This is a terrible company and they do not know the first thing about patient services. How could they offer a patient option to leave a voicemail and after 7 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks still no answer. Then I called headquarters for them to tell me nothing useful. I finally asked to leave a complaint with a manager for them to hang up on me and disconnect me. This is a horrible company who do not know proper information to give to patients.

This lab is the worst I drop off specimen for a text my doctor never receive results they never send it to me I went to the office on Oxford St philadelphia 19134 people in front desk need education I call customer service 5 people ask me the same name birth of date but no news at the end hang up the phone

My urine at doctors was perfect when the doctor got the results from labcorp it said I was positive for cocaine thc. I demand a hair test to clear my reputation hair test go back months I'm 71 bedridden not a spring breaker in Miami. This definitely got mixed up with someone else. And I can prove this by a hair sample I been a hospice nurse since 1993 I know about hair samples. I never in my life saw cocaine only in photos

I had an appt at LabCorp inside of Walgreens in Amherst Ohio. Drove from Norwalk Ohio to the appt just to find out their fax machine was down and couldn't do my labs. The lady at the site was down right mean and nasty. They could of notified me so I wouldn't of made the senseless trip. I'm furious.

This was the worse place to go for your labs. I sat for 40 minutes only to watch a man that sat for 5 minutes go before me. When I questioned it I was told that I can leave. The Mexican woman said my paperwork wasn't ready yet and no one had to wait on me. Then she told me no one is going to help me and no one did. I left. That's total discrimination and prejudice. It's evedent that nothing is being done about the complaints because LabCorp has soooo many complaints that it is unreal. If something isn't done eventually someone is going to get hurt.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been told 10 diffrent things so has my doctor still no lab results back. This 3 day test they stated saying 5-7 days now 2 weeks now its been over 2 weeks and the supervisor said they would call in 24 hours and it's been days then I call again and they hang up when I ask for the supervisor after waiting on hold for 40 minutes. I can't trust the quality of the test and I do not want to pay for these non existing services. I need answers I'm currently on a medication I'm not okay on waiting for this result.
I need real answers.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. There were 11 people already there waiting. There was only 1 employee working. The check in scanner was not working so the 1 employee had to manually check everyone in AND do the lab work for each person. What is the purpose of making an appointment when you are still waiting 1 hour later to be taken care of. Why would LabCorp allow all these people to make appointments that close together and only have 1 employee working? I had to get a random drug test for work which I have to do every six months and I have no choice but to go to LabCorp to get it done because that is who my employer sends me to. I go through this every time I come here. Totally ridiculous!!

Staff was rude and very unprofessional when a simple question was ask. I thought I may have done something wrong when I registered and ask why I was skipped in the line. Customer service was totally thrown out the door and I am still in shock of her rudeness

I just sent LabCorp a money order for a payment on an outstanding bill. But when I checked my bank account they had already taken 50.40 from my account without any notice. I DID NOT give them .y account information. C/S is fair...what bothers me also is how dirty everything is. Layers of dust on the chairs,ugly black marks on the wall and there's always trash on the ground by the front door. Dried bloody cotton, cigarette buts. But the deduction from my account w/o notice unacceptable. I've now made a double payment on this account I wasn't ready to make. Disappointed to say the least!

Are you certain that a pleasant and competent tech will respond?
Worst experience in my 70 years on this Earth. Went to the LabCorp on Rt. 7 in Wilmington, Delaware to drop off a few specimens. When I walked in, the 2 techs were having a conversation. The one directly in front of the window had attitude well beyond what was necessary. I said I was there to do a drop off for Dr. Costanzo and it had to be refrigerated. I asked if I could get a receipt because he asked me to get one. The same tech informed me that there would be no receipt. The specimens were not drawn there, so no! I said fine. No problem! I was then directed to the kiosk to sign in. Why? No idea but I did. I then went back to the window and was told I could take the specimen "around back and put it in the basket, myself. Where would around back take me. As I walked back, the same tech followed me. I asked her where the basket was since there was another tech standing directly in front of it. She looked at me and said, "It's right in front of your face!" I was stunned and the tech just stopped and stared at her. I just turned and went to the doir and stood for a minute. As I weighed my options of either laying her out in front of all her patients and coworkers alike, or just give her a pass and go. So that's what I did. I just wanted you to know what kind of rude and ignorant person you have working for you. You really need to address this serious issue and all of the terrible reviews on your website!

One of the phlobotomists at the Oak Ave. Branch Toms River,N.J.,I thought wasn't friendly at all.
The encounter was on April 4,2023 around 9am.
She is a woman,slender and bespectacled,about 5'7".
Didn't her name
When it was my turn to do me.I calmly suggested to do my left arm(over the years done on left arm).
She apparently felt offended and muttered something like I decide. I also insisted to my left arm,I know my body.Raised my voice in the process expressed my displeasure.
She then angrily stormed out of the room.
Another phlebotomist did me and succeeded right away on my left arm.
What happened to the mantra of being courteous to the patient?
It wasn't a pleasant day for me and certainly ruined my day.

