While having my blood draw at the coatesville location, there was a strong odor of marijuana in the facility. When I was called back there was an extremely high young girl sitting in a chair with her feet ? n the chair. The person doing the blood draw was very nice an efficient but the smell was very strong. Several others coming in commented on the odor lin the facility

Their wasn't a receptionist, 3 people trying to take care of full waiting room. Daughter and I called to go in together, both given urine test cups and told to have a seat together to wait for blood draw. Victor than took his lunch out and left us to take his lunch break. After waiting another 15 minutes I asked another phlebotomist what was going on. She was shocked that we had been left unattended. She did both our blood work, apologized and was very efficient.
As for Victor he was never seen again. I'll be looking for a new labcorb. Oh FYI, I use a walker and am in major pain, I have blood work done every 3 months. I walk with great difficulty.

In September of 2023 I went to Chesapeake Urology in Salisbury, MD to have an ultrasound done to track what was going on with a kidney stone that I had not yet passed. In October I got a bill for a urine culture. I never gave a urine sample. To top it off, some poor sap has two pathogens in their urine and as far as I know, hasn't got a clue about it to this day. I contacted LabCorp and was told I had to go through Chesapeake Urology to get it straightened out. I've done that multiple times without success. They acknowledge that no urine culture was ordered for me and that no sample was collected. They stated they'd take care of it. I'm still getting bills from LabCorp so nothing has been dealt with and that poor sap still doesn't know he's got pathogens in his/her urine. I contacted LabCorp again to see if they'd fill in the gaps by contacting Chesapeake Urology. No joy! LabCorp representatives claim they have no means to contact Chesapeake Urology and that I have to do it. Every call to Chesapeake Urology entails about a 1/2 hour wait just to get to speak to someone, then I get shifted around and put on hold repeatedly. I've got work myself and sitting on hold repeatedly trying to sort someone else's mistake is just a wee bit frustrating. In this day and age of those handy devices we call telephones and computers as well as the internet, I find it difficult to fathom that LabCorp can't contact a medical facility to investigate a claim. The threats to send me to collections continue. Apparently there's no means to put the bill aside as disputed. I find both entities to be lacking in customer service as well as responsible for sorting out this mess rather than threatening to torpedo my credit rating over a matter that isn't my responsibility. The notion that LabCorp cannot reach out to a doctor's office is both absurd and infuriating. What's somewhat amusing is that this is for a bill that's just under $30. I've paid multiple bills with LabCorp in a timely fashion over the last few years and that seems to count for absolutely nothing.

Crooked business, for a blood work, they charged almost $1000, even though their estimate amount given at the test was $100!! Just do not use them even if they are on site of your doctor's office, do not use them, take the order and go somewhere else.

I visited LabCorp 11/27/23 For Blood work at 12114 Cortez Blvd Brooksville, Fl 34613
After my blood draw I asked my phlebotomist if I could use the restroom. I got out of my chair and proceeded to one of the 2 restrooms they have in a hallway. I choose the last restroom thinking they may need the first one for people doing urine specimens. I entered the restroom, looked around and noticed the toilet had not been flushed. I went back to the door, locked it, set my pursed down, went back to the toilet and flushed it and them proceeded to unbuckle my pants and pull them down to use the toilet. As I proceeded to sit down there was a loud banging at the door and a man with a very loud raised voice screaming "Mam, you gotta come out of there" I replied "OK, hold on" the man persisted in banging and pounding on the door again with a very loud scary voice again telling me I had to get out of there! I again replied this time "Hold on, I have to pull my pants up". I had no idea who it was or why they were banging on the door so demanding, no name to identify who he was or why he wanted me to exit was spoken to me.
. I did not know what was gong on! Had I set off some alarm or what? I was quite scared at this point, maybe I could be in danger if I opened that door??? Again, he never identified himself or why I needed to exit this Restroom. So without finishing what I went in there for I stopped and proceeded to pull my pants back up. I had entered a room that said "RESTROOM" on it. No where on the door did it say "Do not use" After pulling my pants up and opening the door the man started yelling at me with a loud voice stating that I had ruined something because I flushed the toilet. I was still unclear as to why I was being rep remanded for trying to use a restroom that said only the words "Restroom" on it. He again stated that I had ruined some kind of testing that he was doing. I was upset and scared at this moment because I feel he did not handle the situation properly. I told him there was no sign anywhere posted telling me Not to go in to this particular restroom. He claimed someone (not sure who, he just said SHE) pointed to me which restroom to use but if they did, I did not see them. Also if this person did indeed point to a particular Restroom and I did not go into the correct one, when they saw me go into the wrong one why did they not stop me an send me to the restroom they preferred me to use? Both restrooms only said "RESTROOM " the one I entered did not say "Do Not Use" or have any special signs on it saying not to use it.

