I used to work at Dunkin at 5285 69th St E Palmetto, FL 34221 United States I worked there for 2 weeks and I had to leave Ms. Tee is the one who hired me I have a picture I work over 30 hours and never got paid and when I told Ms.tee she said "Checks don't come to my store... I will text you where you can pick up your checkup! Thanks" If I need to sue this company for civil theft I already talked with my lawyer. I just want my money
I'll have been emailing Dunkin customer service for 2 or 3 days about how nasty Ms. Tee did me while working at Dunkin

I contacted customer service because I tried to use a gift card on the app and the remainder of the purchase on my debit card. The total was $20.74, and my gift card was for $20. They charged my debit card for the whole purchase. I contacted them the day it happened and they strung me along for three weeks saying they were going to help me. I just wanted my debit card refunded and my gift card charged. They made me add more money to the gift card to accomplish this task, claiming I had to have the full $20.74 on the gift card. The app only allows a $2 minimum. I let them know that it was all set to be charged and didn't hear from them for a week. When I did finally hear from them they asked for my card information so they can refund my card, I gave them my card information along with the gift card information. They replied saying that they cannot refund my card after a purchase has already been made, even though literally minutes before they said they were going to do it. Also how can you refund someone before a purchase is made? That doesn't even make sense. After a purchase is the only time a refund would be required. I pointed out that I was told the exact opposite and sent a screenshot of them telling me that they will refund the debit card and charge the gift card. They responded back with the same response, they can't do it. So they made me wait three weeks, lied to me more than once, and made me spend more of my money just to tell me they're not going to help me. Awful customer service. I had such a simple request and they refused to do it, lied to me, and wasted my time.

The dunkin in ky, the management takes their personal anger from home out on certain employees. They cut your hours from 30 hours to 18 and uses the excuse that 17 yr plus can't work more than 18 hours...and for 6 months you're getting 30 to 35 hours and then when she gets mad she lies and cuts your hours to 18 hours. In the state of KY a 17 year old can work 30 hours per week and 35 with parents consent and academic paper signed. Not to mention you were co oping through school and the school knows how many hours you get and they know the law.lets nit forget to mention the manager comes in high and smelling of pot.

I was at DunkinDonut at LaGuardia airport, waited in a long line at @6am for my family breakfast, and the guys messed up my order which was never prepared. After many customers who were behind me already got their orders, I asked abt mine which they never prepared nor had any record of it. I waited for almost 45mi. -hr for nothing when I had to catch my flight a d my family with kids waiting for breakfast hungry. Its pathetic!! And on top of it, they even didn't accept their mistake nor apologized. It was very rude behavior.

I bought a Chi tea this morning in Winter Haven. Was the worst I have had. No flavor, lots of milk/cream,not hot, which is what I wanted. I don't mind paying 5.02 foe a med. BUT NOT WHEN I THOUGH 3/4 OF IT OUT

Address: 179 Millers Run Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017 HAS gotten my drink order wrong 5xs now and no sticker because they know it got messed up. I ask for 2 cream 2 sugar and 4 shots of hazelnut. THEY TURNED IT WHITE. I can not have Alot of cream due to lactose intolerance yet they continue to mess it up. WHY? Then they gave us a hard time saying it was right and we only ordered a medium for $4.16 and said the cream was right? I have gotten the drink for years I know when it's not right. I will let everyone I know not to go to that location.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to order 12 bagels and I was told that I have to pre-order them and cannot have them. Then I walked into Panera and ordered 12 bagels with great service.
I had been turned down at this same location because they would not take my cash. Location- Newberry road in Gainesville FL.

I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. The bagels were perfectly toasted but there was about a teaspoon of cream cheese on either side for both of them. Very disappointed they usually get the order right.

The Dunkin at Monadnock Hwy in Swanzey NEVER has fresh food. The bagels are ALWAYS stale. There drive-thru is laughable. They wait on 1 customer at a time, not taking another order until the person currently at the window has left. SLOW. SLOW. SLOW and NEVER fresh bagels. I have asked to speak to a manager but know that I get passed to another associate there.

