Horrible shipping service. My package has been within 3 hours for 4 days now. Customer service is poor, they hate their jobs, rude with no home training. I'd prefer any shipping service but USPS
Customer Service Scoreboard
I fail to understand the logic of sending a package( that is headed for Oklahoma) from Louisiana to Seattle Washington. Then to Kent Washington. Then back to Seattle Washington. Then back to Dallas Texas. Makes absolutly no sense. You went by Oklahoma twice. Explain the logic in that.
After calling for 2 days and sending a fax (no one ever answered), I used the "contact us" feature on the website and stated that I called and faxed and that I thought it was inexcusable for a federal employee to not answer the phone. Natalie from the Elizabeth Post Office called me back and stated that she had got my complaint.
Then proceeded to tell me, "to clarify, I don't work for you, we don't operate from tax dollars", she called me a jerk and stated that I was entitled because I didn't understand how busy they are the day after a holiday. I told her that every business (who wants to remain in business) should answer the phone when customers call. She hung up on me.
Wow! send an email, don't buy stamps, go paperless, whatever you can do to NOT use the Post Office.
This is why their reviews are so bad - people like they have at the Elizabeth Post Office. Horrible Customer Service!!
US. Blue mailboxes are being tampered. My mail(rent checks and money orders were never delivered to intended individuals)for the month of September. Now, I am having to explain to creditors about mailboxes being tampered with.Tha checks were cashed by individuals by whitening out intended individuals and company's names. The one bank involved is Webster Bank. There is someone or a group of individuals working or was working for the postal service. The mailbox in question is located at the corner of Prospect and the Boulevard in West Hartford, Conn.( in front of CVS). I was informed by the supervisor at the Weston St. branch of the main P.O. that this is an ongoing thing now. Well I plan to have that one individual arrested and I plan to call the news stations to alert others of the secrets of the United States Postal Service. This is totally a serious issue and unacceptable that needs to be addressed immediately. Please do respond to my complaint.

My boyfriend and I went to do a change of address for myself. 8 already had it filled out and had my drivers license. I showed BILLIE what I had and she asked questions that didn't make sense. She then raised her voice and was very rude. I then raised my voice. I was just trying to understand what else I needed. She continued to treat me like an idiot so I left. When I came back 20 minutes later I had the paperwork she said I needed. She waited on us again and was even more rude. She threatened to kick us our. Someone else came to the front to help. I now understand what exactly I need. BILLIE should not be alou yo treat the public in that way. On the way out other people said that she's always rude. Please fire her! She is not a good representation of government services. I will NEVER go to her again and maybe not that Post Office either.
The repeated mistakes are frustrating but trying to contact USPS just adds to those frustrations. A phone call leads to a link sent to enter information. That link "times out" every single time I've tried it. So it's back to voice prompts which means starting over. This past weekend I tried to email them under their contact us. It merely gives an error message. So frustrating!!!!!!
I mailed my son 2 birthday cards on July 12, 2023. It is August 16th, 2023, and he still hasn't received them. I have filed a complaint with the U.S. Postal service but there us nothing they can do. I just think that it is a sad day when you can't even trust the US Postal Service to deliver your mail, specifically BIRTHDAY CARDS. I have a strong suspicion that it is US Postal employees that are stealing these cards. There is no recourse because I didn't send it certified mail. What a sad day. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with the post office mailing birthday cards. I'm not mailing anything anymore with the post office. I'll use FedEx. The US postal service, for lack of a better word, sucks, and they can't be trusted with your mail.
5201 Green Street in Philadelphia pa. This location has people standing outside in the line waiting for them to open, it is a half an hour now, you can't call the customer service on the phone because there's no answer and they give you the recording to speak to and you never get to speak to a live agent meanwhile they're at work but you're waiting in line on the outside and going to be late for work because you're waiting for them to open the front doors. They don't care about other people having to get to work on time as long as they're in there at work and they're not opening up the door for people to come in and conduct their business. ?
USPS getting more and more sloppy. When you order for a package and for it to be delivered through the post office to your home, it seems like the employees our choosing not to have the packages delivered and for the customer to pickup at office instead this is not right that's not why people pay for delivery services. Sloppy.
I would advise anyone that can afford another service to have something delivered to do it. USPS won't solve your problems; makes out like you are the bad person; makes out like you are a liar; and they won't answer the phone. USPS has gotten worse over the last few years. When i didn't have a package come in, i tried to get their help. They said that it had been delivered on my porch; i looked around my neighborhood, my mailbox; nothing. The case i had got closed by them because they said that it had been delivered to my address. I had talked to 2 different people about it and they admitted that the address on it was not mine; but of course(accoding to them, it was delivered to me). Then they sent me a email claiming i wasn't answering my phone(which i was either gone, etc whenthey called) i tried to call them back, no answer. They made out like that i was a liar. They should do their job right and treat the customers better.
