I stopped buying chicken from HEB because they sold Country Pride. Not long ago I noticed Country Pride was no longer on the shelf so I started buying HEB and HEB Grand chicken again. Lo and behold to my surprise the other day I picked up a bag, got home and it was Country Pride. Country Pride chicken is colorless, tasteless, and Cooks up gritty. The worst Chicken on the market.

I live in Nacogdoches Tx..I drove over to HEB in Lufkin on Monday the 21st of March
Your store is dirty...ithas a smell in it and the bakery..produce and meat sections were disgusting..I can only amagine what your restrooms were like..this is a busy store I know we have asked for a HEB to come to Nacogdoches..but to try and shop in such a nasty store you have in Lufkin I'm wondering if we need you ..there's no pride in your store over there I'm very disapointed

When will the Portland HEB go back to bringing the carts in? Last 4 times of gone there to grocery shop....all the carts are in the parking lot. I just continue to shop at walmart instead.

I've shopped at HEB for years, but this week I received inedible produce from both of the Kerrville stores--sour, bitter grapes and dry,tasteless oranges. I took the time to contact their customer service and included the receipt #s for both purchases, asking for a refund through their app given that it was produce and I didn't have the original packaging. I received a canned email response about "being a valued customer" --no refund and not so much as an apology. Seriously? You can do better!

Two experiences buying stale breads from HEB. Once Hawaiian rolls, then Sara Lee slider buns. Seriously, They need to offer a "day" (or week) old section so we can be prepared.

A manager(no name tag) at the front area cashier/self-checkout was rude and unprofessional, with an attitude right from the start, She acted like I was bothering her, sorry I disturbed her on actually doing her job! I had a simple question about the coupon buy an item get an item free, I honestly did not understand how it works and she responded in a rude tone "guess you don't like discounts" as she proceeded to walk away she said "whatever" I did not respond to her demeanor in a negative way, BUT I think she should get another job if she is that stressed out as a "manager" or get better training on what customer service consist of, at the HEB at 7901 West Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78736 2/2/23 10:16 PM
I'll stay with Target for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and never mess up my order, I have given HEB too many chances

I was double charged for my online order 12 days ago and have yet to get a refund. It takes days to get a response and when I do it is just a generic message that does not pertain to my situation. Times are too hard for HEB to just ignore the fact they owe me $115.

HEB has now decided to sell day old bread. First we raise prices, next we downsize products and sell for the same price AND NOW, we're selling day old bread. Now and forever, day old bread was either sold at half price or given to the homeless shelters or fed to the birds.

Have had several issues with delivery not leaving the groceries where specified. Last week I put in an order for a disabled person. They were not delivered. I had to take time from my workday to force a reshop and delivery. This week, when I placed the order for delivery, the system defaulted to curbside. I was told that there was no way to change it. I could cancel, but it would take several days to get my money back. So again I took off from work to pick up the order. The person I shop for spends from $100-150 a week. Will not be shopping HEB again.

Tonight was by far worst experiance at my HEB which my biggest problem is partners socializing amongst each other not paying attention bagging my poultry with produce,cat food produce cleaning products with whatever they grab not paying attention if that's not enough to also receive rudeness is unacceptable,I've complained before to store but tonight I've called the store but a follow up with you is needed,Mike front mic put produce cat food idc cat food sealed other produce with spices I asked for pk of cigarettes they were busy 3 talking Cashier,Mike,and janitor lady if you have camera and audio you'll see me ask so then young lady asked if that will be all I had to ask again my cigarettes which were put into bag by Mike with cat food produce.unaceptable.i walked away but telling young lady if you hadn't been busy socializing you might have paid attention to me when Mike cut me off telling me have nice evening.i asked him to not cut me off with rudeness he again said have nice evening.i went to customer center asked for Store MIC while Mike comes around counter proceds enter office all the whole laughing at no one paying attention never once addressing me with a simple oppolagy I'm totally appalled his behavior yesterday I spent 100 today 94$ I will take my business elsewhere no problem my family members included but not before I let you know this Mike with poor attitude socializing not properly trained how to bag will help you loose business my prescriptions are there asap will transfer them out thank you for hearing me out.

I used to love HEB and drove 45 mins out of my way to shop there. However,after finding out about their support and sponsorship of a kid friendly strip show and their opposition against school choices...they've lost my business. There's one opening in my area and even then I won't support them. HEB used to be about Texas and the people but it's clear the latest ceo has taken a deep hard stance for things I cannot support.

