One of the worst pizza places. Overpriced, bad service, slow service and the list goes on. Recently, they have attempted to be a server type. The server is slow. Have to wait for 30 minutrs to get a drink refill, even for water. The pizza was left on their counter for 40 minutes before it was served. The server decides where you are permitted to sit and you are left standing in a crowded area even if multiple tables are availabe. Now have to tip and pay a server fee.

I will never order again. Oakley California store employees don't wanna work. I online ordered because I wanted the deal. It was confirmed at 830. Order #5030 . They canceled it and did not call. The delivery time was 944 I didn't know till 950. Now I can't order anywhere else. The time before they kept a box of pizza said they delivered it and found out it was still in the employees car. The time before that they brought the wrong pizza. They say they will compensate next order but don't have in system. Ridiculous. I have 3 sons and I spend alot of money. Not now. Round table WAS the now unreliable. I bet they won't even get back to me.

I have loved your pizza all 43 years of my life. Unfortunately, I have had several major upsets when it comes to customer service and the treatment received by a handful of employees in a few different locations. All of these locations have been in Northern California. For the most part, most of it has been "dealt with" almost satisfactory, although there have been a couple incidents where the incident occurred over the phone and upon asking for a manager I was told I was already speaking to the manager or there was no manager available. I highly doubt I was speaking with the manager in any of those situations, especially seeing how I had gone through an ordeal at one restaurant, and he told me he was the manager, just to find out later that he had lied and done a few other things that was definitely not deemed redeemable in the eyes of the manager of that Round Table and that employee was fired after that. Although I kinda felt bad for the guy, he was definitely in the wrong and I understood why he would be fired for what he did. One of those times, I was given a few coupons by a manager who said she was the district manager. She told me that I could use the coupons at any of the Round Tables in Northern California, but when I tried to redeem a $5 off coupon 3 nights ago, I was told that they don't participate in any rewards programs and therefore they wouldn't accept it. I told him that it wasn't a rewards thing, and tried explaining it to him but he said I couldn't use it. Although frustrated, I didn't get mad at him because I don't think he was trying to be difficult. I still proceeded to order the pizza and tip him $10 for a carryout order consisting of one pizza. I work in a tip based job and although a carryout order doesn't require tipping, I still know the feeling of getting a good tip, especially when it required less work for that particular order compared to others that require a lot more work and I get tipped less than half of that. I tell you this so you know that I'm not a mean person, nor am I stingy, picky, or unempathetic, and I'm pretty understanding and open minded about a lot of situations. I just don't understand why I wouldn't be able to use that coupon at a Santa Rosa Round Table but I could use them at the rest of the Round Tables in Sonoma County? Does that sound incorrect to you? Or is there something I'm missing in this situation, that was not explained to me? The location I'm referring to is on Occidental Road in Santa Rosa. Is there something different about that location that makes them different than the rest of the local locations?

RTP La Habra Ca has terrible service, under cook food and light on toppings, sauce etc.
Is this a real RTP? My rating is for RTP La Habra Ca. not Diamond Bar.

Today I went to north Fontana I been a customer for the past 10 years and I always pay with cash today I was Embarrass embarrass the manager took the $100.00 bill to the back and come back and said if I have another time of paiment and I said I been a customer for 10 years this ridiculous.

I wanted to let you know I have been going to RTP for 40 years .
Your store in Oakley Ca needs to work on their customer service
I was there today at approx 6:30 pm to buy a large pizza and a beer .
I was told I could only get the coupon price if I ordered from the
Website . There were 3 employees sitting on the ground outside
Two employees standing by the ovens One in the bathroom and one said she was off and counting money .
After waiting for 10 min and trying to get the online coupon to work
I asked the guy behind the counter if I can just order here and get the coupon price I explained to him I could not get the online
Coupon because I could net get it to work.
He really didn't care and said no did not offer to help .
I told him I guess I will go to mtn mikes pizza across the street
He didn't care and was very unhelpful.
If this is your coupon policy it. Does not make sense and

I am very disappointed . I have been a steady every week Saturday delivery, and now I find,out the store has moved to a different part of the city further from my house. But you have a location that is about 2 miles from my home, and the person I talked with to place my order, tells me no deliver to my area even though 1 1/2-2 mile from the store. Just letting you know you just lost a steady Saturday night delivery of 15 years. It is true I am close to 2 other pizza companies, but I prefer your store. I have delivery as I am unable to drive. It has been a pleasure doing business with you these many years, just sorry you will not let it continue.?

