Have been to your store number 340. East West connector austell Georgia on several occasions and never open on time. I visited shortly after 7 a.m. and they will not open I'm here again today and it's now 7:17 a.m. and there's still no one here. While waiting I observe several customers pull up and drive off because the store is not open.

A few weeks ago I quit my job at smoothie king(6575 sugarloaf prkwy) because of the GM, MJ. she would repeatedly blame me for everything even when I didn't work for 3 days. It felt as if she was out to get me. Sort of prejudice towards me. I texted her a few days ago trying to obtain my last check, she proceeded to disrespect me again. Calling me stupid and all types of stuff. This woman doesn't deserve to have a store at all. She has disrespected me from my first day at the store. I didn't say anything about her or to her that was portrayed as disrespectful. I feel as if she should be gone.

I had glass in my smoothie. I was sucking up smoothie and had a hard piece in it. I spit it out and realized it was glass. Upon further instruction I can see multiple glass shards in the smoothie. This isn't okay and I really am scared I might get very sick from the glass shards in my smoothie. I do not feel this is safe, normal, or remotely acceptable.

At your office on the corner of Richmond and Weslyan. It is 940, Sunday, October 13, someone is inside, and you were supposed to open at nine but she is still preparing and the door is locked.

Your store in bird rhode and 87 Avenue miami supposed to close at 10:00 pm , I walk in at 9:38 pm and was told that I could not get service because they were cleaning. That's retículos you should change closing hours to 9:30 pm that way you employees could go to bed earlier.

I know the price increases was put in place but I have continued to be over charged for a small smoothie. I'm told that is that is what the system says & they can't do anything about it. I called & spoke to a manager at the main smoothie king here in Corpus & was told they had been having a problem but they thought it was only at their store & that they would go back into the system to correct it. Well here I am on week 2 & still being over charged.

I went to a smoothie king in mount Laurel New Jersey yesterday. I had previously visited this store before only to find out they have no Splenda. I can not tolerate their other sugar substitute. So that being said, I purchased my own Splenda and kept it in my car. So I went in the store with my 3 packs of Splenda only to be told that they would not put it in my shake as I purchased it and I Brough it in from the outside. How ridiculous a statement is that. Also I noticed the store is not cleaned and the shelves are always empty and more importantly the staff is very rude. I read all the other comments people have left and Smoothie King has a real public relation problem.

I'm at the smoothie king in st Charles on 5th street and the young boy taking orders has his headphone wireless in with his headset and didn't even look up or acknowledge me standing there to take my order. The young very nice girl asked me if I was ready to order and I said yes. She then pointed to the young boy and said he'll take your order. I said oh ok he hasn't even looked up or acknowledged me so I didn't know. Been there every day this week but will not be back. I'll fimd a new location.

I went to your store in Savannah, Ga on Waters Ave...I to purchase smoothie and my reward didn't scan...I rude cashier to my she could only scan my reward once a day....that is a lie because I would get me a smoothie tiwce a day.....I told her I would not pay full price when I have two dollars off...I left her with a 7 dollar void s few minutes ago....I hate rude people...

8611 SW 40st Rude, obnoxious, ridiculous. Is what I witnessed today. Should not own the Smoothie King brand franchise. Jimmy the owner. I will never go back to this location and will tell everyone I know and social media the same.

I went to the Lemmon location (3909 Lemmon avenue, Dallas,Texas, 75219. I arrived around 10:55ish, went through the drive thru and waited for someone to take my order, 2 mins. Go by and no one tries to take my order. So I began to say hello into the speaker and no one answers so I waited for another two mins. And no one came to take my order. So I finally drive around and walk inside the store. I see two people that are working behind the counter and no on acknowledges me so I stood there waiting for someone to do so and nothing. So the guy finally asks me if I'm going to order anything. So I attempt to put my order in and he seemed so uninterested in me or my order, even though he was very rude I continue to put my order in while he begging to talk to his coworker while I'm trying to tell him what I want in my smoothie. When he finally made my smoothie he begins to question in a very rude way, why I decided to park my vehicle so close to the store and I try to tell him because I thought no one was working since I was at the drive thru for a minute he continues to tell me don't ever park there again with this rude attitude. This young man was super rude and I will never return to this location because of him. I wrote this because that shouldn't be the way any customer should be treated

Good morning, I visited the Smoothie King located at 5207 E Fowler Ave, Temple Terrace, FL. 33617. I just had Lasik done so I had on my sun glasses when I walked in but as I walking in there was no one at the counter. I was looking down because I was trying to find my Smoothie King App on my phone. When I looked up the gentleman was standing at the register. He never greeted me to let me know he was there. So I said hello, and he looked at me with a frown and said what can I get for you. He never said hello back. I am an African American woman and I am hoping that this wasn't a situation of racism. After he did not greet me in return, I said to him that's ok, I don't want anything. I didn't want help from him. I didn't like his attitude and I have gone to this Smoothie King many times in the past and never have I had this experience before.

