Dunkin' Donuts Customer Service Complaints - page 2

There donuts are dry and taste like they're 3 days old. Seriously horrible doughnuts. That's the case at ever one I've ever been to.

Do not go to the Dunkin' Donuts in Brunswick they mess up your orders like crazy. I DO NOT recommend at all

I went to gat vanilla cream powdered donuts. When I got home they where Boston cream powdered donuts. I took them back and the girl waiting on me told me they were vanilla cream like I was a liar. I then got a attitude because I know the difference between the two. Then another girl came up and said I didn't need to give them an attitude. I'm sorry but after paying and taking them home and having to go back to the store dealing with these two girl who think I shouldn't have an attitude!!!!!! I know what happened someone mix the two thinking they were the same but they aren't the same. This happened on Friday March31 at 6:00 at the mcLean Boulevard shop.

I have been going to the same dunkin for 2 years tip 3-5 bucks for a coffee everyday. The one on south main St Woonsocket. I order ahead on the AP it used to be waiting when I walked in. The last month or so new manager came in now orders are always wrong. Put my order in 10 min before arriving still wait 10 minutes to have some blonde girl who is new yell at me when I ask after a 20 min wait where my coffee is. She then yells I had to make 17 coffees funny thing is I watched her walk around everyone looking lost for 10 minutes while I was there waiting for the coffee put in 10 minutes before I arrived. When you have a customer who has run restaurants for over 23 years and this is how your business is now run and how workers treat good customers there are coffee shops at every corner I can pay half the price and get it faster and with no attitude from some girl who maybe worked there a week nice training. needless to say you just lost a customer at that Dunkin who goes every every day sometimes 2 3 times a day who will never spend a penny there again.

Service is very slow & usually comes with poor attitude. ( although there are some exceptions )

Sandwiches were horrible it tastes like leather they were so tough

The last handful of times I've been to Dunkin Donuts in Turner Maine I've left 20 minutes past my original order time whether I choose Mobile Order or Eat In. It seems the only ppl who get served at this location are drive thru and even then the orders are wrong or take so long that they're thrown together last second. I will not be returning to this location and would rather make a Keurig coffee than the over priced, sugar water Dunkin takes 20 mins to make.

It was only 830am when I used Doordash to order donuts. I was advised they did not have 3 of the flavors I ordered. This is not the 1st time they were out of donut flavors. What is going on? The Name is Dunkin Donuts. How can you be out of donuts?.

Just left a Dunkin' Donuts on Elmwood Avenue in Providence Rhode Island about a half hour to 45 minutes ago. They have no donuts at all in the place and they close at 10 o'clock. How can you be a Dunkin' Donuts with no donuts. And the cashier said that we ran out of donuts don't you make your donuts on hand? On the woman in front of me she was there to complete paperwork for unemployment waited there 15-20 minutes for somebody to tell her that the manager called out sick today. A common courtesy call should've been me to this woman to let her know that they need to reschedule her appointment.

Store # 3106, is now the worst. They had the best people until a few weeks ago. They are rude!. Since when did anyone pay 4.03 for a large cup of coffee. I have been at the same store for over 2 years everyday and pay 2.35. today she said it's always been that amount.. I could careless if the old manager had an affair, the lady didn't need to tell me about it when I asked where she was!. She at least and her staff new who I was when I came to the drive thru this "staff and I use that lightly" have no clue how to do anything

My wife went to the Dunkin' Donuts on 746 Broadway Newark nj 07104. They went thru the drive thru and the employees were rude. My wife ask toasted bagel with cream cheese burned the bread. Completely unprofessional. Costumer service I rate them a 1 . Will never go there again. Peace

Dunkin' Donuts at 11200 East M. L. King blvd in suite 102 in Seffner, fl.

Been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts because work is near by and everytime I go there, the management is very rude, and the service is very horrible. Even when I ask to make my coffee light it still comes out extremely strong. I ask for food and it comes out very cold. I ask to remake my coffee and the manager is very rude and telling me how the coffee is suppose to be made, if I'm telling you that I want it sweet why is my caramel craze iced latte look like chocolate milk it's so dark. I ask them not to put sugar and when coffee is received there's a 1/2in of sugar at the bottom of my cup. The management here at this location needs to have anger management and customer service skills taught to them. You should not get mad at the customer if you are not satisfying the customer. They argue with the customers and us what we like and what we should have. This is very unprofessional and will never go back to this location. Matter of fact this location should be closed unless can find better management. Caramel craze iced lattes do not come with a lot of sugar if not no sugar and these ppl add it in all the time. Then when ask for my money back it's a problem and they make me feel uncomfortable. These managers should not be working for Dunkin' Donuts. They are putting a bad reputation on your business name. I will now stop going to Dunkin because of this and start going to Starbucks. I'll pay a little more but my coffee is always on point and they have awesome customer service and management.

