Circle K is the worst company and convenience store history to work for. I worked for the one in Spartanburg county Duncan South Carolina at the corner of Reidsville and E. Main St. that store shows a lot of prejudice and they are doing everything that they can to force the only two black employees that they have now they are trying to force them to quit because in reality they won't that store to be all white staff and it's not fair. This is the second store manager that they have had that I am aware of that show prejudice, the first one is gone and now the one that is there now he ain't no better. He says little racial remarks and that's one reason why I left they cheat you out your money. They still owe me for a whole eight hour shift and one way the other I am going to get my money ever to work for I wouldn't even go there to shop.

We all were very excited when the new store was opened on avalon in milton Florida. It gave us an alternative to Tom Thumb .The store is about 2 yrs old and used t9 be very tidy and organized friendly staff But as of late I don't see the old familiar smiling faces .Lots of new faces .Recently they put these new self checkout machines in and it makes the lines even longer .There is usually 1 person if at all at the regigister and I'm guessing a manager standing just oblivious to the long line of customers waiting to be tended to.I am a retired vet so I stop in randomly to grab a beef stick and a pop...I especially like the gentleman that bakes the fresh cookies I favor the oatmeal ones myself BUT lately the store has been in shambles trash all abroad ...no.pop cups and or coffee creamer .it is like they just gave up on servicing the locals that frequent the location...I sure hope something changes soon or I will just go back to taking my Bussiness to Tom Thimb again...thank you

I have been unable to add my age verification for over a month on the Circle K app. No matter how much I attempt to ask for help from customer support, they just continuously reuse the same text despite me telling them that I keep getting errors. Terrible customer service.

The managers don't do a great job communicating sales or discounts. When customers come demanding the price that they see. Employees don't do a good job explaining the right information. Then, in that process which creates an argument between the CSR and the customer.

I just finished my appointment across the street at the VA I come across here to this new circle k where apparently a paranoid schizophrenic female works and accuse me of following her into the store I did see her at the dumpster and she did go back in the back door and I did go in the front door but I don't know how that qualifies me for the following her but she went out of her way to come out and questioned me about it circle k has some weirdos working at that store I guess LOL

I frequently use the circle K on Araby Road in Yuma.
I'm not sure why, but it seems like since they went to the automated check out, it seems to now take longer to get through the checkout lines. I can go to Quiktrip up in Phoenix and they get you checked through really fast. One attendant can usually do two people at the same time.
Not really liking the self checkout.

I was at Circle K today Store # 41585 located on Alma and Stacy road on 12/4/23 at 4:19 PM in line to get gas. There was only one clerk checking out. I was like 5th in line. The other clerk was counting stock. I realized that I had the wrong card to pay, so I got out of line and went to my car at the pumps to get the right card to pay. When I went back inside the girl clerk that was counting was checking out customers. I got in her line and she told me "you have to go to the other clerk. I said why and she said I just opened my register and I'm not ready. I said you just waited on 2 customers. She said I'm not waiting on you. I asked her why and she said I just opened my register. Again I told her why did you wait on the other customers if you're not ready. She flat told me I'm not waiting on you! She started calling other customers to her register and I said why won't you wait on me, I'm in line and I should be next. She said I'm not. I told her I was going to report her and you'll be in trouble and probably lose your job. She cussed me out and said "I don't care if I lose my job. I couldn't get her name. So I went to the other register and the clerk name Johnny gave me a hard time as well. I've been a regular customer for 4 years and never had a problem.

Worst place I have ever been involved with to work for. 38% of new hires quit within the first 40 hours of employment. They throw away way too much food when folks are starving. Simple demographics...if you have a McDonald's, Chic Filet, Subway, Popeyes within 300 feet of your location...you get my point. Right on the other side of the freeway is more food choices. My job was threatened when I became Ill and was told I must come to work. Ended up in the hospital that night with acute pneumonia and a 3 day hospital stay. I would have died on site as my oxygen level was 87%. I was in management for 43 years and responsible for over 200 employee's and 34 million a year in revenue and dealt with multiple fortune 100 and 500 companies and this is beyond common sense and comprehension.

I used one of the car washes at circle k and the wash damaged my vehicle to the tune of 3700 dollars. I gave circle k corporat a chance to make it right and they refused to correct there mistake and flat out lied to me saying the damage was already there on the vehicle. They used a screen shot that was so low quality it was impossible to make any determination and refused to look at the rest of the video. If you value your vehicle I would not do business with circle k at all. They will damage your vehicle and lie to your face about it then leave you with the bill.

Since circle k took over the Balero the restrooms are neglected at the 211 and 471 store. No to and very dirty and always something out of service

Your store on Tryon rd and Jones Franklin road in Cary nc always posts lower prices on the street than what is on the pumps. Says $2.75 on the street and the pumps are at $2.99. The clerk plays stupid like she is unaware. Sheetz across the street is at $2.75. Third time out of last three visits.

