I'm at the Doylestown, ferry road labcorp now and you definitely need more, kind, people here. They are so rude, every single time I come. Today there are about 20 people waiting and it's crazy. Please work on this site. Quest was never like this.

People are so rude, they do not provide any service, soon as they hear your problem, they would hang up the phone. I got six warning letters today on February 9, 2023 for the service that was done on June 12, 2021. When I called to ask why nobody called me via phone, or called my school who was supposed to pay they said 'I don't know' and hang up the phone. When I said, 'are you guys going to do anything because you reported me to collecting agency and I had no clue about that'. They said there is nothing we can do. Completely without any knowledge or behavior. Horrible service.

I arrived at Labcorp on Rt 33 in Neptune NJ on 1-25-23 at 7am. This is when they are supposed to be open. There were 7 people waiting in line outside. 3 or 4 of them were workers waiting for the office manager to open the door. She didn't show up until 7:15 and people were still not allowed to come in for another 5 or 10 minutes. So people were standing outside from 6:45 until 7:20 in the cold. No appologies were given. To add insult to injury, the office manager parked her dark blue SUV right in the middle of a white line, taking up 2 parking spots. What a jerk! I'm sure you guys can do better than that!

Went to Labcorp on Ferry Road in Doylestown, PA. Kelly, there was rude and didn't seem to like her job very much. She put the tunicate on too tight and when I said "ouch" she didn't say a word. Not, I'm sorry or didn't mean to hurt you, etc. Most Labcorps that I have gone to have rude and/or bad customer service. Why don't they train their people or hire kinder people who are more sympathetic to the patient? No one wants to got get their arm poked and blood drawn and most people have a condition that required they go. One time I went and once I left and went to work they called me and made me come back in because they dropped the vials and had to restick me. Another time they said I would need to come back because they couldn't find a vein. I had fasted and took off from work so when I asked if the other worker could try and she got it on the first try. Many of your people are so inexperienced in blood draws and MOST are cold and rude!

First time ever that I am taking time to write a review for a business. That should be an indicator how bad Labcorp is. Got a bill for a little over $100, paid it less than a month later through my HSA account, but received a past due notice after that, then a collection notice, and then another collection notice (this was over 3 months). Called them informing that I had paid it 3 months ago, gave them the HSA confirmation, and they told me they will investigate and get back to me. I get a letter a few weeks later saying they don't have any record of payment and I needed to send them proof of payment (front/back of check). Called HSA and they tell me there is no check bec they are set up for electronic transfer and that's how they were paid and gave me an account number. Called back Labcorp back only to be told they found the payment and credited my account over a month ago, the lady says that this happens too often, that they will still send collection notices when this happens again (even though it is their fault losing track of payments), because they want to get paid, etc. The customer services lady's tone was like "Do I look like I care that you are disappointed and that this could happen again and deal with it." Unbelievable!

It seems as Labcorp doesn't care about complaints. They have some of the rudest customer service people. Not interested in what you say and are not interested in helping you resolve your issues. I will NEVER use Labcorp again. Horrible, horrible experience.

Hi today I went to LabCorp located at Waltham main street.They do not follow hygienic she don't know how to take the blood sample,she has try two times in my right hand but both times failure.After she wipe a some blood drops in the chair and she used same cloves and started to take blood sample for me.After 10 mins a genuine lady came to the spot she took a blood sample in a minute.

Very unfriendly and not professional technicians at 15200 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia PA office. I visited them on 12/21/2022 around 9:30 am.
Rude, bad character, even aggressive toward patients. They are reducing the level of Lab Corp's service dramatically.

The technician chatted about how well she could do her job and how she understood patient's discomfort while she failed at her first attempt to draw blood from my arm. Then, she continued her chat by criticizing the work of other technicians while switching to my other arm. A really bad blood draw by someone who thinks highly of herself. Apex, NC.

I have had an experience more than once with the Lab Corp in Apex NC omitting tests that were ordered. So now, because that one test relates to others that were on the order and needs to be analyzed with them I have to return for the one test they forgot. This means I have to fast again and I really wanted to avoid that.

Submitted online and phone complaint on December 9 2022,today December 19 still no updates.
I think that's why staff is so rude and unprofessional in the branches because management is.

Very unfriendly nurse.
Rude, bad character, careless in drawing my blood.
I was left with a very sore arm.
I will not reccommend this corporation to anyone.
The collection site is located at 181 University Drive, Plantation, Florida.

Labcorp customer service is the worst!! Having an issue with the doctor not coding the tests correctly Kathy in customer service was rude and disrespectful and was not interested in what I had to say and muted the conversation until I finished speaking Tried to explain that I am working with an advocate to get this resolved, but she was not interested only wanted me to pay

Front Desk clerk shared private HIPPA information with another patent until a lab tech told her to stop. Same clerk yelled and screamed at patients.

Same clerk was rude to patients and said, "Look, you need to sit down and wait your turn!"

Same clerk yelled at patients who needed drug testing for legal reasons out loud.

Same clerk yelled, "Stop coming in here without mask."

This was the worst visit ever, I arrived early and waited Ted for over an hour it took 2 techs to finish one patient while the other stood around waiting then when one finished she went on a break and continued to work slowly and didn't care that I had been waiting long. They purposely kept me waiting even after I asked how much longer, I will never return to the Barstow location, they don't care about their patients.

I have been coming to LabCorp for almost 2 years my work relocated so I went to a new LabCorp on 910 Lexington in Sanford Florida all I needed was a urine drug screen for employment the lady behind the counter was the most rude unprofessional inconsiderate person I've ever met not only do I believe she was discriminating against me with her rudeness lack of service and didn't even want to help me nor answer any of my questions and then to top it all off it was 10 minutes to 12 which is their lunch hour she physically pushed me out the door and I didn't even say one word or should come out of the back room door and literally pushed me out I would almost consider that to be some sort of lawsuit my name is Marty bruder and I'm going to take this as far as I can she had no right putting her hands on me let alone pushing me out the door and locking it when it was only 10 till 12:00 I'm sure there are cameras in there to prove it too

Customer service representative had an attitude and was not calm when I was questioning my bill. Then there was also a moment of 20 seconds of silence as I was waiting for a response to one of my questions. It was like Lauren took it personal and was defensive that I was questioning my bill. It was not a good experience.

I went to because my insurance said labcorp was on the list as a provider for a blood test. The doctor that gave me the script said that the lab she uses only charges $195.00 I figured why pay labcorp is a provider. The insurance did not cover it and labcorp charged me $1469.00. Beware of them they will rip you off we will be filing a formal complaint with the state.

Twice I have gone to the LabCorp in Palm Coast, Florida. Both times I have been treated with extreme rudeness. I work in customer service and I have no idea why such behavior is tolerated in that workplace. I was raised to be polite and to treat people with respect. I can only feel sorrow for such a pitiful person.

Our local lab is friendly.
CUSTOMER service is not good.
Labs done on 10/12/2022. Doctor receives on Oct 18th.
I can't view on my lab text until Oct 25! GO Figure!
Even with KY LAW requiring a 3 day wait once received by Doctor...I am still unable to view my results until Oct 25. It is obvious that LabCore has been paid & customer care doesn't matter!!

Yes I was supposed to have my lab done last Monday but the person went to lunch before I got over there so I went back today on my break and when I got there she stated she needed a card on file think they to let people know before you come for lab