I am in my local Dunkin store two days almost every week, some things that I have noticed, first of all if you're standing at the counter you will be ignored indefinitely because the only thing that matters to the staff of the store is the timer they are on at the drive-through. The second thing I've noticed is an individual that works in that store is gay, and while I don't have a problem with anybody living their life as they choose what I don't need is himtalking louder than everyone else so everybody will know he's gay. Even my small children have commented on why he talks so loud and asked why does he talk like a girl. I feel it's borderline harassment.

Very rude and unprofessional worker at CHK 5511

Why is it every time I go to the uniontown pa Dunkin' Donuts they only have jelly filled donuts! 3 workers standing with their thumbs up their rude asses, trying to sell Jett filled donuts why. Either that or they have none. If you can't have a variety of donuts contiinious til closing time shut it down.

Store at 1651 N Western Chicago. Horrible People would not talk to us Would not open the store at 6 AM while 3 of us stood outside trying to ask them they ignored us.

Girl trying order wasn't listening to what I wanted, had to repeat my self 3 times, could hear her laughing over the headset . Pulled to the window guy at the window was eating something didn't say hi or anything, girl bring me a drink was made wrong after I was already sit there about 4-5 min for one drink, lady give me a drink I order and laughed bc she had to fix it , would be nice to if you are out of stuff they put sticker or out of order so people don't wait in line then to be told they don't have it

Every Time I get munchkins at the Canonsburg store they taste stale. I have complained about it before.

I went to Dunkin Doughnuts on East Eleven mile in Warren Michigan 2 days in a row @ 5:05 am and they were closed! On their website and the sign on their door states open at 5am! Get your employees to work on time cuz I like to get my coffee and treats for my staff and also be to work on time!! Oh yea I have to be there at 5:30 am and this location is literally down the street from me.

I go to my local DD and I always order a Medium coffee with Almond Milk. Lately it has arrived with hardly any color change ; tasting like it was basically a black coffee . So yesterday I ordered it with heavy almond milk( I always pay an extra .60 cents for the almond milk) thinking it would make it creamier than it has been. It was better but then I looked at my receipt and saw I was charged another .60c - that is $1.20 for my almond milk in a medium coffee . I am very unhappy with this and I will stop ordering it because I feel I was cheated. Do you not think that is a bit highly expensive ? My husband also orders his decaf with almond milk but We will stop buying our coffee from DD from now on.

I entered the store & placed an order in Commerce Twp, MI on 11/11/22 with aakash. He COMPLETELY got the order wrong, even after we repeated it. He didn't bother to apologize or asked for it to be redone so I insisted on a refund and he said...'I can't do that,they're too expensive!!!' There happened to be a sheriff in the store so he interceded and told him to issue the refund, its a civil matter and he'd be sited. He then issued the refund but I still have not seen the refund on my account. The guy was rude and no customer service and didn't have a clue as to how to make drinks or run a Dunkin donut!!!!!! I have both receipts.

The Dunkin' Donuts on Vestal Ave, Binghamton NY, is the worst Dunkin I've ever experienced. The "front counter" person has bright purple hair in her late fourties' at the least. She is never at the counter and when she is she giving the customer's attitude with her eyes wide and always talking loud and obnoxious. It's is easily to be said this woman is off of some kind of drug influence.
As to my experience, I went through the drive-through and ordered food and a drink. When I got my food it was wrong. I went inside and waited at front counter before asking me what I needed, the front counter lady yelled at me saying if you're here for a mobile order wait in line over there. After five minutes more of waiting for her to come and help me with what I needed to begin with, she rolled her eyes gave more attitude and proceeded to go and give her coworkers attitude and talk about me very loud. She then comes back without saying a word, grabbed the food that was already made wrong and bring it back behind the counter. The staff remade my food with the same food they already made wrong. A different woman handed me my food with her eyes rolled and pushing it toward me as if I was supposed to catch it. It almost landed on the floor, but it didn't.
This Dunkin Donuts is absolutely the worst Dunkin I've ever experienced when it comes to customer service when it comes to quality of food and drinks. The whole system in that store is completely messed up and I think it mainly has to do with the types of people being hired, and the person in charge of the store. If the owner was to come and see the way the workers act it would embarrass them. It is a sad joke to call that store apart of the franchise.

We stopped by to order and the girl came on and said give me a minute. So we waited and waited and waited for 10 minutes before driving off just to see her on the phone sitting at a table. This store always seems to have some problems. I've been thru there often and 3 times alone they say they can't make frozen drinks.That is all I get there so it get annoying when I have to drive as far as I do to hear that.