We ordered delivery last night, I understand long wait time for that HOWEVER I got cold French Fries instead of potato wedges. That is false advertising by substituting an item and charging same high cost, without telling the consumer and then get them cold. What is the DEAL! Shame on your company

4/20/2023 time 235 lady was extremely rude and when I was trying to order she asked me my phone number to see if I had rewards which I do could because I've ordered from here several times she tries to tell me that I don't it's not on her screen I showed her on my phone that I was she said well doesn't show it on my screen and refuse to let me order a pizza so my husband went in because I was so upset I had to walk out and she was rude she was rude to him And he had to repeat his order several times to her and she still could not get it right I've had problems with this lady in the past coming to my house and yelling at me because I wasn't in front of my house fast enough for her she hadn't even knocked on my door yet I've always looked past it just thinking you know maybe she had a bad day but this is like the 5th or sixth time and I'm getting to the point where I don't order round table anymore because I don't want to deal with this lady she is beyond rude and the other worker that was in there was very nice younger blonde haired girl was trying to help but the old lady was just being mean and yelling at her breaks my heart to see someone have to work and that kind of a condition The little on customers having to deal with that attitude of a person how could you have somebody working there when for the past year I've had nothing but problems with her and this made me not want to come here and I've stopped ordering as much from here now I'm not coming back to this location at all it is gone downhill

Way too much sugar added. All I could taste on a pepperoni pizza was sugar. Won't be going there again. Years ago the pizzas were great, but now they taste like candy, at least that's true of the pepperoni pizza.

Only one person working at the branch on lake boulevard she was extremely sick would not put gloves on when handling food she was asked to wear them by customer and refused and when asked if she could have covid she was unsure and admitted it was possible. Very unprofessional and unsanitary having someone work while sick in the food industry she said her name was Karen

I have visited roundtables pizza 097 in Citrus Heights on Thursday at 4:02 PM. We had ordered a delivery we had the sports pack. Our pizza was supposed to have linguiça and pepperoni when they deliver the pizza. It ended up having mushrooms and pepperoni. I called the following day and they told me they could remake my pizza. When I came down there they explain to me they could not remake my pizza in and I had my receipt in hand. This is bad customer service. Tell me to come all the way down there and then they did not remake my pizza .

My complaint is I didnt receive the ingredients that I ordered on the pizza. There was no red sauce, no spinach, no mushrooms and too much onions. I won't ever order another pizza again.

Went to round table on Prospect Road, Saratoga, CA. They will not honor the Birthday free personal with the purchase of 20 Oz drink. He said we do not have a scanner and the owner does not allow it. Poor business practice. That is the first time. Never been able to claim the award

The Ukiah, CA Round Table is in need of a complete overhaul. Round Table in Ukiah has competition. We have many very good puzzarias in town. Unfortunately, my husband had lived Round Table forever, so we eat here occasionally. Super nice to see the dining room FINALlY open, after being closed for at least 2 years. We ordered our pizza tonight through the app. It said out pizza would be ready in an hour. We though, "wow, they must be busy now that dining room is open" amd we waited an hour. I arrive to pick pizza up, and the parking lot was empty. A bit shocking since it took an hour to get a pizza. We walked in to the building amd there were ZERO customers. The place was completely empty, at dinner time no less. The lights in the back section were off making it feel like the place was closing. There were 2 hard working employees (the cleaners) and none at the counter. We stood there for a few minutes and finally, a woman came out from the back. I'm not trying to be mean, and I realize help is hard to come by, but your employee needs to be instructed on how to look presentable. I was a bit shocked, she didn't look clean or like someone I would want Making my food. Well, she retrieved our pizza from the warmer. Yes, you heard that right...the pizza warmer like I was at Little Ceasars. I was 10 minutes early (supposed to be ready in an hour remeber?) I bring pizza Hine and the crust was chewy like it had been sitting in the warmer for 30 minutes. Well, I can safely say we are completely done with Round Table. I really feel like the Ukiah RT should just close up. OR hire new people to really push the place and make it a good pizza place again, because it's no longer a pizza place people go to. So sad.

Last time in a Roumd Table. Tried to get a beer while waiting but no one old enough to serve beer. Only discovered after many questions as to why not available. First was not available, the after consultation and further questioning they said no one of age was there, and noted soda machine was also broken. When asked for a manager informed no one was at the store. I am surprised this unit is still in business as only one other couple was in restaurant. This is the unit on Ygnacio Valley Road in Concord.

iWe have enjoyed round table pizza for 30 plus years. The last time we ordered the same thing we have ever ordered, we were very disappointed in the taste of the sauce. they told us the corporate changed the sauce. Please bring back the other sauce!!!! We liked the consistency over the years. And just for your information we would eat at round table at least 3 to 4 times a mo. thank you for help with this matter. We do not want to stop eating there, but it has changed enough that we may not be back.

