After not receiving items that were apparently out of stock after purchasing them, VS did not apply a refund automatically or inform me the items were no longer available. They left a charge of $175 on my card. I reached out to ask about the items and they informed me the items were never sent because not available. They then proceeded to ask me "we can give you a refund if you prefer" (I was confused as the option was basically either they keep my $175 or I get it back for receiving nothing). I will not be buying anything from VS again.

When requesting a return to Victoria Secret, there is a link to print a return label. The problem is, this is not traceable. Victoria Secret does not provide any information, when logged into your account about this return. I followed the instructions. Returned my package. It's been 5-6 weeks and when I contacted VS, I'm told they have not received anything. There is no documentation in my account.
So I take the $184 loss.
Amazing that a company of this stature, has such poor customer service.
I've waited and waited and followed up multiple times, and it's on me.

I just want to know who made their dumb ass policy!! $171 purchase returned, didn't have receipt so I was only given $118 back. They didn't explain why and because it was a gift I didn't know how much the purchase really was. $50 they got to steal from me. Im done!!!

Can someone answer this question? I went with my daughter to the mall to Victoria secret which I wasn't really aware it being a Victoria secret outlet store and bought three bras that ended up being too small once I tried them on when I got home. The tags are on them and I have receipt and love the three bras and would like to go to a regular Victoria secret store not the outlet store I went to and exchange for a different size cuz I hate that I wasn't aware but at the bottom of my receipt says all sales are final which scares me into thinking I can't go and exchange them all for a bigger size. I would have tried them on there but was in a hurry that day cuz we weren't even supposed to go into the store and shop for ourselves and we did now I am hoping I'm not stuck with spending the money on the bras and not being able to wear them or exchange for bigger sizes. Just getting a credit for them to purchase something different there if they didn't have the same bras would be good for as well. Just wondering if anyone can help me by answering my question if I can exchange them?

I ordered 2 bras online from Victoria secret received an order confirmation email and continued to get email updates on my order. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY ORDER IT WAS SOME KNOCK OFF V.S. BRAS!!!! Cheap and so obvious fake! DONT ORDER ONLINE SERIOUSLY DO URSELF A FAVOR!

I send $2000 dollars to Victory Secret on autopay
Completely By mistake ....
When I asked for the Funds to be Refunded Victory
Secret PASSED THE BUCK to their Bank Comminity Bank and was informed to Have my bank reverses the payment Which they can not !
It is now Necessary to have an Attorney get involved to receive my $2000 back from Victory Secret from an Account that was Closed 2 years ago !

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS IF YOU WANT TO PLACE ONLINE ORDER. DO NOT DO IT!!!
I am never shopping at VS again, which is a shame because I love their bras and panties and have been a customer since 7th grade. I am now 22, and have been wearing the wrong bra size for a while now so I measured myself and went online to place an order. I bought new underwear and four new bras, one of which was still mid release and was going to be shipped out a week after the rest of the order. The total came to $188, and that one bra was about $50. So this is going to sound ridiculous but this is seriously what happened to me. I know I didn't make any mistakes because I placed the order once, only entered the card info once, and immediately got an email confirming the purchase and the bank had already taken the money out of my balance as it was pending. Two days later, I got an email saying that $133 went through and that I still owed the $50something for that one bra. I called, because at this time it showed the $188 charge, the $133, and two charges for like $54.50. The rep I spoke to said it looked strange and after talking to a supervisor, they assured me that the $188 charge will drop off, and that until the bra ships, it would keep checking the card to make sure the $54.50 was on there. I really wish I had just been charged all at once. But none of the charges dropped off.
AND IT GETS WORSE!!!
The next day, Yet another charge but this time for all the same stuff that costed $133, was charged again, but for some reason it was suddenly $127. Another random charge of $183 came on, and then finally, 2 charges for $54.50. And I kept getting shipping confirmations with different order numbers, for all the same stuff that was in the $133 order. It makes NO SENSE! I started getting packages. And it gets weirder. The first like 10 i items were shipped not one, or two, but FOUR different times!! I finally got that other bra and that was shipped out three times. And when I thought it was over, a charge for $6 went through and a pair of underwear I already got four other times was shipped out. I guess I will be getting a FIFTH PAIR of that underwear.
I am just so angry. At this point I have no idea what charges dropped off, but I do know I was charged like 4 times for one $188 order, otherwise they wouldn't have sent it. What makes me mad is that I called to fix it and they told me I had nothing to worry about. Obviously someone messed up. Just waiting for that last pair of underwear to come in so I can return all the duplicates, but I'm scared that I won't even get the money back after all of this, even though it was the company's fault. They literally took so much money from me. Almost $600 more than I planned to spend. I couldn't pay for my dog to go to the vet after this, and he has a broken tooth that is so swollen and bleeding and oozing pus. I am so done with this company. I am keeping what I did order but I am going to feel like I got robbed if they don't fix this. I am just offended that a company like this can make such devastating mistakes towards the people who KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS. All I know is, from now on I will be a loyal Fenty x Savage customer and never shop here again. I suggest you don't either, but if you do, go to a local store if you are able to during this pandemic. Otherwise, just please be so careful ordering online.
Sorry this was so long. I just want to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else ever again. I don't even know what to do anymore.

The worst. I ordered my merchandise on Nov 30 and was told on December 14 it was lost in transit and so they re-ordered all of my things and when I got my package I was missing two pair or underwear and the free tote I was supposed to get for spending over $75. When I called, they explained that one pair of underwear they were giving me a refund, and the other pair is back ordered, but as for the "Free Tote" I will not get it. This really upsets me because I would not have spent that much money if it wasn't for the free gift. Instead of giving my a different tote they basically told me that I will not be getting a free gift and that is it. So disappointed. don think I will fall for that "free gift" BS anymore......smh

Victoria Secret is the worst customer experience and the worst ever shopping retailer!