The first box of books we mailed was opened up and LGBTQ material, shoved in.
Several of the books were missing - obviously someone had tampered with the box.
The second one we insured and taped with duct tape the condition of that was even worse books were torn up , and that box was delivered, opened and damaged.
There is no point spending hours, trying to explain and fill in forms to reclaim damages. We're just not going to use USPS.!!!!!
The usps service in Eugene Oregon completely floored me. I hear the delivery man outside of my house complaining to my neighbors about the amount of packages that come to this house. Not only was he complaining he was also using expletives to voice his complaint, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Did no one mention that without the delivery of packages he would not have a job? We'll rest assured that I will no longer be ordering anything through the USPS service in hopes he won't have a job for long!
I'm mindful of services provided to me and the workers providing that service. So when I get mad about your bs, know I'm mad about your bs. USPS has NO RIGHT to cram packages into mailboxes to the point that it's ridiculously difficult to get them out, especially when it ruins the product and the mailbox. I'm perfectly willing to not buy a product if you're the ahs delivering said product. You fg suck. Do better. #USPS
While walking my dog in my neighborhood I saw there was a mailtruck parked while the mailman delivered to the houses on the surrounding streets. A Random Woman opened the door of the parked mail truck which was unlocked and upon seeing me walking said I'm a supervisor, you can call the cops if you want. She began digging through packages in the truck. I calmly asked if she was really a supervisor. She had no badge, no uniform, etc. She then verbally went off on me. Rude, obnoxious, yelling etc. I calmly kept walking. I Called the police to check it out. Turns out she did work for usps. I also then followed up by calling usps. They didn't really seem concerned about the incident. Nothing was done about the woman's attitude or treatment of me. I would think they would be glad a concerned citizen was checking on the situation.
I shipped human remains by express mail on Monday 4/18 and they were due to 4/19/23. According to tracking they are sitting in the local post office waiting to verify the address. I was supposed to get a signature when delivered . I paid $60 for overnight shipping. I WILL NEVER SHIP A PACKAGE with them again. They treat your loved one like a parcel post!!!
I didn't order anything but I almost just died to a usps truck. I was driving home on the highway when the truck swerved into my line when I was less than a few feet away from it and I hit my breaks so hard my car made the weirdest sound & for some reason the idiot was breaking when there was no one in front of him. this was in hialeah fl on the palmetto expressway
I was waiting on a package to be delivered. I got the notification that it was left with an individual. Called my mom to see if she got my package. She said no. I tracked the package and come to find out the postman delivered my package to the wrong address. I called and got a case number. It has been 45 days. I don't have my package or my money. The postman admitted it was his fault. But the Post Office takes no RESPONSIBILITY. I am really frustrated. The customer service person was apologetic and sent me a statement saying the postman delivered my package to the wrong address. My situation was marked as resolved and it wasn't!
You guys implemented the stupidest thing you could possibly implement! Why do you have a number that you dont answer and the machine refuses to let you talk to someone. Nobody wants to deal with freak robots. We're human! Put us on the phone with a freaking human. If yall understaffed then maybe you should treat your employees better and pay them more so you can actually afford to have someone answer the phone. Its nobody else's fault your company treats its employees so bad you supposedly can't have people to answer the phone. How the hell is anyone supposed to check on stuff and they cant cause you guys are so freaking lazy.
This is a praise to the Ann Arbor Stadium Post officeThey have such a wonderful staff there and their supervisor is awesome every time I come in at office this young lady is so nice it's hard to believe that she actually works at the post office because I have had bad experiences I was there today getting my passport done and the young lady that done at name was Ashley she did a wonderful job had me out the door in about 10 minutes and I had a conversation with the supervisor very positive young lady thank you for being there Ann Arbor MPO
Crystal at the USPS office on West valley Road,
southeastern, PA is a great example of a US citizen doing her job. I needed help and she went above and beyond to help me. It was a wonderful experience and I would like Crystal to get the recognition she deserves. It is so nice to know that helpful, kind people still exist.
Had problem with delivery due to location, called usps spoke with agent, she was so helpful and resolved the complex situation due to my location and went out of her way to find a solution. I wanted to follow through with a review, on her behalf however the cell phone dropped. I live in a rural area. And customer service operater was excellent.
