Grave yard is like playing russia roulette you never know if this 24/7 store is going to be opened or not ..... this week i stopped and closed so far twice on tuesday and wednesday. this store is at 411 W Florida denver co

Circle k 1774
Filled the gas at 10.57pm today, when I looked at road sign the price was 160.9, when I start pumping the gas the price on nozzle side was 164.9, then I asked the attended taranjot about this he said technical fault, even after the minute he changed the sign , after a minute his technical fault got fixed,

Leesburg ga - always out of coffee and the frozen slush! When it runs out, it may take them a week or more to fill it back up. Utterly ridiculous

I usually have a very awesome experience with circle k but it seems these two guys on the day shift try real hard to be super rude and comment on things that they have no right to.
I said something about the comments and now they are charging me for water and being extra rude to me and my friends. We do a lot of business with this location and it's just not going well.

I went into the Circle K at the intersection of 96th Street and Allisonville Road in Indy today to buy a pack of smokes. I've been there countless times before with no issues, but today a thin woman that I assume was some type of manager was at the counter and rang me up. She asked to "borrow" my ID to make sure I was old enough. Please understand that I'm a 64 year guy. I responded that she was welcome to look at it, but I didn't care to have it scanned, telling her that I've never had to submit to that in the past. She got out her cell phone and called an employee and told him "this is your last warning for not scanning and you have Brian (I had a name tag on) to thank for it". I understand some managers have no idea what customer relations entail and may have minimal training in regard to professionalism, but really? I was super upset when I left - she refused to complete the transaction. This kind of policy driven behavior is what drives customers away, I'll never forget the experience. People of her caliber should not be in charge of a business, period!

Just had the WORST experience I've ever had at a gas station!!! The attendants seemed like they didn't give a damn about my purchase at all and when the pump didn't work he treated me like I haven't been pumping gas for 40 years! Said "I don't know what your doing wrong"
It was that and so much more!! I will never go there again! I'll be happy to tell everyone about this terrible customer service.

Circle k river road boerne
Tell them I want gas and pay for a drink. As I am about to pay I pull out the gas card for .10c off a gallon and I am told it os to late.

It takes 3 seconds to redo a transaction that has not been paid.
Employees need to accept this card if not paid yet.

Have you heard about the latest scam at Circle K. They now are requiring you to show your ID for buying a lottery ticket. They don't look at the front of your ID. Instead they take the hand-held scanner and scan the barcode/QR on the back of your license. That gives them all of your personal info--name address, photo, height, age, and even your SS#. The clerks tell lies about why you have to show an ID to buy a lottery ticket. Some say it is policy, some say Mega Millions requires it (they don't), and still yet other reasons. It is NOT about your age. Even guys 90 have to show their Drivers' License.

Don't show them your Drivers' License or they will have all of your info forever. They are selling the data to marketers and scammers and maybe engage in some identity theft themselves. If they ask for your license, ask them "Do I look under 21?" If they say yes, then ask "Why do you need to see my Drivers' License." Either buy the ticket without showing your ID or walk away and buy NOTHING. When their lottery sales go down, they will stop this new practice.

Circle K in Meridianville AL. two lovely black girls working night shift had RAP music playing so loud you could here it in the parking lot. Once inside I could not hear what they were saying to me when they rang up my items. Music that loud has no place in a place of bussiness be in RAP, Country, or Rock.

I have visited the circle k on the corner of midway blvd and41 2 times in the last week There is an older woman working there I didn't get her name I know it's sat 850 am July 22 and she's alone. She is the most high strung rudest Circle k associate I've dealt with! She gets floppy with me so I say you need to calm down then in the middle of my gas transaction she says you need to then walks away from the register I'm talking to myself wen I look up she's in the back making coffee!!! Both times I had to leave and go to a different store and bring my business elsewhere. Will not be returning to that place ever again and I used to live over there and for years I did all my business there Many associates of past years are my friends. Her customer service is unacceptable and she's rude and disrespectful now I'm forced to bring my business across the street to Wawa. I'm sure her sales are way down and this needs to be addressed ASAP

Your store 2406 John Bragg highway in TN has the worst service. Nobody in line to check out, your employee holding the counter in place refused to ring my items up because you have a self check out. I put my items back and left. There is no need for lazy employees.

Circle K. 102 Rusing Rd EW Denham Springs LA - not up to par. Restrooms not clean, not stocked with paper products. Product on shelves looked sparse in some areas. I like to stop at circle K but cleanliness is not consistent across stores. Might have to switch to Raceway or Q?

The store on Garth road in Baytown, Texas has a manager and some staff who are the most rude workers I've ever encountered. So many times they are either not behind the counter, or talking to each other and not paying attention to the check out. I have never been greeted at this store worth the manager who is there now, with a hi, or welcome to Circle K. Some staff just keep in doing what ever they are doing even when they see you are ready to check out. Too many times the whole idea of being a convenience store is lost on them.

