Macy's Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 2

My husband and I went shopping today at Macy'sat the Coronado Center in Albuquerque NM . The Salesclerk ask if we have a StarRewardsCard and we told her that we always pay with cash. She took the time to tell us about all the benefits we missing out etc etc. So we did sign up for it! Besides she helped us with the shopping and price checks. What a wonderful nice Lady. Her Name is Karen Thai and we are very pleased with her friendly and helpful service. We both in our 70's and it was nice to see such a wonderful service. Thank you !we will come soon again because we like the quality and the cleanliness of the store. Real nice!!!

For Mary at the Lakeline Mall Macy's in Austin, Texas. I want to share a very positive review regarding Keshna, Mr. Konda and Lori of the Customer Service desk. All 3 employees went the extra mile with good attitudes to find a missing order. When found and realized it was broken Mr. Konda went the extra mile to replace it along with Keshna's kind and patient attitude.

I placed an online order with Macy's for a rather expensive pair of sunglasses. The package was delivered to my front door on a Saturday but disappeared, porch pirate...not sure.

I got engaged with an online chat with Macy's customer service. Provided the requested information and another pair of glasses, just as I had ordered, were sent to me promptly!

This is customer service at its best, in my opinion and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

I will continue doing business with Macy's, without fear of a long drawn out process, should an issue occur.

Came for online pickup. Jesus was the best! Efficient and friendly. Decided to go look at women's shoes. Gwynn was the same! They both deserve raises! Thank you!

Me and my husband went to Queens mall men section for dress shirts pants and suits, the person who was helping us throughout the time was 'Nelson'. He was very friendly and calm and whatever we needed he help us find that and bring that to us. Not only us, we saw he was helping everyone in mens formal section. I think he is one of the best employees I met in Macy's. I wish him all the best and others should learn how to give best customer's service from him. He knows his job, he knows how to take measurements and find the exact size and the product we were looking for. When some of the employees pretend whatever in the shelf that's all we have. But Nelson went to check every time we asked for something and he never left his smile from his face, that's amazing. I know for sure he will be rewarded soon. We need more sales person like him. Went to buy 1 item but end up with 4.only because of him, we knew what else we were looking for and need. I wish him all the best! Service 10 out of 10 ❤️

I was a customer in the store on yesterday 9/3/22,I met a sales person in
the shoes department, her name is Chianti, this was in Columbia SC at the Columbia Mall, this young lady was very attentive, people friendly attitude and flexibility when it comes to customers, Igive her a 10.

Shopped at Macy's at Town Center Mall, Boca Raton, FL. While in the shoe department I was assisted by a gentleman named Jessie. The place was super busy but he wasted no time in assuring everyone had attention. We took up much of his time as we were looking for a specific shoe and size and found none to be in stock. He was kind to look on-line for other stores that had this shoe. He is a terrific employee of Macy's and has a terrific personality under pressure. - Lisa C. Boca Raton Florida

I was recently at the Macy's store 14000 Lakeside Circle in Sterling Heights Michigan. An employee named Latasha Thomas in the shoe department went over and above to help with my purchase. Please ensure this agent is recognized for her excellence in customer service efficiency and politeness.

It's employees like that that promote Macy's as an outstanding store and I will definitely be back. Please ensure she is recognized this lady will bring more sales than anyone. I was waiting in line to pay for shoes and I watched other sales people in shoe department in that store not effective and rude to customers. This lady is amazing.

Gloria customer service was awesome gave me good service as well she was very friendly and I left the store satisfied was my purchase

This is about Barbara 10780662. She is wonderful! She happily assissted
me when i was totally demoralized in my search for a mother-of-the bride, plus size pant suit. I had been to 8 stores already; Macys was my NINTH stop in my search. I was actually about to cry! Barbara was more than helpful. She was reassuring and made me feel confident that she would find something perfect for me. And she did. If it weren't for Covid, I would have hugged her!!

Jeanne at the Macy's Altamonte location was extremely helpful! She was so nice. I will come back again.

I've had great experiences returning items purchased online at Macy's either via mail with free shipping label or drop off at any store including gifts received from people in another state.

She was very kind and attentive,there were 3 people on the floor but she was the only one to offer help. She was nice and kind.

I have been a long time customer at Macy's for years. My mother and I were Mother's Day shopping and were fortunate enough to have Carla Jarvis help us. She was not only friendly, but efficient. She made us feel like valued customers. She is definitely an asset to Macy's and made it a pleasure to shop at Macy's Lakeside Store in Metairie, Louisiana.

I would like to commend Jennifer at Dadeland's shoe department. She went out of her way to help me find a shoe size in the mist of a very busy sale time. She was very helpful and kind and very professional. Great job Jennifer !!! i will definitely look for you next time. Thank you again for the superb customer service.

I don't usually leave these but I wanted to share a comment regarding Marlene at Macy's Flint store. I have had multiple returns and purchases over the past few years and Marlene has always gone above and beyond. She is always upbeat and friendly and does a fantastic job!
