Your showing Christmas movies before Thanksgiving is really in bad taste. Show them in December after Thanksgiving. Your ratings will constantly go down. Well not recommend to any one. I give it a quarter of a star.

The movie Scents and Sensibility where the older sister works at the spa and her boss steals her evil pretty sisters lotion is a horrible movie which brings back horrible memories of my evil twin!!! Do not like that movie at all and the same movies over and over and over again I'm paying for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to make you aware that the music you insist on playing while there is dialogue is a terrible thing. It adds nothing to the program. There are so many of us who struggle to hear what is being said.And it is impossible to enjoy the program if you can't hear what's being said over the useless noise.

The Mahogany movies are horrible. My wife and I look forward to new Saturday night movies except the Mahogany movies have been so bad that we will get a break from new Hallmark movies

I am not happy with the mahogany series of movies on hallmark movie and mystery channel. They belong on hallmark channel.

I have been an avid watcher of movies and mystery but if things don't change back to mystery I will no longer be a watcher.

Contrary to what Hallmark would have you believe, when it comes to some issues their actions -- or lack of -- show how they feel about their customers. They don't think they need to make things right, to show good will at the very least. The employees who answer 800 number calls do their best & this is often enough. However, when issues have to be forwarded to other areas, it's a different story.

When you place on online order, the screen that comes up with the order number clearly states that the customer will receive 2 emails -- an order confirmation email that should arrive in minutes & a shipping confirmation when the order ships. I've ordered online from Hallmark off & on for years but much more the last 3 or so years, especially as many Hallmark stores have closed. From September 2019 through June 2022, I've placed 36 online orders. I haven't received an order confirmation -- the ones that automatically generate -- for any of those orders. I learned just a few months ago from one of their reps that if no email has come in 10 minutes I can call & a rep will manually send it. I get those. I have no difficulty getting the shipping confirmation emails. Both emails -- order confirmation & shipping confirmation come from the same email address. It doesn't matter whether I pay with credit, debit or PayPal.

I first reported this problem in 2020. Ever since, each time I place an order & don't get an email, I call Hallmark. This was based on my belief that the problem was being worked on & letting them know it wasn't fixed yet. I've done everything Hallmark asked me to do.

This has gone on for 2 years & still isn't fixed. Two or 3 times I was contacted to do something for them, but that didn't change anything. In late June I wound up speaking with 2 supervisors. The conversations began pleasantly but then deteriorated. They kept pointing fingers at my internet provider, AT&T. In April I received an email from Hallmark (which I kept) telling me to contact them about the possibility that my IP address was blacklisted. I did this, it wasn't. It didn't make any sense. One of the supervisors kept saying what they were talking about was their emails being blocked. When I said I had that email, she started trying to walk it back. But both supervisors insisted AT&T was blocking emails. I was told by both that I am the only person this is happening to. The 1st supervisor also insisted I had only reported this problem 5 times -- it's more like 2 dozen plus. I was made to feel that they think I'm making this up.

I contacted AT&T more than once, including their advanced support. They aren't blocking emails or blacklisting my IP address. What Hallmark is claiming doesn't make sense to them either. That Hallmark email address is allowed -- the fact that I get the shipping confirmations is proof of that & the said that they don't allow part of the emails from an address while blocking others.

This has gone on for 2 years. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB & was contacted the next day by someone from Hallmark. He agreed that what I was being told didn't make sense & apologized. He said that others have had email issues but they have been able to resolve them. It's likely other customers have this issue but haven't reported it. After some questions, he indicated this was going to be treated with urgency. I'm still waiting.

Two years is a long time. Hallmark's handling of this shows the lack of value they place on us & providing good customer service in ALL areas. They don't think they need to show good will in the face of this -- their idea is a small gift card for 2 years of nothing. I want this issue resolved - not just for me but potentially other customers, but Hallmark also needs to tangibly accept responsibility for not wrapping this up in a timely manner. Demonstrate they care & do better than what they've done. What it looks like is that Hallmark thinks doing more will reflect on them as not doing what they should have done in 2020 when this was 1st reported.

I subscribed to your channel so I could see The Good Witch series. Only to find out I can't because you don't run them. Really Hallmark what a disappointment! Not paying extra to see it since I'm already paying to see your channels.

As a customer for over 40 years when will you connect all of the coupons earned directly on the rewards card we scan in the store? You make it so inconvenient to use them. Most of the time I am driving past your store and remember to pick up something but of course I don't have the rewards mailed to me. To make matters worse I cannot pull them up on my phone because the site won't connect in your store. Many companies I frequent have already done this. When Will You?

Sadly I will be leaving Hallmark like so many others because of the offensive homosexual direction of Hallmark movies. The last straw was when the trailer of a new movie showed overt display of homosexuality. There was no turning off the movie it was just there. We are heading to pure Flix.

Very disappointed in Hallmark. It's not a family channel anymore. The homosexual agenda is more important to you than your followers. I'm not going to renew. GAC family and Up Faith and Family are what I watch now. So sad.