Tired of certain locations being inconsistent with recipes a large frozen coffee at DD should taste the same at any location what is happening this is a chain coffee shop come on get it together not rocket science

Went to the Dunkin Donuts in East Ridge TN.to get donuts. Was told from the drive through person. If you want donuts you will have to come in because we don't have many.She would not tell me what she did have.When did you turn customers away because you don't feel like telling them what donuts you have left. Really wanted donuts but drove away.Went to Krispy Cream and they had Alot of donuts and was happy to take care of me. Guess Krispy Cream is my New Donut place.

Going om strike from dunkin donuts, they just lost an great customer. I go to dunkin everyday, sometimes twice, well the cashier took my discount card that was good for a year, saying because corporate office wanted them back and they took away every ones discounts, officers and military, well I'll take my business somewhere else!!

I get scheduled for interviews they say great see you tomorrow, when I show up for an interview 5 minutes early I am told they aren't hiring after being told the manager "she * had went to Walmart and would be back so she was not even there when I showed up fory scheduled interview then this guy finally comes who I assume refers to himself as she which I don't discriminate but ... says hi I am the manager sorry we are not hiring! I am filing complaint because they let EVERYONE become managers and be crooked not fair

I ordered a medium coffee with 7 creams 2 sugars. I got 7 creams 7 sugars. Also, I ordered some of the mini hash browns. They never gave them to me. I look on my receipt they never even put it on there. I ordered croissant with egg, cheese and sausage. They told me at 6:45 a.m. that they were out of crossiants what you just opened????? So, I had to order the english muffin sandwich. When I asked if they had it in a meal. The young girl there answered as if she did'nt even want to be there.

The store in boylston mass has gone bad the bagels are hard the sandwiches are cold and the donuts are real small half the order's are wrong and they don't even shake the ice coffees please sell the store and leave

The main dunstable road location in Nashua nh offers loud obscenity laced rap music to their drive up customers. Incredibly offensive. I reached out to the ownership twice with no response. Some corrective action needs to be taken at this location. I'm a loyal Dunkin' customer who will never be back here.

Went to the dunks in. 5 corners easton MA. There were 6 employees behind the counter.. after 3 to. 5 minutes of waiting for service we finally said something and got nothing but attitude. Told us they were having a business meeting and we were being disrespectful. Seems to me they should have stopped the meeting and maybe waited on us. I've been going to this dunks for a decade or more and the service has gone downhill. Honeydew sounds like a good replacement

The so-called assistant manager, working at Duncan on Broadview Road near Pleasant Valley is a horrible example. It is no wonder they are consistently shortstaffed, considering the way that he talks to employees. How embarrassing it must be to be ridiculed infront of everyone. Today was not the first time I've witnessed it. Today I also witnessed it spilling over into the customer area yelling at a young man for asking for a straw.

I love dunkin donuts but really disappointed about the branch near my place here at 7621 Summer Creek Rd ., Fort Worth TX 76123. They are new to start with but customer service really disappontinf the way they handle complaints which i know sometime can be annoying but still as a newly open branch they should be more patient in answering their customers question and complaints. I got charged but items not available told i will be refunded but two weeks had passed now still have not received it nota call after i emailed and called the customer service.

"No doughnuts at Dunkin".
This is the second day (9am) that we waited in long lines to order doughnuts... but when we get to speaker- there's a sign "no doughnuts no munchkins" nonono

We wait all week for the manager specials- only available on weekends here.... And we are greeted with NO Doughnuts at DD

What is the problem?
Maybe if you actually made doughnuts on site there would be doughnuts

Very disappointed and very poor service -

We have 3 Dunkin Donuts in Norton one is exceptional in Great woods marketplace. The other on west Main is also good and Exceptional customer service. 1 is awful service on East Main Street drive through slow and management rude . My coffee is never the same . It's never how I ask for it . It's either too strong or bitter . Rarely have I gotten a decent coffee . Management never believes the customer. Even one who's a five minute away customer. I hardly go there now . Prices are more expensive too . I rate 1 .