My name is Jonathan in Carson City Nevada and our mail lady name is Katie and I just want to give a shout out to her she is the most outstanding caring mail carrier every year on Christmas she puts a present in our box for my daughter showing me she cares and loves her community and does her job with care. Katie gets a 5 star review. ?
My postal delivery driver retired, so they assigned a new person to this position. She's absolutely the worst delivery person I've seen. I was supposed to receive a package I really needed. I stood out in the yard and watched her stop at my box, then drive off without leaving my package even though it was in her vehicle. She's leaves my box lid open sometimes on a busy highway, etc. I've complained about her several times, but local post mistress seems to think it's my fault somehow. I have had other people complain too.
This review goes to Rodrick!!!! (Unknown last name). He does part of Downtown Waco Tx.
One of the BEST humans out there. Always happy, in a good mood and a carrying person. If he's ever having a bad day he sure covers it up really well.
Rodrick, you are the best!!
Your friends from BW , WRC.
I just want to give you some GOOD feedback, on a specific Postmaster. I opened a distribution center 15 years ago for Crosman Corporation. When we leased the building, the landlord explained that the address was in an area, where USPS didn't service, due to the property lines. So for several years, Mail was routed through our Corporate office.
As our business grew, so did the demand for USPS service.
I reached out to Postmasters in all the surrounding towns and cities and couldn't get any help. Until, Postmaster Heather Ryan of the Shortsville, NY office reached out to me. Heather stepped in and got us set up and shipping in no time. She's gone above and beyond, to help me, my employees and even our IT people.
I sure hope this is received and noted. The USPS, has a star Postmaster in the little town of Shortsville.
I want them to quit making a path in my front yard. I appreciate how hard they work. However if they fell in my yard I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to sue me. My lawn looks real bad from them cutting accross it. I always shovel and salt in the winter. But in summer it's like their allergic to the sidewalk.
I have a comment on a special carrier named Mike Aragon. Having to wait for my keys to my mailbox, I've been to my local Post office at least 5 times and for my mail with no success. Yesterday I talked to Mr.Aragon he said we had a full box of mail? He delivered all my mail today many orders I thought were lost in mail heaven. He was aware of this and the only employee who noticed. I really, really appreciate what he did.
When the post office in Dewitt MI opened this morning there were over 20 people in line.. some could not speak English and were very confused.. these 2 ladies were very gracious and quickly assisted all customers ... I would especially like to express my thanks to Lamors who assisted me. Her warm smile and her ability to quickly answer my questions and resolve my dilemma is deeply appreciated!!
Shout-Out for Great Kindness by. a U.S.Postal Employee: in Alexandria, Virginia: Just want to acknowledge the wonderful kindness by an outstanding US Postal employee.named STEVE, who services the Cameron Station community in the west end of Alexandria, Va. He found a purse containing all the owner's identification, credit cards, cell phone, etc, sitting in a condo lobby. He recognized the purse as belonging to one of the residents, and delivered it to the owner at her condo. I was that owner and was frantically trying to find the lost purse before having to cancel credit cards, replace cell phone, check bank statements, etc. Steve saved me from all that hardship. Thank you, Steve!!
We live in a service oriented society where complaints are readily expressed. I am here to report the contrary: the good! To my dismay, I mailed a package that was temporarily lost due to me listing an erroneous zip code. The parcel was a surprise gift to my significant other. I did not broach the subject until after 8 days from the initial mailing. To my horror, I realized she did not receive my gift. Lou Wendy Jenkins from the 8509 W. Markham branch worked above and beyond the call of duty to locate and correct the error, thus righting the course for intending delivery. Mrs. Jenkins is the platinum standard displaying empathy and a high degree of professionalism as a valued United States Government employee. Mrs. Jenkins is a shinning example of dedication and problem solving: thank you.

Hi, My name is Ossy Wiper Wolf from the united states and i want to share
my experience with everyone. I have being hearing
about this blank ATM card for a while and i never really paid any interest
to it because of my doubts and due to the fact
that i lost alot of money to online scam. Until one day i discovered an
hacker called Timothy johnson.. he is really good at
what he does.so I inquired about The Blank ATM Card. If it works or even
Existed, He told me yes and that its a card
programmed for random money withdraws without being noticed and can
also be used for free online purchases of any kind. This
was shocking and i still had my doubts. Then i gave it a try and asked for
the card and agreed to his terms and conditions.