My problem with Circle K is there new store design. It has become ADA inaccessible, so yes I have reported it. When customers with walkers or wheelchairs can't get in your stores because of you pushing machines or shelves close to the doors, how do you expect anyone to shop. I am not sure who thought this would be a good idea, it's also dangerous in an emergency.

I signed up for the Circle K Inner Circle program. The program promises .25 cents a gallon off of the first 5 fill ups and 5 free fountain drinks or slushes.

Well, today I had an appointment out of town. The total round trip was about 450 miles. During the course of the trip I stopped at about 6 or 7 stores, and in each case the slushy machines were out of order. Guess they don't want to give away slushes.

As to the .25 a gallon off fuel, it appears they just jacked up the fuel prices prior to offering the discount. I compared with similar stores and found that the discounted Circle K price was only a nickel or so cheaper than its competitor's regular prices. And some competitors' regular price was cheaper than Circle K's discounted price.

I went in tonight to the Freeport, Il location, and immediately the lady working tonight was rude. She was a chubby African American women with dreads. Me and my cousin went in for some soda and snacks, and she said if we were to spill something we would have to clean it up ourselves. Then we went to the counter to pay, I selected my card type and she walked away from the counter and proceeded to yell at an elderly man. Then she came back to the counter and was yelling how she said no cash back ( remind you she never once told me this) and she seemed like she didn't want to give me my money. She finally gives me my money and is still acting very rude.

We live in another state and have never been asked for an ID. My sister told the female, that she was old enough and didn't have her ID. Now, at this pt, it goes left, after the young lady said out loud" We as customers make her sick and she doesn't make the rules" She had been more forthcoming about the reason why the ID check, it would have been fine. She continued to insult my sister, by stating she looked older than 53 years old. She chose to work with your company and I'm sure she's been to diversify training, and if not she needs to get it ASAP. Because the next person with a different personality will meet hers.

Fountain drink machines always broken. Always out of something. 1 day out of cups. Next day out of lids. Day after that out of straws!!! Every other time out of my preferred Fountain drink! It's not just 1 location. All the circle KS near me are the same. Always out of something with the Fountain drinks.

Employee and manager refuse to accept my state issued driver's license paper copy that is acceptable as a driver's license until the official driver's license is sent in the mail would not let a 70 year old man by a pack of cigarettes manager was extremely rude about the rules even though

I believe people will only sound off if they are angry. I also, believe all people should be respectful if they want respect. I dislike the way some "customers" treat workers like the are second class citizens. Pretentious people.

I went to Circle K on Cheyenne and Pecos Suzanne and Arianna were the best two ladies I've ever met in my life so nice and kind and help me that means a lot when you're a senior citizen and you don't know too much to do with the phone and apps,

Just stopped at circle k in auburn on center st. I've stopped at a lot of circle Ks in maine but I wanted to recognize the young lady on center st. Lorraine you can tell takes great pride in her store! She's there everyday greeting me with a smile an making me feel like I just walked into a room full of friends! This young lady should be praised! She dose a fantastic job ! Thank you for having such a wonderful manager she truly is a model for how stores should be run!

We go to circle k all the time at 104 St 99 Ave Edmonton alberta the staff is evergood.My is 92 and she goes in and they are nice to her .they talk to her and she enjoy going the store.We are very happy with the staff there.very nice.Than you Vivan Bruneauand family.thank you for very kind to us.And been happy all the time.

I have been a customer for years. I work for Uber at night and purchase my fuel, coffee and snacks DAILY here. It seems to be a bit unfair to me that I can drop 300-400 every week in your stores by but if I need to use the restroom forget it! The excuse I was given tonight was the manager locks them and we have no key! So spending 1200. Plus a month in your stores but I can't use your restrooms?? I guess I should be looking at other stores to spend my money every week.

I shop at circle k on Sawdust Rd. The cashier named Regina is so awesome.she has a great personality and is very helpful!! She is a little girl in stature but she works so hard like stocking the freezer etc and always has a smile on her face.. I feel she is a true asset to the company and draws so many customers there !! It's Xmas and I feel she could use a raise or Xmas bonus !! Please consider her for one !!

