I went to your store today in odessa Tx., on July 2. I went to find an American flag. Not only was there not a flag to be found. The "sessional" was set up for summer. I'm disappointed in a company that HAD a great legacy. My heart hurts.

So unlike many normal businesses I find out that HEB does not have a "partnership" with Apple so they do not take Apple Pay. Not very helpful when you have your phone but forget your wallet. Looks like HEB is more focused on itself vs the customer........

HEB sponsored the Rainbow on the Creek gay pride event in Austin, TX this past weekend. Children were in attendance for drag shows and drag story time. When did H-E-B lose it's family friendly atmosphere and motto? When did H-E-B lose it's ethics and promote child abuse by sponsoring drag shows for children? In what world is it okay to dance provocatively had naked in front of children? We have shopped with H-E-B from my childhood until currently. I cannot spend my money at a business that does not protect children. Very disappointed in H-E-B.

I am appalled and so disappointed that HEB Austin would support/sponser a "family friendly" Pride event in Austin, Texas. I do not care who or what your sexual orientation is as an adult, but bringing children to these events is disgusting and disgraceful. Heterosexuals do not take children to strip clubs or bars. It's against the law. When did it become acceptable to abuse and exploit children? Here is some of the activities.

The Rainbow on the Creek event featured several drag queen, queer, and trans performers. Many were dressed in provocative outfits and delivered risque performances in front of children. The LGBTQ performers did suggestive dance moves, twerking, splits, and one drag queen squeezed his breasts while performing in front of children.

What is wrong with your company. Stop the virtue signaling and just sell groceries. This is evil and just further destruction of our children and communities.

Why does the heb in Bastrop sell your prepared meal from the markets or deli that has a use by date on the same date that you pick up from curb side. If this is the kind of customer service maybe I need to trade elseware?

I honestly don't understand what's the point on posting jobs and not giving anyone a chance to work for H‑E‑B. Why waste other time and patience knowing they won't get a job offer. This is ridiculous

Good morning! . We love the Meal Simple choices. Perfect for single or a family. Particularly good are Parmesan Green Beans. And seafood stuffed salmon.
However, the beef brisket enchilada meal needs a bit more brisket. I had a great one about 6 months ago. Recently though the amount of beef has been very small, almost non existent. It came up in conversation with my neighbor yesterday and she's had the same experience. So we thought you should know.
Thank you for listening...
We love the Brodie Lane store in Austin. ??

I am sitting in my car at 9:45 pm at night in the parking lot at your Weslaco store in Texas Blvd. I see a young girl with a broom and dust pan cleaning the parking lot. I don't think it is safe for employees to be doing this at night when it could very well be done during the day. She had no reflective safety vest. The parking lot is not that well lit up.

Someone sent me a heb money order and I was in no hurry to cash it so when I took my money order to heb they said sorry. It's over thirty days old and heb will not cash it. Take it somewhere else. The heb money order says on front good for one year from date of purchase. But heb will not cash a heb money order over thirty days old. Guess I will go to Walmart to cash my heb money order.

At 3:43 p.m. Sunday 3-20-2022 in aisle 9. I saw 2 link sausages on the shelf. I walked up to DEANNA who was arranging products on the shelf. I extended my hand to give the link sausages to DEANNA the H.E.B. Partner. DEANNA snatched the link sausages from my hands and tossed them in her basket without making any acknowledgement. Rude behavior on her part.

I received a cake from HEB bakery. The cake was dated 1 2... which means January 2nd.. today is January 8th. I contacted curbside and was told that maybe the marker was wrong for the date. Then I was transferred to the bakery and was told that the marker was not wrong and that the cake shouldn't have been sold. Then I was transferred to Michele, a manager, and was told that the cake was still good because cakes are sold fast there. There was no resolution. I was told to bring the cake back to HEB even though I had already paid curbside to deliver the cake. With a tip provided! Why do I have to bring the cake back to the store after paying for delivery services??? The assistant manager Michelle had an extremely bad attitude. She said all she could do was transfer me back to curbside so that I could discuss the matter with them! So now I'm stuck with an outdated cake even though the bakery explained that the date was not wrong and it shouldn't have been sold.

Please consider adding self checkout lanes for more than 10 items in store 14/265. Other retail stores allow self checkout regardless the number of items.

Jen pearland tx.I fell you need to make change in you young manager that you've gained to much authority to.they talk to employees like dirt mean n hatful.if they don't like you then they will do what ever it takes to get you out the door.I've seen this so many times while shopping at this store.one girl that's works there as been with this store over years still part time employees really.I've talked to this girl number of times.I think her name is Alyssa c.if you had more employees like her your store would be happy place.she's always smiling friendly.my husband shop in this store several times a week.but if you don't take care you of your good employees than makes your store just all the others.these girls as managers or what ever you need to do some clean up.if I had to rate you with 1-10it would be a4 sad

Dear HEB-
I love your store and I love your service and prices. As one of the leading stores in Texas, I wish you would become a leader in the environment. Consumers will take the easy way out even though it is within their powers to be smarter. I realize again it is a political issue and that big oil and gas companies have the monopoly on what we do or don't do, I wish you would stand up to them and say: NO MORE PLASTIC BAGS! Don't even give the consumer the option of plastic. Take a lesson from Aldis. People have no problem shopping at Aldis and we bring our own bags or boxes. Even Europe and the UK are banning plastic bags. I've been shopping in Holland 20 years ago and we brought our own bags or boxes. It's not that difficult and people will adapt. The environment will not adapt to plastic pollution. It will die. Please consider going against Big Companies and do the right thing.

Thank you
Dawn Monachino

The Super HEB #3 in New Braunfels is where I get my Green Vibrance capsules every 2 weeks. For the past few days the store has been out. I asked an employee to help me find something similar and she said the reason why the other bottles were pulled off the shelf was because they were expired. I'm wondering how long they were selling expired Green Vibrance (which is a probiotic blend)? I've probably wasted a lot of money since the bottles are not cheap at all. Very disappointed because HEB is usually a great store.

While purchasing gas at an H‑E‑B I found a political sticker on the pump used. There is a place for political issues but not this way. I view it as misinformation and only for propaganda purposes. Just wanted to make you aware of this issue and hopefully your personnel can combat it. I view it as an offense to something that has no place on a business serving people with all political views.

I'm calling regarding H-E-B in Houston, Tx Blackhawk/Pearland Parkway are not hiring young people of Color. They have a couple at register because complained at the Blackhawk Location. I do a lot of curbside and I have only seen one AA young male and he is no longer their. This is very disturbing to me. Once my daughter called the Pearland Pkwy location to follow up on an application. The young man said she needed to call the MacGregor location (predominately AA). All they hire us Hispanics which is not fair to other young people that way to work For HEB. Your fruit hasn't been fresh since the pandemic and always have to return the grapes.

Just returned home from H‑E‑B in Hewitt, Tx. Terrible service in the deli department. Four employees behind the counter, 2 having a conversation, 1 waiting on a customer (who had come to the counter AFTER me) and another who looked at me, took off his gloves and walked away. When one of the pair that had been talking walked past me without acknowledging me, I asked her for help. "What do you want?" Was her reply. She sliced my lunch meat and set it on the counter with a "There you go".
Later, On the phone call with the deli manager I explained my experience and his comment was "OK?" I explained to him that his response should have been " I'm sorry that happened." Apparently the attitude starts with the manager and trickles down. I think I'll be shopping somewhere else now. I'm NOT paying extra for attitude!!!
