UPDATE: I don't like to leave bad reviews and I understand if you get busy or if you are out of a product. I have been to this location 5 times in a week. Wasting my time and gas I guess. My name was suppose to be on a list for a product. Not that this matters but I just had heart surgery and took my time to go here not feeling well to do business with this store. I left my name and number not once but 4 times. Again, I get if you are out of the product and I get if you are busy but it's poor customer service to not return a call after all these visits and being told you will called in the morning. I'm not mad they don't have what I need or actually I don't know if they do or not, no one will call me back. I've worked in the industry my entire life and this is a business killer. You need real leadership and commitment to your guest. If you don't intend to ever call then say so, I'm good with that too. But to say something and never do it is not ok. Beware of the League City, TX Location

UPDATE 1: Corporate reached with and email to call the Manx I did and it tells me to go online. Doesn't sound like they care about helping. Just another lie to tell and to waste your time.

UPDATE 2: Needless to say weeks into this they aren't really interested in fixing the situation or even talking to me. When they asked to talk to me, I didn't ask to talk to them, but customer service was so important to them they want to talk to me and resolve my problem. They have giving me a free dessert on them??? How insulting that I'm not worth a call or to even figure out what's wrong but to send me a free dessert like I have a bad meal. You can shove you free dessert up your pie hole, I'll pass. Never again will I go to this place and I know little oh me won't matter but over time you will create many little oh me a with your lack of care. When business are struggling like never before the best approach is to brush off a devoted customer.

The waitress was rude and never came back!not even to bring napkins ! The food was burn (chicken tenders ) mash potatoes was like a rock ... horrible service nasty food .. the manger was not available

Worst visit ever. Had the Countryboy, coffee. Sides were hashbrons. Eggs were cooked as requested but served cold. Bacon was ordered crisp and not served that way. Bacon undercooked and all stuck together. Asked for half and half coffee and got 100% caffinated. The manager came by as I was half way through my and I asked her for biscuits. She kindly served me biscuits that were hard and of course the butter was cold and would not spread. The grits came with very large, hard lumps and we're not hot enough to melt the fiozed butter.

Submitted my name on the wait list for a party of 6. Arrived and was told we had 6 people in front of us. Waited 35 minutes and was seated. Waited another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. It ruined my birthday celebration. As much as I love the store and food I will never go back and I don't recommend it to anyone with a party for more than 2.

When you're seated, you only get a fork and knife wrapped in a paper bag. No spoon and no napkins. You have to ask for both. I'm sure they must have figured out that doing so saves them money. Bean counters never realize that their cost savings measures lose money due to lost customers.

Not the same store it once was.
Pancakes were not good and was only given one small bottle of syrup. I have almost given up on eating out at this point.

I have been a customer for 50 years. The latest menu changes are terrible. Do you remember Shoney's restaurant? Cracker barrel is facing the same destructive force -- from the inside.

0, dirty silverware, food not seasoned. Drink order wrong, no bread. Got the wrong ticket edited forever and waitress never returned so took the ticket she gave us up front they acted like it was our fault. Took 3 people to figure it out , they were all rude about the ticket never said we hate it or sorry.
The waitress was sweet but didn't know her job.

My husband and I went to Cracker Barrel in Meadville PA. The waitress was nice but complained about how busy they were and she had been there since 9:30 a.m. It took forever to get our food. The hravey had jelled up. So the food has to have been sitting for awhile.she never asked if we wanted dessert. We asked for the peach cobbler and 2 spoons. What a joke! It was tiny bowl with looked like peach pie filling no crust.amd a tiny scoop of ice cream. Well I called the manager the next day. His name was Gary!! First of all he started arguing
with me. Then he said he would send me a gift card for a dessert. Still waiting for gift card and that was Father's Day.
It's been Two weeks. I use too love Cracker Barrel it seems to be going down hill. I blame management!! ?

We are at alcoa, tn Cracker Barrel. It took five minutes to acknowledge us. The ticket was wrong. I ate my chicken without sauce. She didn't bring the to go drinks. The food was good.