Hoping and praying it was not a scam. four days later i received my card
and tried it with the closest ATM machine close to
me, It worked like magic. I was able to withdraw up to $3000USD. This
was unbelievable and the happiest day of my life. So
far i have being able to withdraw up to $28000USD without any stress of
being caught and the wonderful part is that the
credit limit is over a 100,000USD. i also wanted to confirm if i could use
it anywhere in the world so i travelled to 6
different countries and it worked perfectly well. I don't know why i am
posting this here, i just felt this might help those
of us in need of financial stability. blank Atm has really changedS my life
and it can change yours too. It is 100% safe to
use this card. Because it will be shipped to you as a gift card.
He can also reload any Active and valid cards, any type of card just
contact him for a reload (prepaid cards, credit/debit
cards).
I mailed packages from California to be shipped to Montana after tracking went off the radar I was concerned. I had a wonderful phone call from the Miles City Post office asking me if the packages were delivered. I so appreciate that someone from that post office took the time out to follow up on my packages, especially when it was out of State phone call and being the Christmas season. That phone call meant so much believe me.
Thank you so much.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing regarding my very positive experience with USPS, particularly with your officer Mohamed Fathalla, who works in New York, NY. I thought I lost a letter which I sent to World Educational Services in New York. I called USPS and minutes after Mr. Fathalla called me and promised to double check with the WES supervisor. Next day he took time to talk to supervisor at WES and confirmed that they received my letter but didn't put it into their main system. It was very kind and cooperative of Mr. Fathalla to take the matter seriously and talk to the WES supervisor. I am happy that you have employees like Mohamed Fathalla who are responsible, organized, cooperative and have a high energy level. I believe he highly deserves promotion or accolades from his manager.
Thank you for your services.
Best Regards,
Nataliia Z.
Former employee here, 06313185, I had to resign for reasons I'd rather not discuss. But I just found out I was denied a grievance back in December when I was still employed. I AM owed that money for my time I put in, but since I had to resign in March of the following year, no grievance was paid. I can go on and on about how this organization treats its employees and how if you want decent hours you pretty much have to get "medical" as some call it. Basically fake an injury, get a doctor to sign off on it and your good for your career. You would be amazed at how many stations have damn near all medical 8's and 10's and the other carriers and cca's get the shaft. They lie to your face and expect you to give 150%...the United States post office is heartless. I was an American, working for America...was. Bottom line, never do business with the government. And if everyone would stop ordering EVERY damn thing from Amazon, maybe you'd get your mail on time.
I use to work for the costumer service line for USPS. If you call 18002758777. The quickest way to get to a actual person besides hitting zero nine times. Do this instead.
After the Lady says "Thank you for calling United states Postal service. Than something in spanish" She says "Main Menu! You can say ____"
Hit 6 on your phone!
She'll say "Get a zipcode, passport etc.."
Hit 4 on your phone!
She'll ask you to breifly state the reason for your call.
Say "COMPLAINT" (whether it is or not)
It is the most direct way to Agent. And when your call goes throught the Agent will not have a clue as to what the nature of the call is. Were not informed if you said Complaint or not.
She'll ask if you want to hear a privacy statement. You can say yes or no. Than you'll be put through to the Agent line!
Hope this helps! I was told when I took my classes to be an agent that they don't give this information out on how to get to a agent directly because they like the automated machine to try to help you first. But I know how frustrating that can be & most times only an agent can help.
A postal supervisor in Lima, OH, (Emerson Joseph), is never at work until at LEAST 10:00. Workers come in hours before that. When they have a problem, need something, etc., he is unavailable.
He is running his own business on the side (coin machines, etc....) and doing it during the time that he should be at work. It's no wonder that the postal service is in trouble!!!
At least two years ago our local P.O. was no longer allowed to do local Cancelling and all mail had to go to Lancaster for Cancellations and Sorting. I had a problem with mail that was caught in the automatic cancelling machine or was slit open by an employee in an attempt to take my payment out of it. I had a check made out to a utility which noone else could have cashed. When the envelope was then taped closed and sent to the utility it was late arriving and I was then charged a late payment fee. I asked for the cancelled damaged envelope and took it to my local post office. The Post Master told me the Postal Service had spent huge amounts of money to put a sorting location in Lancaster and spent much money for the automatic machinery they were using. As a result she had carriers who were being paid $25.00 to $28.00 per hour and they had nothing to do as they no longer had the mail to sort. It came back every morning already cancelled and sorted.Today we are hearing over and over again that the Post Office is in trouble and plans to cut services as well as close many Post Offices. It is apparent that the US Postal Service created their own financial problems and have noone to blame except their own management. How will they answer to this when they are doing away with employees who may need those jobs to provide for their families? Maybe if they did not earn such high wages to do nothing they would still have their jobs. Typical Government. If Private Industry tried to operate the way the Federal Government does they would not survive.
We are proud to recognize the companies providing the best customer service each year within their industry.
