I went to HEB 03-24-2024 at 7.54 pm I was already in the check out and the customer in front was talking to a supervisor name Belinda and they were just talking away and would not move so I could pay that lady Belinda looked at me knowing I was waiting to pay and disregard keep talking until I ask excuse me I need to pay I think if there going to be having a conversation they need to move to the side because I have a disabled person at home need to just go in and out not wait for people to talk and being a supervisor she should of done that she also has and ugly attitude.

I won't shop at the Lufkin store anymore. The manager came and got me to move my car. He didn't like the way I was parked in a handicap space. We argued and I thought he was very rude. From now on, I will only shop at out of town stores. I always shop at the Central Market in SA or Houston.

Stores on O'Connor have had employees a bit too long.Few of them have the rudest attitude with people and its very noticible. Other store with same employees are on Bulverde Rd. Evans and FM 3009. HEB has completely gone downhill with services. A site with all these rude employees are being uploaded for consumers to be aware of the rudeness. Even behind the main counter to pay bills are horrible. Cannit wait and hopefully the new monkeys at are at OConnor are first. Serverely rude and need to be unemployed

So I'm here at HEB off of n new Braunfels in San Antonio. I saw that register 4 was open had the light turned on the cashier right when I'm unloading tells me she's closed... unacceptable shame on her for doing that to us it happened at 1:20pm today Jan 20,2024... Very rude

Reviews mean nothing to these corporate people. There prices are anywhere from $1 to $5 higher than anyone else. Even Walmart. Everything comes from Mexico. Especially the vegetables. Bought a cheese ball for the Holiday's. $8 and it was stale. What they are doing is making more money off of the price of fuel. HEB FLAT SUCKS THE BIG ONE. Making money from there own brand is what there doing. If your on SNAP and Mexican they do what ever they can for you. I buy from Amazon and other place. I've even shopped out of state for foods. They have NO competition so they can charge whatever they want.

I was choking on a piece of red chili in your tamales. Luckily here I was able to get it out. The skin on these peppers is very rubbery and should be finely chopped. And big pieces are throughout your tamales.
Not the best flavor or quality with dry ends.
And while i'm at it. I dislike your "low prices" commercials. You took advantage of everyone else overcharging as if you don't have enough money. You don't care about your customers. You only care about making money.
Merry Christmas

Well, this is the last time I do curbside. I placed an order for some items, one of which included fully cooked pot roast and a coupon for a side order of mashed potatoes. When I got home and saw that the mashed potatoes were not included, I called and spoke with someone and was told he would pass the info to his manager. So I went the following day to pick it up. Was given some lame excuse that because the coupon was not added to the order on the time of purchase, she could not give me the mashed potatoes. It is still HEB! Many a times I've forgotten to clip or grab a coupon and when I get to the register have gotten the item taken care of. This is disappointing for me. Not a happy customer anymore. Might have to start lookng to buy groceries somewhere else.

It doesn't matter which location in Waco, I try. I ALWAYS have problems having my meds filled! I'll call and verbally request for a refill or try to go online.. they never get it right! And I looked on their app to try and call their customer service no. They only take calls during the week till 5. So basically if you work you have no options really to try and get your issues resolved. And I've even brought my complaints to the in store manager and still I'm frustrated. I just tried calling the pharmacy and was on hold over 5 minutes! I got so frustrated I just hung up. So here I am a disabled person and I can't even get my very much needed medication filled. Very very disappointed!

