Had a good ? customer service experience, Karin at the Union Gap Washington store had excellent customer service. She needs to be acknowledged. We need more service with the customers like she has.

I want to comment on 1 employee at TJMaxx Pasadena- Lake Ave. She works in the fitting/dressing room. She was so helpful to me n my girl friend- we are both a bit handicapped but she didn't care when we took our time trying on clothes. She gave us ideas n very lovely tips on how to make mix n match our outfits. She was so caring n wonderful- TJMAXX needs more employees like her. I asked her name n she said CYNTHIA T. - her service was so warm n comforting especially for two handicapped persons. TJMAXX is the best. Cherie Monteros.

I visit TJMaxx often and I have to say Dentisn R Meseret at Austell, GA. store is always helpful. She's positive, she smile and assist all her customer. Even when she's telling you she cannot accommodate your request she makes you feel good. I was in the store 5/18. Survey # 0005035849 at 18:25:36

I wanted to contact you all to let you know what a great experience I have each time I shop in the Tuscaloosa tj maxx! In specific, I wanted to acknowledge haven, I'm not sure of her last name but every single time I'm there, it's a lot as my husband would say, she goes out of her way to speak and ask how my day is going along with offering any assistance! She's such a bright light in that store and in conversation with her I complimented how organized and well displayed everything looked and she thanked me and told me it was her, her degree in interior design shines bright and it is reflected in your store! Thank you all for hiring such amazing workers, they all are so kind but haven just stands out so much with her hard work, smile and eagerness to speak and go out of her way. I absolutely love the staff at the Northgate store. Every one of them is friendly,helpful and respectful! The manager is doing a fantastic job. I used to shop at Nordstrom rack. I am done shopping there, their customer service is horrible. I've never had a good experience there. I will only shop at TJ Maxx. I so appreciate everyone at that store! They get a 10+

I read all the negative reviews and was really surprised. I'm sorry people had such bad experiences. I thought TJMaxx's credit card looked suspicious but anyone could be taken in. The salespeople are very aggressive and make you think the card will save you money and solve all your problems. Other than that, TJ's has always been my favorite store. I think each store is managed differently and that makes all the difference. I'm not getting paid to say this but I can get real bargains there. I thank them for giving me the chance to wear clothes I normally couldn't afford. I hope those bad stores improve. Happy Shopping Y'all!

I was browsing the Redondo Beach (Hawthorne Blvd.) location and thought of needing 'blu-light filter' glasses for my electronic use. As I was UNSURE of WHERE to look, I asked the Fitting Room attendant (Anna K.) for direction - she was KIND enough to DIRECT me to what she believed to be the correct area with a wonderfully EXUBERANT, highly PERSONABLE and full CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORIENTED demeanor. I thanked her and was VERY pleased to have such a THOUGHTFUL response to my request - what a "breath of fresh air" to be serviced in a CARING manner. Although the items were not in the area (And apparently, NO longer available - darn it!) - I still left the store w/a sense of fulfillment after having been treated w/such CARE (as if my request was the most IMPORTANT to her) by your employee. Anna K. in this location is a true ASSET to your company - thank YOU for hiring HER! :-)

I hate waiting in long lines in a store, but after visiting the TJ Maxx in Falls Church Virginia, I saw this guy name Eric running two registers and that line was moving so fast. I have never seen that before and I was so shocked that I got to come back and do my Christmas shopping there. The entire staff was so nice. This is my new shopping spot now. Best service I've witnessed to date!!!

Hi, my name is Donna Spawlling. I visited the TJ Max location in Falls Church and I received some of the best customer service ever in my life. An employee by the name of Eric was so helpful. I was just about to leave and shop at another nearby store because I couldn't find my husband a coat that I thought he would like. Well, employee Eric suggested I check out a few coats and the way he described the coat had me sold. Not to mention the accessories he introduced me too and my husband loved it so much that I'm shopping for Christmas gifts at TJ Maxx. I don't know if Eric is a stylist but my husband hates anything that I purchase so I'm looking forward to Eric helping me out with finding some Christmas gifts for my family. His personality is so warm and caring. I noticed him running two registers to help keep the line moving. I adore Eric for taking the time out to help bring a smile to my husband's face which is almost impossible. I'll be back this week to continue shopping. I'm so excited.