I have been wanting to call out rude and unprofessional people at the Dunkin' Donuts on independence in Matthews. Today, however, at 11 AM on this Monday morning and July, the women behind the counter, who I did not catch a name from, but I was wearing a jean jacket and might have been a bit. Spanic dissent was an absolute pleasure she looks you in the eye she's very polite and she brings a good vibe as well as the young girl working the register who was on the shorter side and had the Dunkin' Donuts hat on what a delight.! And shout out to whoever is working the grill. The tall kid is a hustler if I've ever seen one 99.99% of the time that kid is trying his hardest to get people their hot food in a timely matter huge shout out to this Dunkin' Donuts crew. Thank you guys for making everybody feel at home and welcome.

thanks a lot Dunkin for changing your point system, I'm not at all happy with this.. no warning it was changing and I lost my free coffee, I was 4points away from a free coffee and lost it when they changed over. Congratulations for loosing a loyal customer because now I have to have almost tripple the points to get a free coffee and this is no longer budget friendly so I won't be buying anything at your establishments anymore!

Outstanding service from Adams, NY Store. Devin at drive-thru is a very honest pleasant server. My daughter handed her a $20 bill over the amount and Devon acknowledged my daughter's mistake and gave it back to us. Honest dependable employees are few and far between. Kudos Devon!

The customer service at dunkin in wiscasset Maine is top notch! Crystal Day and Angie Marie are very professional and run that morning rush with much efficiency and very friendly. They both are excellent leaders and make my visit each morning a wonderful experience. Please be sure they know this!

I had great experience with when I went to Dunkin Donuts located in Amelia Ohio a girl with blonde hair I think her name was Megan fix my problem and gave me crate customer service I go in every day now just to see her and have her make my coffee is excellent

Ive been to many Dunkin' Donuts over the years and have had some "ok" experiences and some "not ok" experiences. However, the last few times i have been to Dunkin' Donuts in Hixson, Tn. i can honestly say they have been very pleasing! I am aware of the new management currently holding the position at this location and i must say that Marlene has been doing a miraculous job! Prior to her being in this location i noticed things about the store that were very unappealin, thimgs like the employees behavior and attitude, and the overall appearance of the stores cleanliness. Now walking in i see smiles and excellent customer service and its a great experience. Bottom line this store is now one of my favorite places to get my morning coffee and/or treats for the week! I hope they keep the momentum up with such a wonderful staff and awesome management!

It is sad Dunkin Donuts in Newtonville ma treats the little emploee they have so bad they say mangerment will work with you...But as soon as you tell them concerns they disgard them or say will will solve the problem needless to say they work you to death mangers don't follow there rules...Newtonville needs more emploee cannot expect to keep help if your working certain people to death...

I am writing concerning the management at Dunkin; Donuts on Elizabeth in Pueblo, Colorado. I am the mother of one of your former employees whom I believed has been treated unprofessionally and unjustly. She was hired in May, 2015--before school ended. Training was scheduled during the time she was in school and she took time off from school to attend the training--over my objections. Then she began to work and she loved it and from her reports, she was cooperative, did what was expected, seemed to be liked by the owners and managers. She also bought her apron and cap-- money which was taken out of paycheck--and never reimbursed when she was laid off. Six weeks later she was "laid Off" unexpectedly--no reason, nothing. Currently, only four of the original staff are still there. After this, she was picking up one of her girlfriends and parked in the lot. The manager told her to "get off the lot." Which she did. So, today, she and three friends went in to get some donuts and were told that all of them were banned from the shop. Again, no reason. I read with great interest that the corporate office--in announcing the opening of the second store-- said that the shop in Pueblo was going "great". Now I have a little trouble with that assessment when I have seen how young employees were treated as collateral damage. At one time, one of the managers asked her if she would be willing to go with her to the southside store. She was excited about the prospect because it is closer to our home. Now we won't allow her to work for Dunkin' Donuts and every time I get a chance to offer my assessment, it will be with be the facts I know in the way staff is treated.