Why do a few HEB brand items fall very short of a scam. Ex. HEB Queso hot pepper 12oz is small firstly but the open it & it's only HALF FULL ½ if that's not a scam what is.

i could have easily gone to jail today for my experience at my local h.e.b. in Lufkin, Tx. My neighbor asked me for a ride to town to shop at h.e.b.. We went our separate ways once inside the store. I called her (she was apparently done shopping and waiting outdoors for me...it was my truck and I had the only key) I informed her about a sale on chicken drumsticks for 2.50 or so for 10lbs. she asked that i get her some and she would come back in and purchase it. I waited for over 15 minutes for her and went to the register when i saw her finally making her way toward me with a h.e.b. employee in tow. apperently she had tried to re enter the store with the beer she had already purchased as evidenced by the employee having to ask for i.d. at the self checkout station.....i paid for my chicken and other groceries with a credit card. my friend was desperately trying to get the 3 feet to me at the register to pay for the chicken she asked me to get for her. the employees would NOT let her to the register and a huge and loud engagement ensued with the rather large black female manager on duty. She told me 2 seperate baskets were needed....which we had...and that what we were doing was illegal. WHAT?????? i handed the cashier $30 cash for a 28 and change purcase for my friend who was standing right there begging to get to the register. i offered up my phone and hers to the manager to verify what we were saying . she called security on us over 2 bags of 3.50 chicken! Im sorry to say but that had nothing to do with 2 baskets or 2 vehicles or 2 of anything! she was totally prejudiced and darn sure didnnt want either of us to have 2 lousy bags of chick

The Lakeline Bakery is not up to par I have tried things periodically and they're never what you're expecting to get in terms of quality or taste

On July 13, 2023 I went grocery shopping as usual at HEB. On my way to the check out registers I slid and had to grab my basket/cart and did the split to keep from hitting the floor. I had spine surgery several months ago so I surely did not want to hit the floor... I looked down and there was lotion or soap (white) all over the floor and I told an employee that they need to clean this up before someone gets hurt as I almost fell. I went to the register and asked for a supervisor and I spoke to Moe and told him that I had just had back surgery a few months ago and almost fell because there was stuff all over the floor.. He just took my name and number down on a piece of paper and said they will follow up with me. I checked out then went back to the area where I Slipped and they had it cleaned up but not all of it and the supervisor moe was there and asked me where it happened. He never asked if I was ok or if i was injured...I never heard back from them so the next day I called up there to HEB and I spoke to Jesse qho hung up on me once i explained the situation to him..I called back and got Javi whom was a meat manager and he transferred me to Mark whom I explained what happened and he took all my information down and stated they would follow up with me and nothing..so last Friday I went back to shop for some items and spoke to another manager and she called moe and they called someone else who stated that he did get my report.i said nobody ever followed up with me..what happened to incident reports in case something comes up later or something triggered my surgery..I said I would hate to have to report you all. He said I promise we will call you monday..a week later to today, August 13, 2023, AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER, I have not heard from anyone. This is UNACCEPTABLE HEB!! 1. I spend way too much money with your chain, I give you all alot of my hard earned money every 2 weeks and have since I was a young adult. 2. I used to be an employee of HEB when I was in High School so the dedication goes back decade's 3. This is terrible business and terrible accountability taken on your end as a company. Why treat your customers or anyone this way when you were negligent in the matter. A simple follow up to ensure I was ok or if I need anything or even an apology would be expected. NOBODY had any Empathy nor compassion un the matter and lacked to even care that I was put in this situation. I am highly disappointed in this company and theie actions are completelyUNACCEPTABLE! I took a picture of the floor after the employee wiped the floor up and the manager Moe was standing there asking me where it occurred. I will attach..UNACCEPTABLE HEB!!

HEB needs to require that online customers provide the PIN for the card they are using when their order is placed. Perhaps this will help eliminate fraudulent charges.

I Will Not Order Anything Online From This Store Ever Again...they Are Rude Azz Folks That Have An Attitude Problem...they Messed Up My Order And Charged Something On My Order That I Didn't Ask For Then The Young Lady I Spoke With The First Time I Called She Cause All This Bs...i Tried To Speak With Someone Else And Since I Was Pissed Off About It All And Cursed A Bit She Act Like Her Dam Ears Was Going To Fall Off. Forgive Me For What I'm About To Say...but If I Was Privileged It Would Never Have Happened The Way It Did... H E B...hire More Kinder People And People With Compassion That Cares About Your Store And Customers...i Felt Like I Was Discriminated Against...sad But Sooooo True...