Thursday, August 12, 2019 I arrived at the location at 3303 S. hwy 6 at Williams Trace at 6:15. I'd looked online and it showed this location opened at 6:30 am. I had to be at work for 7:00 am so I was okay on time. A guy that worked there was in his truck waiting for the opener to get there also. She got there at 6:45. I said " oh, you're a little late this morning. She said very dry and unapologeticall, "no, we open at 7. I said online says you open at 6:30 and so does the sign on the door. She didn't respond. I went in and got my smoothie. She never apologized. I was a little late for work. But the issue was her nonchalant attitude. There's another Smoothie King about 1 mile from that one. But I always go to this one and have never encountered an attitude like hers.

Your contact is horrible, on hold for 25 minutes finally just hung up! I have persistent problems with store # 1432 and their scanner but the worst is trying to get help from guest relations or customer service

I wanted to touch base with you and let you know that the manager of your store in Metairie Louisiana on Veterans and David Drive has one of the most rudest managers I've ever spoke with. I am trying to order a supplement called Concentrate for my daughter in which I have purchased from the exact store a couple of years ago .. it was ordered for me. I was told he had never heard of it he refused to help me and he was rude.

I visit smoothie King 7 days a week. I receive a receipt for all transactions, I think that it's very unfair for your customer to only be rewarded that $1 off every $15 days . I assure you I have a receipt for every day since the beginning of May, I also never received my birthday reward, I have tried to reach the website and wrote in once , however I just wanted to share this , I'm sure I am not the only customer addicted to your smoothies. So went to Smoothie King order to drink waited for it forever I was the only one in the drive-thru looking and see the lights turn off and one employee jumping around with his hand up in the air just dancing some girl came out and look like they were just having a grand old time and I got upset and took off not the perfect first experience with Smoothie King that I had very disappointed

I went into smoothie king in Austell,Ga (east/west connector). Today is national smoothie day. Atvthe register I was told I can get the free smoothie on a different day. As I was waiting to pickup my smoothie, I leaned over to ask a lady if there was a time frame in which I should return for the free one, she looked at me like I had 10 heads and said she has no idea. I asked if she was unaware, she answered and said she knows nothing about it. I was confused. I asked for a manager, she said she is (with an attitude)She said that kind of promotion comes from corporate so I asked is she just not participating in it? She said she doesn't know anything about it and refer to online or the app. I was shocked at how short and annoyed she got, especially being the manager. She rolled her eyes with a smirk shaking her head. Her customer svc is horrible. What is she teaching her employees under her. None of them smile or are welcoming. The security guard was the friendliest. It took another customer to answer my question. I don't usually write reviews but we as paying customers shouldn't be treated like such. I went on the smoothie king reviews and see others complain about that location. Evidently she doesn't like to participate in accepting coupons or promotions smh. The smoothies are tasteful unlike her attitude.

Unfortunately, my location is terribly under staffed. Six people in line waiting to order, eight people waiting for their order. Every one is doing their best to be patient, but this is a problem during lunch every day. No obvious manager onsite or available to assist.

It's in the mid-90s in Knoxville. Your Smoothie King store says they no longer use styrofoam but are using a thin plastic cup that has zero insulation quality. I bought a koozie about a month ago to keep the Smoothie cold until I could get back home with it about 12 miles away. I go back today and they tell me they don't sell Koozies anymore. There's no way to drive 12 miles from the Smoothie King to home and still have a frozen drink. I will not be visiting that Smoothie King again and I have been a regular customer for years. I'm headed to the other store in Knoxville and hope they have the Koozies otherwise I guess I'll find a new place to get something to drink that's cold.

I will NEVER go to a Smoothie King again. After driving for 1.5 hours I stopped at the Smoothie King on Lakeside dr in LYNCHBURG VA for lunch. I had to use the restroom badly but the manager (older woman) said I had to order prior to using the restroom??? I could not believe that someone was stopping me from peeing until after I ordered. I walked out and over to Panera where I used the bathroom and spent $13 for lunch. I have NEVER heard anything like this and won't darken a Smoothie King Door again. I have already told 5 people about this and will continue to tell this unbelievable story

I would like to talk to the manager from the Smoothie King in Laredo, Tx. The address is 1408 Del Mar Blvd I had a horrible experience I was humiliated in front of my kids and the staff at the smoothie king by the manager Andrea. I called and ask to speak to the owner as I am a regular customer and I just kept getting the run around. The staff would just pass me to the same rude manager. I would really like to get contacted regarding this matter as this is not the first incident.

I went to Smoothie King in Laplace for the free pineapple recharge promotion. I am allergic to pineapples so I asked for a strawberry recharge and I was told by the young lady she couldn't make any other kinds of smoothies for the promotion as per her boss. I pulled up my email and showed her that it did in fact say if pineapple wasn't your flavor of choice, strawberry and strawberry mango were other options. Please advise me on this misleading advertisement or did I just misunderstand it?

My daughter and I went to the new smoothie king in grand Praire TX on camp wisdom street. I bought both smoothies and she got hers and it was watery and it took another 10 before I got mine. It look like they took care of all the drive thru customers first before they did my drink and then hand me my smoothie and say I'm sorry it took so long. I was not satisfied with my service

I went to get smoothies for my daughter that is very sick I was going to get multiple smoothies for over night. I arrived at 8:30 with the internet clearly giving 9pm as closing, the front door also stated 9 pm. The girls behind the counter said they were closing and refused to make the smoothies I needed. I'm sorry but this is wrong. Employees should have locked the door prior if they were really closing and not just being lazy not wanting to make smoothies.