The man kept stating that I should have not gone in there. I again pointed out there were no signs on the door stating "Do not use" on the door. If testing were in progress they should have put a sign on the door not to go in there or use this restroom. He saw me go into this restroom and did not stop me. He waited until I got situated and my pants down to start banging on the door for me to "GET OUT" He should have properly knocked on the door and identified himself and why I needed to exit this Restroom properly, He did not!!!
He should have knocked and stated :MAM, I AM CONDUCTING A TEST AND WE ARE USING THIS RESTROOM DURING THE TESTING. CAN YOU PLEASE COME OUT AND NOT FLUSH THE TOILED" Now that would have been the proper way without scaring me half to death with a strange man banging on the door demanding my exit of this restroom. I was very very scared and upset at this point as for they think it is my fault that I ruined his test! I asked the employee at the front desk this mans name and she said 'NO, I MANY NOT HAVE HIS NAME" What kind of facility is this?? your patients should come first and not reprimanded for using a Restroom that said just the words RESTROOM on it.
i expect an apology from this man and also the woman at the front desk. This is no way to treat a customer/patient at a facility when it is clearly the fault of the employee for not putting the appropriate signage up stating not to go into this restroom as for it is being used for testing purposes, or just any kind of warning not to go in there.
I hope to hear an outcome of this situation.
I am a 71 year old woman and now I am afraid to enter public bathrooms for fear some unidentified man will be pounding on the door when I have my pants down demanding my exit for no reason!!!!

Get my mother blood drawn for lab work. Called in to a room and waited for more than 15mins. An employee took the paperwork for someone else and took his blood instead of my mother's. I asked her why she skipped my mother. She completely ignored me my question and walked by me. She is very rude. If you are in Queens NYC, do not go to 111-16 Jamaica Ave Lapcorp Branch.

Waited for over 1 1/2 hours. At one point told three people ahead of me. Watch 5 people go in asked to speak to a supervisor not here. Never had this problem before. Why now can not believe that many people had appointments. Please respond been using LabCorp for last 6 years due to kidney failure

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful. They sound annoyed that they have to take my call. I get transferred 5 times and still no resolution and they can't help me. Sadly i have to use them for a test I take every six months. They cannot get the billing correct.

Went to a Labcorp for medical services. Didn't care for the office I went to or how I was treated. Both employees seems unfriendly, I will not use that office again.

I called the customer service line because the Denton location refuses to answer their phones. I called to answer a simple question and the lady I spoke to was so blatantly rude. All I asked was how to reschedule for my pre employment drug test because I apparently didn't pee enough and so I didn't have time to take another on my lunch break. I told her I tried to call them but they didn't answer so I was just going to ask customer service and she said "we'll obviously they're helping other patients so they're not going to answer the phone" I was actually in shock that she would even speak to me like that for absolutely no reason.

It's impossible to get an appt and when you finally do they make you wait over an hour to be seen!!! Don't walk in without appt because u will be waiting hours !!! Worst company !!! I asked for time off of work and waiting over an hours plus staff has an awful attitude!!!!

CLUELESS. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNCARING.
Customer service is a joke! They could care less about your issues. Held one hour between four "customer" service reps and my issue was NOT resolved. Oh, and beware, their customer service #, (855) 522-2677, DOES NOT service all areas of the US. So after explaining your issue you are transferred to start all over again!!! Leaving a voice message at the local facility is worthless, as they NEVER call you back. Out of frustration I spoke with billing on 7/3 to find out the cost of my labs since I have no insurance, and without my request/acknowledgement was sent a "Good Faith Estimate" with my private info weeks later. Horrible, horrible experience and the hold music that plays over and over again will make you go crazy!!!

Called Labcorp this morning at their 800 number to ask why I had not received my results but my husband had and we had our blood drawn the same day. I spoke to "Maria" who was the most unhelpful person I have spoken to in a long time. She was rude and very, very unhelpful. I told her I did not understand what she was saying I needed to do to get onto my own portal but she could have cared less. Our law firm deals with clients everyday and I can tell you if any of our employees treated a client this way, they would not be there any longer. Shame on you Maria.

Labcorp billing in short...Sucks. 1. They charged me for lab work covered by insurance. 7 months later they still owe me $191 back. 2. Trying to contact them several times by phone. Was told 7-10 business days money would be back. Never happen. 3. Ask to talk to manage. None available. 4. Filed 5 escalation report via web site. Was told someone would contact me. Never Happened. 5. Finally said they sent check even sent me a email with a picture of check...made out to the my health provider not my saving account they withdrew the money from. WTF??? Still in the process of getting this resolved. I have event filed complaints with the State of Maryland and Better Business Bureau. No luck.

