This is a terrible company and they do not know the first thing about patient services. How could they offer a patient option to leave a voicemail and after 7 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks still no answer. Then I called headquarters for them to tell me nothing useful. I finally asked to leave a complaint with a manager for them to hang up on me and disconnect me. This is a horrible company who do not know proper information to give to patients.
