I went to Round Table tonight and was informed you no longer honor Senior or Military Discounts nor will anymore Coupons be coming out in the future , sorry but being a senior on a fixed income you just lost me as a customer

I've tried them All .... The worst pizzas are pizza hut..but Pizza hut used to be the best deep dish or thin..so good in the 80s...it's horrible now. Dominos never used to be good....I think the younger generation loves dominos. Locally..pizza from Mars is fantastic !!! So is Toni Pepperoni, delicious.
The 2 terrible pizza franchises are above.
The abosolute best Pizza in the united states' is Round Table Pizza ?...dine in or delivery is always Perfect !!
You gotta order and taste 3 times to give a great rating.
It's a little more expensive but it worth it......

I walked into the Round Table on Ash Way in Washington. There was a fat white girl and a hispanic girl screaming at the young fella with the mustache, saying he's barely a manager and that he should go shoot a school up and kill himself. If anyone spoke to me like that I would beat you until the police pulled me off you. I don't know what kind of establishment you're running there but this kid walks over to the counter, smiling, like these comments didn't even phase him and asked how he could help me? I asked if he wanted me to call the police for him and merely chuckled and asked how he could help me again. I don't understand how someone could be that professional and friendly after just having been yelled at by people he's supposed to be able to rely on for help. Absolutely disgusting behavior from those women. And the young man informed me there names are Korina Mace and Megan Richard. His name was Quincy or something. IF you go there, ask for him.

1177 Round Table, Modesto, CA. I was excited to see the salad bar open again, be cause I visited at least weekly before Pandemic. The server was obviously a trainee, but his supervisor was not helpful. After a confused time, I paid $9.99 for a takeout salad, had to ask for a container several times, and other issues arose. The salad bar was kind of pathetic at 11:19 a.m., and the ingredients were nearly inedible because they were not fresh at all.

Anderson California. The very worst roundtable I have been too.. they are very slow and go out of their way to be unfriendly even to the children. The games stole our kids quarters and they did nothing about it and the place is filthy. The bathroom door is push to go in and pull to come out so hoping everyone who uses the bathroom washes their hands or there is no point.. worst round table ever! Anderson California..

Dear Sir, With all due respect, I am writing this letter with much disappointment to inform you about your pathetic services. I ordered a pizza and a family salad from Roundtable at 7953 Greenback Ave, Citrus Heights,CA 95610. Online order #5001. When I opened the container several gnats flew out. I was able to kill at least 2 of them. I immediately called Round table and asked for the driver to return to pick up the salad and requested a refund. I was told by the female who refused to give me her name that they couldn't give me a refund but can offer to give me a free salad. My question is why would I want another bug contaminated salad? At this point I feel that I'm being forced to eat contaminate food from this establishment.After getting some legal advice I was told to visit in person. As I arrived I spoke to a young lady and explained to her what happened. I showed her the tainted salad, and asked me to hold on, she would be right back. After coming from the office she stated that she could not give me a refund because per the owner Mark Watson, stated Refunds were not allowed due to store policy. $11 may not mean a lot to others but it mean a lot to me. I work hard for my money and for someone to feel like they can keep it is not right especially when the issue is on their end. I will be taking further action. All this could've been prevented if I was issued a refund.

The service is good I went to the one on Excelsiorthe bottom of my pizza is soggy to much sauce I'm very disappointed and the money you pay you should get a good pizza not enough toppings I'm very unsatisfied and I want my money back i just got the pizza just now 07/04/22 not ok

Ordered king arthur supreme to go (very expensive) at Anderson ca store. When I got home there was a lot of sauce but no cheese and very little of anything. I was shocked. I called to complain & the guy denied that it happened. What a huge RIP off. They lost a good customer

I paid a 4 dollar tip on a 20 dollar carryout pizza. I requested extra red sauce. As usual, I did not get the extra sauce.

Went into your Portola San Francisco location and the staff were not friendly or helpful in any way. Ordered a small sausage and cheese. Only one choice of crust? Pizza was about the worst I ever had. Barely a step above frozen. Paid $35 for a small pizza and 6 wings. I swear the crust was pre-made and not fresh. Sauce was thick and tasted bad. Definitely not worth the price. Never again.

Calling round table you get a call center and get disconnected likley. What a time sucker! 4 people later and finally get an order in for pick up.

Looking at undercover boss I notice you company put the used grease in the garbage. WHY? it's wrong for your company to contribute to the enviroment. Why haven't you found a way to reused or dispose of it correctly. Also your website is horrible. there is no way to request a thin crust pizza which is why I stopped ordeing your pizza. Thin crust should be availabe on all pizzas. Not everyone whats the thick crust.