We (my family as well as our neighbors) do NOT like the "new" movies!
We are so very disappointed in Hallmark. This was the one channel we enjoyed.
What about the series like were on last year???

Why did you start narrating through your movies! It is a distraction from the actual movie, If I wanted to get read to I would go to an audio book. I have been a hallmark follower for years but
am looking for alternative movies since the "voice" has been added.

The "Pat's Hallmark Store" in Vero Beach FL closed before 6 pm and wouldnt allow my husband in the store to purchase Christmas Gifts! He got there before 6 pm. Called the manager; she apologized but stated she let a man in at 2 minutes to closing! Why was my husband not allowed in ? Very strange !

I ordered an item Willow Tree WEB 105209675 at Amy's Hallmark in Leawood for same day pickup at 10am this morning 12/4 and I still have not received an email to pick it up and it is after 3pm now.. what is with same day pick up service...????

Crown for Christmas the background music is louder than the actors talking you can not even focus on what they are saying. I paid to watch this movie and 10min in very disappointed

I don't even bother watching Hallmark anymore. Glad I ordered a lot of Hallmark dvds from years earlier. These are what I watch. Worst ever movies on Hallmark that I have ever seen. Terrible!

The worst experience ever in my forty seven years of shopping for Christmas cards and decorations at Hallmark.
When I needed to return a defective item I was essentially called to task to prove it. The lack of respect was astounding.
I was told that a replacement was impossible as there were none left in the storage room.
I expressed my disappointment to the manager the next day. She was made aware of the incident. Since they did not accept returns even defective ones I chose to just buy a third and similar item proving that they did in fact have more in the storage area. At $29.99 the cost became exorbitant. I intended to contact the corporate office but was told that each hallmark is an independent store and therefore make their own rules.
Tell me if this is so and I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

I have watched Hallmark channels for years I have watched hallmark and hallmark mysteries,I am disappointed in how the channel is going,all of the actors that I have followed and loved their movies are going,to GAC and I will follow them,the movies I have seen lately of remakes of movies that have been on before I not going to pay for a channel to watch remakes it there are not any writers to come up with new movies then they are in the wrong proffesion,your channel is terrible

I always enjoyed watching Hallmark movies + mysteries but to start showing Xmas movies before Halloween on both stations is absolutely ridiculous. The movies on both stations are repetitive and the least you can do is offer a station which regular viewing instead of Christmas. I now search the channels for something to watch in place of Hallmark stations especially on weekends + at night. I don't think offering customers to pay for a station that repeats movies is considered customer friendly. Think about your choice in showing Christmas movies in October till Christmas is that considered wise? Reading these comments should make the powers that be reconsider what they are doing!

I have watched hallmark movie and hallmark mysterious,for years,I am very disappointed,in the movies that have been on there have been no hallmark and mysteries,the actors are great the trouble is who ever is running hallmark now,a lot of these movies are remakes of them older movies,I hope that who ever is responsible for putting these movies have a brain that come up with their own ideas instead of taking other people's ideas,I am sorry who ever was there before has left they new how to bring people to your channel not a mess that you have now also the movies that you put on hallmark was also seen in UP TV channel I hope you start bring back the movies that prople could not wait to turn to your channel to watch the shows that they fell in love with and also the charters the people that played were amazing,Please do something about this your rating are tanking

Repeating some movies weekly is so frustrating. "The Country Wedding" w/Jesse Medcalf.. Really need to look into who is responsible for making the listings. They need to be FIRED for not knowing what their doing. All your stations are just repeating the same constantly and weekly.
The same way you're advertising coming movies. So tired of seeing trailers over and over with each and every commercial. Wake up!!! It's so annoying and repetitive to the point that I don't even want to watch it. Finding that I turn to different channels.

I'm VERY much hating your Halloween , Christmas commercial...is back to back!! Halloween is about celebrating " EVIL ". Christmas , is about the birth of " Jesus "?

When my son was a very young little boy , i let him go out with friends , to trick or treat. And then when he got to be at the age to know about " good " & " evil " ...he knew on his own , that he wanted to be a good Christian man.

Now , i REFUSE to watch the " Hallmark " channel , because of how the " PRODUCERS " or whoever else , are ENORMOUSLY DISRESPECTING , the birth of JESUS CHRIST...Son of GOD..creator of heaven and earth!!!??

I have ALOT of family & friends & church family members....who have all agreed , that they too , will NOT be watching the Hallmark channel....because of the way that , the Hallmark channel would have ...Halloween & Christmas commercials , be back to back!! ?

I used to watch the Hallmark channel faithfully....until now!! I've been having ALOT of hip surgeries , so i have been house bound , don't have any choice...but to watch t.v.

And so now , I'm REALLY PISSED OFF WITH THE Hallmark channel!!?

Why doesn't the Hallmark channel have something for people to watch , besides all this " love " shit????

Just started a subscription and now you have canceled The Good Witch! I like the movies but this was my favorite. I n m ay have to cancel my subscription! You people are complete idiots!, or just too greedy to pay your actors!!!!!!!!!
