I believe I went to the bank May, 09, 2012 to open a new account. I was assisted by a woman named Maninder Sidhu (she is a personal banker). She explained everything so clearly and took the time to help me with all my questions. She told me everything I need to know and she also gave me some warning tips for my safety. She's a very happy person that loves to smile and that meant a lot to me, because I can't stand it when a worker doesn't show emotion or care about their customer. It was so easy to talk to her, ask questions and get information and I enjoyed her time so much that "I" asked for her card first before she gave it to me. She even drew a heart around her name on the card which was really cute. Maninder enjoyed my mother and I's company as well and she called us her angel because before us she had customers that said they hate BOA but we told her how much we love BOA and this is the only bank we've ever gone to. I've never experienced such customer service before from anyone. She was extremely nice and I felt really comfortable and welcomed. My mother and I both thought she was an excellent worker and an amazing person. The reason why I'm writing this is because we need more workers like Maninder. In the end, She walked me over to the ATM and stood next to me the whole time and was watching me use the machine, in case I made a mistake. After that, Maninder gave us hugs and my mother and I were happy to have met/know her. I will recommend her to anyone.

I spoke with Erma today who assited with making a mortgage payment. It was very refreshing to speak to a very professional
customer serice representative. This is the first that I did not have to endure a lengthy
"hold" time or speak to several representatives before finally establishing contact with the right person.THANK YOU ERMA.

on 19 Apr 2012 I called BOA and Ms Kamesha answered the phone. She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. WOW!!
I needed 1098 tax forms for 2006-2011. She tried three or four angles to locate my old loan information. She went back to Countrywide found the old account number, and requested that they be mailed to me. I felt that she was going to keep on this mission until it was resolved.
As an old Soldier it is refreshing to find a civilian with such dedication to duty.
How do I go about ensuring that I am connected to her each time, or, are all of your customer sales representatives this outstanding. It is people like her who will ensure you keep loyal customers like me. keep up the good work Kamesha and BOA.

We have been with Bank of America for over five years and todate we have not had any problems with them. With the exception of some of the wait times to get to a agent. But these days what company doesn't have issues with that.

BA used to be awful... 10 years ago. But during the last 5 years I have had nothing but good customer service results from them even when I was in a small hamlet in S.E. Asia and needed help.

I have all my bank accounts, credit cards and my mortgage through B of A. I have never had a problem with them. I fell this is becasue I actually pay all my bills on time. I'm not looking for handouts. My house may be underwater but I took that risk when I bought it! I also bought a house I could actually afford.

Thanks to Bank of America. I recently had an overdraft. I receive less then 90.00 each month. I owed -18.00 avaiable balance. Called customer service explained the situation. Customer service agent looked at my account notice that i had not ever done this before gave me my money back and configured my account so I would not be charged fees in the future. Kudos to Bank of America.

I've been a Bank of America customer for over 15 years, and I am very happy with every aspect of their service. BofA has ATMs in nearly every city I've beeen in, they have resolved any issue I've ever had (including reimbursing me for a fradulent transaction of over $3,000), they have the best online banking service of any bank in the world, and their partnerships with foreign banks to withdraw funds without a fee was very helpful when living overseas.
I find it amusing how several people hate big banks just because the media tells them to do so or because they have defaulted on a loan and blame the bank when they are at fault. I am a satisfied Bank of America customer and investor and would recommend them to anyone looking for an accessible bank.

I want to HIGHLY commend Mr Trevor DeWald, a sales and service specialist on W Meeker in Puyallup, WA., for coming to our assistance when no one else in the bank would help us. My mother was dying and my sister had the durable power of attorney to access our mothers deposit box which held her will- unfortunately her power of attorney was also in the deposit box. We hired a notary to come to our mothers bedside and we drew up an new power of attorney with both of our names --- my sister was told by the bank that we both needed to be present so I left my mothers bedside and went with her to the bank. We were then told that it was against the Banks policy to allow for a dual power of attorney and our mother would have to sign a new one - at this point she had passed into a coma and this was no longer possible. The management at the bank told us it " was too bad, it was simply against bank policy to allow us access with our dual power of attorney" and dismissed us. At this point, Mr DeWald stepped in, told us he had a thought, called B of A attorneys who provided us with a couple of new forms and within 10 minutes we had access to the deposit box. We are beyond grateful to Mr. DeWald for his caring enough to think and take some action to help us in the very trying time. I can not commend him enough! You are very lucky to have him as your employee!!!
The negative ratings below are for the management team at this branch and NOT for Mr DeWald.