On 1/6/2023 I Kamaljit Kaur ordered pizza through Round Table app and showed that it was processed.I called the Pizza place to verify that my order went through. A clerk confirmed that they got my order for on large pizza and 6 Parmesan twists . He told the waits time is 1 hr and 45 minutes so I waited for that time and went to pick up my order . When I went their another clerk said that their is no order for me . At this time I got frustrated. I decided to place an order there and the clerk told me that wait time is .30 minutes. When I finally came home with my order I found out that i told them not to put any mushrooms but the pizza was full of mushrooms which made me very upset cause I had to wait more then 2 hrs to get my order not only that they took my points away from me from my app and didn't get the right order . I need my refund back and all my points back Very unsatisfied and frustrated.

Round Table Pizza's website is horrendous. Customer service is okay and can't fault the people because they are somewhere else and are not the same people at your local Round Table. But, yeah, the website is horrible and it has been like this for a several years now.

During planning a birthday party at Sprague and Sullivan Roundtable in Spokane for approximately 20 people I was informed that we could not have a family sized salad bowl. They said we would have to do individual salads for 11.99 each. I asked for the individual size on the menu for 8.99. They said that was only available take out. I offered to pay extra for the family size salad for everyone to eat from a family bowl. We have done this at other pizza places.
Due to the quantity of pizzas we would order I don't see why this customer service request cannot be accommodated.
Very upset that a simple request was not honored.
No recommendations from me for RTP.

The pizza came efficiently, it was hot fresh and excellent. It was all around a great pizza. This pizza was just amazing. I haven't had a pizza this good from round table in years! If I'm being honest this was a great pizza

Is just the best...the employees are always happy and friendly and helpful. I don't mind paying more for my pizza when it's always so delicious. I am so thankful for the employees working so hard so that I can get my king Arthur supreme fix. God bless each one of you. Joe

I would like to let you know about your restaurant in Roseburg, OR that we enjoy very much.
1.Manager: Michelle Monger is such a wonderful lady and for her to take vacation so her employees can have some hours to work and then her other manager taking vacation also when Michelle comes back to give employees work time is just amazing! You should be really praising these 2 caring women for what they are doing for their employees!
2. We like your pizza, salad and wings BUT why? did you take away the sandwiches? I would prefer sandwich/salad and husband liked burgers. We have lots of pizza joints in Roseburg, but your sandwiches were great.Please bring them back, you will get more customers back and we drink coffee too!

I just wanted to take a minute to command Round Table Pizza for a hiring an employee like Santiago. I was amazed in your store this evening when you were very busy, the place was packed and there was an issue with my order. Santiago took the time to not only make it right but make me feel valued as a customer I do believe he went above and beyond and Is a definite asset to your company. Give that man a raise!

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to address this however, my wife and I just finished dining at the Round Table Pizza located in Temecula, California PCG 0766. The person that was on the register name was Khalil, B. He was professional, courteous and gave my wife and I a level of service that I felt special about. His demeanor and presentation made me see why I enjoy dining here. This gentlemen is the MVP for your company and I believe that he is ready for more responsibility. Thank you Khalil from The Stewart Family and keep up the good work.

I worked at the Salem, Or RTP for almost a year and in the last two weeks I had been dealing with incompetent management ie Brandon and Amanda. They are blaming me for there in ability to do there jobs. As well as almost half the staff putting in there 2 week notices. It's not my fault that they don't follow through with the promises that they made to us employees. It's not my fault that all they do is repeat themselves and lie to the faces of those that work with them. And when I talked about it with the other employees about the problems that we were going through as a store. Amanda took it as me talking smack and immediately began telling everyone that I am the one who caused all of the problems there and that it's all my fault that she can't do her job to the best of her ability. It's my fault because management can't do anything to fix all the problems that she did nothing to fix, those issues that they are supposed to fix and be unbiased about. However when I found out from another employee that these two ppl are blaming me for all of the problems going on. When I tried to speak with Amanda about why I was being blamed. Her response was to scream at me to get the f out of the store and never come back and began cursing at me being for lack of a better term a psychopath and all I did was ask a question. This isn't the first time she has done something of this magnitude. About five minutes before I got screamed at by Amanda she had put another employee in tears and was just being a psycho to everyone that nite. If she would do her job both when she is on and off the clock none of this would have happened and these problems would have been minor inconveniences but she tried to ignore everything going on and essentially made everything much worse than it was. And this all happened within a weeks time.
