They make sewer water coffee then are aggressive, rude and defensive when you ask them to remake it. When they remake it, they make it even worse on purpose. Spiteful, unfriendly, lazy staff

This Dunkin Donut says it opens at 5:30 everyday and it's never open until 6:15 the worker see you standing outside and refuses to open the door because the manager is never on time and claimed they don't get payed enough to open up early that's his job

I went to the Dunkin in benson nc , I ask for my coffee as normal, well when the scanned my app it didn't take so I ask the guy to take the $4.72 off because once you scan it you no longer have a free coffe. He said he can't I said you can the do it every time the app doesn't work. It said free coffee. He said hon I can't. I said you are 2 years old I'm 50 don't call me hon so he starts calling me bab.. why so he said to get out of his drive thru forgot to tell you he was the manager on duty.. so I went inside to speak to someone else I said don't speek to me so I tried to speek to the young lady. So I ask him for his name he said your not getting my name "what " so he calls me hun and bab again. Stop calling me that he said I talk to everyone like that were in the south. I don't care where we are I've ask you three time to not call me that. He started screaming so then I did the same I called him a f a. I have NEVER had anyone ever treat me this was and I have been coming to Dunkin over 2 years. So unprofessional. No one should ever treat someone like this. This kid does not need to be an employee or should I say a Manager no where. I will never go to this Dunkin ever again.

The coffee was fine but the employees not so much & their appearance is appalling, the boys have their pants below their butt , not a pleasant site with my morning cup of joe ?

There is one of those mini Dunkin' donuts in an O'Connell service stations located in Cheshire Massachusetts. On September 19th about 1:00 p.m. I go through the drive-thru. For the umpteenth time there's a sign up saying please drive up to window. What this means is their communication system is once again on the fritz. There are two cars ahead of me, and after about 7 or 8 minutes, the car between the one in front and myself decides to leave. I pull up a little. There are two cars behind me; we wait about another 9 minutes before the car at the window leaves. There's one woman in there working the inside counter, and the drive-thru window, and doing the cooking and the prep work. The woman is in no rush at all to get from customer to customer. She's acting as though she has all the time in the world; who's in a rush?

The last 3 months, the above instance has happened at least seven or eight times. Do something about it corporate!!! YOU ARE LOOSING MONEY ?!

Just got a hot chocolate at Dunkin' Donuts Mt Laurel nj Ramblewood Parkway. I took a sip. And scalded my mouth and tongue! I went in to confront manager. She said hot chocolate machine wasn't ready to dispense beverages that a new employee made a mistake by giving it to me causing me to get scalding hot water!!! I am outraged! In addition one of the staff. A blonde woman covered with tattoos and piercings got belligerent. Of course you have lost me as a customer!

This is for store #362905. The young lady working the window at 2:45 cdt on 8/31/22, could use some customer service skills. We started ordering, and when we started to give our second donut order, she interrupted and said ( in a WTF type of attitude) " wait how many are you ordering? This took my husband and myself aback as her tone was very rude, we gave our order and paid. I'm writing to let you know as we are a small community and often times restaurants don't make it here. It seems just a bit of customer service for these young kids that are employed here might go a long way. This is not the first occurrence here either. You can't leave these young kids to mind the shop alone- they are not professional whatsoever and I'm afraid you will lose patrons. Thank you.

I'm tired of the entitlements of DD keeping my change as tips. You got this! How many other people during the course of the day do they do this too? It's a disgrace, lowlife, dishonest, despicable way to run a fraudulent company keeping people's change as tips. No more! Never going back I'm there 4x a day. Yes, leaving dollar tips. But, not anymore. I don't even want bo apologies, nor, do I want your coupons, no free donut, nor do I want you to contact me. It's over. I left without leaving him a tip. He got his 19 cents he wanted so badly ?

Worst Service Team, Dunkin Donuts Mall of Qatar Branch. Forcing to pay additional Qr 3.00 for flavors and even for sugar syrups which should be includes when customer ordered for Iced Coffee. Baladiya should pay attention this matter.
Filipina and Sri Lankan Service Staff does not know how to work in this field. Management must look on it.