Today is the 4th of July and I stop by the circle k on wilcrest and stancliff and I had a horrible experience. The assistant manager by the name of Jackie was very rude to me. I went into the store and I grabbed an item and I put it on the counter and obviously she had rang it up but I had let her know that I was going to get some other items, and then she told the worker that was putting the sodas away by the name of Oscar to tell me that I was taking way too long and to hurry up. So I went and I took all the items to the front and Oscar rang me up and as I was walking out I let her know the next time she needed to ring me up when I was ready because I wasn't ready at the time, she said something and I told her God bless you and as I was walking out she says and don't come back here again. I proceeded to put the things in my vehicle and I came back into the store and I asked her name and she said her name was Jackie she was the assistant manager and I began to write this commentary. I understand that that area is not that good However I am not from that area I am an educator and as an educator I know rude and unprofessional when I see it. Jackie as the assistant manager for circle k representing this big company should be retrained on customer service. I was not looking for an argument however according to oscar, he let me know that she is rude with everyone that goes in there. It was a very unpleasant experience and I really do believe that she needs to be retrained in customer service and courtesy. Thank you

I've managed at a gas station for years. Explain to the public why you card senior citizen? Your ID policy is unacceptable disrespectful and outdated. It gives your employees a platform to be disrespectful.

Went by Circle k located on Twin Creeks Drive in Ohio to get a drink and chips. This was around 620pm and the store had a note on the door closed for cleaning. Why are we closing to clean this early in the shift. If anything the cleaning needs to be done on third shift when there's less customers. Also if she was cleaning what is the reason for allowing an employee to enter the store with her dog. If you are cleaning then. Dog should not be allowed in the convenience store.

The circle K on 118 ave in Edmonton am has there doors locked in the morning so people can't even get a coffee to go to work with and won't allow people in so have to go to 7-11 to get stuff the day shift people are get but night shift not so much

The circle k at 6 palmetto bay Rd needs all new management and workers! They are the rudest,uncaring,mean people I have EVER dealt with. The girl behind the counter was on her phone(head phones) the whole time I was waiting and checking products out. She was talking so much the whole time that she was unable to even answer my question. Then I called to ask for the manager to let him know his employees are on their phone the whole day and he was so rude,mean and then hung up on me. If Circle K corporate people read these reviews, please investigate the circle k on Hilton Head Island,SC because they do not deserve to be working there!!!

Lazy employees not all but most. I've been doing business here since store opened convenient to home keeping cups straws tea soft drinks filled machines cleaned yuk. It used to be very good every employee that was great worked hard and did their job is gone constant turnover poor attitudes talk and gossip about customers and fellow employees. I could go on and on and give very detailed specifics but I'd love to do it with upper management or owners and provide names and specifics but no one wants you to have that information. I average $100 week spent here so I realize that's nothing for them to lose but word of mouth could be detrimental

So the circle k in cape canveral was closed due to lack of employees I'm a sip and save customer you ore pay for softdrinks or coffee I was told I'm gonna have to take the loss due to there poor pay scale I'm upset I'm a loyal customer. I feel I should be compensated and get my money back.

Circle K has pathetic management and no supervision on staff. I paid for $20 gas in cash and I was basically told oh well it looks like the wrong pump was turned on and got your gas. Basically the cashier set the wrong pump and gave my fuel to someone else. as I went back in the store to remind her to set my pump. She said I already turned your pump on you already. Got your gas I'm gonna upload a picture of my dash that shows me sitting in the parking lot with my gas light on as I left the same. My car is in the same condition, I never got my gas or my money. She stole my $20 and I feel like they should do something to compensate for that. For this, I hate Circle K, and I refuse to do business with him ever again.

I just stopped at the Circle K in Vicksburg, MS. The store around the fountain drinks and coffee is nasty. The floor has caked buildup of dirt and grime. The bathroom has a strong g smell of urine, and has trash all in the floor. Where is the management of this business, and where is their pride in cleanliness and workmanship of the employees?

I am a circle K daily customer. I went into a circle K today on the Connor of Kings Hywy and Vetrans blvd. I have the sip & save . I know as a business owner the franchises have to value corporate products and etc... the man behind the counter would Not value it . So I said that then said well here you can keep it then and placed it on the counter and was leaving when this employee said if I wasn't such a Di&k he would have given it to me then followed me outside screaming that's right leave you don't want to get Fu€led you up over a drink you little biit€h Etc... I don't know about your company but I would fire my employee if he did that to a customer of mine . One why do they have your circle K flag if they don't value your products and 2 for him to threaten a customer verbally and try with violence . I complained to local corporate and they gave me a different number who no one answers or calls back . So I left a message at the main office in Canada and here . Also it's on video from start to finish . I do not want to give the video to the news but if your company does not fix this I will and I have multiple witnesses who will also speak up . I only want this made right !