Lakewood Labcorp suite 102 off Bridgeport way, Lakewood WA. The employee there is not happy. She is not welcoming, or helpful. She is rude and leaves me less chance to return in future. I will go out of my way to go to another facility.

I am in Charlotte. I am at this moment in a lab corp office at Novant Medical at Southpark.
My concern is this: I stood in the lobby for ten minutes waiting for someone to come out- I rang the bell on the check in- three different times- no one came out.....
I knew more than one person was in the back because I heard the laughter of several.
When someone did come out and I told them I had been waiting- I was told the system is down ( understandable) butto discount what I was saying as if I were a child ( loudly) and tell me to have a seat in a condescending manner.
I don't expect people to Jump thru hoops, but I do expect to be treated properly. I am a retired journalist here in Charlotte having worked for 40 years.... I am expect better from a health care organization

Very confusing bill pay, refused to combine bills simplicity , so when you call it says zero balance but yet it doesn't say the OTHER balances even though they are all 1 patient.
Customer service reps are nasty and condescending, I do hope these calls are recorded, although labcorp could truly care less.
I absolutely hate that my Dr's have contracts with you evil people.

Why is this lab so slow at getting test results back? Every time I'm left waiting weeks for results about infections. Not a standard test. This is not the way a lab should run when the test takes less than 24 hours at any other lab in town.

Had labs done today at the lab in Sun City Center Fl. The employee at the front desk was rude and totally didnt care to help me or the poor old women with walker and an eye patch. I've been using this office for years and it use to be great but now I don't think I'll be coming back. Oh it was not busy it was the other lady and me.

Staff still coming in at 7:20. No sense of timeliness.
Seating capacity for the room says « 5 ». 11 my in the space.People standing. 8:00 and still waiting. 8:13. Finally out. You be the judge. Lab corps clearly doesn't care.

How is it acceptable to have 90-minute waits for service? There are only three people working. There are 15 people sitting and waiting. No movement happening. This happens everytime I come here. They need to hire more staff. How is this allowed? This company is raking in money from patients and giving us horrible service to boot.

I give lab corp on kings hwy. In Cherry Hill a 5***** star rating. From the woman at the intake desk Liza to the phlebotomist, Michelle. I had no wait time. I checked in with my drivers license & answered question on machine and was called right away. Highly recommend. Mary S.

Been to the Medford NJ location once a year for last 3 years. Blood techs have been great. They don't have a front desk for the most part. Simple check in with limited technical skills.

Hi made an online appointment for 8 o'clock and arrived 10 minutes early as directed. However, I also received a text message to check in and answer a Covid question which I did. I was then told by the app to go inside because I was checked in after waiting 45 minutes. I found out that the app did not check me in. There is a problem with the LabCorp text messaging app and check in process it does not work and will cause patients to lose their scheduled appointment times and waste their time. Someone needs to fix the app and verify that it works as designed.

Big Shout Out from Value Lab for your employee Constance W. I call labcorp almost daily for the patients we process labs for. Twice now, I have gotten Constance on the phone when calling for something for a patient. She always goes above and beyond to make sure she can get what I need or find out how long until I can get what I need. She is the only person I have ever actually had call back the next day to make sure I got what I was looking for. Thank You for always being so professional and helpful.

Because the Craycroft Road in Tucson LabCorp location is being remodeled I had to go to the Wilmot Road today. I was so impressed with their efficiency in moving a large number of people through the system. The girls in the front were extremely efficient. Priscilla, who drew my blood was beyond excellent. Professional friendly and knowledgeable.

I have had excellent experiences with the Labcorp in Glendale, Maryland. I go there for all my routine labwork.
They are prompt, efficient and good at drawing blood.
Other locations such as Greenbelt, Maryland are not quite up to the Glendale location.

Unika Wilson, was so helpful when I had my blood work done in October to get my account unlocked and also to get my blood work sent to my oncologist also.
I was told by the office where I had my blood work done that they could not add a doctor for me,since I do have cancer my oncologist needs copies of all my blood work.
Unika was fantastic she got all my problems solved and also let me know when eveything was done.

I would like to commend Diana at the Gilbert service center on Val Vista. She was able to check in 3 clients for every one her coworker did. In fact, over the 1hr and 40 minutes I waited, I timed her coworker and she took 7 minutes between clients. That is ridiculous. Once Diana was there things improved considerably.