HEB 13663 FM 1488. Spend lots of money there only to usually end up with an emotionally dysregulated clerk at checkout. Xavier.M it says on the receipt. Mousy, mouthy, with cruel little lips... repeatedly asked me about the orange juice which I'd told him was a go-back; that I didn't want it.
He finally turned to the line monitor/director who was bagging for him and with a smirk asked her what to do, to which she told him that it goes back in stock. At that juncture, I'm getting a little exasperated, then the bagger with painted designs on the top of her eyelids, loudly crows on her shrill voice with a similar smirk: "you all right?" As I'm contemplating this rather unpleasant experience while loading another $83 of non-sensically bagged items into my car, I realized why, although close to my location, I don't frequent this HEB. The constant banter between clerks and baggers is untenable for a job that you should be focusing on doing correctly. Putting a pizza box in a bag with 2 banannas and then using another bag for 2 half gallons of milk, a half gallon of juice, and some other heavy items is thoughtless, rude, a disservice to the customer and is eroding the reputation of HEB. And I bring my own sturdy bags! I'm sorta done with this new location. There seems to be more pride and responsibility taken by the employees at 7988 FM1488.

Never had an issue with HEB. Was sold a defective product at Corpus Christi store# 3, and manager Ruben Fuentes refuses to reimburs3 me the $5 for the product they never should have sold. Challenged me to dispute the while charge. What terrible service. Anti-community.

Avoid HEB at Creekside, New Braunfels. Worst stocked store in Texas. Over 300 watermelons and melons at $8.00 each, but no fresh produce avail, no meat, aisles are blocked with unpacked produce, spills on the floor, employees with racks in aisles on their cell phones, no packers to bag groceries. VERY POOR MANAGED STORE.

HEB on wadley in Midland Texas needs to teach it employees to do their job better treat the customer better and when asked for manger get the manger and step the Heck away there is reason why we asked for manger it's usually your adatude when a manger shows up they should encourage the employee to step away that way the customer can talk freely and not be treated like shit

Posted by Dave

if you ask them for a product you used to be able to get or want to get, they'll pretty much tell you check at another store. If you contact corporate about it, they'll just blow you off. They quit carrying their OWN label ice cream (Hill Country Fare) in the store I have always been able to get it, the store employee told me it was probably because they are a smaller store (though another HEB 2 mi away has it and they are smaller). I contacted corporate via Twitter and after some back and forth, they said they'd have someone from customer relations contact me back - 2 weeks later I have heard NOTHING!!! HEB does some good things, but the whole 'Here Everything's Better' is a HUGE misnomer. They don't do much more than they have to. I used to work in a grocery store and we always brought product in for a customer, even if it is was just a case just for that customer, but HEB won't do that. Their standard answer at the store level (I have been told this as different locations) is to tell you to go check at the HEB down the street. They won't bring anything in and they won't bend over backwards to help you.

My family spends over $1000 per month on groceries, and we are, or at least was, a committed HEB customer. That said, we have purchased our last thing at HEB, until you remove the LBGTQ material from your stores. There is no place is our society for companies who try to drive, promote, or support, radical, woke, anti-Christian, leftist ideologues. You should take a feedback from Disney's actions....stay in your lane!

I just finished shopping at my local HEB. Your new HEB bags for purchase can sit and rot! I am beyond disgusted. Stop shoving other people's lifestyles and agenda on the public!!Y'all does not mean we have to accept anyone's lifestyle and it is NOT HEB'S duty to shove it on us!! Y'all means "you all" when referring to more than one person. PERIOD. STOP IT!!!

