McDonalds Employee Customer Service Ratings - page 2

I came upon this site looking for some info about a school project. And all I have to say is that some of people who come and complain here all full of hate. First of all Lattes don't have any whip cream or caramel. And again that ain't starbucks. Second doesn't everyone should check their order before they leave. Are you dumb or what. And those who go all the time and they never have there order right, why do you keep going back. If I'm not happy with a place why would I give them my money? That is why I don't eat out at fast food places as much. And when I do, it's because I'm lazy to cook for myself. And that is what everyone in here is. LAZY! But sure you're not lazy to come in here and complain about a company that makes billions of dollars. Like I said LAZY. So lazy you can't even open the bag to check if everything is there. What a shame of all of you!

I would like to know how you train your managers as I've had two of my kids work for the same McDonalds and thy quit because they couldn't get along with the manager staff. They were very good workers. Since then there have been many more who were hired but they to quit. My question is how can a business with this problem allowed to continue and not be addressed. As a consumer and parent where is the best interest at the food quality or the staff? I'd be afraid to eat at such a place. Thank you William D Brock

i am an employee ay Mcdonalds, i have oonly been employeed their for 3 days and i can tell you it is discusting. in the back where their are fries smashed all over the floor for the 7 hours i have worked. tables are almost mever cleaned and when i was asked to take out the trash assuming i go out anad through it in the garbage outside i was told to go through the kitchen so i did and their is a machine you through it in next to the back door but what customers cannot see is the 6 full trash bags over flowing with trash by the kitchen where food is being prepared. also the rags that are used to clean the trays and tables off with are suppose to be used once after the cleaning is done and thrown in to a bin of used rags nexted to the bin of clean ones i have witnessed numerous time this not being done and the dirty ones being thrown back into the bin of clean rags. my 1st and 2nd day their i have witnessed on numerous occasions an employee restocking cups and dropping them onto the dirty floor and putting them back up to be used. Also they do not use english everyone is mexican and speak spanish and i take many complaints from customers about this and hoe they feel uncomfortable. i have seen them touch dirty money and go take out trash without cleaning their hands then preparing food this is nasty. some mcdonalds are very organized and clean but sadly i have to say the one iam employeed at is disorganized, not clean and has poor customer service. a customer came up to me today to tell me that his friends and people he know around town say this mcdonalds is the worse one in town due to the un clean enviorment, the employees only speaking spanish and them getting the wrong orders. they should really think about changing managment.

hi, im an employee from mcdonalds and some things you guys said are very through, sadly! drive thru does take forever, and i know because i feel bad when i have to park cars and tell them their orders are not ready AND because my MOM has been in the drive thru and waited about 15mins and started screaming at me, scary right? AND I WAS READING THIS COMMENT THAT A MANAGER TOOK BACK A LADY'S SAUCE BECAUSE SHE DIDNT PAY FOR IT???? she is not allowed to do that, nor scream at a customer across the room! she shoulve just had let it go or gotten the guy that gave it to her! YOU SHOULDVE CALLED 1-800******* AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THAT, SO SHE COULVE GOTEEN FIRED!!! COSTUMERS COME FIRST!!! and she was probably not a manger she was probably an assistan because a manager wouldve neve rdone that! trust me!

i work at a mcdonalds and i love working here.all the crew r nice and they all work hard,not like all other places were their buncha lazy ppl,we get stuff done here and also we all love each other too and managment is tuff but rewards us all the time.its hard to explain but its like gods mcdonalds here lol and that makes a successful team and business.its no wonder y we get the most business compared to r major compitition in our area i think the managers deserve a raise cuz they made it happen here,thier professional and found the best workers inside and out ever.you know it may be less than i made in awile but not much.and its worth it and i want to make a career out or it if it stays like this cuz im kinda new ..well god bless mcdonalds and our store in oak forest,il on 159th and central :)