Yesterday, 19.10.22, I was on my way to IKEA with my sick daughter to purchase a new mattress as she had vomited all over our mattress the night before. Halfway through our journey a warning sign came up indicating low pressure on one of my tyres. With a sick child, a colic 13 week old and in the middle of moving house, this was the last thing I needed. I was in such a panic my whole body was shaking. I pulled into the circle K branch close to IKEA and went into the store seeking help. I approached an employee, Ronnie, explained my situation and apologised for my lack of knowledge and ability to put air in my tyre. Ronnie was extremely friendly, empathetic and helpful. He kindly checked all of my tyres and adjusted the tyre pressure as needed. I offered to buy Ronnie a coffee or anything else but he politely declined numerous times. His friendliness and kindness during such a chaotic time in my life made my whole week regardless of the fact that there were still days before the week was out. Ronnie is indeed a superhero without a cape. The level of customer service he offered is beyond words. Ronnie certainly did come to my rescue and saved my day! I cannot thank him enough. What a lovely gent. I wish him all the best. There's a reserved place in heaven for people like Ronnie.

Hello, I drive UBER in Gainesville Fl. I visit the Circle K #2721303 5 days a week numerous times a day. Truth be told this Circle K is my Pitstop several times a day. Mainly because the Restroom is always clean, purchasing gas and snacks thru out the day. The staff led by Manager Heather are always courteous professionals. I will continue to support this Circle K. The manager here at this location in Pueblo named Ruben was very nice and helpful. He helped two ladies out that includes me who needed to get their tires aired up and fixed. Most managers would say that's not my problem. Go fix it yourself. He never gave off any kind of bad attitude or rudeness. At 601 W US Hwy 50 in Pueblo CO

Kudos to Manager, Stephen, at Circle K in Whitbourne, NL Store #2128. He so kindly assisted me and my friend when we discovered that we had a low tire. He not only directed us to the air hose, he actually put the air in the tire for us. And..... he went the extra mile and checked to make sure the air in the other 3 tires was up to par. His kindness and service was so much appreciated and, because of this, this will be a regular stop for us whenever we travel from now on. Thank you, Stephen!

I visited the brand new store at 2645 Columbia Hwy N Aiken, SC 29805 a couple of times tonight and & had the best experience EVER at a Circle K.
I visit about 5 or 6 stores regularly in the CSRA and while most visits are good, both visits tonight were exceptional. The first visit my cashier was Baylee & she was super nice, smiled made me smile and spoke to me like friend, not just a customer. The second visit my cashier was Taylor & she was equally friendly and helpful. The store wasnt busy at the time so Baylee came over and & assisted Taylor in helping me load money onto my Chime card. These two girls made my night and were just so friendly and treated me like a person, not just another customer in & out the door. I called the number on the receipt so that I could tell them personally how they impacted my night, but unfortunately the recording said the number had been disconnected. I looked on Google Maps and the same number was listed, so I couldn't tell them personally. I would like to have these two employees informed of how well they are doing if at all possible.

Great customer service by Tanisha at store # 2703404. Tanisha was very polite and asked if I needed help finding anything. She was attentative and noticed when I was getting creamer she immediately got more creamer for me when she noticed it was coming out slow. Then she also got a straw and brought it to me because store was out of stirrers. Very friendly and when checked out I didn't have to mention zip and save it came up on the screen and she asked me.

Circle K at store 1200 has an excellent employee regarding customer service & friendliness ..
I was passing through and Mathew terreavlt ,"I hope I spelled his name right" was outstanding in helping me ..
This guy was ahead of the game and he made me laugh ..
I wish all these stores had people like him ..

I was fired Monday they texted me telling I was and wouldn't tell me why they finally said it was a drug deal I'm sorry but I didn't get paid enough to put gas's in my carI go see the cameras for the day in question I had a friend bring me ibuprofen they fired me because they can't tell what it is. There was no money exchanged I'm pretty sure they don't just give you drugs for free .. then a customer calls me telling me she seen the video. Is it customary to show the cameras to customers

circle K in the colony Texas, went from bad to worse. Smells bad. Employees get treated like s..t. No breaks, often there by themselves. If employees are not happy that transfers to customers. I was hopping for an improvement when circle K took over but it went from bad to worse.

Circle K needs to do a better job honoring their employees. Why not give an employee of the month award with a $10 circle K gift card? The company doesn't lose any money because it gets funneled back into the store. As a former employee at Circle K, the lack of recognition does not make working they fun or enjoyable at all. I have been to work at 3 different companies since my time at circle K and there are employee of the month recognitions at each of them. The employees at circle K NEVER wanted to be there and would call off or no call no show. I think having incentives would make this company WAY more enjoyable. While working at the other companies with these incentives, everyday the employees were chipper and happy because they wanted to make a great impression each day. When I go into circle K now in any location you can see the morale in the employees just completely low. You need to fix this.

Up until yesterday, I'd worked at the Huntington Beach, Calif. Circle K. I'd quit after a year of employment there because of the new owners practice of RE-using old food on the grill and changing dates on "fresh" foods and condiments. I have taken photos and tried contacting corporate to handle this issue, but to no avail. Hopefully the health department will take more of an interest in this than those associated with this store have.