Almost three weeks ago I went to LabCorp for tests ordered by my primary care physician prior to my annual physical. Last Thursday I went to my doctor for my physical and he did not have any results from the tests. He called LabCorp and they told him that they had not results on file.
This morning at approximately 10:30 a.m. (Monday, December 11) I went to the LabCorp facility on Bloomingdale Avenue, Valrico, FL 33596, and explained the problem of the missing test results. The attendant at the registration desk asked for my name looked it up on her computer. After a few minutes she called me up and said that my tests had not been processed. I asked "what does that mean?" She said that the tests had never been done. I said "Why is that? It's been over two weeks." She said "You never came in for the blood draw."
She looked at her computer and said we have the order from your doctor but you have never come in for the test. I insisted that I had been there and that the blood had been drawn. She said that there were no records of that in their "system."
I said "Then you guys screwed up somehow." She said "I'm not going to argue with you about whether we made a mistake."
I asked "What do you suggest I do?"
She said go back to your doctor.
I left and thought why couldn't she just admit that somewhere in the process, either my blood samples were misplace or lost or that results were not entered. But to insist that I had not come in for the blood draw is beyond my comprehension.

I want to express my positive experience during my visit to the Kingsley branch LabCorp location, on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017. I was greeted with courtesy, professionalism, and concern by all personnel, especially Shanika(Nikki)Stampler, who provided me with knowledge, experience, and care. I had the need today to go to your Labcorp offices in Bluffton,SC. My lab tests were somewhat complicated as the results had to go to numerous doctors and each doctor requested different Lab tests. The receptionist, upon my arrival was wonderful, professional and very accommodating. Some orders were missing, no problem she contacted the doctor's office and got what was needed. Some coding and contact information for the Mayo Clinic were missing. She handled it professionally. The technician that drew my blood was equally as efficient and professional. I am very difficult to draw blood from. No problem, first try and never felt a thing.
Labcorp is probably the best lab I have ever been to. I know because I have had blood drawn over 50 times in the past year. Please pass my comments on to your Bluffton lab people and Thank you.

I had my blood drawn by Ellen Huang at the LabCorp location at 139 Centre Street in Manhattan, New York City. She can best be described as a magically gifted stealth vampire. While she tied the rubber strap I looked away and nervously chattered and pumped my fist, all the while explaining that I had always been a "difficult stick". When I turned back to see when she would be ready to start I noticed that she was already filling the 3rd vial of blood. I am 67 years old and THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I NEVER FELT ANYTHING.

We visited UT Family Practice, Chattanooga, TN. Our lab tech was Linda Sanders. She had a calming and nice personality. It took her 1 stick to draw blood, which normally takes multiple sticks from other. Great job!

I would like to give kudos to the woman who drew my blood on August 10 at the Emory Crawford Long location. Her name is Yolanda. She was extremely professional and efficient. She has taken my blood on several occasionsuch and afterwards there is never any bruising. I hope that you recognize and appreciate the excellent employee you have. I told her she did a great job, but she needs to hear it from her employer as well.

Having been a former employee of LabCorp I was very uncomfortable with my pediatrician sending me there to have my Daughters blood work performed. I balked and asked to go somewhere else, ie. Quest or local lab, and was told my insurance (BCBS) only used LabCorp in my area. I took my daughter to Quest and paid for the lab testing out of my pocket. You are taking an awful risk with your life allowing them to do your lab work. I left LabCorp on my own and went to work for a biomedical engineering company. The straw that broke the camels back was when I reported a co-worker making up results and throwing the samples away. I went to my supervisor and was told if I made an issue out of this I would be fired and she would make sure I never worked in a local lab again. The next morning I gave my notice to leave. The whole issue was "can you imagine having to redo 3 months of tests, the embarrassment it would cause the company". What I can't imagine is the risk of not re-testing. These tests were on all age groups from babies to geriatrics. Be careful with your lab choice, it really can make a difference.

I have applied for several positions with Lab Corp. I have worked in phlebotomy for 6 years. Ran a satellite office for 2 years and they say that I do not qualify. I don't know what more I need to do to get a position with Lab Corp. I have applied in Florida and NC.

My name is Travis A Crabtree I live in Kingston Tn. I worked for Lab Corp for 2.5 years as a service rep in the Knoxville Tn area.

I always did a good job got along well with my co workers. and my clients on my route. I have above good evaluations by my supervisor. Then one day I had a run in with Norman Crowe Supervisor at knoxville. And he fired me due to RETALIATION. I was always told that lab corp frowned on supervisor who RETALIATED against employees who tried to do the right thing .

But this must not pertain to NORMAN . Trust me when I say Norman Crowe

is NO Supervisor. And lacks the skills for this.
