your tag number don't come back" my question is why in earth is your manager backing up as to why he laughed at me and why am I being told to not come back when I was the one being basically bullied by the staff. I am only 22 never complained about any establishment but I just can't shake how disgusted I am by the way I was treated for literally no reason. I hope this gets taken care of

IF you use the #SmoothieKing website to order delivery, it comes from #DoorDash and if they mess up your order/delivery, they both point fingers at each other and the customer LOSES. Meanwhile, I'm out thirty bucks. You have been warned ...

Store does not answer calls. DoorDash refunded Smoothie King - so now they have that money AND my money - and I am out $30.62. Store Manager says she cannot issue a refund, and only the owner can.

I Went In To Get A Smoothie On Sunday Afternoon.the Lady Working At The 1905 St Charles Ave Store Did Not Acknowlegde My Hello And Was Rude To Me Even After I Placed My Order, I Said I Was Leaving A Cash Tip. Again No Response, I Took Out My Card After Paying And She Asked Me "is Something Wrong?". Iresponded I Just Thought You Would Say Thanks For The Tip.her Response Was I Said Ok.another Customer Walked In She Took His Order She Made Three Smoothies At The Same Time (the Second Customer Ordered Two)she Gave Him His Order First And Told Me That She Messed Up On My Size Order I Ordered 320z She Made It 24oz She Asked If I Wanted More Ice I Said No I Want What I Ordered.she Then Replied Well What Do You Want Me To Do I Said Give Me A Refund.i Believe She Purposefully Messed Up My Order. She Was Rude And Very Unprofessional. I Dont Know Her Name But She Was Older About 55 Or So With Multiple Tatoos And Poor Dentition. We Argued Back And Forth For Awhile And I Told Her I Was Contacting The Coporate Office. She Gave Me My Refund And I Left The Store

I went to smoothies on western center. Fort Worth, TX 76131 address. And those kids play too much even the managers. I don't know what they be doing but corporate need to check and see what's going on at that store.
I went there a couple months ago and they didn't even have enough courtesy to ask me what I want it. just looking at me like I was crazy not the most friendly kid you want to serve you because most of our kids

Just left you store on 159 N Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60601 amd we walked in at 850pm and were told that they were closed and couldn't service us as the workers were cleaning up. We asked if they close at 9pm which they said we start closing at 845pm.
Being a business owner, I know this isn't good for business.

Our family were watching "Undercover Boss" & happened to see CEO Wan Kim undercover. We decided to go grab some smoothies & we arrived at about 7:40 PM. Autumn & the young men with her (maybe her supervisor), received us with the nastiest attitude because we arrived at almost closing time. Our experience were so bad that I have NOT been able to sleep (It's 2:15 AM). We didn't drink our smoothies worried that he might have spit or done something to it. I hope Smoothie King have cameras so that they can see how we were treated. I have NEVER given a bad review but this can NOT be/should not be tolerated.

Spent 61.97 and smoothies tasted funny - asked for them to be remade.... Manager was rude offered gift card then changed his mind. Would not remake smoothies, or issue gift card , or refund! 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend the Gulfport Highway 49 location!

I was just in the Jensen Beach smoothie King location as I am every day at this time. Usually has I'm in the drive-through the girls hear my voice and know that I want to banana boat with peanut butter. But the last couple of days there's two guys that have been working there, they are very very rude. As I walked in the door, nobody said hello to me, or even looked at me. That you guys were just going back-and-forth flirting with the little girl that works with them. After I stood there for about five minutes, I said " hey guys, how are you doing?, How I am doing well thank you so much for asking." the girl looked at me with a disgusting look on her face and the guy at the window just said."hold up we will be with you in a minute" I stood there for about three more minutes with nobody even looking at me, or asking me what I wanted, so I told them " I am leaving and will not be coming back" he said "ok good"
Anytime I work with one of my clients, as soon as we leave the gym, I bring them to smoothie king. All my clients know that and get excited when the workouts are coming to an end. I will be doing that no more. If I don't hear back from you guys today, I will post all over Google maps, Facebook, and anywhere else I can leave a review. I'm very upset with you guys.

You need to have a menus for people that want no added sugar. A-lot of your fruits are in sugar syrup and have added sugar. Many people such as myself can eat and process natural fruit sugar but cannot eat processed sugars. The people working here could not tell me if your juices have added sugar or not. Looks like the only fruits you have with no added processed sugar is unsweetened strawberries and bananas. Good to have that all listed for people like myself that have hypoglycemia. Thank you

I can't believe you can run a business and just never answer the phone I received a nasty tasting smoothie no tim to go back I wanted to call and get refund and find out what happen why i got a totally different smoothie that the one I usually get so it could be avoided in the future guess ive learned you have to tasta test immediately or run the risk of getting down the road to have the ultimate smoothie nightmare its a franchise supposed to be same every store every time not a wildcard pic of the makers interupatation on what he heard what a nasty smoothie it was

This is honestly unbelievable , there was no one to serve us , we called land line thinking they might come or hear the call but non of the workers heard it. I had to go to the back myself and fetch them to serve us .I did not expect such from smoothie king . Please teach your workers to be organized and be disciplined,Thanks.