I've been shopping at HEB for years; I've had great service and experience. However, since the pandemic, the HEB pharmacies have been grossly under-staffed. I typically wait an hour to pick up a prescription; this is unacceptable. It does not matter whether I go through the drive-up lane (2 lanes with 10 cars deep) or go inside the store. My experience yesterday was the single line in-store filled a whole aisle. I decided to get my groceries first (big mistake); the line was longer when I returned. I spent nearly 2 hours in the store yesterday, over an hour with the on-store pharmacy line. Needless to say, the pharmacy staff can't handle phone calls either. The woman behind the counter was very nice; but this is not a sustainable business model.

I just found out that H.E.B.' Charges 3% for their FREE curbside.
It doesn't show anywhere on their website. I figure they owe me about $500

I always find the employees at the HEB on Babcock (store #23) to be quite rude. Especially the employees tending to customers at the checkout counters. From being extremely rushed, to bagging nonsensical items together (soap and food, heavy cans of soup on top of bananas) to outright tossing items to the end of the conveyer (eggs, loose fruit) and generally having a bad demeanor.

However, I brush it off and try to have a positive attitude. Today, however, a rude encounter with an employee at the Pharmacy checked all boxes requiring a "karen" review. When I hand over my ID for you to fill out my details for the prescription, please use it. Don't look at me as if I'm trying to hand over cancer to you and you'd rather not touch it. Don't keep barking "Name, DOB and Address" when I know if I said my address out loud you would not be able to catch it, and would need to look at my ID. Be kind and respectful, and you'll earn it back in return.

The Tech Ridge HEB at Canyon Ridge Dr. in Austin is hands-down the absolute WORST HEB store in the chain. It is WAY too small for the amount of business that they do, it is always poorly stocked, they do not employ night stockers so they are always jamming the isles stocking the shelves in the middle of the day, the store is also always jammed with curbside pickup carts, and the Pharmacy is awful. If they hadn't chased-off all of their competition I would gladly take my business elsewhere.

HEB is one of my favorite stores and I often use online shopping and pick up service however on two different occasions I was given very bad meat The first time they brought me out chicken breast with three fresh breast inside and the fourth one old and smelly and the second time I ordered the large bag of chicken wings in the purple and pink bag when I got home I couldn't believe what I was seeing the chicken wings first of all smell terrible discoloration on most of the wings they were horrible I have had to turn around twice and take these products right back in which they would have made me and my family very sick and I find this type of action unacceptable I spoke to assistant manager and they act like it nothing wrong no apology or anything I just told them to put the money back on my account and no one should have to put up with this all food coming out of that store to customers should be fresh at all times and if the shoppers doest know how to choose fresh items then train them properly to look out for expiration dates and fresh food it disgusting

I love the service at HEB. One of your best checkers is Sharon at the HEB at Gattis School Rd. and Red bud Lane in Round Rock.
I give her a 10 for her pleasant demeanor and quick check out.
Thank you Sharon for all you do.

Just scored some great PRIDE product from HEB! I am so happy to see y'all being so inclusive! Keep up the great work! If some people don't like it, they simply don't have to buy any of it, but I'm glad you have it!

Customer service is always great. I want to know when HEB will stop offering plastic bags. Its time. Stores across the country have already made the move to save our planet.

Bought some HEB brand onion dip yesterday and it is absolutely tasteless. If you're going to to try and compete with the name brand names at least make it taste as good. Seriously, do a blind taste test and you'll know what I mean.

Today Matt (at Bastrop HEB meat department) went far out of his way to help me. I wanted a great steak to please my wife at dinner and asked or the best cut of meat. He showed me an we discussed its thickness -I asked what would he get it was his wife and he went the back and custom cut a great steak that I am sure will work perfectly. That is the kind of service I also hope to receive at HEB but Matt really made my day. Ken Kesselus

On March 9th, 2023 around 11:30a.m., as I was walking into HEB, I was greeted by a very welcoming employee, Cory. I asked if they carried N95 masks and he said he would check. As we were walking, he said he had an extra unused mask in his office that he would just give to me. I told him he didn't have to do that, but he proceeded to get it anyway. When he returned, he showed me where the masks were in the store and I bought some for later.
But, I just wanted HEB to know that this young man, Cory, who is a Store Leader, went above and beyond by offering an extra unused mask of his own.
Thanks Cory for your kindness and generosity!
By the way, Eric was my cashier and he did a pretty awesome job, as well!