I was a dunkin donuts regular, but not any more. While I will still drink a hot coffee from there, their donuts are never fresh anymore. They taste like they're a couple days old when you first buy them. What a shame!I really don't know what the deal is, why they are so hard and dried out? What ever happened to their old slogan " baked fresh every 4 hrs?" I guess the owners and managers just don't take pride in their product anymore! Well there's plenty of other good donut places around, so I wont waste my money on their old donuts anymore!

I went to Dunkin' Donuts at 163 Danbury Rd in New Milford CT and they left out part of my order, and it's not the first time this happened(It's happened about 3 times before this), and on top of that the drive through employee was very rude and unprofessional.

Dunking donuts on 585 ulster av kingston NY really SUCKS
They barely put cream cheese on bagels, I don't recommend this location AT ALL.

I went to Dunkin Donuts in Gainesville Georgia today and thought I would try a strawberry Coolatta since it was so hot outside. My first sip was very sour without much flavor. I thought maybe it needed to be stirred, but it remained sour. I also ordered two custard filled donuts. They were good, but there was no custard. This isn't the first time that my order didn't seem to be accurate or good. Another time, from the same location, I got a custard filled donut and there was only a small amount near one area of the donut. What is happening with this business?

If this continues I may have to settle for just drinking their coffee I buy from the grocery store.

How is it that 1hour and 15 minutes before they close they have no plain bagels or donuts. They should just close at 7:15 if they don't have enough product to last till closing.

Dunkin' Donut in kingsland Ave Nutley NJ is clean and cozy. But the girl on duty today 6/11/22 around 9 pm is so NASTY , RUDE and PREJUDICE. She needs to be terminated.

I'm done with DD they have gone down hill! My coffee order wrong. A Boston Cream without ANY cream in it at all! The other day received a sourdough sand thrown together and was not even toasted!! Horrible food and service! I'm never going back there and will never recommend anyone else go there! To expensive for terrible food and service! Evesham NJ

For what used to be a treat to my pup something that Duncan started not me, I was just charged .60 cents for a pup cup.. for little tiny tablespoon of whipped cream and a little tiny cup... kind of makes me not even want to go back.I thought it was a complimentary treat and it actually gave me reason to go to Dunkin' especially when I had my dog with me, but not anymore...

I'm beyond frustrated. I ordered a a blue Americana Tumbler online to pick up at the store at Denver International Airport/Final Approach and they didn't have any. I asked for a credit from the window associate and he said to come back later when his manager was around. I came back later and he said that he can't credit transactions completed from the Dunkin' app. I shouldn't have to make a second trip and send 2 emails to have my Dunkin' card credited back for a product that I never received. Further. It is taking them far too long to respond back to me as I purchased the tumbler on Sunday, and I am writing this review on Friday. Dunkin customerservice hasn't even had the courtesy of emailing me back saying that they are working on the issue.

I'ts unbelievable that no matter which Dunkin we go to the orders are never correct. Wrong donuts placed in the bag, wrong breakfast sandwiches etc. order in the app and they still don't get it right. Either the employees can't read or remember what the order is after taking it. Extremely disappointing service.

I have bought bavarian cream filled donuts (or at least that's what they said) in different Dunkin Donuts. They turned out to be filled with a white frosting like cream; very disappointing! I wish the employees would find a good way to label and identify the donuts because it is very frustrating.

I live in South Florida, and apparently they have replaced my favorite donut oh, the French Cruller. I don't know if anyone has done any taste testing but it's basically cinnamon on a dry donut that looks like a tractor tire. I don't know if they did any customer taste testing or aware of how this would affect customers that go there and only by the French Cruller to take that off of their menu I think would lose more than just me as a customer. And that's a lot to say considering my girlfriend actually works at Dunkin Donuts. They haven't even named this donut but if I would name it it would be dry apple fritter with no Center.

Picked up six donuts and coffee for $13 and I will NEVER go there again. Donuts were aweful. Only one edible was the chocolate dip. The rest, filled donuts with gritty, sugar frosting inside and out were just the worst ever. Dough like dried bread. Hey corporate, have you gone to your store lately? Too busy on vacation I bet. I don't know how you are still in business.

Just went to the new drive threw in Onley Md ask for black tea with vanilla creamer received mocha creamer also payed for large munchkins taste like yesterdays and two actually have a bite taken out of them wish I could send a picture they were not frayed like this!! Daughter in law from Boston keep trying to like you all but constantly dissatisfied!!!