I am a Smoothie King lover with a Champion Status level . I placed an order from the app on Wednesday 02/16/2002 around 630 pm and my pick up was at 876 Virginia Ave suite A Hapeville Ga 30354 which is near the airport in Atlanta Ga.
I had to wait for them to prepare it which was not a problem. The young lady prepared it and I watched her put it in the blender . She took it out and consulted a co worker and added more powder to my smoothie . Put it back on the blender and let it blend some more , poured it up and gave it to me . I got back to work and tasted it and noticed the added powder did not mix well . I called the location to let them know that and the rep did not say I'm sorry , we can fix you another one or anything like that . I asked for a manger and was told no one was there .
This is the first time this has ever happened . Normally if not mixed well or bad taste , they will redo it for you , well not this time . The employees at the time of my visit appeared to be new hires in training . Needless to say, that experience put a bad taste in my mouth. Will I visit again ?, probably so but no time soon .

I am deeply concerned about the way the Smoothie King in Cedar Hill, Texas is being operated. I ordered a 20oz drink via app. I picked up my order and got into the car. Once in the car I noticed my cup lid was too big. I went back inside because I figured this must be a mistake. I was told by an employee and a manager that they don't have lids to fit 20oz cups AND if I want a cup with a lid I would have to pay $.27. I thought Smoothie King was a reputable company but this is no way to run a business. You choose to charge a customer for something you as the business owner should be providing. I spend a lot of money at Smoothie King. My husband and I get smoothies if various sizes at least 4 days a week. I will not return to a business that treats their customers this poorly. I will also post a google review and blog.

I went to your location in Greater Landover, MD on 11/1/2021. I arrived at the store at 4:30 and it took the employees 15 inutes to even acknowledge my presence. When the black girl asked me if I was ready to order, I said I've been ready. She took her time making my smoothie and when it was ready, she gave it to a man that ordered after I did. It was a black girl and black man working in that store. They had to be in their 20s. I will never go to that location again. They are very unprofessional and need to be replaced by more mature and experienced people. Just nasty, rude and unprofessional.

The manager at your store at 12599 Olive blvd in creve coeur Missouri threatened and abused my daughter at that location this morning. The better business bureau has been contacted and I've spoken to the consumer reporters at every local tv station. A crew will be there soon to film your employees and report publicly on your problem there. This is horrendous customer service and accountability is required now!

I went to the Smoothie King in my local neighborhood in SW Atlanta. The cashier at the drive thru window spoke to me in a very rude way. Needless to say, I decided not to spend my dollar with them. I went somewhere else to be served and was treated much nicer! Smoothie King needs to hire young people with manners.

I visited the Smoothie King Store (2022 Powers Ferry Road, Ste. 120) a couple of times but always gone through the bad customer service. First time, I was mistreated but I ignored it as it may be unintentional. Second day, I was again mistreated then I noticed it was specifically me being mistreated and on the third day when I entered the store the staff lady rudely said "oh it him, he came back", after going through the racist behavior again, I complained the store manager but she also mistreated me. She not only spoke harsh words but also mocked me. I have also video proofs which I will post on social media.
I was rudely treated, I don't think they have the professional training/ethics. It was a horrifying terrible experience. Unprofessional and bad management of the store. I don't think this is the way the customer should be treated. totally disappointment. I will never ever step into the store chain again. Not recommended at all.

Very bad customer service at the 3670 S new hope rd store in Gastonia Nc. I asked for no whey to be put in my smoothie and it was put in anyway and the guy Corbin that worked there would not give me a refund or remake them...

I continue to buy your smoothies each time the company raises the prices because I truly enjoy the taste and ingredients in the smoothie I purchase, but what is frustrating is the cup size that I pay for are never filled.. The past 3 times I have purchased a smoothie there has been minimum an inch of empty space left at the top of the cup. If I pay for a 32 oz $10.00 smoothie, I expect to to get that not a 290z $10 smoothie.

Out of a couple dozen visits, I've only had 2 where their employees didn't snap at me for some reason. Sadly, there's no competition close by. The manager is the worst. They do make great smoothies but have little respect for paying customers. Apparently we're lucky to be blessed by their childish and self-centered attitudes.

Workers were the least friendly of them all at Morrisville, NC location. We didn't realize they closed at 9 and came in one minute before closing and they slammed something on the counter and gave attitude. It was so rude to the point that we told them we could feel they didn't want us there & we would leave. They didn't say anything and let us leave not denying that they didn't want us there.

My daughter surprise me with a Angel food smoothie, that she got from the Houston Levee, Collierville location. The only surprise to me was it taste like rotten bananas. I threw it away. What a waste of money and time.

Workers are truly being tortured!! They are providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for this company. Never enough help and they are often alone. Customers get very angry and mean to them and I think it's shameful that they treat the kids this way. It hurts the business because I OFTEN leave when the wait is unacceptably long!! My go to location is Plainfield Illinois. I lose a little respect for the business every time I see this mistreatment of kids!! Shameful & obvious that all Smoothie King cares about is their bottom line. All that is needed is an extra person. Every customer here today is really mad ?

To whom it may concern,

I am a smoothie king employee for the past 7 months or so, I have not had no complaints since, I have requested more hours to work. I am a College student and needed more hours for my school expenses, My Supervisor Carol at the Smoothie king Park village area, stated that she received complaints about me. Please keep in mind she has not address anything to me no verbal or written noticed concerning my work performance, I have questions my co-workers and they had no complaints about me, there 6 workers in smoothie king out of the 6 workers everyone has a total of 21 hours per week, and I was only given 6 hours a week, mind you the company is hiring and needs more employees. As per 6 co-worker complaints were coming from Ms carol to other co-workers about smoothie blends after all co-workers stated to Ms. Carol that is not true. But no conversation was said to me. I take my work serious. If there is a problem I believe that employee should be address first before any other co-workers. Ms Carol send me a text message stating that I need more training but she cut my hours for a entire week, How I am supposed to be trained or pay for my school expenses.