Whenever I get to checkout, it says "no matches found". Trying to order the special and its for online only. I retied the app and in browser. This SUCKS

I think the customer service is pitiful, the way businesses treat customers is inexcusable, roundtable one of the most expensive pizzas on the market, no longer provides napkins or plates, and you have to ask for parmesan cheese and pepper packets, the least roundtable employees could do is wear a mask, what's so hard about that vaccinated or not a mask and gloves should be mandatory in the food business, if a customer can respect a businesses and wear a mask along with spend money in that business why can't the same respect be returned, people are childish and defensive when called out for their wrong doings, and need to learn a lesson on what real customer service means, or maybe these type of businesses should be shut down and no longer profit from the people, because they do not deserve to be own or manage a business or franchise since doing the right thing is so difficult

The double play pepperoni pizza is advertised for 19.99. On the menu, to build said pizza is 24.49. When I ordered the pizza they charged me 25.99 before tax, yup, even 1.50 higher than the non discounted price. I call for a refund of the difference and am told it was my mistake. So, even without the special, I am apparently charged an extra 1.50 for the honor of calling it a double play (twice stolen from). This store is the garden groce, ca branch.

This is not the first time we order from round table in San Diego. Today i placed an order personally, one of my items was a family size Cesar salad, what was my surprise that i was informed that "the dressing" had an additional charge. I even asked i order a Cesar salad, since when you charge for the dressing? The employee said that the Cesar salad is Romain lettuce, croutons and cheese no dressing. So, he said "fine" I'll give you dressing. In the meantime he grabbed the dressing i was reading the menu, and showed to him and said " please inform your customer if any changes you are making to the menu, it's clear black and white, on the menu with Cesar salad dressing"
There should be no charge for dressing when you order a salads..

On January 5 2022, after ordering food the customer after me was being verbally attacked for letting the manager know the employees making salad and another making the pizzas were NOT wearing masks. The manager replied "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. The manager proceeded to yell "don't come back" at the customer. California state mandate as customers have to wear a mask too. I canceled my order. Filed a report on the website and have not received any response back. Have video think I'll file it with the health department

I waited over 2hr 30min for my pizza manager lied to me about delivery then told me to come in I have Covid and I told him if I came in he would not like what I have to say I can get Very loud Delivery person very nice I have used this Round Table for over ten years and service has gone down hill in the last year

So it's my birthday and I wanted something that tasted like home. I'm originally from the Bay Area and move to Salem Oregon recently. There is only one round table near me and that's at Keizer Station. So on the way to the Round Table who is all mine or during seems to be down I tried to call and order my pizza in advance. I let it ring roughly 30 *. Then when when we got there they quickly informed us that there is no dine in option because of covid. Which is fine but a bunch of crap if you ask me. They have signs up for a barbecue beef Pizza that's new and I thought yeah I'll try that. Tried to order it we don't make those anymore they have signs up everywhere for this type of pizza. So one would think that if you don't make it anymore you would take those down. The person working behind the counter it was obvious they didn't want any customers. I said or asked why didn't anyone pick up the phone when I tried to order ahead of time if you only have take out. She told me that they just don't answer the phone sometimes and went on to tell me you know sometimes people call one after another and they expect us to pick up the phone. No kidding it's a place of business it's a pizza restaurant people call in your supposed to pick up the phone. I didn't say that but that's exactly what I was thinking. After waiting 25 minutes for our pizza I hear the manager bargain with her employee saying if you stay late you don't have to answer the phone. Really? Are you serious? What kind of place of business is this? I grew up on Round Table Pizza in the Bay Area and never have I had such crappy service from a place to obviously does not want repeat business. I forgot to order my garlic twists with my pizza and then informed the employee that I wanted some. She seemed put out and then inform me if you would have ordered this with your pizza it would have been free. My thought is the whole damn meal should be free. What kind of pizza place doesn't pick up their phones. While I was sitting there I heard the phone ring 2 times probably 10 or 15 rings at a time did they pick up the phone no. Were they busy no. I understand why why there is only one round table in this area. Who would want to go to around Table after this type of crap. It's my birthday and after looking at this pizza I think I want to throw up it is raw and it's obvious that they wanted us out of the restaurant. If you can call it that. The manager of that place should clean house and get some real employees that want to work and want to do their job because it's obvious that this management and employee team that was there tonight doesn't want a job.And after all that my pizza is raw. I just wanted something that tasted like home on my birthday. Was that to much to ask for something that tastes like home on your birthday.

The "general manager" on staff at the Westfield Culver City location needs to work on her customer service skills. The store displays a QR code menu and she refused to honor the lunch menu that appears on the code. She has a bad attitude and is unprofessional. Too many tattoos visible tattoos to be considered for a position of such authority.

I have tried using the app to order at the La Habea CA location teixe. Whenever I get to checkout, it says "no matches found". The first time this happened, I had to go inside and show the manager. He said he couldn't help me and that he wouldn't honor the "special" that was on the app. I just tried it again, same message. I called and the manager was rude, again, and said he didn't know. I asked if he would give me the same deal over the phone as the one I'm having problems with on the app and he said he couldn't t. That it was online only. I know this, but it won't work but he wouldn't help. I understand this is a franchise, but it's frustrating to have to drive 20 minutes down the road instead of across the street just because the manager is rude and unprofessional. The deal I wanted was $19.99 large double play. He won't honor that deal. I won't go back to this location and after reading Yelp and other complaints, knowing that he is obviously not going to change his ways, it's sad.

Went to the lake combie store and observed the manager totally degrade an employee very loud in front of customers. Totally uncalled for. She was just awful just yelling g very loud. Will not go back due to her actions.