Let me start by saying I have never had an issue with getting blood drawn from my veins . The lab tech was having difficulty and could not get blood so he tried the other arm . It took a few minutes but he eventually got it . Immediately when I left my arm swelled up like a balloon which was terrifying. I went back to lab and also called my physician who told me to put immediate pressure on it! When I went back to the guy who took my blood he says oh geez , as I am left standing there !
I said my dr said to put pressure on it , it wasn't until then that he said here and put cotton and a band tape on it . I said will the swelling start to go down now since it seemed like it was getting bigger by the minute! He said I don't know . Now a week later I am left with severe bruising all down my forearm and my arm still aches! I realize things happen but it was the way he handle it that I will never go back to that labcorp again!

Wasn't greeted. Name or birthdate was not asked, urine bottle was not labeled, and I pointed it out and was treated with disrespect. Vein was mishandled and arm from wrist to above elbow is extremely bruised.

the representative June from Lab Corp at 1800-788-9743 provided terrible customer service, we ordered STAT test, she could not find result and I have her to STAT department to check out the status, she didn't do it. she said she emailed to Lab, and waiting for the reply. I would get answer from her in few minutes if she called STAT department, but instead, she said she emailed to Lab, who knows how long it will take

Doctor called us and requested me to have lab work and urine taken, doctors told me they will send lab work order to them.So I Set up appointment to have Lab work and urine. Doctors electronically sent the lab work order to Lab Corp.
Walgreens Labcorp at 6600 Magnolia Ave Riverside, Ca 92506 never received paperwork. I had Doctors send it a second time waited 35 minutes after my appointment and they still never received it. So I even had Doctors office Fax lab work order, still never received it. Drove 16 miles to doctors office to pick up a paper copy of lab work work order request. Employees at that location not helpful seem to have a bad attitude like I am bothering them. People waiting said this location is always bad and the employees are not nice.

The LAB inside Lacey Family
Medical office in forked River nj is not following the Hppa laws.I should be in a chair viewing the 100s of patient's files. I could read the names and touch them.
Also I should have private area to pull up my shirt. There are other staff members a few feet away. I can hear their conversations and they can hear me . This is not right.

I received a bill for my husband Thomas smith I may 31 for $67.73 which i paid . Now I am getting a statement saying the bill was a mistake and now I owe $117.21 for the same date. Your customer service could not answer my questions about this issue and stated I should pay this new bill for the same time period. I disagree.

I visited Lapcorp in Reno, NV, on Macabe drive on 03/03/22 at approximately 11:20 am. I have never been greeted so rudely those two women were more concerned with what they were having for lunch vs the patients registering. In fact had a long commentary on Burger King, wow.

110% rude and unhelpful almost looking for an excuse to be rude. Based on their appearance food is their only care certainly not people.

I walked to Renown Lap across the way. Sharing my experience with Renown clerk, said he knows from many staff members and patients how bad those women are. The young burnette and the older woman were by far some of the worst administrators I have come across in my life. I work as an HRBP by far exceeds the worst people I deal with in my work. Maybe find some happy folks to actually smile and not look for opportunities to be rude.

First experience was great. Second time was awful. Nurse wasn't calling people with appointments properly, line of people waiting grew. I got seen 45 minutes late. Felt like I was at Quest. Awful.

I went to a labcorp in Columbia Maryland off twin knolls Road in CMP. I had change in insurance and explained I have Medicare and Medicaid no longer the current insurance they have on file won't go through and the girl asked another lady how to input they still input and she to her to put under old insurance I told them would go through and the girl became rude and she continued to enter my old insurance. They lady she asked how to input my insurance was same lady who drew my blood she jammed the needle into my arm to the point I yelled out because of the way she jammed needled into my arm . I will never go to this location again. And good luck trying to find a number to file a complaint. When you call corporate it puts you into an automated service that is trying to collect money on past due invoices.

Lab Corp needs intense customer service training. Thought they are up early to open they must love what they do and treat, help, and treat other with kindness. The older generation may not be up to dat with technology, so be kind and help where and when you can. Very surprised in their customer service for the clients they serve.

I asked Labcorp in writing four times why there was a charge for "Drawing fee" on a bloodwork invoice. The blood was drawn at the doctor's office, so why did Labcorp charge a drawing fee? Instead of answering my question they bombarded me with page after page of digressions about which tests were performed, how prices are set, cash discount, etc. I called the doctor's office and finally found out the phlebotomist there is a Labcorp employee. Why the f*&^@ couldn't one of those Labcorp customer service reps tell me this? Since Labcorp appears to be id10ts I hope they performed the tests correctly, but what more can I do?