I called this office because the banks online and credit card departments could not resolve a banking error. The advocate I talked to was very helpful and resolved my concerns.

I have had no trouble at all with BOA. I never get hit with any unknown fees... they are friendly and helpful. I have dealt with Citizens Bank and Sovereign/Santander and have nothing but nightmares with these people. I'm actually quite happy with BOA!

I lost my card due after going out with some friends. I called the following day to report and spoke to a very wonderful person, Mr. D Preston, and he just very positive and wonderful. He verified some information first, always with a positive attitude and proceeded with cancelling the account and set me up with a new account. Waive the shipping fee was a plus. It was a true pleasure speaking with him and made things super easy. Thank you again!

im a csr for boa and after reading a majority of the comments i have to say alot of you are convinently leaving out a lot of the story with od fess i work in checking and savings and hear heartbreaking stories everyday and, but for every 1 case of true hardship we hear dozens of people who just dont monitor their accounts and call us to tryto get get a fee back you signed the dipositors agreement and you agreed to the terms and conditions of said agreement, keep a running checkbook and take some responsibility for yourselfs, and for the record i highly recomend a ebanking account, and we also do not offer courtesy refunds anymore btw the bailout we paid it all back plus intrest before any other bank........anything i cando for you? ok well we appriciate your business and have a great day :)

I was recently in the new BOA opened at Peachtree Center in downtown Atlanta, GA. The failure of the Bank to provide chairs to the bank tellers is absurd and cruel. Whoever endorsed this policy is misguided. Please reconsider and provide chairs to these hard-working people.

Thank you, T Maziar

Bank of America is working out for me. My mortgage application is presently going smoothly, especially because of them. They know what they are doing. If you let them do their jobs, you will have a good experience. I know because I tested them to their limits with this.

Sir: As of 01/12/11 our refi application with B of A was terminated. I don't feel justified in this decision because of one problem with a credit agency(Aero Financial). Your rep(s)@ Claremont Ca and Lancaster Ca offices have been very helpful and supportive and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Both reps have been professional to me. I'm asking for support of higher authority on their behalf. Please could someone of B of A corporate office please call me. Regards

bANK OF aMerica is the best bank in the world. It is a friendly no hazzard bank.
My experience have been great, specially the one at Dearborn & Monroe, Chicago, Il
all of them are wonderful and they should set an example for other banks as I mentioned in a previous ocasion.
the only thhing that I GAVE THE name of
Rebbeca Harris as as the one that I liked the most who was willing to help, nice and understanding but is MARIAN. Sorry for the mistake MARIAN.(you are a wonderful person.)That banks treat every body like royalty. When you get there you are the most important person in the world. Is a family bank not like others thaat treat you like a number.
cold and like if you were going to steel something. No body gives you a nice welcoming.

WOW just got great service. I've been delinquent on my mortgage for 18 months been through 3 failed short sales and in that time never had a meaningful conversation with a B of A employee. But with this number got a direct line to the employee that helped me and had a packet immediately emailed to me. USE THIS NUMBER

After a horrible disgusting customer service representative experience at Broadway and West 88th Street, I went into another branch at 3rd Avenue and East 47th Street and was calmed down and taken care of in a professional courteous manner by William Lang.

I guess there are some nice people working at this bank. Too bad though, there aren't more!

I called customer service on 8-1-10 due to an unauthorized charged from a company called Melaleuca, i had canceled the service over the phone. My account was debited anyway. The manner was resolved immediately. On 8-2-10 the same company withdrew funds again. I called claims and was greeted be Andrew-8QEV is his Id number. He was so patient and took the time to first say he was soory that this happened to me. He got all the facts and stated he was doing a progress note while speacking to me. Andrew even gave me the number of the company the complaint was against. I have never experienced that level of care from a bank employee. Andrew acted as if we were good next door neighbors. When the conversation was also over, he asked have all my concerns been handled to way I wanted? Yes they were. When I called my intention were to close out the account, but after speaking with him, he assured that my bank will do it's best to protect my money!!!
