I just got my coach prescription sunglasses in the mail. I am so happy with my online purchase I had to share. I can see everything so clear and perfect! Nice lenses ,frames not cheap looking at all. I am so happy I want to get my regular prescription glasses here. I have Kaiser and have taken my glasses back so many times, falling apart , breaking, lenses always seem dirty or foggy.. I give a 10 !

The Store Manager, Talea, was friendly, concerned and helpful. I highly recommend this store to anyone who appreciates courteous and efficient assistance.

I stopped in your Livonia LensCrafter. With broken glasses. I thought all was lost. Chamanite Oglesby said let me see if I can help .
Well to my surprise my crushed frame was restored . Next year I will be back for a new pair. I will look for Chamanite.

I visited Lenscrafter @ Roosevelt Collection in Delano Ct @ Chicago 60605 on July 17, 2022 to collect my glasses. It was closer to the closing time at the store. I was impressed by how warmly they received me & attended to my concerns patiently even though it was very close to the closing time. I also had to change the spelling of my name which was misspelt in my eye exam prescription. Michael B went beyond the call of his duty & made the correction without much fuss. Lenscrafter, you again hit a home run! Thank you.

Dr. Omari's staff were wonderful in welcoming me to the skilled and through care of Dr. Omari, I was impressed by a review of the doctor at the LensCrafters location in Burr Ridge IL, and the staff assured me that I would not be disappointed.Her appreciation for my vision concerns were very credible and very reassuring, as i'm looking forward to my next appointment to pick up my glasses.

I was at the Reynoldsburg location today..Nick's customer service was outstanding..my mother has hard time getting out and in out of car..nick had no problem coming outside to service my mother..That is what you al customer service..I myself work at the bank and I will tell my customers how great nick service was..Thank you..

The manager at the Monroe Ohio store is awesome. He has taken great care of me every time! Can't say enough good stuff.

Marissa was our excellent Sales Associate / tech today at the La Cantera store. She was totally professional, so pleasant and VERY helpful, too. Now this has never happened before, upon my inquiry, she showed me a glasses style that came to mind for me -- I was skeptical at first -- but I loved it!!! Looked at a few more, but it was the winner, bar none. Husband thought so, too. Joy!! Easy. Thank you Marissa!!

we stopped at the Lenscrafters at 4319 East Colonial Dr. in Orlando, Florda to see if they could repair my husbands sunglasses and Keyla was ready, willing, and able to repair them on the spot. She provided helpful information about glasses care and was an absolute delight. The customer service is excellent, thanks to Keyla. I recently stopped at the BoytonBeach Blvd (Florida) location to have my glasses repaired.I have glasses purchased in my hometown, Erie, PA, and not from Lenscrafters. Your store manager fixed the issue, cleaned my lenses, and sent me on my way. No charge sir! I told him I would return for future purchases. Thanks.

It's my pleasure to share my experience with Randy Thomas at Len's Crafters. I enjoyed my visit with him as I picked out and was fitted for my new pair of glasses. I also needed a pair adjusted and he fixed me right up without hesitation. As we caught up, we found that I've been a customer for well over 16 plus years. I always enjoy his staff, Jennifer, Summer, Carli, and I'm looking forward to meeting Naomi. They all are very kind, professional, and patient. Randy and his team are excellent and will always be number One for me.

I had such a pleasant experience picking up my glasses today due to licensed optician, ALYSSA ROVLAND's, friendly and professional manner. While carefully adjusting my glasses she greeted customers entering the store and directed them to the appropriate space. This caring and efficient culture created by Alyssa resulted in a non-stressed, satisfactory experience for me and other customers.

The exam was thorough and the technicians were knowledgeable and kept us informed through every step.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with LensCrafters in Wilmington, DE. My lenses are very difficult to measure Anne make, because I hold my head in an odd position. I had to go back several times, but the people at LensCrafters just kept trying until they got it right. Their attitude was great, and they were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this store.

After having troble with my old eye glasses, I got in short time a new pair that fixt perfectly wth one of the best associates I have ever encountered in retail.

I recently mess up my glasses with glue and I drop it off at the Manhattan mall branch to repair when I call they told me to much glue and was put was unable to repair when I went to pick up my contact lens and the glasses I ask them again if the glasses can be fix and they said no I was disappointed because it was only a year I had them and I was traveling the next day so I ask them again u sure it can't be fix and then gentlemen by the name of Spencer decided to give it a shot and I sat and watch him try and try and he succeeded and I was so happy with Spencer going above and beyond to give GREAT customer service and I will be definitely be buying another pair of from glasses from lens crafters and this time around will take better care lol .