The new grasshopper ice cream is delicious. It is essentially cookies & cream with mint base. The samw goes for starry night, a delicious chocolate cookies & cream. HEB does a great job of constantly offering new flavors of ice cream & they hit a massive homerun with this new grasshopper flavor!!!

Hi HEB, Thank You for carrying Italpasta pasta products. As someone who has worked in the recycling field, it was wonderful to see a company take a proactive step to design their package to be fully recyclable. Without the cellophane window. Bryan in H-E-B pharmacy in Friendswood Tx should be a poster child for professionalism, service and for going above and beyond. Bryan has help my wife and numerous times with prescriptions. He is the example of what all H-E-B employees should be. As with some they walk by you and dont even speak or ask if they can help, not Bryan. Please pass on this feedback to him. Thanks.

Wow! I shop at the Ennis store all the time. I am so impressed with the service I received in the bakery. Dawn smiled asked if she could Help, after I told her what I was looking for she took me over to the section. Then she told me the French bread was still warm and the croissants are amazing. Best service I have had in this store in a very long time.

My H-E-B Is awesome. A very elderly 101 lady's car stalled in the parking lot. The young man picking up carts helped to push it into a parking space then got her a cart and took her to his manager to help her further. She had no phone or identification and was too upset to remember anything except that she had come in for some key lime pie. The manager got her a piece of key lime and helped calm her. After 15-20 mins she remembered her grandsons #. He called it and waited with her till a family member arrived. They were able to leave the car there as long as needed. Not only does my Boerne H-E-B have the best meats produce and bakery they have the VERY BEST PEOPLE

I agree with the person, Dawn, who posted on 12/21/2021 at 8:58 A.M. I love HEB stores, products, services. However, there is such a waste in plastic bags. I usually take my own recyclable bags, but when I forget them for whatever reason, I have to be supervising the baggers or else I'll end up with all these unnecessary plastic bags. One bag for a 6-pack of beer: the beer cartons have a handle and do not require a bag. One bag for a package of tortillas that could have easily fit in another bag with other groceries? A whole bag for a bottle of nail polish? Large items like 4 or 6 roll toilet paper or 2-roll paper towels, do not need a bag, unless one is traveling on the public transportation and needs to carry with handles. I just load these large items without bags into the trunk of my vehicle. In the city of Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, where I lived for 2 years, the grocery stores stopped providing plastic bags and the population brought their own bags or just loaded groceries directly into their vehicles.

The Austin H‑E‑B on Brodie Lane has two of the most helpful employees I have ever met. I am an Instacart Shopper who shops everyday. Chris and Robin are the two most kind, service oriented and respectful employees they have at this store. It is rare to find people in today's society who respect customers and are so wonderful. Congratulations!

I have shopped at the HEB in Lumberton, TX ever since it opened. I have always felt that their prices beat any other grocery store in this area. Over the past few months HEB has been raising prices like crazy. Items I buy on a regular basis have gone up two or three times in a short period of time. Just a few examples are Stubb's BBQ Sauce, HEB Italian pan sausage, light bulbs, and bacon. I now find myself shopping more at Kroger and Walmart because of the rising prices at HEB. It is a shame that HEB has started price gouging the way they have. If HEB continues raising prices the way they have it will not be long until even Brookshire prices will be competitive. I really hate what is happening to my local HEB.

I am an employee with HEB, I fell in the store due to their negligence. I went to theit doctor and was out in restricted duty. Those restrictions were not honored by the leaders and departner manager. I still had to do the same duties. I guess I messed up their safety bonus and have been alienated by them. I work in a corrupt store.