Waitress never came to check on me would walk right by and i would have to quickly ask for something as she is still walking. I have the worst biscuits bottom of biscuits were so hard I ate one and it was hard I ask waitress in in hurry by me for another one and by time she brought it my gravy was cold, not to mention she never let me tell her about my bacon uncooked, I just pushed my plate to the side and left HUNGRY, such poor service

Visited the cracker barrel in Danville,ky. First of all they were not busy, floors, tables, chairs along with the windows were all dirty. After we ordered our food we waited 35-40 minutes and still did not have our food. Of this 35-40 minutes several other people had been seated after us,had already received their food. We did not see our server for the last 15 minutes we sat there. We got up and left and will never be back to your store. We will drive past your store to go to the Huddle House from now on.

Will not support your restaurant until you become neutral again. Do we have gods words bibles for sale maybe you should consider .would get a lot more support . Think of the majority of age of the people that come in . Always enjoyed coming in before now you are on the target list . Signed concerned citizen.

Went and had lunch today with my cousin at cracker barrel in Rocklin California The food was excellent. Our waitress was The best waitress ever omg she went above and beyond very pleasant waitress I've never had one that nice and a hell of a long time she was the best and I will come back just because of her and the food being so outstanding. Her name was G i a n n a c Gio for short. They need more people like her out in this world working. We will be back next week for sure and will be sitting in her section only. Thank you

De Soto store.
After 20 minutes at table we finally had someone take our order.
Here's what we ordered
Country Fried Steak with white gravy.mashed potatoes, green beans, okra. Iced tea.
Meat loaf,mashed potatoes,fried apples.
Waiter delivers food 25-30 minutes later. No fried apples brought out. Told waiter, he comes back and says they are out of then. Wife asked for cold slaw which he brought .
Meat loaf diñer acceptable.
Country Fried steak was probably from the Costco fully cooked and frozen section. Gravy was the pioneer quick kind. The okra was frozen also probably from Costco. Microwaved meal was not anywhere worth the inflated amount charged. Neither of us could finish our ordered meal, even though we had not eaten all day.
This now affirms my suspicion that CB has lost touch with its customers. They have permanently lost us as customers.
NEVER EVER AGAIN !!

The last three times I have ordered food to go from Cracker Barrell in Valdosta,GA it was really bad, and I did not eat but a bite or two. I will not be going back.

I used Cracker Barrel carry out to night for second time and I don't understand how they say servers 5 on meatloaf meal and you only get 3 pieces of meatloaf I guess 2 don't get any meatloaf and first time I only got 4 pieces of meatloaf and charged full price both times but if I go to store and order same item I get 5 pieces of meatloaf is Cracker Barrel hurting that bad for money they have to steal from people getting carry out????

They Calhoun Cracker Barrel cannot get there to go orders right we have ordered four times in the last 4 weeks and every damn order was wrong Rebecca seems not to be able get the orders right and she has an attitude problem so that's probably got a lot to do with it if you can't get to orders right there's a problem with you just don't understand take an orders is probably the easiest job in the house needless to say we won't be going back again and maybe it'll just make hell just turn it into a bar since y'all already serve an alcohol and nobody won't give a damn about the food then all the alcoholics can be there and they'll be making less tips than they are now because they have to deal with drunkards get with it Calhoun Cracker Barrel you ought to be ashamed

I was waiting for my pick up order
Next to the register. I was the only person. The lady at the register walked by me 3 times never said a word or if I needed help.
2 more people came in and stood beside me. She acknowledged them and helped the.. then walked away.
She called the manager to assist In a return. He came out walked passed me. Nothing. Then they both walk away. I am a older white woman just waiting on her food .
Register lady manager and both customers were all black. It seems to me this store doesn't treatable people the same and it must be fine with your policy's.
No problem. I will never go back and I will make sure I tell all my white friends and family that cracker barrell only needs black customers.

The server was great and efficient but the kitchen was horrible! The food was dry, the gravy for the biscuits was like water and we waited almost 2 hours after we waited 30 mins to be seated for our food to come! No manager I'm sight at all never came out of the back to talk with customers about the wait!
Horrible management team in Garner NC!!!