I have placed an order on their website on Nov 27th for a value of 170 EUR, they cancelled it and ever since then they did not refund the payment in my bank account after several attempts from my side to get the refund back.

I have tried calling their customer service, emails, facebook messages and all the time they had a different view of what happened wrong.

This company should be closed and I am finding all options to contact the police to file a claim for this. It's impossible to see how they can be like this and how they can take advantage of people's money to rob them in the end.

I strongly advise everyone to not buy anything from Victoria Secret, they are a company that does not deserve to exist or have any customers.

I purchases an order with body lotions in it and I am thankful that they are double wrapped as one ruptured and was quite a mess, but thankfully it didn't get on anything else. I wanted to return it for a new one however the cost to ship it back is more than the item was so I will not be returning it.

I went into store in Fairlane mall....I was sized for push up bra,,and told if it dont fit right I can return...The lady sized me wrong because I've always worn these bras,,but I lost weight and needed new size. Its very uncomfortable

I had a online order that I returned to the store on January 2,2020. It was received at the return center on January 8,2020. And here it is now February 16, 2020 and I still don't have my refund of $353.07! I want my money I'm about ready to hand it over to a lawyer and even contact the Nashville local news telling them how Victoria Secrets is scamming their customers out of money.

Im so frustrated on my order. I ordered online because i want to avail this thermos that was Sold in all the store i went that day.. prior to that i just bought items the same day and order online just to get that thermos for my niece.. i did not receive my online item.. the tracking number are not updated it says delivered.. i called customer service they said they will replace it.. again the tracking number are not updated!!!!! Now i got my items but i don't have my free thermos! I called customer service and that person i talked too are not nice at all and she said that the thermos is not available no more! It is very frustrating! I ordered online for that thermos to make my niece happy then now im super pissed! It is not my fault that i did not receive the item at first and now i dont have the thermos.

I bought some stuff on the 9th of September from the Victoria's Secret in Westfield (Shepherd's Bush, White City - London). I paid by card. Unfortunatelly, at home I saw that I paid twice for one of those items (£59). I went back to the store the following day and I asked for a refund of the amount paid twice. I received a receipt that confirmed the refund of this on my card. This happened on the 10th september 2019. But, not even today (20th of September), the „refunded" amount is not in my account, even if the shop assistant assured me that will happen in 2-3 working days.

Most stores limit the number of returns that you make. They keep track now-- its why they ask for your license for most returns. You shouldn't take it personally. People steal and return items so, so often. It sucks that it makes things more difficult for others, but that's retail.

They are now trying not to honor their 90 day return policy. Setting a limit to the number of returns allowed even though the item is valid and so is the receipt. A bunch of BS They are trying to call to many valid returns fraud. Dumbest thing I ever heard. They apparently don't trust their employees to have enough sense to know when an item is not valid and don't match a receipt. If I'm buying the SHT and returning the SHT to my original card then how the HLL is it fraud. Explain that dumbness to me. June 2019

I had purchase hoodie again which pissed me off .to get it mailed to me again and I still haven't received my money back got my jacket but not my money .so how long does it take .I've spent 1000,s at this store but not after this

I bought stuff online from Victoria secret and never received my order after calling them million times they told me that they cannot refund my money and they cannot do anything about my shipment. After doing follow up with usps n my apartment rental office came to know that thr is a girl with same last name was receiving my shipment but thankfully she kept it safe but now when I returned it back to them they are holding my money again.

I see a whole lot of people on here complains because their underwear rips up. DONT WASH THEM PEOPLE. Hand wash!! And hang dry!! I have seriously over 100 pairs of lace underwear all in great condition. Yes it takes more time but I never rip my lace!!!!

I was given a gift from my partner who bought from the Singapore airport while travelling.
We live in New Zealand so obviously we can not return the items he bought me back to this store.
They have not been used and the tags are still on so can you tell me what is your recommendation on how I can exchange these garments. I also have the receipt
They are three pairs of knickers.

To the manager harping about customers driving the prices up. Everything you stated is a lie. I used to work at victorias secret. Victoria's Secret drives the prices up by cutting up the returned merchandise and throwing it away. That way it keeps the prices high and ensures its not given to the thrift stores or homeless which would drive the price down. Petty right?
Also any merchandise returned VS writes off as a loss on their tax forms. They deduct it. So in reality victorias secret does not lose any money. You just don't wanna deal with customers. Its you, not the customers who are a problem.

Received lace underwear from VS that shredded and tore before washing, as I was trying on, and others I delicate washed 1-2 times before shredding. In the end all 7 pairs are unwearable. I used to work in the Garment industry and know a lot about production. All of these ladies panties were produced with cheap lace that nobody quality control checked before using in production. The only concern here was not for the customer but to cut their costs. But I'm still not sure why they would put their name on it with such bad quality. I haven't purchased from this company in a long time. But used to in the past and they always had good quality... I never had a complaint. But as it stands I will never buy from this company again and I will also discourage others. Why buy this stuff just for a name tag when I can go to Ross and buy panties for two to three dollars that last me for quite some time and are usually just as cute.

Went to return a perfume that my grandma got my (heavenly) after the lady that was working the previous time I was there told me I could get store credit or exchange for full price without receipt because that perfume never goes on special. When I went tonight they said they could only give me 13 dollars..is that right?
