I am very dissapointed in how you handled Goodwitch demise or even that it is ending.
Whatever you plan for this time slot will not reach near the popularity and was the reason I watched hallmark.

Very upset that Good Witch is ending.

And who's idea was it to end the show. Please rethink, losing the show. You left it wide open to be continued. Please do so.make it a season finally not final. Loose some of your other shows, not good witch!!!!

I don't know why you have put naration on the channel. I hate it and I'm not going to watch your movies if I have to listen to someone tell me what they are doing. You have taken the fun out of your movies with this irritating naration. Take it off I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't like it.
It takes away from the movie not enjoyable at all.

I will be canceling all of my Hallmark channels due to the homosexual content now on the good witch. Hallmark channel was always a safe place to go to be able to watch family shows. The major networks have enough of the homosexuality content that hallmark did not need to follow suit and could taken the higher road.

I shopped in the Romeo Michigan store on June 13 2021. I went in with the intentions of purchasing a card for a bereaved parents of and infant. But to my unbelief, there was NOT ONE, I repeat! NOT ONE CARD FOR A PARENT. I Was so upset I actually sat on the floor and cried. NOW THE REASON I CRIED WAS BECAUSE THERE WERE 6-7 CARDS FOR PETS THAT WERE LOST. I totally understand that some people believe that their pets were their children. But I was devastated to find NOT A SINGLE CARD FOR A BABY!!! THIS IS WRONG BEYOND WORDS. I AM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR DECISION TO NOT CARRY CARDS FOR DISTRAUGHT PARENTS. Sincerely Debi Thompson

Our family has watch Hallmark for years... we have always felt it was a safe channel for the whole family to watch, from the very young to the very old. We have enjoyed watchIng the wholesome movies that you can actually feel good about! It is so important for families we know to have an opportunity to have something on TV that we can all watch! Now with you adding the gay and homosexual couples... we are so disappointed!!! We will not be watching hallmark anymore!! It is sad that you have made the discussion to do this. I hope that you will reconsider your discussion. When calls the Heart is our favorite and most loved show I am sad but we will not be watching Hallmark any more!! Sincerely a concerned Mom!

I have been trying to get this issue resolved for over a week, and just get sent all over in a "runaround," and never get an answer. I have a subscription , but cannot watch episode 11 of season 7 of When Calls the Heart without being charged extra! This should not happen! How can I get some help?

Hallmark CEO: You are losing your core fan base by introducing homosexual couples to your movies. It is sickening to watch. I will be sadly turning off this channel. This is not the majority! Do you have to go the politically correct route? This saddens the majority of your fans.

I am a Hallmark fan and have been for years. I asked about 10 years ago for the channel to add diversity. Slowly this is happening.
My new issue is with the recent onslaught of shows where you do have African American actors but in most cases the African American men can be dark skin, light skin or in between but the African American some love interests are usually very light or seems like recently white women. I know there are multi racial relationships but this appears to be a concerted effort to never show black people with each other as they truly are and do. I've seen where a dark black man and light skin black woman have 2 kids - the boy is dark skin and the girl looks almost white. What are you guys thinking. It continues to spread and propagate an image that only light skinned or mixed black women are valued. Diversity starts with hiring people who can write diverse stories, cast diverse people in a way that authentically shows diversity in the broad spectrum it is. In this dark and age it shouldn't even be something that has to be addressed but it shows how black people are still struggling to be seen as we are because the broader white audience is uncomfortable. Nothing wrong with showing biracial relationships but in the absence of showing black on black relationships it's obvious and disturbing that things haven't changed

Hello, I would like to commend your organization for standing up for democracy. It saddens me to realize that our government seems to be unable to do the work that must be done to close the door on insurrection by a sitting President. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue. It is a national security issue, an issue of protecting all our elected officials who right now are under threat and protecting the sanctity of edifices which are symbols to the world of our reverence for and protection of our democratic processes. But I am heartened to see corporations such as yours step up and have the courage to act when others decline. Thank you very much. I am very grateful and I will be gracing your stores and watching the Hallmark channel for I am a person who who votes and uses her pocketbook to fuel the change I want to see.

I will not be going to my local store any longer. If you are going after Conservatives, go after liberals. Can I have all my money refunded for all the ornaments and things I've bought. I also won't be supporting your Channel. Hypocrites. Bye Bye.

How do I get all my money back for 40 years of ornaments? If you want refunds on your contributions, I want a full refund on every Hallmark everything I've bought.

It seems your movies get worse and worse every year. They all have the same plot!! Years ago they were so nice,I looked forward to watching them. They are horrible I don't know who comes up with them but maybe you should find someone new. Such a disappointment! You need to bring back the older ones and come up with new ideas! Your actresses aren't even good anymore! I know so many people who stopped watching them. The older ones were sooooo nice. I rate them a -0 . Such a shame.

Ordered angel figurines, received an email stating delivery date. 3 days after suggested delivery date, I still haven't received the figurines. Waited on the phone for 1/2 hour two days in a row to speak to customer service only to find out the figurines were out of stock !! Extremely disappointed as this was the first and last time I will order from Hallmark. Total lack of communication

Horrible customer service. After being told the same inaccurate information for the fifth time, I finally got transferred to a supervisor. She constantly interrupted me while making her voice louder and louder so that I could not get a word of explanation in. Eventually she was yelling at me, but claimed I was the one yelling and that she would hang up. The call got disconnected and she did not bother resolving anything or calling back.

My wife paid $5.00 apiece for two birthday cards for our twin grandsons and at least for that kind of money you could put some dam glue on the envelope and see to it the edges are sealed.

When I was growing up, we celebrated Halloween, then Thanksgiving. We went to the Thanksgiving parade and Santa's float was the last float in the parade Santa had come to town. The next day, all the stores and houses began Christmas decorating. There was no Christmas in July or Countdown to Christmas, I understand it is all about the dollar, but can you keep those sappy Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel, and leave Hallmark, Movies & Mysteries alone?

I have now been waiting on the phone for over one hour to talk to a CARE team member. I am so frustrated I could scream but now will hang up.I went through the same thing yesterday and I AM DONE.

Please stop playing background music so loud. Cannot hear the actors. Love hallmark, but I am am dissppointed when new ones are on and the music is too loud. Thank you.

I would like to know why background music has become so loud, you cannot hear what is being said during movies? Also, as far as upcoming Christmas movies, please show the old ones to, that made Hallmark movie channel, examples A Grandpa for Christmas, November Christmas, Wishing Tree, Silver Bells, Mrs. Miracle, Holiday Engagement, Bride for Christmas, Dog named Christmas, Season for Miracles, just to name a few. There are so many Hallmark Christmas movies, we should not have to watch the same ones over and over and the new ones have to many same story lines.

The Christmas holiday movies will be coming up and I would like to put some input on the season, it would be really nice if they would start after thanksgiving to bring back the old holidays like they used to be. Department stores are starting to bring in the holiday decorations already and it is way too early. As growing up we never saw decorations or holiday movies till thanksgiving. To be perfectly honest the Christmas movies are way too long and we just got over them the first week of August . Please consider starting the Christmas movies till Thanksgiving. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. It would be nice to bring back the old tradition.

I have a idea and suggestion for Hallmark cards. Can you please come out with cards about caregivers, nurses, nurses week. These are really important specially at this time. When I went to look for a card for nurses week as I work at a memory care community there was none but I see you have cards for secretaries and teachers but none for the health industry.
What are your thoughts?
