I placed my first online order for Christmas items and received the wrong items. I've tried to call or chat with someone. Chat is unavailable and when you call and get connected to the guest service line, it's busy. I've been trying for 2 days. I finally sent an email and got a reply that they will review it within 5 business days. Very frustrating and a terrible way to run a business. I'll never order from them again.

Cracker barrel has been one of our favorite places to eat until tonight, I don't know if it was due to it being 7:30 at night but we sit down and ordered our dinner we both had iced tea the tea was sour, I ordered the chicken fried steak they brought it to me with a dab of white gravy and the server tells me they were out of white gravy n they were out of cornbread muffins, my chicken fried steak look like it had been sitting and reheated and the meatloaf was dried out. I normally never complain but this was ridiculous.

I purchased 2 gift cards from Discover and both are invalid. I tried to contact Cracker Barrel and only got automated responses and no ability to talk to a person. They offered me to chat with a machine or whatever for a dollar and to pay with a credit card. I am likely scammed out of $90.00 I paid for the two cards and they expect me to pay them another dollar.

Stopped in for breakfast at Brookridge location. Food was terrible. Hash browns were cold, dry and practically inedible. Impossible sausage is appropriately named. If Cracker Barrell continues to serve this garbage, they will be closing permanently soon.

I can't get a live person to speak to, I have a gift card that says it doesn't expire but when I input the number, message says card denied.

My eggs were rubbery and cold. The French toast was good, but cold. Everything was cold, including the hash browns casserole. The bacon tasted like it was cooked in liquid plastic and the ham had a similar taste. The hash brown casserole didn't taste the way I remembered. The hostess seating is couldn't have moved slower. The server seemed annoyed that I didn't catch what she so quickly said about the options for sides. I will not be going back.

Cannot reach Cracker Barrel Customer Relations after a week of trying, and leaving messages, with no call back.

Pretty entertaining to read the article regarding low return rate of customers over 65 years old.your ceo's comments indicate complete "tone deafness" to the objections of that age group as well as others, to the decision by cracker barrel to support the gay agenda. My family will never be at a cracker barrel location again. Nor will our friends that have values. Go woke and go broke. You deserve what you are experiencing.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. Great place to go if you want to buy an expensive ceramic rooster or antique toy tractor replica. Not such a great place for food. And the portions keep getting smaller and smaller and smaller....and smaller.

Just had dinner at greenfield,in Cracker Barrel, normally ok, but I have noticed quality and quantity getting less and less, I had meatloaf dinner, the small slice of meatloaf surprised me, the fried apples tasted like a metal can, the cornbread was smaller than normal, and burnt and hard as a rock(I had to get replacements), my wife had to ask for an ice tea refill, and I was never asked for refill on my water, even though it was empty ( and they weren't even that busy) very displeased with everything, their are plenty of other places to get dinner, you use to have a lot better food, will be hard to get me to go back

We used to love to eat at Cracker Barrel because if someone wanted and some dinner, we could est out together. However, the quality of the food has gone downhill. Does not taste homemade like before. Some are saying it is because of the pricing being raised but i feel if the QUALITY is there some dont care to pay the price. Get with it, more choices, better quaiity and try to drop prices a bit. Bob Evans is getting your customers where available. I will be watching for changes or it will be...BYE BYE.

My daughter and I was traveling from VA to MS 8/13/23. We are Black. Stopped at Cracker Barrel in Bessener Alabama
Took them 20 minutes to seat us and the place was nearly empty. When they finally did we ordered our food at 4:50 p.m. 15 minutes later a group of six came in and ordered (white). Same waitress brought their food at 4:20. 5:55 we still had no food. Ask to see the manager she said she was sorry and they are bringing it out now. 6:15 still no food we got up and left and she didn't seem to care. We use to like Cracker Barrel but won't be going back.

My wife bought a dress from CB while on a trip, 1 1/2 hrs away.
Attendant forgot to remove ink security tag. Our local CB cannot remove it either, they don't use those tags.
She emailed CB on their site...... nothing.
Chat options.... unavailable for days. Phone number just sends you in circles, nothing but recordings.