I was shopping at Tj Max Aliso Viejo, I needed help to find the item I was looking for, then an associate came to help me her name is Jeanette, she was very helpful, gentle and very professional with helping me to find the things I was looking for .

I always shop at the Clear Lake City location..I have often been greeted and helped in my decision making by associate D. Dilshad (DeDe).. she seems to connect well with her customers and always willing to assist..in today's atmosphere I find this most refreshing..I believe that good customer service is the key to repeat customers and DeDe exemplifies that..

Today I spoke with Shane in your customer service department. In my opinion, he went above and beyond his pay grade. Knowledgeable, professional, polite and patient. He reaffirmed my confidence in customer service.

The Maxx in Durango,CO is amazing. Lexie the manager is unbelievable and I remember going there before her promotion and she was the perfect choice. Today I heard her talking to an employee and was so impressed by her compassion and energy. Thank you for keeping your fabulous Durango store!

I purchased a pair of leggings for $8.99 on a Wed (4/7/2021) i returned them for a different size same exact pair of legging and the price was $16.99. I complained to the store manager she said the 8.99 had been on the rack a longer time then the 16.99 pair she would not give me the new pair for the same price(8.99) i loved the pants however after just opening up a store charge card. I will not be returning to TJ Maxx. Very annoyed by the entire process.

Thank you for allowing customers to comment. Your store in High Point, NC on Eastchester Drive has not one but three outstanding employees. I was greeted and treated as royalty and oh my goodness, they could not have been more helpful. Shalanda was knowledgeable about her area and let me know when to stop back for certain items (not always in the shipment) but we could hope.

As I was checking out DeeDee made sure that my delicate items were wrapped and placed carefully in the bag and cart. She went above and beyond her duty and did it with enthusiasm and commitment to make items safe for travel. Thank you, DeeDee!

I checked out at Becky's register and was greeted with a smile and kindness. She finished promptly and helped bag and finish , the three worked together so well, I am impressed and want you to know, it's this that keeps me returning. The people make the difference.

Overall the company it self is good. Just one thing concerns me, I wish they could send more choices for size 10 woman shoes. Stop shipping in just a couple size 10 shoe and be done. Lack at that BIG TIME

I shop at TJMaxx in Mt Kisco, NY. It is always a wonderful experience for me! Age, an assistant manager made my shopping experience especially fantastic today.

Easy return and no hassle. I shop at lot at TJMaxx and Marshall's in Springfield MA area. . I always keep my receipts so I match the receipt when I return an item. I was returning 2 items that I thought were on the same receipt. I was wrong. So I returned one and said I'd come back with the right receipt. They said that if I showed my id, they would give me a gift card. Since I shop there so often I said "sure". No hassle at all.

I have been extremely happy with the way my returns have been processed at a variety of TJ Maxx stores. Their low prices has allowed me to try alot of beauty products I normally would not try. However not everything has proven great and when I have returned beauty items they said they are required to open the packages. They do open it and have not caused any problems with my beauty returns. I only wish they would have testers to eliminate getting a wrong color. I have been very satisfied!!

I had the most helpful nice young lady named Crystal in the Rocky Mount NC store. For that kindness I will return there.

I visited the store at the Countryside (Clearwater, FL) location on Thursday the 29th. I was trying several outfits on and an employee by the name of Aruba helped me and she was the only employee that assisted me. She was extremely helpful and engaged and I will continue to go there solely because of her. She is friendly and a great employee.

I bought Purse at the TJ Maxx in Redondo Beach the young lady working there was very polite and help me by choosing the perfect gift for my wife, I think her name is Connie I recorded you ask for her if your trying to buy a purse, very well spoken well dress and polite.