H‑E‑B brand charcoal is dogspit! FREAK that STUFF! Never buy that BS. Kingsford has never let me down, their stuff (H‑E‑B) has me waiting for an hour an a half for nothing. It goes out! TRASH! It could barely even catch fire, even using a LIGHTER to get it going did nothing. It didn't even get hot at all, it was basically the same temperature as before "lighting" it. You are better off paying the extra few bucks to get coal that ACTUALLY WORKS. It is a literal waste of money, you would accomplish the same thing by leaving it on your kitchen counter. After hours of waiting it's still RAW basically. It was getting late and we had to use Kingsford coal to finish the job PROPERLY. Don't buy H‑E‑B brand coal to save a few bucks, it really not worth it. You can really notice the difference between H‑E‑B and Kingsford coal, and it is VERY much worth paying the extra few dollars to get ACTUAL WORKING coals.

I was standing on the sidewalk recently in front of the HEB in Wimberley, Texas. talking to a friend. A elderly woman walked up and said excuse me, we were blocking her from pushing her cart down the incline. We stepped aside but I noticed she had a cane in her right hand and her left arm was in a sling. She was barely able to push her basket.
So I walked her to her car, unloaded her basket and asked if an employee offered to help. She said no but it was ok because they were busy.
That is unacceptable. There should Always be assistance for women, especially in these circumstances. Shame on you HEB.

On Friday September 2at 7 am I stopped the H‑E‑B Lakeline. When I went to my car, I stopped in front of my car picked up my 2 bags and started walking to my car. I slipped on some pebbles that were on the ground then my foot hit the tire bumper guard and I fell and hit my head. Two men were walking by one stopped to help me. He told me one of my salsa broke and there was glass so he put the bag in a cart got another bag from my car chip put the food into it and put it in my car. I then went inside the store and told the cashier at self-serve checkout that I fell and hit my head in the parking lot and have broken glass in my bag. She got a bag to put the glass in She told me I could go and get another salsa. I told her I fell and hit my head in the parking lot and feel dizzy. I put my head down on the cart she called someone. They went and got the salsa. Neither one asked if they could help or get a manager to help me and gave me my salsa and pretty much said there you go. Friday afternoon I called and talk to a manager to tell him what happened. And let him know he needed to talk to his employees about asking someone if they are OK he took down my name and number then called me back and wanted to know what I was wearing what kind of car I had I had already told him this on the first call I told him I had a big bump on my head and a scratch on my elbow and that I was sore. You would think they would call back on Friday and ask if I'm doing OK it is now Sunday and no one's ever called

OMG, HEB in San Juan tx. I've been waiting for my groceries 30min. They never came out with my groceries. Some of the vehicles left without there groceries. We are waisting gas just parked here in the parking lot. With this heat of 103.

Highly disappointed with the floral department at the Bastrop HEB. Came in a month ago, (10 months prior to my fiancés and I wedding). We were told we came in plenty of time early to plan and coordinate, we were told May of 2023 was all open for them.
Get an email a few weeks later, due to vacation and them being sick. Just to be told they can't do our wedding due to graduations being more important.

I shop at the Columbus, Tx store. I've requested the store to store to stock (deli) chicken salad. The market person said they order it, but is never included in their order.
This store is a former Pantry store. It is way too small. The manager said a larger store is not in the works, because there's not sufficient volume to warrant it. I believe a larger store, with a meat market, would attract more customers. Please consider it!

Overall there are some decent girls working from home on the phone for online shopping but there is one particular ignorant named Irene Garcia which has terrorized me disabled seniors to the point where they moved out and made new heb accounts elsewhere to around this lady. And after 5 months when I been shopping myself she is insisting and repetitively tells me that I can't get delivery only to come into the store and shop because of my account or address I should say is connected to the 2 nice people she ran off. This cock sucker of sn individual is spend more time wishing she was decent rather than discriminating the elderly and disabled when she gets fired from that company there will be other angry families sueing her and that company for her faulty behavior. She should be a problem solver not a trouble maker and like I said she will be fired and have a reputation.

I am very disappointed in H-E-B. I've always shopped at the Market Street location in The Woodlands because of their quality of food and community output. A couple months ago I noticed one of their employees had an upside down cross on her forehead. I informed the manager that he should probably do something about this, like have it covered up while she's working. Nothing was done. So I took it up with corporate, again nothing. It's been about three months since I first reported
the incident. Apparently they don't care, I will no longer be shopping here

Meet to salmon in display case that separated by a metal divider. However the juice is free-flowing under the debider. Cod. Most often. is extremely pungent way beyond fresh. Myvsamon smelt and tasted like the old cod in display case. Complained to manager to no avail. Still being oungently displayed next to salmon today. Isolate the cod...please. learn when to trash cod instead of trying yo sell it.

Mostly HEB is great. However, the customer service is on a decline. I am speaking about the newer HEB in Oak Hill.
I have been treated quite rudely, several times lately. I'm surprised, and deeply disappointed, due to the fact that I have always been a big fan of the store.
Also,my groceries have been bagged very poorly, like there is no training for this at all.