McDonough Cracker Barrel awful dumplings were a big wad of dough canned greens don't eat there

I had dinner last Saturday evening about 4:30!PM at the Whitestown IN Cracker Barrel. It was the worst meal we have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. My chicken & Dumplins were dry...no juice/gravy. My husbands Frued Chicken looked and tasted like it had been put back into the hot grease and fried again...way over cooked and dry...and my 41 year old grandson said his fish dinner was good but he didn't eat any of the coleslaw because it looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. I was very disappointed as I was taking him out for a nice dinner. I'm not a picky person and have never complained before, but with prices the way the are now, I expected better food...especially at Cracker Barrel.

Just had to let you know. Our meal was $60 without the tip.

Thank you for letting me express my concerns!

Hostess was extremely rude. No silverware or menus. From the time we ordered to food arrived was 30 minutes. Three tables that were seated after us was served and finished before we even received our food. When I received my breakfast my sugar cured ham was so tough and dried out that I could not cut let alone eat. The server never asked if something was wrong with food let alone was everything good.

Waited about 15 minutes to be seated another 20 minutes before the waiter came to the table so the 4 of us ordered waited over an hour for the food when it came everything was cold my 5 year old his hamburger was chared black as in burnt never seen the waiter again and the best part I never got all the food I ordered this is in Monroe Michigan another party of 2 was waiting just as long as we were another party of 2 came in waiter was there within minutes and they got their food before people waiting an hour for their food and older couple they been waiting over an hour all I can say is close that store down or get a manger that knows how to run it

I use to love cracker barrel,I looked forward to going there when ever I traveled. But I must say I was just at the cracker barrel in Billings Montana and it was the worst experience I ever had. There were 3 of us that got the chicken fried stake and it was so bad none of could eat it,my hash browns were like a blob of soggy sticky potatoes. I am sorry to say that this meal ruined it for me I will never eat there again. We paid good money for a horrible meal.

July 16th I went into Cracker Barrel in Hot Springs. I can sound the food was terrible. The macaroni and cheese was cold, the Pinto veins was not season. The fish wasn't cooked, right? Or they needed really change the oil in the deep fryer. Or it was messy when I complained about it. They send this young manager over. He looked very unconcerned about it. He only wanted to cook the fish over. And he didn't even think about the rest of the food. But I still paid my $15.99. I think the manager needed to go back to school and go through a course of how to treat customers regardless. If they're black, white, yellow, or green. We should all be treated the same because our money is green.
I have bought 5 of the people with me. And their food wasn't good. We're not gonna even start talking about where they sit or set and bar the chair from another table to put the 1 person on the end. Where people would have a problem walking back-and-forth. Finally, a customer in the store went up to the lady and said. That is so rude to put those people right there like that. And finally, they gave us a good table. The only good thing came out of it is that the waitress was very nice. She even knew it was wrong. Cause she thought we were angry with her. I told her we're not angry with you. I just think that we all should be treated, right? Oh, I'm money, is agreeing. It spends like everybody else.
It's been 2 years since I had been back to this Cracker Barrel. Because I had this same experience befour. You really need to come to this store. Not in your suits and tires, but come as like a regular customer. And put some black people in there. Maybe ye, I'll come on a good day. When the food is good because Sunday, it was terrible. And I like coming to Cracker Barrel. I guess it all depends on who's cooking. The food was very bad, one lady at our table had to have her fish refrigerathree Friday. They bought a fresh out. She also bought a plate to go. And the little manager act like he could not understand that the food was. But they made sure that they still charge me the 15th 99. Even though they didn't do all the plate like it was I ordered it? I got fish back.
But they didn't worry about the sides.
Tell me if you were in my shoes, what would you have done?
My name is Patricia Barron. And on July the 16th I ate a Cracker Barrel in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Arkansas and the food was really bad and the manager was bad. The only good thing was the very nice waitress. And we still gave her a very good tip.
You know, I'm gonna tell Jesus on Cracker Barrel and Hot Springs. Because it needs a wake up call.

The salads are not what they used to be and you cannot have the dressing you want. They tell you what you will have. The quality of the food and service is not what it used to be either. Will go somewhere else
